I am disappointed. When I booked the room, I chose one of the most expensive ones, where it was said that it was a two-room suite with a ocean view, and I called the hotel back several times to clarify whether it had a direct ocean view. Manager was told that there are only a couple of such rooms and that the view from the apartment is directly on the sea. That was not truth in fact. And, as a licensed realtor in Florida, I know that a two-bedroom is a living room and two separate rooms. and where we were - its called a one-room suite. 4 people are accommodated in this room with a side sea view. And at the reception desk they offered me to move even further. Also, I was charged the same amount, and the hotel sent me a check for less. We can put up with a lot, if only the description of the room coincided with what we were provided with. And this was only 2 days of rest over the last year, which we carefully selected and made a mistake in choosing. We offered to pay extra for a better view, but the half-empty hotel turned out to have no rooms closer to the sea. I do not believe. Also, when I tried to contact through the booking system, where I booked the hotel, I asked clarifying questions even before the trip - I did not receive a single answer. And when we got to the hotel itself, they simply lied to me about all my clarifications. Even the price for parking was quoted as $27, which surprised me, but in fact it was $35 per day. And at 1 evening we were without hot water with two babies. And naturally there is no compensation for such inconvenience. Cant compare with hotels, where everything is really for the client. But here they just want to make money and don’t know how to make money. The good thing is we get checking 2 hours before without additional payment. And beach is really nice … everywhere. Hope my comment will change something on better side
Im at the Hilton and I just had the best experience with the bar cart. Her name is Trisha from Detroit and if youre looking for an amazing drink because Ive had them by the pool, the cart blows them away. And the best part of it is Trisha and her personality could not have made the experience any better. I highly recommend you get to the beach find Trisha and her and her happy cart right away
We have had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Marco Island for the second time. As a frequent business traveler, I often choose to stay at Hilton properties, and this particular visit has been exceptional. I must commend Carter, the pool attendant, for making our trip truly memorable. His friendly demeanor, kindness, and politeness have left a lasting positive impression. I hope you recognize the outstanding qualities of this remarkable employee.
Had a wonderful glow facial with Gina. She was very personable, asked questions about my specific skin concerns, and adjusted her treatments accordingly. It was very relaxing and left me feeling refreshed! I also had a signature massage with Fernando. He asked my firmness preferences and provided accordingly. Wonderfully relaxing. Spa treatments provide access to the entire spa facility for the day, including sauna, steam room, and outdoor jacuzzi.
My friend Julie and I had such a luxurious afternoon at the Spa Hilton Marco Island! Julie commented her massage with Mabel, “was so relaxing, I wanted to fall asleep…but didn’t want to miss any of it!” Enjoyed the outdoor private hot tub and lounging on the comfy chaises before our treatments, tea and conversation after. Also took advantage of the steam room and sauna. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!
My Spa attendant for a reflexology foot massage on 5/19/24 was Vilma. She was very nice, caring, thoughtful, and conscientious. She was very sweet. The only issue I had was not being told by anyone how to locate the exit of the spa. I would highly recommend Vilma.
The massage was amazing. She was nice and strong but gentle. The Jacuzzi was clean and warm and the service was wonderful.
Susan (from the Hilton Marco Island pool cabana area) was very welcoming and friendly each time I interacted with her. Always had a smile on her face.
This past Friday I went to the Spa and enjoy the hospitality around the resort and the a great tour from Gia to show me what else the resort offers . I was at the JW but next time I will stay here when I vacation in Marco again . Everybody at the Spa was great .. can’t wait way to enjoy the amenities especially at the Spa again..

