I had an amazing experience for my first time at NIB. Sue was my technician and she really took her time from start to end. I came with a specific design in mind, and Sue did an amazing job recreating the look. I also reallyenjoyed speaking with Sue throughout the session. Shes friendly and talented. Overall, the environment and staff were all great. I look forward to coming here again.

Honestly, was not very happy with my nails. I got the French manicure with strengthening gel. The woman who did my nails did not do enough cuticle care so within a few days, there was lifting around the cuticle. Also, I’ve had strengthening done at other salons before and this was not what I was used to. It felt more like a gel manicure, and the tips of my nails cracked within a week. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. The salon is very nice, but that doesn’t mean much to me when the quality is not there. This is my nails at two weeks. I really regret giving NIB a chance just because they are close by. At my previous salons my nails would’ve looked almost brand new at two weeks and I could go about 3 1/2-4weeks before getting a new set. Now at exactly 2 weeks I’m planning to get my nails done again in the next few days, which is ridiculous to me for the standard NIB sets.Edit to responseAt no point that I say anything about hard gel or acrylic nails. I also get strengthening with non-toxic gel polish at the other salons that I go to. You guys saying that people come to you guys based on your values and not your nail services is completely ridiculous. At the end of the day you are nail salon and should be providing quality services to you customers. Nobody would go to a grocery store to buy rotten food just because of the grocery stores values. Do better.

I went to NIB for the first time and I had my nails done by Kate. I was very excited to go to the salon because I’ve been following them on Instagram for a while and seen all the designs. I was not disappointed!I got a gel manicure with very intricate designs. Kate matched exactly to the inspiration photos I showed her and I am so glad with how it came out. The receptionist, Sara, was also very nice and helpful. She helped me choose my nail colors, along with Kate, so they truly went above and beyond. Aside from the art, the scrub afterwards smelled heavenly and was very relaxing. The entire atmosphere of the store is very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. In their retail section, they carry some trendy brands that I’ve only seen online. I was so happy to came home with beautiful nails and great quality goods. 10/10

I always enjoy coming here! The staff is kind, and the manicure and pedicure are super relaxing. For my bachelorette, Sue did sparkly ombre nails for me and watermelon nails for my friend. Loved how they turned out! Highly recommend the builder gel for a longer lasting manicure - mine looked great for several weeks.

If you have sensitive skin (acne prone) like me and looking for a facial this is your place. Kay is the most amazing technician that I am so lucky to have her doing my facial. All of their products are incredible not irritating my skin at all. You can definitely tell the difference as soon as you walk out and the next day my skin gets even better. I got the facial membership on the same day(awesome deal fyi). Shout out to Jin and Kay for the wonderful experience and customer service 🤍Highly recommend 🤍

This is a beautiful salon with fantastic nail, massage, facial and other services. I had a wonderful 60 minute massage and a pedicure today. My technicians were very professional and friendly. The salon is super clean and conveniently located in the Capital One complex. Free 2 hour parking right next to the salon. I cannot wait to go back!!

Such a lovely nail salon! The general manager was so kind and welcoming. I got a regular manicure and the technician, Noda, was excellent. She had a lot of attention to detail and I felt that my nails were in great hands. The salon also has a relaxing vibe and such a pretty aesthetic with self-care products lining the walls. I will be back!

This was my second time getting my nails done at NIB and I was pretty underwhelmed. The shop boasts natural nail care but during the gel removal for my pedicure the nail tech scrapped my nail so much that it left indents on my nail and was mildly painful. At some point during the service her cuticle work left my big toe bleeding which I didn’t notice until she attempted to apply product over it which stung like crazy. Prep aside I’m the most disappointed with the paint job. After she was done I sat and cleaned paint off of my skin and left. Staff also couldn’t find information on my previous visit. Though I loved my first appointment with them the second one left much to be desired and with the lowest nail service on their list being 70 dollars their consistency should be better.

