I could not have had a better day, I started off having my facial with Madelyn, which was the best facial I’ve ever had! Then I made my way to the pool and had the best panini with friendly service. After a full day at the spa pool I made my way to the thermal spa. Overall it was such a great experience, I’m a local so I will definitely be back, the only suggestion is adding face sunscreen in the bathrooms near the pool/fitness center.

Pro: The best pedicure and manicure, non-toxic products. Staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. Con: I was disappointed that it was overbooked. No chairs at the pool, and the sauna was broken. It just was not quiet what I was expecting but if you are looking for the true spa feel, it might need to be a very high end hotel or maybe a spa that it’s not tied to a hotel. When something is so busy and commercial, it just doesn’t feel quite relaxing.

I cannot think of a better way to spend the day, this spa was impeccable in nearly every way. We were greeted and shown around the spa and offered water upon entry.The men & women are totally separated, except for the sort of relaxation area setup outside the two locker rooms, which is open below to the front desk area.The locker rooms are kept neat & tidy, and offer steam room, sauna, showers, hot tub & cold plunge (42 degrees 🥶). There’s enough to do here for probably 45 minutes - 1 hour.We were unable to use the outdoor area as it was a windy, rainy day. We will be back for that, however!My wife and I got the facial treatments, and both very much enjoyed them. This couple with the amenities of the spa, really makes it a great place to enjoy at least a few hours. Had we been able to use the outdoor area we most certainly would have stayed longer.Overall they create a very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of service. There are many restaurants in the grounds to get a bite before or after. The beach area is large and full of lounge chairs.With a spa appointment you are able to enjoy the facilities all day and also join yoga on the beach, you can also come and go as you please.

I went to the JW Spa yesterday for a facial (summer promo) & it was perfect! Christine was so friendly and so knowledgeable about all of the products being used. It was also really nice that parking and access to all spa amenities were included in the price of my service. The gym was beautiful and so was the area with the hottub, cold plunge, sauna & steam room! Everything looked well taken care of and very clean. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Marco.

We brought my mom for her 60th birthday and had the best time! In the morning, we attempted to go to the spa workout center but honestly it was too crowded with regular hotel guests. We started with some amazing massages by Angie, Kris, and Luanne. Afterwards, we enjoyed some yogurt and mimosas in the relaxations room. Then, we loved the steam room, cold plunge/ hot plunge, and sauna. It was peaceful and soooo clean. Afterwards, we practically had the spa pool to ourselves to have drinks and eat by the pool. No pictures do this spa justice. We will’s definitely be back!

Lovely facilities and amenities. Staff was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I think for the price, they should be able to provide more comfortable waiting space for guests before and after services. They should probably space out locker usage better at busier times as well. Facial was great but again pricey for what you get. I could get a great hour long hydrafacial at a nice spa in Atlanta for the same price.

5 women all were staying lically, we last minute booked spa treatments…all enjoyed their spa treatments and then we spent the rest of afternoon out by the pool/hot tub! Perfect day terrific service (coctails and food delivered poolside). We met several other guests and all were just as satisfied with stay and spa offerings!

It was a 100 minutes sweet dream by the beach. The hotel had an ocean front, nice music with slightly sweet Wagyu beef sushi, walking on the Sandy beach, having a right pressure massage from head to toe. I will come back here again and again. I also received a post treatment message by email. This is exactly what I wanted

The spa and amenities are very nice. The staff is friendly and well trained. The prices are in the higher end.You do receive access to the spa pool which is lovely unless there’s a group event etc. They reserve large rows of chairs in prime locations that go unused until the party arrives. I would have given five stars except it should be noted there is construction going on near by and ultimately we left because the jack hammering was too loud and constant.The service was nice and the attendants were professional and kind.The pool side food was wonderful and the menu is adequate with lots of beverage choices.There’s spa parking right by the spa- more convenient than hotel parking.

Amazing experience. I went for my birthday and I will definitely go back. The staff was incredibly helpful. The facility was very clean. I went early to use the pool and grab lunch. I had hummus and a pina colada delivered to the outdoor infinity spa. My technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

My spa experience was excellent. My scheduled massage was for 2:30 pm, but I was checked in before 10 am and allowed to use the facilities the whole day. I enjoyed steam room with eucalyptus and a hot tub inside, then the mineral pool and comfortable chaise lounges outside. Everyone was very attentive and pleasant. The facilities were clean and comprehensive. My 80 minute massage was perfect.