Hotel is super duty and under staffed. Stairwells are not cleaned, tables and chairs by the pool are never wiped down, bathrooms have a ton of mold, and I never once saw someone wiping down common areas. Weeds growing through the pool deck patio, and I watched the same dried catsup stay on a pool side table for the whole 3 days I was there. The hotel is just gross. I thought maybe they were cutting costs due to the pandemic, but I was informed that they have been sold out since June. Mask policy not enforced, customers talking to concierge and front desk without masks on and nobody said anything. This could be a nice hotel, but it needs a lot of work to get there.
I had a delightful massage with Vilma at the spa. She is excellent. Gia, the attendant made my visit even more enjoyable. I do recommend a visit to the spa at the Hilton on Marco Island.
Had a great experience at the Hilton spa. The massage, facial and reflexology package was a great value and the technicians were highly skilled. The atmosphere was serene and the facilities were clean. Next time I’ll plan to schedule my services with a buffer in between so I can enjoy the complimentary champagne a bit more. Su’s facial may be what keeps me coming back to Marco Island every year.
I live close to the Hilton Marco spa & decided to book a facial after hearing good reviews from other natives.The spa is detached from the hotel & lends itself a true Island vibe. I was greeted warmly by Jacqueline behind the desk, the same person who booked my appointment. Escorted to a lovely locker room to change & then relax in zen lounge prior to the facial. The experience is so serene & I’m not even in the facial yet.Naidelin, my facial beautician was extraordinary. 50 minutes of soothing scrubs from this total professional made my day. Highly recommend the experience, going back for message/facial soon.
Booked a last minute much-needed massage during our stay at The Hilton Resort & Spa and couldnt be happier. We did a couples massage with Leo and Yami and the service they provided was top notch. Very relaxing, soothing music and the expertise to pinpoint stress areas was spot on. Also being able to use the Spa facilities was the extra bonus, his and hers steam rooms, saunas, relaxation rooms as well as a couples area with a hot tub spa, not to mention the complimentary champagne and robes; it was a great way to end the experience. I would highly recommend checking out the spa if staying at the resort.
My boyfriend and I did a 50 minute couples massage and it was immaculate. Jackie was at the front and was so helpful caring for all our needs. Eva was the spa attendant and was quick and responsive to our requests. Leo and Debra were our massage therapists and both did wonderful jobs. We went to the spa garden after for the remainder of our stay which was great to decompress and relax as well as the sauna, steam room, and other amenities. 10/10 experience
I was reluctant to book spa appointments on account of previous experiences at other spas being subpar combined with the high price. This was so worth it! The spa is beautiful. Customer service was exceptional. There were three in my group, we all did foot reflexology, which was outstanding. Finally, a true deep tissue treatment! Afterward we used the spa pool and sipped citrus & cucumber water.Later during our vacation, highly selective, local friends confirmed the spa at Hilton is wonderful and they also like to schedule treatments.I’d definitely go back and recommend you try it.
Love this hotel, however we are currently staying here and our very rude neighbor woke us up at 5:30 by repeatedly slamming the door, children screaming and Dad yelling. We contacted the front desk and were offered a room with two twin beds. We paid for a king room. So instead they put us on the first floor with absolutely no view. So because our neighbor was rude we got the short end of the stick. Very unfair, especially with the amount they charge. Disappointed to say the least.
I was gifted a package for my birthday and was blown away by the service provided at the Spa! Zoe arranged the most relaxing day imaginable and was so pleasant & helpful over the phone. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Dane & Zoe, as well as the most intoxicating spa aroma. Sha gave me a tour of the Spa & helped me with my locker. From there I had the most soothing massage from Maribel, the atmosphere welcomed a relaxed and enjoyed experience. My facial was relaxing and informative, Debbie was amazing! She even helped me customize a skin care routine for me to try at home!Overall, a FANTASTIC experience and I cannot wait to go again!

I’m always greeted warmly anytime I visit the Spa at the Hilton and really enjoyed the waiting/locker area and being able to take my time after services. Dane is always incredibly helpful when choosing skincare products when my mom and I come in. Extremely relaxing!!
My opinion about this HILTON Hotel that charges $600/900 dollars per night, it is not for charging such a rate, you find the room very poorly maintained, the shower does not work properly, in addition you find the pool towels with holes and they are so Cheap, not even in a Holyday inn do they give you those towels, the beach chairs are old, rusty and uncomfortable. The truth is a terrible experience, I would never go again, for me the rate for this hotel is a maximum of $200 In high season, I recommend NOT TAKING ROOMS OR GOING TO THIS HOTEL!
Amazing service! Victoria gave an extremely enjoyable massage and Sue was a fantastic attendant. Amy at the front desk was helpful and courteous.
So we payed $800 +tax per night for an okay room. Then upon checking out we had to pay additional $140 for parking and sitting outside by the pool. As if all that is not part of the hotel. You should include that price in your rates already so that there is no surprises at the end for your customers. Huge disappointment, i will not recommend you to anyone. Ridiculous!
Amazing experience! After a long day at the beach, it’s the perfect way to relax and unwind! Dane and Yliana were so knowledgeable. Will go back anytime I’m in Marco!

I was wondering though that since masks are required, no one says anything to those that dont wear masks.Breakfast menu is not that great, but OK. Get the two eggs benedict with Lobster meat.Perfect beach, but its just a nice beach with nothing to do except sit on the beach. The research I did said that this was the place in Florida to get shells, but were I live in the Tampa area, I find many more nice shells and sharks teeth than Marco Island.Recap:__________________If I had to pay out of my pocket 200 to 600 bucks and more per night (plus resort fees and parking fees) I would not pay for this because I cannot afford that. But since I used my HHONORS free night and points for two nights that paid for everything, I was completely satisfied. Hotel/resort is very clean and I have no complaints that would make me stay somewhere else.

The Hilton did not allow the wifi to work on my roku stick streaming device, rooms did not have microwave oven, wanted to charge $15 per day to get one in the room, ridiculous how they wanted to charge for everything, definitely not a good experience