Great Service, Great Staff, Great Environment!I went in for a mens manicure and massage and was extremely impressed. The receptionists, Ellie and Sara, went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. It was my first time and they helped answer all of my questions.At this point, I had high expectations for the service as everything else had been top notch, but both services surpassed my expectations. My manicure was done by Kate and she was efficient and thorough. She wasted no time and expertly assessed and cleaned each nail. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of a hand massage and scrub. Next, my massage was done by Eric, and it was one of the most relaxing massages I have ever had. Afterwards, I felt refreshed and completely renewed.10/10 Cannot wait to come back again

This is one of the most beautiful salons Ive ever been to. They do an amazingly great job at keeping the space super clean, tidy, and peaceful. Its quiet and so relaxing and very well designed. The staff are very kind as well! Im afraid I only have two issues. The quality of my last two pedicures have not been amazing unfortunately. For the price point I expected a bit better and my last pedicure looked similar to something I might have achieved myself at home. Secondly, their color selection for non-gel polishes are somewhat limited :(

I recently visited this studio and had an exceptional experience! The technicians are skilled and attentive, ensuring that every detail is perfect. NIB is my go to for all beauty treatments. I love the non-toxic products, the owner, manager and staff and the environment. It is a lovely zen spa like experience with the flexibility of your local nail salon. I typically make my appointments online a few days out, they have well trained technicians and I’ve been happy consistently at both locations. I’ve also had a facial with Kay and massages with Eric. Both are extraordinary!!! My recent appointment was for dazzle dry mani/pedi and everything was perfect. Great work. Excited for the new location in Old Town Alex!!!

I got my wedding nails done here and they did a fantastic job! The gel nails held up so well & looked absolutely perfect for my wedding day. The price is a little higher than other salons but the guaranteed non-toxic products and no acrylic smells made for a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend for an upscale nail salon experience.

Cute place, but terrible customer service. Appointment didn’t start until 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. They require payment when you confirm your appointment but has to be done within a 30 min time frame or else you lose your confirmation. I’ve never had a salon give you a time limit for an appointment confirmation before. Was not greeted upon arrival or acknowledged. After the pedicure service, the two staff members just left and never returned to check up on us to see if our nails were dry or let us know we were done. For the prices they charge, the service they provide does not even come close for the value. Much better salons in the area, do not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at nibs. Kate my nail tech was so patient and helpful when it came to me deciding my design. The staff and receptionist Sara are very kind and welcoming. I was really happy with the nail art and technique they use.

TL; DR Great customer service and ambience. I visited for the first time (Falls Church) and was so excited to find some place that is nontoxic and organic. My first service felt a bit rushed, and the color didn’t come out as I had hoped. Admittedly, I was the last appointment of the day and only called about my color based on their social media post of the glazed donut trend — I didn’t check it myself. I followed up with them after, and they were nothing but compassionate and helpful. They booked me to come back in (Tysons) for a correction as soon as possible. So much care was put into removing and redoing my polish and touching up my callous treatment. I was initially hesitant about coming back in the future given the price and that I rarely get a pedicure, but I certainly will return after the wonderful treatment I received when following up. My recommendations to new customers would be book in advance and clearly communicate and check the color. Know that you’re in good hands for the rest! As an added plus, the atmosphere — music, decor, lighting — is all great.

I have been here several times but this last time was by far the worse experience and I will never return. I kept coming back because I like that they use clean products. Their technicians are not very experienced and I can do a better job at home but it’s nice to be pampered every now and then. My daughter and I had manicures with gel and pedicures. The gel didn’t last very long at all. Both of our nails started chipping in less than a week. When it was time to remove the gel, I was able to see how badly they had damaged my nail beds. I avoid harsh chemicals and have a very gentle way of removing my gel polish, have been doing it the same way for two years and I’ve never had damage to my nails or nail beds. My nails were so brittle and cracked all over. I have spent the last three months trying to regrow my nails, they were so healthy before. After three months of very brittle nails, I decided to give NIB a call to let them know about the condition of my nails. Instead of showing concern, the manager, Jin, said that she doesn’t know that maybe something else has happened to my nails. She asked me to send pictures and said she would speak to the nail tech and call me back. She never called me back. Instead, she had another employee call me back to tell me there was nothing they can do because they don’t know if there was a change in my health that has affected my nails. She also said she doesn’t have the authority to make exceptions to Jin’s decision. I asked to speak to Jin again and they refused to allow me to speak with her because she was in a “meeting”. I asked to have her call me back and they said that she is very busy supporting other customers and would not be able to call me back.I paid $360 for two pedicures and manicures. Extremely overpriced for the low quality technicians and mediocre service.