My wife and I have been going the JW Marriott Spa for years and it is always a great experience. I usually get a massage and my wife gets a Facial with Priscilla. The Spas offer many varieties of treatments.We highly recommend having a day at the spa and enjoy the access to Marriott private pool, hot tubs, mineral pool and the beach after your spa appointment.

Although I had a good time here, to my surprise just as we were about to get ready to checkout. I realize that the strap to my handbag which I had used to travel and was sitting on the work table all through my stay was stolen. I couldnt imagine the shock I started to retrace my steps and every event, we checked the room thoroughly and even let the staff at checkout know if they find it to give me a call. I am back home and unpacked as well and I have checked all my items but the strap to my handbag is no where to be found. I find this rather strange.

Such a wonderful spa! My favorite! Brenda was AMAZING! I will absolutely be going back for her again and again. What a kind soul! This is hands down the best spa in SWFL.

My massage therapist, Abe, was wonderful. He is the only reason I am giving the spa four stars. He gets 5 and the rest of the spa gets 3! It was overcrowded & a bit underwhelming for the price tag. I spa all over the world and I felt like this spa was lacking. None of the expected touches like fruit infused water or teas in the relaxation rooms.

This was my first experience at a JW spa. It was my birthday trip and my husband booked me a massage session at this facility. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and went over all the amenities provided with the spa. I had a 11 am massage and after a nice steam session I sat in the waiting area for my therapist to come get me. The room slowly emptied out and I was yet to be called so I requested someone to find out what was going on. My therapist, i think her name was Daryl, came out and greeted me. She never apologized on being late. Before she started the massage, I wanted to make sure I get my full 50 mins since we were 10 mins late to begin with. I conveyed that to her and she immediately got very curt and offended! During the massage I requested her nicely to massage my feet as well and again she seemed to get upset and said my time wasnt over and and she was planning on doing it! I didnt want to escalate matters so I kept quiet. My massage was OK but her attitude was rude and put a damper on my entire spa experience. For a 220$ massage not including tip I expected to work with more pleasant and professional staff.

The ONLY good part of this stay was the spa! Gus was incredible...full 100 mins and never let up with the pressure! Lisas mani/pedi was the best Ive had and the place was spotless

Extremely disappointed in the spa here. Unfortunately it was the worst JW spa experience I’ve had - and I’ve been to several! The amenities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, cold plunge) were extremely small and people would wait around to use them. It was loud and bright throughout the facility. It is in definite need of upgrades as many things are outdated or dirty. There were particles floating in the jacuzzi, towels and plastic cups left everywhere. For a $240 massage, it was very upsetting.

I booked 3 facials for my sister, a friend and myself for the same time. I was the last one in and the 1st out then my sister and my friend was 15 minutes later and was the first in, hmmmm?The price online was $200 but they tried to charge $220. Purchasing add-ons does not add more time and in my case less time! The overall facial was super basic and there was nothing relaxing or soothing nor was any part of it considered a massage even the scalp treatment! I thought the icing on the cake was when the esthetician? said and heres something for your lips and dabbed a tiny spot on the center of my lips and walked away saying take your time and Ill meet you outside. Apparently I was supposed to spread it around myself and when I I tried it was obvious she tapped my lip with nothing! The place has a very boring atmosphere, almost clinical. Theres apparently 26 treatment rooms however, they have seating and towel/robe hooks for less than 10 people! They did offer keurig coffee and tea and a yogurt. I think theres enough details here so to finalize my review, overall I would say it would be best to shop around!

Absolutely stellar! My mom and I booked in for facials and we were both incredibly happy with our experience. One thing to note is that you have access to all the spa amenities for the whole day of your appointment. Outside pool, sauna, cold therapy - etc. we came early to lounge around before our appointment and so glad we did! Definitely makes it all more worth the hefty price that comes with booking a service.

This is an excellent spa with great services and options. The staff at every point in the process is phenomenal. My only complaint is the noise at check in. People need to respect that talking quietly and not bringing toddlers in to see the spa is important because most people are going there to relax.

