Bamboo Massage Spa does excellent work in a relaxed and safe environment. My husband and I go often and you dont even need to tell them where you are having issues, the find them on their own, then work them out. The hot stones are wonderful too!

I’ve been going to this spa for at least once a month since they’ve opened & I have only positive things to say. I’m a gym rat & it’s nice knowing I can always rely on Bamboo massage to straighten out my kinks. I’ve been to a few other spa’s here in the valley & none have been so welcoming & consistent with results. I have seen probably 4-6 of the masseuse’s there and although different styles & techniques, always leave there feeling good! Today I saw Jenny and she was fantastic! I am a new man this evening because of her!

First time there today. Loved it. Just the right amount of pressure. Really loosened my muscles. I’m a happy camper.

Had a deep tissue massage at Bamboo Massage and my shoulder pain was completely gone. The place is clean, professional, and the therapist is skilled. Highly recommend for a great massage experience.

I bodybuild competitively and use massages to help with muscle soreness… this was like a mouse walking across my body. I genuinely got nothing out of that. They have you prepay and watch you write in the tip section, if it isnt up to their standards they will push for a bigger tip. Overall not a great experience and definitely wont be back.

Bamboo Massage has been a disappointing experience TWICE now. The first time my husband booked a couples massage and we showed up they told us one at a time. I thought I’d give them another try and once again, a disappointment. The massage was supposed to include hot rocks and “stomping.” Neither happened. The pressure not deep as advertised either. She didn’t massage my feet or neck at all. Also, the initial instruction to lay down naked, face down, without a sheet was awkward af. I won’t go again.

First time here. Was very professional and well priced for such massages in America. Ive had such massages done oversea, but first time in America. They were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and was applying the right pressure, as I prefer more pressure. Will definitely be going back.

This place is fantastic! I usually see Jenny and she has hands of gold. I’m a laborer and workout a lot but every time I leave there I feel like a new man. She gets in there using her hands, forearms and elbows. Not gonna lie it can be a good pain for a minute but oh so worth it later on! Jenny is top notch in my book and is always gonna be my go to masseuse. She is quite busy but always seems to make time for me. For the price you can’t beat it anywhere in the valley.

I have been coming to June Massage for the last two years. During my visits, I was never disappointed at their service since the massages were not only refreshing and professional, but also fair-priced. The people there were very open to suggestions and are knowledgeable in determining areas that needed attention. I would strongly recommend them.

I have found that Bamboo Massage Spa is the best in the Treasure Valley. Bamboo Massage Spa is clean and comfortable. I had my appointment this morning and I feel so good right now. The staff was very friendly when I arrived, and I immediately noticed the facility: clean and well-kept. I didnt have to wait very long until they took me to the room to get my massage started. The masseuse was accommodating to my needs and receptive to my feedback. The service was amazing, and super happy with my experience here!

I love them. We have had around 20+ massages. It’s always clean. They are always in time and did I mention they give the best massage in town!

- I paid $62 (+$2 for the credit card convenience fee) for a one-hour Swedish massage upfront.- The massage was highly lackluster throughout the entire session. Little did I know, she ended it early.- After getting dressed, I calculated the stop time against the receipt timestamp and concluded that she shorted me by about five to six minutes. It appeared that the massage therapist was rushing near the end.- When I was about to leave, the massage therapist confronted me and demanded that I give her a tip repeatedly. I politely explained that she shorted me after I paid her for the entire hour. She could not comprehend what I was telling her and engaged one of her colleagues.- Her colleague then demanded that I tip the massage therapist accordingly. I tried to explain the situation to her, but she also could not comprehend what I was saying.- After five minutes of going back and forth, the manager finally came out and asked me to leave.Overall, this place is 1/5 stars (0 stars if I could give it). I wont be doing business at this massage spa again.

Yesterday was my first time at June Massage Spa. I have to concentrate in front of my computer all day for my job, which can leave me feeling tired and sore. My massage was so relaxing, the atmosphere was clean and professional. I felt safe, and I left feeling amazing. I will be returning with more friends and my fiance. Great experience!

I have been going here for over year now. It the best place to get a message. I have had deep tissue, and Swedish massage. I’ve always gone away very satisfied with every massage I have had. The whole staff is pleasant , They always prompt to the door to greet you and very kind.