I really enjoy going to Nothing In Between. I had my first visit with them 11/19/22 & seeing the progression of my nails getting stronger & longer has been exciting. I love the fact they don’t use drills & they take their time to carefully remove the gel. Kristen, Kay & Kate have done my nails so far, & they’re so meticulous in the shaping & applying the polish. I do like the owner checks in from time to time so make sure my appointment is going well. My favorite part is the massage I get after my polish & I wish the massaged lasted longer. My first visit my nail chipped after 3 days & they were happily to fix it free of charge. My 2nd appointment my nail chipped after a week, my 3rd appointed, 2 nails chipped after 2 weeks. I’m hoping with this 3rd visit it will last longer but I do feel the chips are due to me being extremely clumsy. I have to admit the prices here a bit higher then usual & the tips start off at 20% but I feel it’s worth the higher price. Thank you so much NIB

I absolutely loved this place! I came here with my gfs for a girls day and we all enjoyed. 3 of us got the Rose Cote pedicure, one massage and one facial. Professional, clean, and relaxing ambiance! Def, recommend!

I recently visited this salon and had an amazing experience! KD did a fantastic pedicure for me. The place itself is beautifully decorated and stylish, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I’m thrilled with the service I received and will definitely be returning for more treatments. Highly recommended!

I booked one prenatal massage for me and one Swedish massage for my bff (for her birthday)Pros:- Very aesthetic clean and bougie environment- Easy to make appointment and check in or out process- Included canned water and a tiny cookie after massage sessionCons:- High price ($135/person) for the same amount of massage time and technique that I got in Franconia with about half price ($75/person)- Only gave me one option male massage therapist for prenatal massage- This is personal experience, he was strong and gave good pressure but I did not want too much pressure and it hurts me afterward. He also asked me to lay on my back (???) for a few minutes to massage my shoulder and neck, also face and head which I did not know ahead of time. I wished they would let me know their process, that they would lay me on my back, touch my face and hair like that.- They close door cabinets or room door so loud that it disturbed the relaxing moments- No asking if I want less or more of somethingOverall, I won’t come back for anything since the prices are so high and it was not that good for me. I can get the same options with better services somewhere else. If you enjoy the aesthetic and don’t care about your money, then try this place and feel bougie about that.

I booked a couples massage here for my wife’s birthday. With all of my wife’s home reno projects, including building a fence, hauling concrete, building a retaining wall (without any machinery!) over the past three years, she definitely needed and deserved this massage! I myself have been recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and experience joint pain, muscle aches and tenderness on a daily basis and knew my body was due for some self-care. The lighting, aromatherapy, and cleanliness of the massage room was top notch. Eric and Kang were incredibly attentive and knew exactly what spots needed more attention and focus. The hot towel at the end, the tea, and chocolates were a sweet touch and just shows the amount of care Jade and her team put into making each experience an incredible one. We’re already talking about definitely returning and making these massages a part of our self-care routine!

NIB is simply the best. After getting sns dip nails for years, I made the switch to NIB several months ago and my nails have never been healthier. The gel lasts and does not chip and I trust their choices to be safe and better than the average salon. The Tysons location is stunning and all the ladies do an amazing job. The service is top tier and everyone is so welcoming. Every time I walk in, I feel genuinely welcomed. And most importantly, it is clean!I trust this place so much that I booked both a massage and a facial there this week. I usually never divert from my regular esthetician, but I just knew I could trust NIB and I wasn’t wrong. It was one of the best (and most relaxing) facials I’ve ever had and I plan to book another in the near future.

I cant speak highly enough about this place! The cleanness, the atmosphere or the friendly staff. Didnt fail to my attention that the technician who worked on my nails was highly attentive to details and very professional, never had my cuticles cut so gently thanks Nomin!!

Update:NIB owner (or manager) called me to follow up on my experience. Shes been very open to feedback and seemed genuinely interested in improving their service. Im planning to visit Tysons location again after speaking with her.I’ve always had good experience at NIB Falls Church, but Tysons location left me disappointed. My manicure doesn’t look as expected and the polish has bubbled up. Also, they offer to validate parking tickets, but the parking machine doesn’t accept it and you’d have to pay anyway.

I had a great experience with the massage therapist here. Very calming atmosphere, and I left feeling very refreshed! Will be back soon!

