When I first walked in to the shop I was very impressed with the look and feel. I was greeted by the owner Brandon who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the subject of vaping and e juices. Brandon and Ryan assisted me with finding the right liquid for my taste and needs, and they were both very patient with my picky taste buds. Just based on their customer service I will continue to go to this store for all my vaping needs. But thats not where it stops, the store is self transports you to an different Era and really makes you feel comfortable. Their menu is very extensive, and they know about every juice they have. Also the menu is leather bound which adds a very nice touch. They built and designed every part of the decor and that really adds to the experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a place which makes you feel like a friend and not a dollar sign. Keep up the good work guys!

This place is fantastic. Excellent in stock selection of mods, juices and accessories. Knowledgeable staff is always friendly and willing to help---whether that includes education, finding devices that best fit your needs, or sampling juice varieties.The online juice bulk sellers have taken over a huge portion of the market space, especially after californias vapor related bans and legislation.Highly recommend supporting your local vape shop during these turbulent times, and make sure they can continue serving the community in the future. :)

MY go to vapor shop. The juices they carry are the best tasting I have found. All the guys are always kind to me and very professional, not to mention very honest. Not the same experience at other spots. to each their own I guess... but this shop has my support! They dont act cheap (which was mentioned in an earlier comment). They always change my cotton to try stuff on my mod, let me know of sales and have given me freebies too! They go out of their way to help me. love them!

I am blown away by the level of customer service here at Venice Vapor Lab! A friend and I came in on our lunch break looking to pick up some new juices. We were helped by a guy named Lucas, he was really professional and recommended juices to us based off of what we liked. He offered to change my cotton and got me set up with my new juice before I left. Hands down the best service I ever received at a vape spot. Highly recommended!

Service was horrible. He told me a price on a mod, then when he rang it up it was more expensive and did not honor the price he had told me. Then sold me a box of coils that i only now know were the wrong coils for the mod he sold me. The guy acted cocky like he knew it all but obviously did not.Other than that the house juice i got there was great, but I wont be going back.

Currently only sells their own brand of juice and I personally think thats great and will be going back for a legit tasting very soon. *A lil expensive* and no club or some way to earn savings which is a bummer but staff is really nice and they have a decent selection of gear and a lot of their own brands of juices which Im very excited to go back and try them all in a proper tasting! 👍🏼👍🏼

I have been coming here for a while now. Extremely knowledgeable staff who dont talk down to you like some other places. Good selection of units and juice. I go out of my way to visit them for all my supplies.

I travel from downtown LA to visit this shop. Product selection, prices, atmosphere and customer service... everything here is A-1, 5 STAR, TOP NOTCH! A true vapor connoisseurs paradise.

Lacking n customer service....no greetings, just how can I help you as if *I* were in the wrong place. Tad bit rude if I do say so my self.... So much so Im in the parking lot whining about it.I asked about their product perfect window to show me what they had to offer but the male behind the counter didnt budge. He simply replied no we do carry what your looking for, END of conversation.Disappointed

Sold me a flum that initially worked and after like 2 hours started sputtering and hitting on its own like possessed and then continued to do that for 2 days and got really really hot and started spewing hot juice. I was so scared it was gonna explode. Ive heard thats what the fake flums do🤷‍♀️

CHECK ONLINE PRICES BEFORE YOU BUY. Their website advertises the sourin air V2 at 24.99 and the guy in the store told me it was 40.00. When I brought up the price online was 24.99, he then continued that the “owners” of the store told him it was because when shipping gets added to the price it evens out... not sure what kind of b.s that is, so I told him if he couldn’t honor an advertised price it was fraud. He then proceeded to look it up in the “system” he said the lowest he could do was 30. This is literally considered false advertisement. Wish I could rate a 0 for this place. They have scammers working for them. “Jesse” was the dudes name who attempted to assist me (poorly). Was literally stumbling over his words while trying to say this.

Ive been to these guys like 10 times and every single time they are either out of stock of something I need or they have it locked up in the manager is nowhere to be found. If you want basic parts or whole kits this place is great for you otherwise stay away and go to a better place

Great selection of e-liquid. Guy at the counter was super - helpful and very chill. You can try before you buy. Big plus when trying to decide on a flavor.

