I did the stress relief massage with Jess and my goodness that was amazing. You get a full hour and she is excellent at everything she does! She went over. All of my limbs, gave the best scalp massages, had the best vibe in the room, and everything was smooth and seamless! This is a great gift to someone that might be going through something or just needs a nice massage! Even hours after the massage, I still feel so much better and relaxed. Definitely will be going back in the near future!

Molly is amazing! My 80 yr old Mother needed a cut and color as her hair was growing back months after a brain surgery. Molly was kind, patient, did a fabulous consult, explained everything, chose a wonderful color, and showed my Mom how to style her hair.Ive never been so thrilled, and applaud the above and beyond service. My Mom is very proud, happy, relieved. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Thank you Molly, and thank you Pure Eden.

Hannah is amazing! She took a lot of time making sure my hair was just how I wanted it and was super communicative with what she was doing. She’s super sweet and talented! Also love that they offer a hot towel to cover your face when they wash your hair because it’s so awkward staring up at the ceiling lol also the scalp massage was great.

Liza was the BEST. I’m obsessed with my hair. I showed her pictures, and described to her what I wanted and she showed out. The layers are perfect, not too thin and they sit nicely! Wispy bangs is what i asked for and wispy bangs is what i got! Could not have asked for a better experience. 100/10.

I have had 3 things done by Jess and I can honestly say I never leave dissatisfied.The stress relief massage is to die for! Not only is it the most relaxing thing I’ve ever done but Jess makes you feel so comfortable. The room is absolutely perfect and I love that I am so comfortable on the heated blanket.The full body scrub - 😘 wow?!?! My skin feels so refreshed and hydrated. I got the body scrub yesterday and I still feel great today! I will definitely be getting one before any events that I have to dress up for!!!Lastly, my lashes! Jess has done my lashes for about a month now. I have never been able to go longer than a week without a fill… until now!!! Jess is the only one that uses a technique and top of the line glue that helps with my retention. She is solely dedicated to me when I’m with her. If you are getting an hour fill, she will spend the entire hour in you! Also, I have been getting lashes done for over 4 years, Jess is the first person to ever show me the different lengths curls and types of eyelashes. She is the first to show me how to properly take care of them as well!Bottom line, see Jess for anything you need! She is absolutely wonderful at her job but she is an even more amazing person!

I was an out of towner & a stylist & called Pure Eden because it showed up on Google. I was given a color/cut appt with Liza. What a cute salon & very nice staff. Liza is a relatively new stylist, but you wouldnt know it, her demeanor & confidence is that of a veteran! I was totally satisfied with her service & would recommend her.

These women went above and beyond for my wedding, from lashes to makeup to the perfect wedding hair. They eased my anxious soul after a bad experience at a different salon. Let me tell you how amazing my eyelashes look!! Holy cow, Jessica Jess does my lashes perfectly. I drive an hour to see Jess because every time my eyes look fabulous!! I get a classic, the lashes dont fall out, I get a D curl which stays perfect. Im so impressed. I would recommend Jess because she asks the right questions, keeps tabs on what you like, plays great music and makes you feel special.

Scheduled spa day. Was excited to have this experience. Waited a month. Full body massage but I guess the area from the waist to the knees isn’t included in the full body the facial wax relaxing until the scrub brush was used a little to long and my face feels like one big scratch and when done my face felt extremely heavy and oily. Oh, and I never got a haircut mani or pedi cause the person who was going to do that got sick. That wasn’t her fault of course and I hope she is feeling better but a totally disappointing day for me

Wedding Hair by Hannah and Wedding Airbrush by Caroline.These girls did an amazing job with my bridal hair and make up. I have never felt so beautiful. Both were extremely calming and truly listened to what I wanted. I felt like I was in the best hands possible for my wedding day.

Hannah is so wonderful to work with and as a larger woman I have never been more comfortable in a salon before. Everything is so clean and beautifully decorated. The 30 min drive from battle creek is worth it every time.

This place is amazing! You can get anything from hair to skin care! They offer so many different types of treatments you will walk out glowing! I have never seen a sad face there and we have been going for over 5 years.

The owner and staff are incredibly kind, professional and listen to your wants/needs. The salon is clean and decorated beautifully. Pure Eden is my favorite salon to go to for a relaxing time! I always book with Tori but would trust anyone there to cut/color my hair. It’s a very warm & welcoming place. Tori gave me the best cut of my life. I had a Mohawk and decided to grow it out. It was getting real weird and she gave me a cut that looked as awesome as it could until it was long enough to have a super amazing cut. I went back after it grew out and now it is exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Tori!!

I absolutely love this salon!!! When I am in the area I always try to make an appt with them because every single stylist is amazing. Jaime did my highlights and hair cut and I absolutely love it, I will definitely be coming back and BTW the massage therapist is one of the best in the state!