I love the vibe here and have had great experiences over the years. Recently, I went to NIB Tysons and walked out of there paying $150 after tip for a regular mani pedi (not gel). Although I love their services and vibe, the price was a bit high, and it made me wonder about their brand ethics and values. A mani pedi at the Four Seasons in DC is the same price; I think their pricing strategy needs some work because it is a bit of a turn off to the consumer. This is not the Four Seasons or a high end spa, so it feels as if you are being taken advantage of somehow, which is disappointing if youve been loyal over the years and love their mission and brand.

I am absolutely *obsessed* with this place. Im not really someone who likes have manicured hands, but I do get pedicures regularly. I also am a member of both the monthly massage & monthly facial program. Above all, this is a favorite spot to gift people for their birthdays!When I walk in, I feel immediately at ease because its so well decorated and everything feels curated. Its immediate calm energy, everything you want from a spa. The massages and facials are the real deal. Every now and then I think about going to some hotel spa nearby and then I ask myself why bother when NIB has everything I could possibly want.I was coming regularly when I was pregnant, and then after I gave birth I came to get a massage every week. Eric put me back together again and I will forever be in his debt!HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I hated the whole experience, I got both services done manicure and pedicure.. the technician that was doing my nails KD was very rude. She kept on pulling my cuticles instead of cutting and said her tools are rustic. I asked her multiple times to change her tools but said she doesn’t have any new ones! I thought this place is new! Also their colors are very limited and didn’t even offer water or coffee. Wouldn’t come again.UPDATE: they justified their bad service and rude treatment due to my late arrival! 5 min late so they pull on your cuticles and put you through pain.

I really love the comfortable space here at the Nothing in Between Studio. It is very relaxing and always feel welcomed at this store. Kate did my gel pedicure, which was very nice to get done. They use non toxic products that actually smells really nice and hot stones for the massages. I am excited to visit here again. I will try out nail designs next time, which I have already booked another appointment for :)

I have got the standard manicure done and the service was really nice. The pedicure service seemed very chill and relaxing and would really love to try it out next time. The hand massages at the end was awesome and My technician Noda was super sweet and kind. It took me a long time to pick my colors and she has been so patient with me. It is very calm here and never felt any rush at this place. I would highly recommend experiencing the nothing in between studio!!

This place was amazing! Received a gel manicure and pedicure with Tuul. She did such a great job! I love the non-toxic polish so it doesnt smell like nail polish fumes inside. Plus the orange mango exfoliating scrub they use smells SO GOOD. The atmosphere is very relaxing and super aesthetic. The staff were also really kind and checked in with me periodically. So far, my mani-pedi has lasted well over a week with no chipping or peeling after being at the beach. Will definitely be coming back.

This is my second time visiting and absolutely love this place. The first time I came to this place I got done the gel manicure and this time I got the rose cote manicure. It was one of the most amazing experience I had at the nail salon. The scrub, stone massages were incredible and very moisturizing. Especially I thought the hot towel wrapped around was the best part for getting myself relaxed. My sister came with me and got done the same service (rose cote pedicure) as me and we both had the best time here.

The place was very clean. I took my grandma there for a manicure and pedicure, and they made her first ever nail spa experience very good. The technician was fantastic, and so was the receptionist. she knew what to recommend, even though I had no idea what to get my grandma. 5/5, I’d definitely recommend to those looking for a great nail salon experience

Therefore updating to 5 stars.previous review: I’ve been here 2 times now. Once for the rose pedicure, which I highly recommend. It was a relaxing and fragrant experience. The the polish they use lasts a long time. The 2nd time I got a gel mani. Unfortunately the technician got the top coat all over my cuticles so it started peeling/lifting the next day. I will be back tho and be more assertive during the process bc I like this spa. It’s very zen and pretty. Would recommend

I usually go to the Nothing in Between studio nail salon at Falls Church, but it’s my first time coming to the Tyson’s location! As always this place did not disappoint me at all. Both stores are amazing! The owner, Jade, is the sweetest, and so are her other fellow nail technicians. I always get a rose cote pedicure followed by a standard gel coat over my nails, which by the way, are my favorites! Last time, at the Fall Church location, I saw someone getting the Hailey Bieber nails (glazed donut nails) They were absolutely stunning! I will more than likely get them at my next appointment :)

Update: I received calls & texts from them and they kindly removed the gel and offered to redo the manicure for me. They ultimately stood behind their work.The place is lovely and has a very zen feeling. I have come here a few times before and was pleased (except that the pedicure chairs are a bit uncomfortable). This last time I tried a gel manicure and was very disappointed, they started to chip within a week, I waited to call as life has been busy and was told that they only guarantee gel for 3 days. My previous manicures with regular polish lasted longer than 3 days. I was very disappointed, especially for the price that they charge. I asked for them to remove the gel at no cost and they refused. Unfortunately, I wont be able to return

This nail salon has to be one of the more relaxing and tranquil places I’ve been to. Went on a Monday afternoon so it was less busy but I really enjoyed the quietness. They have good merchandises to care for your hands and feet as well, which was nice. My nail tech, Jenny did a really good job and the owner/manager was quite welcoming.