2 stars for trying to be cool, and not a disco. Minus 3 stars for the following.1) If youre looking for high-vg juice, dont bother. The highest they have is 65/35 IIRC (that isnt RipeVape).2) Sample tanks are pretty much Ego Sticks with crappy high ohm tanks. Basically where vaping was maybe 2-3 years ago. I literally couldnt taste anything, and said to hell with it.3) 15ml bottles. They will sell you multiple bottles at a slight discount, but in all honesty, I dont want to buy 4 or 5 small bottles when the two stores I go to regularly sell 30, 60, 120, and up, in flavor that are actually really amazing.4) Limited selection of Mods and Tanks. Went in for TFV8 coils, and they dont carry them. At the time I dont think they had the TFV4 and coils either. Their loss.5) Limited juice selection, I mean limited. Im looking for juices which arent some ridiculous attempt at being hipster. NO thanks I dont want to try your organic bamboo saffron with organic suspension, or wild coconut seagrass or any of the Five Pawns garbage. Five pawns? Really? How are they even still in business? Anyways.6) If youre a cloud chaser, dont bother. This place is setup for n00bs and hipsters first starting out. Bet juice they had (high vg decent flavor) is RipeVape. Yeah, let that one sink in.To be fare. the following is mostly true the three times (yup, three strikes) Ive been in there:* there is usually someone there to help you choose juice. Ask them for help, or get lost in their giant book of flavors youll never want to buy.* There was one guy who was pretty nice, a generally cool guy. A couple of the other guys there are pretty cool as well, but there are two clowns who bragged about how they hand pick every flavor, and weve all tried them, so you know youre getting good stuff. - Yeah sorry, your palette sucks bros.* They have a limited equipment section, with some older, dated mods and addys (by todays standards). Prices are as you would expect from a vape shop in Venice beach, average MSRP to above MSRP.* Their Fivestars rewards program is whatever. Typical free coils, and a free 15ml bottle of juice, etc.* Not a place I would want to hang out at because frankly its dark, its setup like a speakeasy, and they dont have much to offer beyond visual aesthetics.This place has to have been rated 3 stars and up by people who either dont know better, are their friends, or are completely new to vaping and received awesome help.Heres the thing about vaping. There are tons of shops. Find the one that is best for you, and never stop exploring your options. Unfortunately, all of the above might sound harsh, but have to be honest, Ive been around the block with plenty of shops, and this place needs to work on its vape game if they want to attract the seasoned vets of vaping. I would in a second, return if they could offer better prices, bigger bottles, better equipment, and more high VG flavors.tl;dr;If youre new to vaping. Go here. If youre a vet, dont waste your time.

So... I decide to get a Mechanical mod. Upgrade from the cheap protanks I was using, so I could take thicker, smoother hits. I decide on the Kraken and nemesis clone.I take it to the vape store down the street. I will refrain from giving a name, because I am REALLY, really nice. In all fairness, the glass in the kraken was defective. It didnt fit the base... BUT, the 16 year old who attempted to put it together (for an hour and a half) lost the copper pin at the end of the nemesis. Cause when I finally took it to vapor lab, they asked if anyone disassembled the end of it. Because it didnt need disassembling.Anyways. They got the nemesis clone to work without the pin. But they told me to ask the place I ordered it from to send me another one. Showed me a picture of it.They got my Kraken to work. They replaced the glass, the o-rings... omg. I wanted to kiss them!These other vape shops.. particularly the one that lost the pin... they told me the kraken didnt work, and recommended I buy another tank.. (which i ended up doing... the aga-t) to use for the time being. Which didnt end up working cause... they lost the pin.Wow. Just wow. These guys at vapor lab are insane! Three guys, take your mod... tanks.. start working on it.. whipping out the blow torches...Look at their reviews on yelp. The review below is more than likely from the competition. Nowhere... and I mean NOWHERE in Venice will you find a store with replacement parts and such great service! All this happened today.

Vapor store on a budget. These guys need to step their game up. Vapor Spot is the way to go. Sample flavors are all empty and atomizers all burnt. Dont have good selection of liquids. Sorry but two thumbs down on this place. They need to step their game up and quit being cheap!!!
