The manager Frank helped my husband and I look for some cones we were looking for. He was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. He also showed amazing deals the shop had. We will definitely be coming back here.

My experience is mind boggling, went in for some THCA flower at first he was acting shady , he explained his prices which are super high ! Charges way too much . So I asked if I could get a better price he said do you have cash ? I said yes I do . He said well give me 40 plus take 45 dollars for 3 grams his scales are off , went back probably 5 times every time acting sketchy and aggressive. Finally I found a shop next to his they do 8 a gram same exact jars .. A Better Dispensary.. so I save 60 bucks a week . Anyone wants the real smoke shop in Charlotte message me I got you …. As far as Cloudzilla worst in Charlotte please save your money and time .. he’s very rude and runs a sketchy operation that cost double than real prices in Charlotte … cocky , and also his employee don’t know how to sell the flower . I went in one day only had 23 bucks lol he gave 3 .3 grams . But the owners over there no paying the IRS . Taking cash under the table and it’s still 13 to 17 a gram . But his competition got use for 8 a gram . PEACE if your reading this please I’m begging you to save your money and time shop anywhere but cloudzilla is a SCAM.

Customer service in this smoke shop is the best of the best. Mr. Frank the man went out of his way to call the owner for a deal they had going on. Very patient and good with explaining differences in products. They have a huge variety of everything.

Walked in and was welcomed by the owner of the shop felt welcomed he let us know the difference between the products will aboustley be back!