I’ve been here for a few months now, every couple weeks & for great reason. The studio is clean, welcoming, and stylish. The gel polish lasts me weeks and Noda is an incredible technician. Truly love the color offerings! Cannot wait to try a massage here, as their nail services are top tier.

I got a chair massage from Kang and it was incredible. He asked about my problem areas (neck, shoulders and lower back) and showed me ways I can alleviate the pain and tension at home. Then he gave me the best chair massage Ive ever had.It was nothing like the ones I see in Tysons which seem like theyre giving a one-size-fits-all approach while watching videos on their phone.While this massage is about twice as much as a Mall one, its 100% worth it.

As soon as you come into this store you can feel the fresh air. The furnitures, music, and the color combinations just make me feel so comfortable here. I was a walk-in so I had stay in the waiting area a couple of mins and that area was just absolutely beautiful. I got the standard gel manicure by Jenny. She was very detailed and patient on painting the nails. I also really enjoyed the stone massages at the end and really excited to try other services here at the nothing in between studio.

The Nothing In Between Studio is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Every time I visit here it always makes my day special. Jade the owner is a wonderful woman and I can tell that she has created this place very detailed and made the best quality of service and care. I often get the massages and it has been so healing for me and cant wait for my next appointment.

Hands down the nicest nail salon I have ever been to, as well as the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Kate took care of me for my first visit, and I indulged in a Rose Cote Gel Pedicure. The salon is gorgeous & quiet, and the staff is incredibly professional. My entire experience was wonderful from start to finish, parking was easy and right out front, and they even validated.This is definitely my new spot!12/10 definitely recommend!

I discovered this salon accidentally but was pleased with the service. Salon was clean and the staff seemed very friendly. I learnt that this is their second location after its success in falls church area. Overall, decent manicure experience. I removed one star as they advertise the Dazzle Dry vegan polish on their website as lasting 2-3 weeks and charge an extra $10 bucks for it but it stayed just like a regular polish and started flaking out in 2 days. I wouldnt waste money on the dazzle dry polish but will try the salon another time and get the gel instead.

After a long busy week, I decided to do a little self care yesterday. I found NIB Salon online the night before and was intrigued by the reviews and the fact that the salon is non toxic. I made an appointment for the Falls Church location. When I arrived for my appointment, which was scheduled for late in the day, I was immediately greeted by Regine(sp?)She was warm and friendly and gave me instructions to wash my hands and pick out my colors. Services I received included a gel manicure and standard pedicure. Both were amazing! Two wonderful ladies took their time providing great service. The salon is spotless, filled with crystals and good energy and well kept beautiful plants. The place was full, but extremely peaceful. I was so relaxed, I nearly fell asleep in the manicure chair. I will surely return and share with others.

All of the technicians are great and very skilled at both locations. The quality is on a different level compared to other nail salons, and worth every penny. I go to Tysons, it’s newer and bigger. Hope everyone could experience this place because you will never go to a regular nail salon again.

This is the very best nail salon Ive ever discovered!! They use organic nail polishes that have no smell - so that nail salon smell doesnt exist! It is decorated with serenity in mind. The nail technicians are fantastic. I cannot recommend this salon enough - it is best in class.

Beautiful, serene environment. Everything was super clean, the products used for moisture and exfoliation were wonderfully fragranced. I was greeted by EJ, who was so sweet and kind and professional. She didnt hesitate to help me with my polish selection. I do not remember my nail artists name (sorry!), but she was meticulous, and she never got annoyed when I constantly kept messing up my nails. The owner was also there, and she was kind made sure the services were to my liking. It was a perfect experience - a real treat for me.

I started following NIB on Instagram after seeing a friend post about her experience at this place. The nail art posts and the fact that they were all non-toxic it gave me big motivation to experience this nail salon. I got gel manicure with artwork and was amazed on how the technicians were so skilled. I am definitely coming back!!