My wife was deeply hurt by the masseuse here. She has an adrenal condition where her stress response causes weight gain such that she could be mistaken for early pregnancy. She gets asked this question often, but usually with a simple “no I am not” the person apologizes and moves on. This lady looked at her in disbelief, called her supervisor and spoke in her language about her in front of her, the supervisor asked if she was pregnant, she answered “no” and the supervisor spoke in their language to the masseuse to tell her it was ok. The masseuse continued to stare at her abdomen with a shocking look of disgust, then asked her if she would be able to lay on “it”. Of course she could it is just extra weight which is not a “condition” to be disclosed prior to treatment. She had not slept for 3 days because of the adrenaline from stress, and was looking for a massage to help calm her nervous system. (So she didn’t leave, mostly because she didn’t know that lady checking her in was also the masseuse.) The massage was nothing to write home about. She did not put a rolled up towel under her ankles to keep blood from pulling and feet going numb. The pressure could have been increased. She also tried to up sale her on the 90 min session while she was giving her a massage. She also stopped before the full hour was up. It really didn’t warrant any tip. (Tips are for service above and beyond, not obligatory for doing the service paid for.) The masseuse asked for a tip and gave her the credit slip used to pay before service. My wife gave her $3. The masseuse scoffed at her and yelled something in her language.This place is not worth the money. If you want to be offended and treated badly, go for it. I won’t be returning.PS Read other reviews and you will see this pattern of treatment, despite the Spa’s attempt to say otherwise.

Meridian is a stop of our trip. We’re so tired so we went there. It ended up a amazing experience. The lady there gave me a 90min deep tissue massage. That’s a huge relief made me felt I could drive back to LA immediately. 🤣 I think it’s much better than any massager I have ever tried in LA. Highly recommend!

The lady did an ok job, but I did not like paying prior to my massage. I get massages every month and have never paid before my massage. I went into the room and looked at my phone and it was 4:08. The lady came in several minutes after. She quit right at 5, which shorted my massage time. Because of that I chose not to tip. When I went to leave the lady stopped me and asked for a tip and I told her I didn’t leave a tip because I did not get a full hour, which is not fair. It is also rude to ask for a tip.Update after the business replied poorly to my review: I PROVIDED ALL THE FACTS. Shame on you for thinking you can treat people the way you guys do. Your business won’t last long with lying and replying to customer’s reviews in a dishonest manner. I have a time stamp on my credit card receipt showing I went in AFTER my scheduled massage. You also had zero people waiting so she cut my massage short because she thought she could cut it short and I wouldn’t say anything. And stop asking for tips!

Ive been going to Bamboo and getting deep tissue massages since it opened. I find the therapists are very good and the massages very relaxing

I called on 12/24 and scheduled a couples massage for 12/31 at 2pm. I confirmed three times on the phone that was the time and date. Fast forward, my wife and I show up at 2pm for our massages and the front desk lady said “no time, come back at 230” I reminded her numerous times that we had an appointment and she again said, “no time, come back at 230”. I told her that was not going to work for us and left. Won’t be recommending them to anyone.

I went there with my husband for a couple massage. Really enjoyed our time there. I felt a huge refresh after that. The ladys hands are warm and strong. The music and the atmosphere disconnect me from the outside world. Just make an appointment for next month!

I was initially mislead about the pricing of the massage after calling beforehand to check prices. It was a $10 difference, so it wasnt the end of the world. Afterwards though, multiple associates started demanding a tip from me before I had gotten that far. I then offered a $10 bill as a tip to which the associate grabbed it out my hands with a disgusted look on their face and said, No. Give me $20 dollars. At that moment I was holding cash in my hand, so they went ahead and put the $10 back in my hand and grabbed a $20 before saying, Thank you! See you next time!You will not be seeing me next time.Almost $100 dollars for a mediocre massage is ridiculous. I was genuinely shocked by this exchange as someone who works in the service industry myself. Being taken aback by the moment I suppose compliance was the only option, how else do you react in a situation like that? It seems like a predatory business model to prey on peoples politeness.Save yourself the hassle and get your massage elsewhere.Edit: It wont let me reply to your response so I hope you see this. My massage took place on October 4th at noon. Im unsure of who the associate was but if your cameras go back that far youll be able to see for yourself.

We were not satisfied with the massage. They keep talking to each other. The other one was answering phone. Keeps going out. Then we were ask to pay extra after we already paid up front before the massage. It became expensive. Not worth it. You better of to go to the mall & get your massage there. We expected it to be better. Communication was aweful.Definitely wont go back. Wish we googled it first.We feel like we been rip off. We get a lot of massage this is the the worst. The lady was rude asking for extra. If the owner cared for her business she better better pay attention. Our one hour massage was very short. We look at each other after and wondring how come we were done already. Not recommending this place to our friends.

I’ve had massages from many different spas/salons and have paid well over $100. This is the first time I was satisfied with the amount of pressure applied to my body and not to mention the affordable price! There was no fuss they brought me back and got right to it. I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends.

I have been sitting for long hours (thanks WFH) and really needed a massage. The masseur there are so nice. My back and neck feel so much better after an hour massage. The environment remains clean and tidy, it is just like when I went there 2 years ago. I am glad we have a such nice massage place in Meridian.

