Lotus Massage

My husband booked me a 1.5 hour massage. Unfortunately, I got up and left after 30 minutes.First, they require you to pay prior to receiving your massage. For myself, I found that very off putting. Never something I had to do ever in all my years of countless massages.They dont ask a single question about what you like, any areas to stay away from, if you have any pain, medical issues, or what pressure you prefer. After several minutes of the employee grinding on my body with her elbow she finally asked me if it was ok. I said no, that I dont like elbows or forearms to be used while massaged. She apologized and then continues to do it. After another 15 minutes of cringing and crying (my face was in the table so Im sure the employee had no idea) I asked her if we could just be finished. She was shocked, told me to wait, walked out of the room, and I heard her speaking another language loudly to another employee. I assume it was the owner or her manager. Then a different women came in and aggressively and quickly half way wiped off the insane amount of oil they used off my body. They said nothing to me to ask me why I would want to be done. I got dressed and when I walked out you could see and sense the women at the front desk was displeased with me. I asked politely if I could use the restroom, she said yea and pointed where to go. When I returned to the front I simply looked at her as I was walking out and mumbled thanks. She had a look like she was ready to battle me for the money. As I continued out the door you could she her demeanor change, as she realized I just wanted to leave. She never asked me a single question to see what happened. I paid $100 for 30 minutes of wasted time. I woke up the next morning and was very sore from where they shoved their elbow all over my back. I would have rather paid more money and had an enjoyable experience and massage. If you want to save a few dollars, do it in other ways like shopping on the sale rack for clothes, but not on a massage. Go to a real business where you will actually get at least what you pay for.

I came in having sciatica pain. Though still present, it feels much better. The limp in that leg has slightly went away as well as some of the numbness in my foot. Very happy with the $80 spent.

My back was killing me so I called here hoping they could squeeze me in sometime and they had a opening right away. I splurged and got a 90 minute massage and it was amazing. My therapist and I didnt talk much but somehow she knew exactly where all my problem spots were including my bad shoulder, she definitely spent more time on that side without being told. My favorite part was definitely the hot stones and warm oil at the end.I really liked the atmosphere and the music. The building was warm and clean and the room was decorated really well. The sheets and blanket had a nice scent to them. Ill definitely be back, they do charge a fee to pay with credit card so next time Ill make sure to plan things better and bring cash for payment and tip next time.

I absolutely LOVED my session! I didnt catch her name but my therapist was amazing! She didnt speak English and still was very kind, communicated through tone and laughs and still checked in on the pressure and to make sure I was doing okay. Ive been a massage therapist myself since 2017 and she definitely knew what she was doing. She did deep tissues and worked from the very edge of one muscles attachment point (almost against the bone) to the opposite end of the muscle (almost against the bone again) which is textbook perfect. I left laughing and will absolutely be coming back soon.

The massage is great but they are so weird about tipping. I used to go here last year and they never charged an extra 3 dollars on top of the 10 increase in price they have now. Then after my massage both the masseuse and front desk lady hovered over me when I was signing my receipt , like they put pressure on you to tip. I understand tipping is nice , but its a very passive thing. Not something that anyone should be pressured to do.

%100 delivered a great massage. My wife and I got the 60 minute oil and hot rock massages 💆‍♀️ and they were AMAZING. Helen and Vivian were very professional, courteous, and got all the sore spots. My wife has scoliosis and when we were done, she was very relaxed and her hips and back did not hurt. I highly recommend Lotus.

I used to have a good experience here and I really did enjoy the masseuse I had. Every time after that it started going downhill. One time I called and made an appointment for a one hour massage and when I showed up (25 min drive) they said that they had me down for the next day and they had no one available that day (when I made my appointment) to give a massage. So I left. A few weeks later I decided to give them one more try. I showed up for my appointment 5min early and my masseuse was 20min late coming into my room to start my massage (I pay a babysitter and this is valuable time). The whole time she was very rushed/distracted and the whole point of a massage is to RELAX and I felt uneasy the the whole time because of how fast she was working and it was far from relaxing. I won’t be going back.

Amazing! the lady was so nice and the massage was so so so good and relaxing. I loved the oil and hot rocks. I also love the music that they play, this is a very relaxing and absorbing experience. Plus, the prices are so affordable compared to other massage places. 10/10 would go again

Hands down was amazing, Yoyo did wonders on my back, haven’t felt so relaxed in months. She was very sweet and kind and made sure to ask if the pressure she was applying was enough or too much.

It was okay! Was definitely expecting A TRAINED MASSEUSE! The lady was Chinese and really didn’t speak good English. I work in healthcare so my shoulders and the top middle part of my back bothers me the most. The older massage lady really didn’t know what she was doing but the younger one was okay. . The stones felt really good and the younger massage lady was way more gentle plus we was forced to leave a tip

Least favorite massage that Ive gotten. Wasnt as relaxing as I was hoping. The building was freezing and they only offer towels, not blankets. The therapist was running late so I was locked outside. I laid on the table 10-15 mins waiting for her to be ready. Then She ended up being the only person working at that time so my massage got interrupted four or five different times between helping other customers during my massage. And the phone going off a couple times. Friendly lady but I dont feel like the massage was worth $100 and I know I didnt get my full 90 minutes between starting late and all the pauses in between. I dont like to complain but I am definitely disappointed.

True Asian massage that if it were a meal, would be like a 7 course dinner at a prestigious restaurant. It just got better with every course. The final two courses were not just more of a deep tissue or hot oil massage but with heated stones and oil at a temperature that will make you repeat in your mind OMG! Dont expect any conversation because my masseuse had to use a pocket electronic speech recognition translator to tell me my leg cramps may be due to calcium depletion.If you are prepared for a true deep tissue massage that will be mind blowing and not just some therapeutic school trained clinical massage, then you wont leave unimpressed. I tipped her almost as much as the price of the 1 hr massage. Thats how good it was.

I booked a last minute 30 minute massage as I had some tightness in my neck and shoulders. Lucy did a fantastic job. It was one of the best massages I have had and she made the 30 minutes seem like an hour. I will definitely be going back.

AMAZING!! My boyfriend and I wanted a couples message for our 3 year anniversary an they fit us in last minute. A lot of places say they will give a deep tissue message but they don’t deliver the deep tissue part. Amy definitely delivered an amazing deep tissue message. I have been in pain for a long time especially in my right shoulder and I walked out of there with relief. Super impressed and satisfied. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much Amy!! I will be coming again 100%

Ally was so freaking amazing! She talked me through everything she was using; since I had never gotten a massage or anything like that done before. But wow oh wow I will definitely be back at least once a week! Hands-down she’s the mvp!

My massage was interrupted multiple times by other customers. The massage therapist left the toom awkwardly for multiple minutes at a time. It felt very unprofessional and scamy

Yang Yang did a great job. If you want deep acupressure, hot stones and heated oil, shes your gal.If you want swedish, not so much. She did do some swedish but not very much.