I had the Allay massage and it was lovely! Just what I needed. Eric made sure the pressure was okay and made it a very comfortable experience. I love how clean and beautiful the studio is. My favorite part was the delicious tea and treat after, very relaxing.

I had the best experience at nib!! They have the best services and great staff. Everyone is super nice and interactive here and I got my nails done by KD. She was very talented and detailed with my nail art. The atmosphere here is the best and everyone definitely needs to check out the bathroom and take mirror pics!!

This place is amazing!! I have came to this nail salon with my cousin and we had such a great experience at this place. Especially the technicians were very nice and detailed on the nail arts. I also got some massages done and give a 10/10!!! I really recommend others getting the rose cote pedicure!!!!!

My sister recommended this place as the best nail salon and absolutely fell in love. I have tried a few nails salons nearby and was not happy with it. This one is the best in the area, friendly staff, great selection of products and services, peaceful environment. I wouldnt want to get my nails done anywhere else.

I never write reviews about places I go, but the Spa deserves it.My experience at Nothing In Between (NIB) SPA today is far below what I expected for such a beautiful place. I scheduled two 40-minute manicures and two 40-minute pedicures for two people, and I received the short end of the stick. We were greeted by EJ when we arrived at the Spa. She instructed us to wash our hands, take a seat, and someone will be with us shortly. The first technician began providing services to my guest at our scheduled time. As for me, I received a foot basin with some hot water to stick my feet in and was told I needed to wait another five minutes because my technician had to complete a job with another client. I graciously waited. However, I was puzzled after 20 minutes, and my tech still had not returned to start my services. By this time, the water is cold, and I am highly disappointed. More than 25 minutes had passed since my technician started my services. Remember, I purchased a 40-minute pedicure, and the technician gave 25 minutes of my time to the other client, who I later found out had arrived late for her services because she went to the Falls Church location instead of the Tysons location. Fast forward to my experience receiving my manicure. The technician again hurried through the process, so much so that she failed to give me everything that comes with the NIB Studio Gel manicure package. My guests experience with Kristine was superb. I was amazed that I completed my services before my guest, who was 25 minutes into her services, before I started receiving any of my services.The technician providing my manicure missed two steps. I brought the steps to her attention, and she quickly apologized and stated that she could go back and add the steps in, which would mean me getting wet all over again and then some. At this point, I am sad that I have been disregarded and received poor treatment. Once my guests services were complete, I approached the front desk to finalize our bill. We were asked by EJ how our experience was. I quietly recalled my entire experience with EJ, and she added insult to injury. She witnessed my prolonged waiting; she knew the other client had arrived at the SPA late, and instead of attempting to remedy the situation, she continued to close out my bill. I asked why she continued to charge me the total price for horrible and missing services I did not receive. She dismissed the question until I recounted my entire experience once more. At that point, she offered to give me 10% off a future appointment. I asked what guarantee she had that I would return. I inquired why not provide the discount for todays service, and she paused a minute before saying, okay. In business, treat every person as you would want to be treated. Every customer matters.

I’ve been going to NIB for a couple of years now when they started at Falls Church. They are always very clean, super sweet, & excellent at nail designs. And now I’m obsessed with their monthly massages at Tysons Location. I always leave relaxed & happy. Be sure to pre book if you need specific days and times, they book up fast!

I am so thankful that I got to know this place. I think they use really nice products because usually I’m allergic to the regular gel manicure due to all the bad chemicals inside. I would never imagine my life now without this store because I always had bad experiences with other stores. They are super professional and the clean atmosphere always make me the happiest.

The BEST deep tissue massage and gel mani’s. Nib has raised the bar on my self care expectations and I’m their number 1 fan. Shout out to Eric (masseuse) and Kay (nails)!

This is a beautiful spa and nail salon with incredible design and thoughtful services. I had a massage with Eric and it was amazing! He is extremely talented with firm, intentional pressure. He really listened to me during our consultation about the problem areas I had and spent a lot of time working on them. I had neck pain that had been lingering for weeks after a bad night’s sleep and it was gone after the session. I will definitely be back!

