Wow what a gorgeous space & amazing products. I loved my massage and my masseuse from Poland was so sweet! Ashley was super welcoming & made the experience great! It feels like you were just dropped off in tulum! Definitely treat yourself or a friend!

The spa was tastefully decorated, and very quiet (which is necessary because of the way the walls are constructed-open on top/bottom). The quality of the massage was very good. My only issue was that I asked for upper body only and feet, and said to skip the legs- but she did them anyway. Otherwise, my therapist was very polite, attentive, and kind. No water was offered upon checkout. That would have been nice. I will be back. ☺️

I had a pleasure of having a prenatal massage (Mother To Be massage) with Sami. Sami is a wonderful massage therapist who made feel so relaxed. Since I was able to lay down only on my sides, the massage table had super soft and fluffy pillows and a warm cover. I opted for a medium pressure and Sami did a great job. She used an oil without smell and it was amazing. She also used the hot towels for my back and feet. Sami is a real professional. I enjoyed a relaxed music and the spa ambience. I forgot to mention that the spa has a relaxing waiting area with a nice design and pleasant atmosphere. I recommend this place 100%!

I just had my first massage at Silent Moment Spa… it was amazing! The ambience is so relaxing. This was my first time coming to silent moment on my birthday on Friday. I went for a massage and a facial. Thank you to the manager working things out for me and my friend to ensure we were taken care of . All of the staff was great and very accommodating I even received a birthday gift. Me and my friend will definitely be returning. If youre looking for a place that reminds you of nature, calm and peaceful this is the place to come to. I slept through both massages 💆🏽‍♀️ I hope I wasnt snoring 😂. The best birthday gift I could have given myself. I wish I would have taken pictures but I was too into the moment its definitely something you have to see for yourself.

I was walking by and wanted to check out the new business in my local shopping center. I thought it was only for massage, but they also have facials and other services! I was able to book a facial with Rena and LET ME TELL YOU, it was amazing! Rena is knowledgable, smart and so kind. I felt great and so did my skin. I left glowing!! I cannot recommend this place (and Rena!) enough. Inside it is clean, beautiful and makes you feel like you are in a completely different place. Cant wait to go back!

Elzbieta was wonderful. She checked in with me often to make sure of my comfort. The massage was excellent. Elzbieta addressed all of my issues and eased the discomfort.The physical space is pretty and calming. There are lovely items for sale including jewelry and clothing. Its a great place to pick up a gift.There is no pressure to join a club as many other massage studios do. That too was a bonus!I highly recommend Silent Moments for relaxation and an excellent massage!

Love going here! Ive been twice now and both times the therapists knew what they were doing and also walked me through ways I can improve my tight muscles in my everyday life. Staff was very friendly and not pushy. Will definitely be going again!

A peaceful and serene ambience. Drew was excellent, in deep tissue massage and stretches. I had identified my problem areas. Drew made sure to work them and help relax those muscles. Highly recommend this place

Literally the best massage I’ve had in charlotte. Jamilla was GREAT. She got all my knots out, and I felt 1000% times better than I normally do after a massage because she actually did a true deep tissue. I also got chocolates and champagne complimentary with my massage!! I will be back!

Reception was pleasant and quiet, my therapist was professional, courteous and cognizant of my tension (first time and sports massage includes deep tissue). Plenty of products for purchase with that being said, not one time was anyone pushing anything extra on you. Highly recommend

Had my first massage today with Anna and it was soothing and relaxing. I had the Swedish ultimate relaxation massage with light to medium pressure. She did exactly what I requested and would definitely be back again. Great atmosphere.

I can’t recommend them enough! Everyone was so kind - the space itself was gorgeous and immaculate. I showed up as a walk in and luckily Jonathon had availability because I was having the worst, days-long migraine. Jonathon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable- he eased my migraine, showed me areas where I can self massage to help prevent them, and even gave me stretches to try at home. I will definitely be back.

Massage was nice. Alejandro was great. The place is beautiful. My only recommendation would be to turn on some a/c. It was very warm in there. I know most people strip down for a massage so I get wanting it a little warmer but the table heat is enough.

I had a migraine for 2 weeks which became unbearable yesterday. Silent moments was able to fit me in for a 50 deep tissue massage of my neck shoulder, even my scalp. Let me tell you I went in crying in pain and left crying in pure relief. Anna my therapist was sent by the gods because I went home, showered and went to bed. Woke up today feeling like the world was filled with sunflowers. I would give ten stars if I could and highly recommended Silent moments Spa.

I went for my first massage due to some recent stressors and was lucky enough to have Jonina as my massage therapist. She was calming, attentive, and I walked out feeling a million times better. The 50 minute Swedish massage was exactly what I needed to relax and Jonina delivered!
