TiKi Mermaid

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Booked a private charter for a company outing. Thousands of dollars for Costco chicken tenders and cold prefrozen, spring rolls just to go around and around in the harbor in a boat that leaked in the rain, when my understanding was that we would be cruising up and down the coast. $600 for a couple of dozen frozen meatballs? $$$$$$ for a bar that was beyond basic (and i had upgraded the bar package). I have planned events throughout the country and never have I been so disappointed. The only good part was the staff and thats just because they did their job. Im sorry but you cant charge thousands of dollars and provide frozen mini corn dogs as arrival appetizers. Did i mention that we had to provide our own music, via bluetooth that cut out when someone walked in front of it? Its just sad and disappointing. I do not recommend.

I had the best time with this company!!! They were so awesome from the beginning to the end. I had about 22 people for a sunset ride and it was amazing! The food and staff was so nice. Would definitely do it again!!

My friends and I have been using Tiki for the last 6 years and it never disappoints. Staff is always so great and accommodating, the Tiki Mermaid and Tiki Too are both phenomenal boats, and it’s always a blast. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

Long live the Tiki Mermaid! Our friends ride the Tiki every year for a special birthday and it is by far the best day of summer. The boat is lovely, the staff are even more lovely. The Marina route is so beautiful. Lots of fun always.

I attended a party this weekend! & I have to say it was a great experience. The boat was clean & comfortable, the staff & ambiance was great. Thank you for the hospitability Victor! He made sure to make us all feel welcomed & ensured all our needs were met.!I will be booking a cruise for my next event, for sure!

Tiki Mermaid was a blast! We took a booze cruise at the Marina as a company excursion and I had a lot of fun. The boat itself was huge. It even had a dance area. The crew was very nice and helpful. The bartender was great as well. My favorite part was the views! Spectacular sunset. I had so much fun, I want to do it again!

Tiki mermaid is my favorite thing in LA. the crew, the staff the music, everything. it’s do much fun, we do this every year for my birthday and they’re always so accommodating. highly recommend!!

If youre looking for an affordable option to have a booze cruise, this is the option you want to go with! We had our company happy hour aboard the Tiki Mermaid Too last week and it was an absolute blast!! The staff is so friendly and helpful, constantly cleaning up after you and taking extra cups and trash, almost as soon as youre done! They provided great food too - and the open bar was great.Other cruise boats quoted me almost triple the price, and the Tiki Mermaid took us all around the marina and out to the edge where it meets the ocean - a beautiful ride.

Perhaps you would get better ratings if you didnt blast your music so incredibly loud going down each of the water ways near apartments. Its so loud we cannot hear each other speak. Isnt there a decibel limit? Yes there certainly is.

Had our staff party last week. Beautiful boat excellent staff. Shout out to Victor! Highly recommend to anyone in the area. We’ll definitely come back thanks for the experience.

I cant say enough about how wonderful our event was. My daughter who turned 21 and her friends really enjoyed everything. The staff, food and decorations were perfect! DJ Brandon did a fantastic job keeping the kids dancing all night. I will be looking forward to returning on my 50th birthday. Thank you Tiki Mermaid!

One word: amazing. Tony and his team are insanely great. We were coordinating a bachelor weekend, and what a seamless process it was with booking, comms, everything. The boat was awesome - perfect for a party and to celebrate. Go with Tiki and you wont be disappointed.

A great experience cruising the Marina del Rey channel with family and friends. Excellent and friendly service. Great for Birthdays or any celebration. Small but intimate quarters. The ships capacity is 50 guest but I say no more than 25-30 people allows for everyone to stretch and relax because relaxing on this slow moving vessel is the key! Getting around ship is difficult even for the able bodied! Caution advised on narrow stairs with no handrails. Small tempermental bathrooms. What it lacks in modernization makes up in boat character! Thoroughly enjoyable! Highly reccomend!

Really fun and unique, just the perfect amount of kitch but still nice and upscale. I celebrated my 40th with 30 friends who all raved about how fun it was!

We went for a cruise in the Tiki Mermaid boat. It was a little small for our group of ~20 people, but even otherwise the boat seems quite old and the amenities very basic.

Awesome boat, great crew, really fun time. Would definitely recommend if your celebrating a birthday and you want a upscale casual unique place to party!