Update on my update 💆‍♀️they called back again to say I misunderstood and that she didnt know they had left me a voicemail... Um ok. She then said I could delete my review and they could redo my service. When I pushed back she said I misunderstood again. Anyways, going back to my life with chipped nails again ✌️ I do hope the owner of this place reads my review and provides their team with training. As a Customer Success professional this was probably one of the worst back and forths Ive encountered and thats saying alotUpdate: it only gets worse. They left me a voicemail to discuss my review and when I have the decency to call them back and chat the person who came to the phone tells me what do you want and we cant do anything because you left a review.What the heck?! Get some customer service training ASAP. Btw - my dazzle dry vegan polish which was an upcharge for both Mani and pedi is already chipping and it hasnt been a week since I came in. Pictures attached.$240 for one of the worst manicures/pedicures in terms of the paint job that Ive ever gotten. It was Xmas eve so didnt feel like giving them feedback and asking for a re-do. I had places to be.2+ hours there and no water or tea were offered. Ive been to far less fancy places were this is the basic customer experience protocol.Matcha pedicure was prepared before my feet were ready to go in (needed gel removal) so the water got cold by the time we needed to dip my toes.Reflexology add-on is partially a scam/false advertising as its just an extended regular foot massage. Youd think the 80+ $ pedicure already included a regular extended foot massage.For this price, I wont be coming back. You are just paying a premium for the design of the space.

I visited the Falls Church location and Duc was wonderful! I wear leg braces and she very caringly lent her arm to help me step down from the chair. She also took her time and did and excellent job on my pedicure and manicure! I also greatly appreciate their sanitary plastic tubs used to provide the pedicure. I felt very safe! I will definitely be back!

It was my first time visiting NIB today and I had a great experience! Got a massage with Kang and he took the time to talk with me before we got started and checked in with me throughout the massage. Very easy to talk to and could tell he really cared. A cup of hot tea was ready for me after finishing and it was so nice to have that moment to take things in and relax even more. Afterwards, I did a regular mani/pedi with Laura who was meticulous and did a perfect job on my nails! Jade, the manager was so sweet and was super attentive to me and everyone else - it’s so easy to connect with her and I’m really looking forward to coming back. On top of all that, the place is clean and gorgeous!

NIB is hands down the best nail studio I’ve ever been to in my LIFE. I fell in love with the interior design as soon as I walked through the doors. It has such and clean modern look to it. The service and products are amazing. I cannot wait to go back for my new pedi and mani!!!

Heavenly Massage with Eric! This was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few! Everything was perfect. A new clean beautiful private area with strong relaxation vibes including lighting and music. I asked for deep tissue because I’m very athletic and the pressure was on target. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and I asked him to address the knots—I’ve never experienced such relief from one massage. I truly feel like somebody released all my tension and knots and I left with a brand new body. And I don’t want to forget the warm towel after your back massage is complete, so Goodie! Most definitely the best kept secret in Tysons.

It was my first time visiting this place. I had a very hard time choosing which pedicure to do. So, I let them make a choice for me and I dont regret it. I actually plan to make another visit for manicures as well. If this is your first time to do either pedicure or manicure, this is the place you need to go.

I got an Allay Massage from Nothing In Between Studio today. I also added Hand Exfoliating and Hot Stones for Back enhancements to my massage. The massage was very good and just what I needed! Eric did a wonderful job focusing on key areas that I mentioned to him before he began the massage. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders, upper back, and forearms from working behind a computer all day and playing the bass. The pressure was just right! The hot stones was a nice experience. The heat felt really good and was very relaxing. Also, the hand exfoliating left my hands feeling soft. I really liked the environment too. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and respectful. Prior to entering the massage room, theres a hallway with dimmed lighting, salt lamps, and chairs for when youre done with your massage. I liked that, because it relaxed me and prepared my mind and emotions for my massage. In the massage room, the music was relaxing and just the right volume. The massage bed and head/face rest was the most comfortable Ive experienced compared to my previous massages. The scents of the oils that Eric used was subtle and not too strong. After my massage, Eric guided me to one of the chairs in the dim hallway and there was hot tea prepared for me. Overall, I felt very relaxed and was able to take my mind away from thinking about all the things I need to get done this week. I was able to be still, breathe, and just relax. Thank you Nothing In Between Studio for a wonderful experience!

