Love this store, I love the Monroe location as well but this location is much more convenient for me. The staff was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable on everything I had questions about. As a veteran I love that this business is vet owned and operated and have a lot of product geared toward helping out different veteran organizations. I made a mistake in the product I purchased which was my own fault, and Jeremy and upper management worked with me quite professionally to find a solution. Although all sales are final, they wanted their customer to be happy, and they made a very fair offer that worked out well for both parties in a difficult situation. It was handled professionally, and the product knowledge and customer service there seems top-notch.

Easily the best vape shop Ive ever been to. Samples of every juice in good tanks....as well as a good bit of them available to drip if using a dripper. Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Prices are fair. Honestly couldnt ask for more.

I was in town for a class and ran here on my lunch break from school. Location was really easy to get. Shop was clean and Maddison was super nice and helpful with my selection. I walked in and had no idea what I wanted and she very patiently helping me pick out a juice. Unlike most other shops I did not feel rushed at all. I wish I had a shop in Wilmington like this shop. Started going to this place instead of my usual vape shop because its more convenient to my house. Have had a few good experiences, but have also been treated like I was a nuisance for asking to taste a new juice one time and had 3 times when Ive been sold the wrong coils. When I went to exchange some today, I was told I would only be allowed to exchange the one still in the package. I get it, but I wouldnt have needed to come back and exchange them at all if I had been sold the proper item that I asked for in the first place. I would have been willing to accept store credit or something instead of a full refund but no other option was offered. Thing is, Ive spent at least $200 there in the past few months. It seems pretty penny wise and pound foolish to lose a customer over $8, but hey, whatever. Ill just take the extra few minutes to go back to Vaping Xtreme.ETA: just got a call from Allen, a manager. He apologized for my experience and did what he could to make it right. I appreciate that, and maybe youll have a better experience as a result of my feedback.

Great staff but if you buy something under $5 with a credit card even if its $4.87, they will not sell you anything due to policy . they say that you have to spend $5 or more...They tried to get me to buy something else to hit the $5.. no thanks..thats cool, I will just go somewhere else to spend my money that will actually take it. ALL other vape shops will gladly take my $4.87 credit card purchase without hassle. Sometimes you just need a single coil.

This is my favorite vape store, It could be considered a vape lounge. The atmosphere here is great. The employees are laid back, friendly and most importantly, very knowledgeable about vaping and all the products they sell. I was able to sit at the bar and test several different e-juices which helped tremendously in making my selection, with tons of different e-juice brands/flavors to choose from. I am new to vaping and everytime I come here I have questions and I always leave with answers. This isnt your average discount cigarette/vape store. Id recommend Custom Vapes & E Cigs to everyone.

First time stopping at this location, usually go to the waxhaw one but this one is just as great as the waxhaw one. Custom Vapes is my place to go, so many juices to choose from and a nice rewards card.Highly recommend it.

Absolutley amazing staff and best experience of any vape store i have ever been to fron cali to here and all inbetween. Prices are fair and its veteran ran! Nick Rose was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything. He showed me exactly what I needed and even recommended things that I wouldnt have thought of. There are also somewhat reasonable prices. They also allow you to taste some flavors.

I recently started vaping and noticed your new shop in Matthews. I went in to vist this past week, and i will admit i was nervous going in since i still am not an expert by any means. Caleb was working that day, and right from the time I stepped in the door and was greated i felt completely welcome, like i was walking into somewhere they knew me. He asked my name and asked how long I had been vaping - again I was almost embarrassed to tell him it had only been a few months but he took it in stride. He made it a point to tell me it is a milestone to have stopped smoking and he was proud of me for taking that step and he was here to help me and answer any questions I had. long story short - I ended up leaving with new device that is so simple to use, and a few new juices that I am in love with . I cannot wait to go back and hopefully work with this knowledgeable man again. He was wonderful and I am glad I went in to the shop, I will definitely be coming back !!

Better customer service would be a great start! Returned a Smok 22 vape pen 4 days after purchasing because it was leaking, the girl working there calls someone on the phone, she then replaced the coil, replaced the O-rings, said its not leaking anymore, tells me if it leaks again theyll replace it, I leave, drive 3 minutes away and its leaking again. Return to the store 5 minutes later and tell them that I dont want it but will exchange it for something else at a higher cost to me, they call someone on the phone once again and they tell me that theyre going to replace the coil which was already done. The people working in there are not the problem, they were actually very nice and tried to be helpful. And I just have to ask if they have to call a manager or owner to use the restroom also, seems like they couldnt make a decision without asking someone on the phone. Ive own 4 other vape pens and they have never leaked once. I walked out of there without my receipt for another vape pen that I purchased today but I guess it doesnt really matter, they dont stand behind their products anyway!

Ive been resisting the switch from smoking but Max was able to find a device that I could use comfortably and a flavor that tastes more like a real cigarette with enough nicotine for me.

Max is always very helpful whenever I pick up some disposables. He swiftly helped me exchange a disposable that didnt work with no problems.

Had my girlfriend take back a vape ( a v-mod) to ask for the money back cause they swapped it out once and it still wont hold a charge. I get a call 15 minutes later with her telling me they refuse to help her or give her the money back regardless of haveing the receipt. If you cant refund it the exchange it I dont want something that didnt come from or was not fixed by the company its self. Why do I have to take a sub par product cause they dont want to pay to send something else back. The troops deserve a better place then this to support them. I will make it a point to let everyone know how they try to swendle people be posting this review word for word once a week or edit it so it the first one everyone sees agian. Cause after thirty days of the purchase they dont have to fix it any more
