This place needs a lot of work when it comes to customer service and what is culturally acceptable. Asking for a tip BEFORE the massage seems to be a major issue with this place. Telling me that you are tired after the massage is not good customer service either. The massage wasn’t horrible (though she never asked me to turn over to massage from the front) but it was uncomfortable seeing as though she kept pressing me to give a $40 tip and I was only willingly to give $20. Then she pressed me about giving a 5 star review by wanting me do it right then. There definitely needs to be some revamping of the customer service.

This was a horrible experience, I wish I read the reviews before spending my money. I wanted a 60min massage but after sheSwindled me for an upfront $20 tip stating it was mandatory. Already frustrated because she barely spoke or understood English. I decided to go for a 30min massage and was still asked to pay $20 at this point I’m annoyed and get ready to walk back upfront to my car. She then says $20 is for special oil- I said I don’t want special oil. Ma’am regular oil will do. She than said ok $10 tip only. Paid in advance. I get told to get on this table no sheet to cover me, face town smelled like mildew. She began my massage with no oil at all 10minutes into it I was ready to go & $52 dollars wasted.Moral of the story Don’t Bother

The lady massaged my husband and he was very happy. The building is clean, and the masseuse is amazing at deep tissue massage.

Good presentation in room with flowers, clean room, friendly staff, and as savvy business folks, get paid up front with tip for their service. As expecTed.

Not impressed. A $60, one hour massage turned into a $150 massage. Lady stated in poor English that she charged for the oil and music. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! And so called ending, I wound up doing it myself as she just looked at me. No bueno!!

It smelled really old in there. There was no sheets to cover up with, and the lining looked dirty. The young girl massage my back and legs the entire hour and never asked me to turn over. The owner opened the door twice during my massage not even sure if I had clothes on or not. No privacy. This was the worst place ever to get a message. The owner at the end of my husband service ask if he wanted a happy ending. If it was free we would never return and to be honest this place doesn’t deserve a 1 for ratings.

Very good experience, comfortable environment, everyone is very enthusiastic, and the body is very comfortable. I will come again next time

Bubbly and had a great attitude during the massage

I had the same experience as another reviewer. She tried to charge me $50 for a 30 minute massage and $20 tips for a total of $70 before I even got a massage. I told her i will be leaving a review then walked right out. Trust the negative reviews, these people are scammers.

Highly DISAPPOINTED!! I scheduled to have a one hour massage today. The lady told me absolutely. When I get there they yell at me from the back and don’t bother to come to the front until I don’t respond. When she finally takes me back, she asks how long of a massage wouldI like. When I tell her one hour ($60) she says okay but that’ll be a $20 tip. I said excuse me. She says if you want a 1 hour massage it’s $20 tip. Fist off you don’t tell someone how much they will tip. Gratuity is a way to show gratitude for a service rendered. This was just completely tacky. Let’s be clear my issue is not with tipping, it’s with the fact that you’re going to tell me how much I need to tip and if that is your policy it should be stated up front. As a kindergarten teacher after field day I was definitely looking forward to this. Now I’ll need to find another establishment because this was very poor taste.

I walked out feeling worse than I did walking in. It’s cash pay only. No price list posted. The massage hurt so bad! Like I literally wanted to jump off of the table and leave. I honestly don’t think the lady knew what she was doing. The worst place EVER!Today my body feels 10x worse than it did yesterday. Never again

I had bad experiences at other spas. However, when I passed by this place I was willing to give it another chance. At first I didn’t expect any thing spectacular, but after the massage was finished my body said that this place needed a five star rating. If you want to heal your body try this place out.

Very bad customer service and rude. I called and ask do i need to make an appointment? She said no just come on in. I was getting 1hr massage, the massage was good for 20mins and then she asked me for tips. I told her i would give tips after. She told me everyone tips before. So weird. Then she continues massage for another 15mins then said “Finish”. When i told her i getting 1hr not 45mins she said the clock was wrong. Stay away from this place.

I wasn’t planning to have a massage during this pandemic time. But my body aches told me to have one. I accidentally stumbled to this place. They welcome me with their mask on their face. So I had an hour massage. No only she is professional, she made all my aches went away. I’m planning to book another session today. Thank you Sakura Spa. You got a permanent customer.

Great experience with my masseuse. She tackled my areas of pain. Very attentive to what I asked for as well. I will definitely add them to the rotation!!! Mia was a Wonder Woman with these old bones!!

140 for two hours insisted on 60 dollar tip. The maseuse comes in and says i pay for room only. Wanting to be downtown 1000 rollers never got a massage just rubs for money. Type of place you want gone. Like a legal mugging

Went there on a recommendation and was not let down. The masseuse has really strong hands and able to work out the knots in my shoulder. I’m on the comptroller day for work and it really helps my back pain. Will definitely go again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She is absolutely amazing!!! All stress knots gone and worked out of me. Body completely relaxed. I feel amazing!

Worst place I ever been to!!! They ask for tip money made me buy oil and stop on my massage left the room and I didnt even get my full minutes

I had the best experience at Sakura Spa in McDonough. The massage therapist was amazing! The only that thing that prevents me from giving five stars is the sauna.

Came here today, there is a good masseuse, my body is very relaxed today, hope to come again next time.

I came here two years ago and it was great. So came here again today to relax. The staff is not the same as before. But I prefer the current staff. Their attitude is very friendly and cordial. Hope it can be maintained.

I came here today and I felt very good. I initially planned to have a one-hour massage, but then I added an additional 30 minutes. This ladys technique was professional and excellent. I have tightness and knots in my back and I added hot stones to the massage and it felt so good! I will be back again soon and recommend to my friends/colleagues. My mother also got a massage there and she said hers was really great and well worth the visit.
