I have been a customer of Xhale City Jonesboro location for a few years now. I actually have been going here since before the store moved to its new location. Back when Joe was the manager. I rarely write reviews, as anyone can see on my google account, but i have to give a shout out to my people who always look out for me every time. Shout out to Drew! Youre always A1.Jeremy, the current manager, is phenomenal. He always tries to find me whatever he thinks that I will like the best personally. If he says something is good he is rarely wrong! Today he put me on to the Pax Plus and I must say it does not disappoint. Perfect for use with your CBD or Delta 8 flower! I wanna say they even sell D8 flower in the store. So grab yourself a pax and some flower and enjoy the amazing flavor that a new vape offers!Thanks again guys for being amazing, if I didnt say your name here my apologies im just bad with remembering names but all of you are amazing and I always feel welcomed and spoiled when I come in to your store. I will say that I Love the customer service, but lately, they havent had would I need. They recommend some things and youll fall in love with it then when you come back they dont have it in stock for the last three times that I can. And that goes for both locations the one in Fayetteville as well.

I was in dire need of help with fixing my tank, well getting coils. So I went to Vapor Depot. 155 in Griffin and spent $22 dollars on what I thought I needed. Turned out they didn’t know anything. And the coils I bought didn’t even work. So I went here. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and understanding. Told me that he didn’t have any coils that would fit either one of my tanks. They come in Tuesday. BUT he told me about disposable tanks and I bought a different tank that works AMAZING and all for the same price. I will only go here from now on. 10/10 would recommend and am recommending.

I have been here twice with my boyfriend in the past week and the manager helped us both times, unfortunately I do not remember his name but I do know he was absolutely amazing! He helped us thoroughly with picking their astounding glass products the first time. The second he helped me find CBD that was right for me and would help with my anxiety and it actually worked. He knows what he’s talking about and makes the store personable, it made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Will definitely be coming here more often.

Store has a wide range of product that competes with other shops in the area. I think it’s great it stays open late as well. I have personally never had any issues with any staff members that work there. My experience has always been welcoming and informative.

I only went here because they stay open late. I usually get vapes from a different smoke shop. I went in here with my daughter and it seems like it was only one employee in here. He was very rude and hard to deal with. He was making it very hard to do anything. And the other customer said the same thing. I usually get juice head vape. And my daughter asked the guy for jucie head disposables cause they were advertised but we couldn’t see it. He has one and she says we will get that one. When I was ready to pay he refused to make a sale to me cause my daughter made the selection and not me. Demanded to see my daughters ID. And she didn’t have it cause she lost it so I was the only that had it. The whole experience and energy in the store was off putting. I will not be returning, what’s the point of staying open late if I the employee there is going to run off all the customers, please get better employees.

Favorite smoke shop. I’m glad they’re open late. My go-to shop. Great customer service every time and employees are very knowledgeable & they always help me find what I’m looking for. I even find things I wasn’t looking for but decided to try because they persuaded me. Great prices and I love that you can create an account one time and not need to bring your ID in ever again. Very convenient because I always forget to bring my ID.

Really rude employees! They let 2 women come in and cut the line. Nevermind there were 3 people waiting to be helped. The female employee poo pood us and let the 2 women cut line. She just assumed we were all together. Yes because we travel in groups and we all know each other. I guess it was a coincidence the two women were Caucasian and allowed to cut! Plus the female employee seemed put out by me asking questions. She was a very nasty individual. I will definitely not be returning!

Cheap good juices, got two 100ml bottles for $20 ! By far the best deal I have ever gotten. The customer service was awesome as well. Wish I would’ve caught the girls name who helped me!

Love this store. The Douglasville spot is great, but Ive found one near home. This place is clean, friendly, and super helpful about Kratom, vapes, and whatever your smoking needs are. Probably my fave store in the south. They may be a chain, but each I have been in feel like my local shop.

Employee Manuel or manny mistaken my Real ID for a fake ID & Refused to give it back & Tried to keep it . ALSO FACETIMED SOMEONE & SHOWED ALL MY ID INFORMATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Police had to be called just so i could Receive my REAL ID back. My ID was Confirmed to be real! I Dont Suggest this place to anyone. Never had such a Rude or embarrassing moment like this .. Wasted an Hour just to confirm my Id was real Smh

I was very much appreciative of the knowledge that I gained from the employee on staff that day he was a great help and educating me on some things I did not know then I purchase a few things and got on my way I thought the store was cool knew that it was going to get better I would suggest this to all the heads on the south side

I really enjoyed my shopping experience. It was my first time purchasing a vape pen and the service ambassador Mr. AJ was more than accommodating. He showed me various options and not only explained how each product worked but made sure I understood exactly what I was getting with each product. He made my time there simple, entertaining, and convenient. Someone give that guy a raise.

Awesome place if you need head shop accessories. But I have yet to get a bottle of ejuice that was not old and sticky! Dont buy ejuice here. Its always thick and has no flavor. If you need juice I highly recommend Electric Smoke for vape products and accessories.

This place opened up near my house a while back. I was skeptical at first. Finally came in and the staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their product and I am happy to come back.

One star for having a work environment where employees are allowed to refuse service, have temper tantrums, assault someone, and shout the n word if someone is wearing a trump hat. The employee seemed pretty comfortable calling his boss saying he wasn’t going to serve a guy because of his hat and did not seem to mind behaving the way he did on camera. This must be the culture of this establishment if someone can behave like this and dare the person being treated wrong to call corporate.

This is the type of vape shop I would expect to walk into in Colorado or something; very cool. They also embrace smokers so they have plenty of cigarettes and other items. Their name says it all! The staff are always very friendly and helpful as well.

This store is going down hill as far as quality of employees. The bigger African-American man, didnt help me find anything I need or even make any suggestions while the store had only me as a customer.

I never bad mouth anyone whatsoever in this industry but, I am a shop owner as well. I can tell you that the McDonough location lacks professionalism. One of my customers/ neighbors went to their store to buy a coil that I (Voodoo Vape Shoppe) was currently out of. While there a tall, skinny, gauged ears, white kid proceeds to bad mouth my store and tells customers to not go to my store as well as called me a derogatory name. My neighbor then immediately called me to explain the situation.I called the McDonough location but they have no working phone. Then proceeded to call the Lithia Springs & Kennesaw location and left all my contact info with them and did not hear anything. First thing this morning I called the 1 866 number and spoke to a woman who was very kind and apologetic. I really hope this company reprimands this employee.Being in this industry we all try to work as a team and bad mouthing another business is not how I or ANY other vape shop I know of in the area does business.

Purchased a 100$ vape and batteries + liquid. ($180) Vape crapped out in 12 days. Could not return to store. Had to deal with manufacturer through mail. Store had no idea how to help or resources to assist.
