I visited Lori at Dynamic Integrations Wellness after several months of on and off pain from a sprained ankle. I had seen a foot specialist, who told me there was little they could do since it wasnt broken - the area just needed time to heal. After one massage session, I felt a noticeable improvement! I highly recommend consulting with them if you need pain relief or have questions about the benefits of massage for your needs.

Steven is AMAZING. I cannot even explain how hopeless I felt as my wife struggled for 2 days after sleeping funny on her neck. She was debilitated. I had to help dress a 35 year young adult.Steven asked a few questions and spent 10 minutes working with her and she felt IMMEDIATE RELIEF.HOURS later, her range of motion is still about 85%, whereas it was at about 10% when she met Steven.110% recommended. A+++

I had an amazing massage from Sophie today. She gave me a choice of a pleasant and gentle massage or if I wanted to, she could fix my shoulder injury! I had hurt my shoulder in an accident and I could not raise my arm past a point for the last 3 months. When I left her room I could raise my arm again and she fixed my lower back pain and explain to me that if I returned several times within the next 6 weeks she could probably permanently fix these injuries and problems I had. I am very optimistic and I will try going back again I highly recommend coming here for a healthier body with better Mobility.

My wife has been doing SRT for a while and found this new location. She convinced me to go along and I am really happy with the results thus far. I’ve been going for a few months and I can really tell a difference. It is much different than the types of physical therapy, massage, stretching that I typically do. I don’t truly understand how it works, but the pressure points somehow loosen the muscles and ligaments. It really has addressed tightness in my shoulder and hips from sitting in front of a computer in a way that no other treatment has been able to address.

So easy to make an appointment online and the service was fantastic. I’ve had a lot of muscle pain in my back since our move and Steven was able to figure out just where I needed the most help and go right to work. I will definitely be back to use this wellness center again as they have a lot to offer when it comes to solving individual needs.

Fantastic service and healing. Having a herniated neck disc that causes all sorts of pain and discomfort; I have been going for SRT (Spinal Reflex Therapy) with Larissa for the past 3 months and it so works for me. The pain relief and good range of motion again in my neck and shoulder makes me feel like my old happy self again.

I have gotten multiple sessions here from 3 Therapist. Larissa Miller has done great work using SRT Spinal Reflex Therapy (must look into if you havent), facia blasting, and deep tissue massage. She explains the treatments, evaluates your condition and with your feedback suggests the best treatment process for results.Sophia K is an angel with strong hands, also equipped to use SRT treatments, deep tissue and facia work. Not only will you feel absolutely comfortable with her soft & spunky mix of a personality but youll learn more about your muscles before you leave; she has a magical talent of finding the source of your symptoms and working them out. I was lucky enough to have her do a neck routine on me during a few sessions and its amazing how effective working areas the avg person doesnt expect a therapist to go to. Shes also added in some stretching during sessions I highly appreciated.Steven M. another lovely energy for those who arent too sure about going in to let a stranger work on you. His presence puts you at ease and he is one of those youve felt like youve known forever. He did SRT treatments on me and got my frozen shoulder to let go after calling in an emergency visit the same day I called. He focused on my issues and whats needed to get my muscles back to their proper state as opposed to just a fluffy overall massage. He will also explain everything as he find it and treats it. He has been working on my shoulder and neck in the last couple months, the progress has been very noticeable.I can confidently say I can call in, set up an appointment with any of them and be completely satisfied when I walk out the door. Their professionalism is on point but in no way make you feel like you are in a doctors office or some frufru salon that is shoving sales in your face. I love that I can count on them to take care of my needs and keep me informed on what work needs to be done and why and still get that relaxing, calm, warm vibes everyone wants when they walk in for a massage. I have better range of motion, less pain and walk out a different person than the one that walked in.I cant go anywhere else unless I know the therapist b/c nothing beats seeing the folks here. And once you are familiar you do not leave without a hug. :)

The environment is beautiful and calm; Larissa is always punctual, prepared, calm, expert and professional. At the same time, she is warm and kind, adapting to your needs. She definitely has a healing touch. For people like me with chronic pain issues, she provides relief and also inspires hope. I am so glad I found her. The prices are reasonable. She genuinely wants to make a difference in peoples lives and she has in mine.

The Spinal Reflex Therapy massage is the most effective tool for unwinding the knots in my shoulders and legs!! I decided to buy a package so I can get SRT at least once a month. I swear by this type of therapy!!!!

Booked my appointment over the phone, arrived, lights were off and doors locked. Called the phone # I used t book the appointment and they put me on hold just to tell me that no one was there. Never again. Unprofessional. This is what happens when you use a chain-type place with off-site call centers.

Excellent visit. My experience was not only relaxing through SRT some chronic issues were resolved.