I honestly never write reviews, but the staff and experience at this spa has me daydreaming about it days later. Everyone there, from the front desk to the technicians are so warm and welcoming. Everyone I walked past greeted me with a smile. My facial was incredible, and its the first time I didnt break out afterwards. It was beyond relaxing, and the space was clean and beautiful. Considering flying back to Florida just to come back here. Worth every penny - highly recommend!

Great spa, lots of amenities! Alex was awesome, he gave me an amazing massage. The pool and mineral bath were so peaceful and Bek at the pool was very attentive to all our needs! Worth every penny!!!

Incredible Experience!Get a facial from Priscilla, she is fantastic! I will request her every time Im back.- She had amazing communication(Told me what she was going to be doing at every step before we even started, that way she was able to give me quiet relaxation during the whole thing)- She personalized my facial based on my skin after thoroughly evaluating it- She went above and beyond what she needed to do for my facial, making me feel completely pampered- She was just genuinely kind, friendly, and generousLisa was our locker room hostess and she transformed the energy everywhere she went. I firmly believe that the attitudes of all the women in the locker room were 100x more friendly and happier because of the way Lisa made everyone feel. She made the whole day amazing.Everyone was going above and beyond what would have been needed to make an enjoyable spa experience, and instead made a fantastic experience that I will no doubt go back for any time I am in Marco, and encourage everyone else to do the same!

The “Feel Revived” massage was the best massage I have ever had. My wife and I have a tradition of getting a couples massage when we travel to different resorts around the world. So we’ve had a lot of massages over the years and we both agreed the the “Feel Revived” massage was the best we have ever had.In addition to the massage, the facility is very nice. The outdoor private pools are a great benefit. We basically spend the full day at the facility. During our time at the pools there were never more than 6 other people there. So you have quite a bit of privacy and relaxation.We absolutely loved the experience, we didn’t do our spa day until the end of our trip, but it we would have had more time, we would have done it a second time. It was that good.

Wanted to like it so badly. But such a let down. Had two facials for my daughter and I. Both felt the same with two different staff members. Felt rushed and felt like we were pushed with up Charges upon arrival. Chose the scalp massage, they barely rubbed our heads. And same for the facial, felt like the pressure could have been way better. Nice aesthetician, but would not recommend facial.

Pedicure and manicure with Ana!She is calm and professional.Even though I got just mani and pedi, I feel like relaxed and refreshed a lot like I got a full body massage.I was lucky because I met her.Also they have the Dazzle Dry, that means they are the trendy and top hotel spa.She is very knowledgeable about this products and give me a tips for home kits.Honestly I was disappointed with the hotel room and service, but the spa is one of the best!

While my spa treatment was great the rest of the experience was lacking. I wanted to have lunch at the Spa Pool prior to my treatment, and while I allowed two hours for that, most of the time was spent sorting out parking (I’m a local), securing a pool lounger and then chasing down the server. When I finally ordered there was a 40 minute wait for the food .... so it didn’t arrive in time prior to my treatment.The young woman at the front desk tried to make things right by offering a discount. But I really wasn’t there for a 20% discount, I was there for a relaxing day which was really just lots of hassle. Not sure if I will return, which is unfortunate because the treatment was enjoyable but so much of the up charge over a standard spa is being able to enjoy the amenities ....

Courtney is the absolute best hairdresser around !Relocated from LI to Naples and have tried several stylists, no one compares to Courtney. She listens and does what you ask for.Courtney is kind and very skilled in coloring and cuts.Trust me you will not be sorry.