I have only been to pure eden twice but both times i had a great experience. My hair was cut and styled the way i wanted and looked/looks great. Anna is my hair dresser at pure eden and is wonderful.Both times Ive been there i was treated respectfully and with care.I highly recommend going here and whenever anyone ask i always suggest going here.Thank you anna for doing such a great job and being such a sweet heart❤

The stress relief facial takes a facial, a massage, aromatherapy and combined them for an amazing and relaxing experience. I felt and looked completely refreshed and at peace when I was done. 100% worth it, one of the best experiences I have ever had in a salon/spa.

Watch your bill for being charged more. I have a daughter that goes there(did, wont be returning) and has no issues other than ridiculous wait times past the appt time. Other daughter went today and had a completely different experience and was overcharged. Apparently some rules only apply to certain people along with the prices. Brought it to their attention that she was overcharged and am waiting on the call back from the manager. We live over a half hour way. Even if they give us a refund, its hardly worth the drive to go get it.

Nice salon with fabulous stylists. Took my 4 year old son in to see Molly; she did an amazing job! She is patient, kind and engaging and his hair is drastically improved.

Walked in on a Saturday early afternoon. Asked if they did eyebrows and took walkins Kama and I was able to get him done at a really cheap price and she did a great job. Thank you

The pros, friendly service, cool atmosphere, great haircuts (scalp massage is off the chain) and services.The cons, The price for a haircut is a little expensive, availability (if youre not in the schedule), and time management (there have been a couple of times I have had to wait).Overall it is a great place to go and is a staple in the community.

Last week, cut & color, this week, facial. All were done by Torey. She is fabulous!! HIGHly recommend her for both. Best facial Ive ever had. Total indulgence!

I love everyone here- hair stylist, massage therapist, and gals that do mani pedis. Theyre all great! Atmosphere is wonderful. They just had a remodel so there is a little more room now too.

Jamie is the owner. Very nice salon, staff is friendly and attentive. Love Keri Ann. Prices are excellent and less than other salons. They take the time to make you look great and feel good!

I got my hair, makeup, and nails done for prom and will never be coming back. By the end of the night my hair had already fallen out and was very loose to begin with. My “acrylic” nails were all different shapes and very lumpy, and within a week they popped right off just like glue on nails. And my makeup was horrible. They used a foundation way too dark for my skin and BUTCHERED my eyebrows. I hate looking at my prom pictures because my face just looks so dark compared to the rest of my body. I had a horrible experience and I will never be coming back. It was definitely not worth the $100+! My mother left a bad review on Facebook as well after it had happened, and all they offered was a discount for when and if I came back, which I never plan to do. They do have a very cute shop and everyone there is very nice, but I do not recommend coming here.

My wife had been extremely excited and scheduled for the 6th at 9am since July 27th only to show up today and be told she wasnt on the schedule and was turned away. She doesnt take a lot of time for herself so this was very disappointing to see her pull back in the driveway upset after only being gone 30 minutes.

Pure Eden is a nice and cozy salon I always feel very welcomed and comfortable whenever I go there. The entire staff is super friendly and the place is always very clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cut/color, wax, facial, manicure or pedicure!

Best place to get your hair done, man or woman. Great staff. Upscale cuts at reasonable prices. I always get compliments on my new do after visiting. They also have other spa services, although I havent used them.

This salon is like a spa where you leave feeling totally pampered! Gorgeous decor and the stylists are the BEST!! There is not another place like this in West Michigan! Whether it is a cut, color, style, manicure or pedicure - this salon is like a dream come true - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pure Eden!

I want to love this place because the atmosphere is terrific, however service is half hearted to say the least. I wanted to treat my 12 yr old to a spa-like manicure for her birthday and celebrate her success in kicking the nail biting habit. It was disappointing to say the least. The website claims to offer the following with nail service, “Uses Avedas Lavendar Stress Fix Body Line. Includes soak, scrub, massage, filing and polishing.​“ BUT it was nothing more than a quick file and paint. No soak, no massage, no lotion.. file and paint PERIOD After paying $50 for a polish, and I was asked if I wanted add gratuity, it took everything for me to not laugh and ask for what? After we left, I informed my Daughter that she didn’t experience a true manicure.

Massage was really good. Alice (I think was her name) made sure to go through my history and ask necessary questions to give me what I needed. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed!

Molly is my stylist. She knows her stuff, especially when it comes to texturizing the cut. Texture makes or breaks the style! I get so many compliments on my hair and I know it all starts with a great cut!! Thanks Molly!!

Very nice salon and spa. Done in vintage decor. I felt very relaxed even though my procedure was lengthy....which I knew it would be. Very sterile, and great atmosphere. Beauty by Vixen is a charm 💐
