Paid for 1 hour massage after getting undressed I waited 10 minutes the woman came in asked me to wait 10 more minutes, then she came back said 5 minutes,t hen she came back that she had to wait for customer to settle up paymentFinally 40 minutes later she came in and started massage, at 40 minutes she said finished. I paid for 60, waited for 40 and only got 40 minutes of a lousy massageStay away

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!I visited this establishment today a little before 3pm. My masseuse was VERY heavy handed and actually didn’t even use her hands for most of the massage, she used her ELBOWS! I am small but I have had plenty of massages and this by far was the most painful! My bones felt like they were going to SNAP! I nicely told her it was too hard FOUR TIMES she said okay and lightened her pressure for about 10 seconds then went back to crushing my bones. My massage was cut a few minutes short but I was ready to leave anyways. I went to pay and did not intend to tip due to the fact that I was very dissatisfied. I paid my service fee and my masseuse asked that I give her a tip… although she did not deserve a tip in my opinion I decided to give an additional $3. She then demanded I give her a $10 tip. I explained that I was not going to do that and then she tried to haggle me to $5 and I simply will not do that so I told her $3 was enough and she sighed so I walked out. It is not about the money at all, I do not mind tipping but the service was very painful even after I was VOCAL about the pain FOUR times! I am disappointed and in much more pain than when I walked in!

Came here today with my wife for a massage! The shoulders and cervical spine get a whole new relaxation! Deep massage is very comfortable! Recommend everyone to come here! Very clean environment and good service

This place is very unprofessional. The lady yanked my arm so hard that I was in pain. She didnt understand anything. We communicated by speaking on her phone. I had to stop the massage. It was the worst experience in my entire life of getting a massage. The bathroom was dirty. Just unbelievable. My lesson from this is to go where the massage therapist is licensed and know what theyre doing.

They will ask you for more, more, tips it realy really not comfortable i just leave them with frustation. The old ladies at the front shes not welcome. If you read this review (owner) stop asking for more tips because that no good for your bussines, people will know that. you can ask tips and take your tips but never ask for more tips. hope this change direction for your bussines, and i can edit this review if posible. I paid for an hour hot stone massage the stones were used for less than 10 minutes on my back and not throughout most of my massage. The massage therapist was also the receptionist and kept going in and out the room talking. She also when I asked for the stones to be used on my lower legs and she had to go reheat the stones. I didn’t tip initially upon paying and she asked about it I only gave $2. She said she’s tired after an hour massage and needed at least a $10 tip. The doorbell ringing was a distraction and the music isn’t really relaxing. & I heard discuss the little tip to the other massage therapist. Also the beds should be heated more covering should be provided instead of a small sheet.

One word. TERRIBLE!!!. Asked for a half hour ($50). She didnt even massage. All she did was rub my back with her finger tips for exactly 25mins. Then she said finished, and walked out of the room. All I had was a $20 bill and I was kind enough to leave it. She chased me out the door upset that I didnt tip more. Unreal, save your money.

After I told them they werent being effective by just rubbing my back and needed to apply more pressure, and then I told them youre supposed to massage my neck and shoulders while I lay on my back, and then they charged me extra $2 without telling me, and then they TOLD me to give a TEN DOLLAR TIP!!!, Ill give them a 2 only for the effort. I was still gonna give them 2⭐ until they started fussing when I refused to give a tip cause the massage wasnt good enough. They couldve at least asked why and said next time we will do better or something cause I was still gonna give them another chance. But no no no never again! They were extremely rude and I was still nice to them but very disappointed. I just hope they get it together because Im new to the neighborhood and they are the closest massage place to my house.

I would give a zero star if I was able to . I went in for an hour full body she changed it to 30 minutes because someone else came in wanting one . I had called and made an appointment ahead of time. She took the sheet completely off of me so I was completely exposed. Very inappropriate and not a good place I’m not sure how they are still in business

My husband went here to have a deep tissue massage done on 12/06/2021. He was charged twice $62 and $52 for a 1 hour massage. They told him the payment didnt go through the first time, so they swiped his card again. We have tried to get our money back through USAA, but the owner or manager has lied to them and told them it was two separate transactions. We will be filing a civil suit against them! Dont patronize this dishonest business at all!

The lady kept leaving the room , was replaced with a bad breath lady, the table shower was a wet rag???I will stick with Locust Grove location !! I am not interested in the rub and tug dump.Do not waste your money. The woman was nice but this is not what you expect.I had a better experience at the bar next door, hit ladies and cold beer.

I’ve come here about 3 times in the last 3 months. Normally I get a full body massage. Today, I just wanted an hour foot massage. The lady wanted me to pay first; which I have never done. I will not be returning. How do you want me to pay for a service I have yet to receive.

Very unprofessional and rude. Language barrier. Leaving the room. Answering phone calls while with a client. The icing on the cake was when the receptionist stated next time that we should tip 10 dollars or more. No tip was deserved, but you never tell someone how much to tip or to tip at all. .A tip is a courtesy lady. Will not be returning.

This location charged my dad two different prices without his knowledge. Therefore, someone at this establishment has written down his credit card information. Don’t come here to get a massage there are better places in McDonough. This business needs to be shut down immediately‼️

The masseuse is super good at this, great attention was payed to the parts that hurt the worst. Always friendly and smiling I always look forward to being here. This place blows away anything else near here.