Went Mid June 2021. 50 min. Stress relief massage for $175 by Alex Galvis was very relaxing. No, life changing. Warm foot wrap, relaxing music, completely respectful and comfortable.My husband received a 50 min massage with CBD oil from Isora Bellcharm for $225 and said he is ready for another already. We had access to the absolutely temple like lobby, lounge, outside hot tub, body temperature mineral salt pool, and regular pool. I wish there had been shade over the mineral pool. Even just a part of it. You can just walk to the pool attendant and request any cabana free.The roasted tomato salsa and guacamole were amazing. Make sure you request “nonalcoholic” drinks not “virgin.” One of the attendants missed that detail. We didn’t make a fuss just raised a hand and ordered from a different attendant. They do not provide sunscreen.Lisa & Liz the ladies attendants were amazing at guiding and orienting us to our day at the spa. I took the desk clerks advice and rotated from the sauna to the steam room (which is dripping in eucalyptus and worked wonders for my dry eyes), then a very quick plunge into the cold plunge pool (50 degrees) and lots of gasping. Then into the hot tub to relax. I repeated until I reached my limit of 15 min. In each hot space. I literally meditated the whole time. I just closed my eyes and breathed sixty times. Only three others came in! The limit in June 2021 was 2 people in each space. I relaxed sometimes just in a robe, sometimes just in a suit. I could have gone naked since it was only girls but everyone wore a suit so I did too.I showered three times as they provide everything you need including hair styling supplies shaving razors, towels, deodorant, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is also all available at the resort desk. My husband is in love with the shaving cream. All were filled with essential oils. It was my first spa day so I didn’t miss the food in the lounge but one woman commented that it was missed.Covid was not ignored, with extra cleaning, one way stairs, plastic partitions, etc. only one of the massage chairs of the four in the foyer and 10 pack in the area were plugged in with a remote control to activate them. Complementary water was in the lounge and the attendants came around to check on us in the sauna and brought more water bottles. Heaven!Everyone was extremely polite even when I spoke too loud and accidentally sat in someone else’s reserved cabana. They let me leave and come back to drag my hubby in. They gave me a pass card which you need to enter from the pool area. I was there from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. I signed the bill at check out. It was worth every penny of $400 for our 20th anniversary.It will probably be 20yrs before we repeat it but hopefully not before our next massage. The shop was lovely but overpriced.Debra the desk clerk was very attentive. She answered all of my questions and even stepped away from the desk to chat with me about the local offerings and give me advice on how to enjoy them. I felt a connection of friendship with her as I told her my story of being the mother of seven and it being my first trip to the spa for our 20th anniversary.She taught me how to use the dehydrated towelettes and still did not miss a beat in attending those who needed her assistance. What an amazing group of people and an amazing spa. Thank you so much!

My wife and I are the kind of people who like what they like and once weve found something, we tend to stick to it. I never thought wed be the people who go to the same place for most of our vacations, but..... We love Marco and one specific reason is the Salon at the JW Marriott. We usually take a spa day or two, fellas dont laugh, Im a mans man, but this is something you have to do. You need to spoil yourself and your companion. The service is excellent, polite and gracious, you are treated as a true guest. The massage I had was fantastic, the facilities were excellent from the gym/classes to the outdoor pool. Hot tubs / Cold tubs, mineral pools, cabanas, food, and drink. The afternoons flew by. A special shout-out to the locker room staff, the desk staff and especially the Spa Director, PN, first class sir, you guys know how to care for guests. Thank you! TD

I make an annual trip to the JW Marriott spa and have tried a variety of services, but my facial with Priscilla today was incredible. She was very knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and it was a phenomenal service overall.

Visit Date, 2/17/2018This is my second visit to the JW Marco Island Spa. I had such a great time last October. JW deserves an Encore.This time I received a coconut body scrub and my sister got the mini facial. On this visit, we were able to take advantage of the outdoor pool area which is designated for JW Spa guests only. The last time we were here, it was very windy and raining most of the day, so we were not able to enjoy this perk.The spa has a spacious two level floorplan. The relaxation lounge area was great. There is a connecting outdoor balcony that wraps around the lounge room. You will find a perfect view of the outdoor spa pool below, and beach in the background.My sister and I are obsessed with their spa shoes. Theyre very comfortable. It felt like I was wearing a pair of Clarks or Sketchers.So overall, we had an awesome time at the JW Spa. The rooms were booked far in advance. Its the tourist season so, no surprise there.I only have a few minor suggestions: plastic bags to carry a wet swimsuit & thicker spa robes.

Above and beyond customer service. The spa is beautiful and Angie was the best masseuse Ive ever had. Jessie was super helpful and sweet at the front desk as well. I will be driving back from the east coast just to come here!

I had the best deep tissue massage (intense muscle relief on the spa menu) with Gloria today! The spa facility had sauna, steam, hot tub, showers, etc. This was one of the best deep tissue I’ve ever had!

The employees at the spa are the best by far from all our travels. Highly recommend having a spa day with access to Marriott private pool and beach after any spa appointment

The nails look nice but I have been growing my nails out and they were finally a length I liked and the person who did my nails filed them down to she point where then hurt. I’m very sad about that but the nails themselves look really pretty (except for being really short)
