Sisley Spa at The Ritz-Carlton

What a wonderful experience! Ive been here twice for facials from two separate therapist and they were both wonderful! Alexandra is an amazing esthetician, highly recommend booking a treatment with her. My skin glowed for days after she worked her magical hands on my face. The staffs are all fantastic and they have macaroons in the waiting room! Will definitely be back!

Such a great experience! Had a massage with John who was amazing, personable, and created a relaxing environment. Highly recommend him as a spa service provider! Everything was lovely, the facilities are clean and calming.

I went to Sisley Spa at Ritz Carlton LAX for my birthday treat. I did 80 minutes Signature Massage with scalp quench and foot focus. The hair and body oil are so fragrant and relaxing. The masseuse lady knows well how to massage. She is really good at it!!There is complimentary Wellbeing Tea Collection from Tea Forte and snacks in the waiting room. I am a tea lover so i did tea tasting while waiting. Ohh it warmed my body up and the tea is so delicious. This healthy trail mix snack is so so good.

Highly recommended !!! AMAAAAAAZING !!!! I just got a facial from Avi ! Very-very thorough and gentle ! And a GREAT upbeat personality ! All I needed. recommended me to upgrade to a face microdermabrasion enhancement. Great choice ! I have a Clean and Glowing skin !80 Mn Sisley up / anti aging $275 + $50 (enhancement). Surely on thé luxuriousi side but worth it ! Great front desk, Locker and lounge ! LOVED IT ALL !! You also have access to the pool as a SPA guest. Ding ding-use the pool before your facial ! Plan your day ahead ! I will be back next month ! Thank you !

The perfect spa day! I had a 50 minute signature massage with Marilyn and she is a fantastic masseuse. She fixed my sore shoulders and was very focused on finding the right pressure to customize the massage to me and what I needed. The aromatherapy was so relaxing as well!

The treatments were great, but we were really disappointed because the pool facility was closed and my friend and I planned a special date to spend time together, and I specifically called and confirmed that the pool area would be open before I book d the appointment based on something I saw online, and it wasn’t. We would have found another place had we known before

Best massage that money can buy. Period. From beginning to end, the experience is tailored specifically to your needs. The staff is warm, kind and informative. The spa itself is kept is in pristine condition and I personally love the locker room which comes equipped with a steam shower. For as busy as the spa is, it never feels crowded.I’d also like to personally give a shout-out to Steph. I’ve worked with him on two occasions for a massage and he’s been a miracle worker. He’s the kindest soul and puts in 110% effort. His work ethic is second to none! If you can, please request him!! You’ll never go anywhere else.

What a wonderful relaxing experience at the Sisley spa in the Ritz-Carlton Marina Del Rey. I had the most luxurious facial ever! The esthetician I had was amazing! I highly recommend Paula. She was very knowledgeable about skin care and recommended the best facial for my skin type and my skin goals.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a facial at the Ritz-Carlton Sisley Spa in Marina del Rey as a gift from my son for my birthday.Paula was beyond fabulous. She gave the most relaxing, cleansing and refreshing facial I have ever experienced.I will definitely be back next time Im in town.

Paula was the best! She’s very empathetic and we had a great conversation. My skin feels extremely moisturized and glowy after the products! She used masks, moisturizers, and massages tailored to my skin type. ❤️❤️

Leaving 3 stars for Avi’s sake. She is an INCREDIBLE esthetician. The massage that I received was the worst massage I have ever had. It felt like the masseuse did not know what to do with herself. She applied hard pressure in the strangest places and ran her hands gently everywhere else. Just over all strange. The spa smelled of the food of whoever was on their lunch. A staff person was showing (I’m assuming) another employee around. She was loudly explaining where the old steam room used to be and all sorts of things. They creepily peaked around the corner and saw me, then started whispering? I was told I shouldn’t use the steam room after the facial, but wasn’t told this on the phone beforehand? Lacks attention to detail (for the price you pay), and overall a weird vibe. Avi is a gem and this place is lucky to have her.

I surprised my daughter with a massage for her birthday since we weren’t able to celebrate with her this year and she raved about it all day! Karen, at the front desk is extremely nice and accommodating. Thank you Sisley for making her day extra special!!

Hands down one of the best spas Ive been to. Perfect serene location and our treatments left us so relaxed we were unable to drive so luckily we could lounge by the pool. Kudos to the team and looking forward to the upgrades coming.

The spa is something incredible. Andy gave me a deep tissue massage that phenomenal. The best spa I ever been.

I absolutely love Avi! This was my second time getting a facial at Sisley Spa with Avi, and now I’m hooked and will definitely be coming on a monthly basis. She’s been doing this for over 30 years and you can really tell. She’s a pro and my skin has never looked better after seeing Avi.