Even it was my first time, NIB is my favorite now. Eric, the massage therapist, was meticulous and sincere. I felt so much relaxed. If you want to be refreshed, NIB and Eric would be a great choice! And I do not want to miss that the receptionist, EJ kindly introduced their service in details. I got enough time to choose right service for my purpose of visit. An urban escape! The staff are all lovely and the design of the space is so soothing. I love that they use all non-toxic materials. If you have the time, the CBD chill mani and pedi will leave your arms and legs feeling like new. When youre getting a mani and you dont feel like gel, the dazzle dry is a great alternative too.

I never actually got my nails done here because when I asked to make an appointment in person, the receptionist said she needed my credit card information? (everyone was busy when I walked in, which is totally fine). I just think it’s an odd practice to ask for someone’s credit card info before any services are rendered. It turned me off from the business and I chose to go somewhere else.

Kay does an amazing Korean facial! And Mary is an excellent manicurist. The studio is so zen and relaxing! I’ll def be coming up!

I was in need of a pedicure and wanted to try this place out since I also work in the area. I called in my appt for a mens pedicure and extra exfoliating treatment and provided my credit card over the phone as their online booking system was not working. I arrived to my appt on time and was asked to wait for the nail tech to finish up with another client. About 10 mins. it was my turn. The whole experience was very uncomfortable, there was a woman who I assume was either the owner or store manager sat on a stool right next to the tech observing her almost the entire time, which I could tell made the tech nervous and as a result was rushing the work. I am not sure if she was a trainee or what but it definitely did not make for a good customer experience. As the tech was wrapping up, I told her I had asked for an extra exfoliating service and requested a foot rasp as they use a simple flat foot file for callus removal. So she went and got it and in the process the other woman was starting to set up stations for other customers that were already waiting which made my tech continue to rush my experience. Needless to say I was out of there before a large majority of the people who were well into their treatments when I got there. The work was still unfinished, rough nail edges filed poorly, heels slightly better than before, and overpriced at $60+. WIll not be returning. Giving 2 stars because it is a beautiful spot.

Very little in between. Nail techs and massage staff was excellent. The way reception treated us, totally disrespectful and trashy. After explaining that we were waiting for one more person in our party to complete her appt, reception repeatedly asked us to pay (as if we wouldn’t?) and then told us to keep our voices down while we were waiting. This place has the facade of luxury but these folks seem to have zero respect or know how when it comes to customer service. When I confronted the receptionist about her behavior, she argued that she was being respectful. Then we were overcharged for one of the gel manicures on top of everything! I wouldn’t come back here if services were free. Overrated “luxury”; Go somewhere else for the real deal.

I have been to the Falls Church location twice and Jin has done my nails both times. She is super sweet, has great attention to detail and the atmosphere is so relaxing and enjoyable. I look forward to going back!

My girlfriend forced me to come here to spend time together and was not expecting anything great at all. I got the men’s gel manicure and the treatments of the manicure with the massages were AMAZING. Never experienced this in my life and I am ready for girlfriend to take me again.

The attention to detail is amazing. All technicians are are very courteous and do and excellent job. Kay did both my mani and pedi, and the massage was great!! Maggie did both mani and pedi to my husband which he enjoyed immensely. We will come!

I moved to Arizona and I always went to the Falls Church location but decided to try the Tysons location and it was amazing as always! No matter where I go, NIB is such an amazing salon/studio. Judy took such great care of me and made sure I was relaxed during my mani and pedi. Laura is also soo sweet! I truly miss NIB and will always come back when I’m town

This place is a very clean and organized nail salon. Everyone was friendly and efficient. It was so nice to be in a salon and not hear drills and the smell of chemicals in the air. It was a genuinely pleasant experience and would go again.

I did gel manicure on the 5th on December and the place was calm and nice however overpriced which I don’t mind if I’m getting my money’s worth. On December 8th 2 of my nails chipped already!!!!!! I called them and they said they only guarantee the he’ll for 3 days!!!!!! And I said that doesn’t make sense so they told me to come on December 9th and they fixed the 2 chipped nails! Going through the days my nails started going bad day by day and on the 14th ALL nails have chipped and opened not 1 not 2 not 3 ALL of them. I called them again they said sorry we can’t do anything about! What is sorry gonna do?

Kang is exceptional! A gem. I am very picky about massage and have insomnia - this is the only massage therapist that made me sleep better. Highly recommended.

Inexperienced nail technician. Discovered she was literally a teenager with no training. I was appalled I was being subjected to unskilled manicurist. She was a delightful person but not skillful enough to be a manicurist.