I used a travelzoo voucher for a facial. Honestly the facial was AMAZING, however the spa itself was lacking. My usual experience when you use a spa is over the top amenities. Unfortunately this lacked. They did not offer razors, or any of the fun hair and face products most spas use. The sauna was also broken, so we didnt get to use that either. They automatically charge you a tip. ( shouldnt the amount be up to you?). Also the valet was validated but still had to pay $10 for parking. Overall I would steer clear!

Overall, a very nice spa. The staff was very kind, especially my esthetician Sam; she was amazing and knew SO much about skincare! She is one of the nicest people I have spoken to in a long time. I did expect a little more from the facilities though, a private spa only hot tub area or sauna would have been nice, but all they have is their one pool area that is used by all the guests.

Good quality massage, with great massage techniques--but not a perfect experience overall.My qualms are smaller issues—which normally I would not care about, but considering the price Ritz charges for spa treatments, every element of a customer’s experience should be flawless.I have Ritz/Marriott Platinum Ambassador status, so I stay at lots and lots of hotels and have many spa treatments. I think the Ritz Sisley Spa Marina del Rey prices are some of the highest in the world for spa treatments, so the level of service should match.1. Duration of Massage. I was shorted about 10 minutes off my treatment time. I feel the clock on the massage should start once the massage begins. My appointment was at noon & I was seated in the quiet/waiting room before then. My masseuse greeted me at 12:05pm and it was around 12:10pm when the actual massaging began. My 80 minute treatment ended at 1:20pm, which is 80 minutes from 12:00pm…so basically I was shorted about 10 minutes of massage / treatment.If it were a cheaper massage I would not care, but once again, when you’re charging some of the highest prices, then every minute really does count. For example a 50 minute massage costs $150, which is $3/minute. I also feel, overall, that the 50 minute massage concept is lame too—just give the customer the full hour.2. Attention to Detail / Kindness. The front desk women was not very warm, she was aloof and cold, which does happen at high-end places—so this is not a real surprise, but I think attention to detail is something that should be considered. She gave me spa slippers that were probably 3 sizes too small (which I realized once I was in the changing room). I feel like she should have asked what size I was or at least done a better job sizing up my feet visually…I assumed she would have been more attentive.Then after our treatment I wanted to go in the hot tub, I asked her if she needed to unlock the door for me to enter the pool area (as I knew it was locked), she said the door is not locked. So then I go the door and it was indeed locked—I had to wave at her thru the window, then she came out and said “I thought someone would let you in” and then unlocked the door for me.Once again, this is a small gripe, it was only a very short wait—but I don’t like that she lied and told me the door is unlocked and just hoped someone else would open the door for me. You’re working at a fancy spa at the Ritz—let’s see that amazing customer courtesy, not laziness of wanting to sit & look at your phone.3. Facilities. The facilities are very very small overall, I think if youre looking for the spa day experience youre better off going elsewhere--Burke Williams for instance has impeccable service, masseuses, and facilities!

Step gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. He’s very knowledgeable about products that help relieve pain and inflammation. I highly recommend his massage with CBD oil

This was probably one of the worst spas I’ve ever been to. The overwhelming smell of flowers the moment you step into the waiting room is gag provoking. The lack of fresh water, also in the waiting room, didn’t seem to faze any of those who work there even after I asked for water TWICE.The massage instead of being 50 min was 40. I couldn’t believe it. It was a total rip off. The customer service was non existent. In addition, I only authorized my credit card to be charged 10 dollars for the tip since the massage was poor and cut short but I ended up being charged $23.80. I am astounded!! This has never happened to me before. Stay away from this place!

Had a wonderful facial by Sam, she is everything I hoped for in a facialist and gave me at home recommendations as well as took the time to teach me about skin care. The front desk was phenomenal too! overall wonderful experience.

Had a full body massage which was very nice, but when I went to take a shower there wasnt any body wash or hair conditioner in the shower stall and I overheard a lady when I arrived tell someone they were empty and hour and half later when I went into the shower no one had filled them. I had a shower with no soap at all. I expected more from the ritz-Carlton.

This is a tiny hotel spa by any Ritz Carlton standatds but the services are top notch, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, they stock great quality products and they do a great job of leaving you feeling pampered and cared for after any treatment. The locker room is on the tiny side. The mani-pedi room is great and cozy, a superior choice over going to a regular nail salon.

Step was amazing. The vibes at the spa were immaculate. I can’t wait to go back soon.

There wasnt a huge variety of nail polish to choose from but other wise it was great!

All the stylist are professional and know exactly how to treat your hair.