I literally just walked out from my massage. I paid for 90 minutes but only received about 45 minutes, because I therapist couldnt stay off her Damm phone while giving the massage. I have received a couple messages here in the past, and they were really good but todays was terrible. Some advice for the owners/ managers for this place..dont let your therapist take their 📱into the room while giving messages.

Definitely one of the best experiences in my life! I just landed in Boise to visit family and was sore from a long flight. It was amazing that the owner was able to give me an instant appointment! The masseuse was great and was able to adjust to my level of comfort. Ill definitely be coming back when Im in the Boise area.

My fiancé and I went in today for a massage and let me tell you...WOW! We called today with hopes of finding a couples massage last minute, went in with a lot of tension and pain issues...walked out shocked with how great they were!! They’re very to the point and do things their own kinda way and I don’t think I could have asked for anything different..those ladies knew what they were doing! I had a huge knot in my shoulder I was dreading for my trip out of the country in 2 days and it is gone! Highly recommend you give them a try! We are very satisfied and will definitely be back!

I come in around 3:40 for an appointment at 3:45, and the massage started around then. Towards the end of the massage, the therapist asks if she can end 2 minutes early. I said thats fine, before I realized it was about 4:33. The misuse then insisted I tip, but then I said I thought I was getting an hour massage. The other lady shows me the security footage and says there you are in the lobby at 3:40, and now its 4:37, so its only 3 minutes. I was in and out of the building in less than an hour, so how did I end up paying for a 60 minute massage when it was only about 45 minutes??

The massage itself is very enjoyable. There has been a couple times during our couples massages, where they have left the room to take care of the front door or a phone call but they made it up to us by giving extra time. My husband and I go once a month and have never been disappointed with the quality of the massage. They do communicate well and ask if the pressure is ok etc. I hope they stick around for a long time. There isnt anything close by in our area that gives such a great massage.

We called a week ago to book a couples massage. We specified date, time, and type of massage. We just walked in and said we had a 2 o’clock reservation and the lady said “no time come back later” after explaining we had called and made an actual appointment she still said “no time” We will never go to this place again. Terrible experience.

My husband and I went to this place for a couples massage. The communication was terrible. The ladies did not speak much English. They requested we paid in advance so we did. We asked about paying a tip afterwards as we didnt have any cash and they said it was all included. During our massage one of the ladies had their phone with them and was answering calls and scheduling appts during my husbands massage. This was not relaxing at all and extremely awkward. This place was so unprofessional. They also had a CD player playing relaxing music but the CD kept skipping. I assumed my lady would fix it as we were closest to the CD player. She just ignored it and it skipped the entire 1hr of our massage. I was not relaxed & felt the entire vibe of this place to be extremely strange. When we exited our room one of the ladies greeted us with water and a mint but was extremely close to our face. She would not us take the small plate with water & mints and tugged it from me when I thought she was handed it to us. She started following us extremely close as we were walking out and then told us we forgot something and pointed to our receipt. We assumed they meant tip- which we asked about earlier. Extremely unprofessional, poor quality and communication. We gave them a tip and will never be back again. I am not sure how this place is still in business to be honest. I would expect better for the shopping center it is in. Terrible experience. I was so distracted by the phone calls & cd skipping it was so hard to relax, I honest dont even know how the massage was b/c I was so distracted. One lady had left the room for who knows what, and my husband and I just looked at each other wondering what as going on here. It was so weird the entire experience was odd and not worth the prices they charge. I wouldnt even pay for what I got it was that awkward of an experience. I wouldnt go back if it was free. Way overpriced for what you get. Terrible quality, terrible service, terrible communication. I feel like I was ripped off. What a waste of money this experience was.Response to owner: You can make things right by refunding us for such a terrible experience if you are truly concerned.

This is undoubtedly one of the best spas because of the proficiency of the workers. They work very hard. At times I wonder where do they get the energy to do this kind of work all day long. I will not be able to do this work. So kudos to them. I usually like my massage strong and before I can request strong they will ask up front if you like medium or strong. They are also courteous and friendly.

Was going to pop in for a massage, but after seeing reviews about the masseuses demanding tips after shorting time on massage, yikes I’m definitely going elsewhere.

Every masseuse here is very good, and the service attitude is great. After the 90-minute massage, I feel very relaxed and will come back next week.

Sharing my experience so others will avoid this massage parlor:My wife and I went as a bday gift to her. Only one person spoke English, the girl at the register didn’t even know how to run my card without help and took multiple phone calls after our arrival.After an hour of some massage accompanied by leg SLAPPING, shoulder PINCHING, and arm contortion (who does that??) the ordeal finished.In the lobby after, both masseuses (I use that term lightly) approached me and pointed to the tip number I’d crossed out on the receipt (they had me pay before receiving the massage, was planning on tipping cash) and in broken English said they wanted more money. I started writing a number and they COMPLAINED right in front of me. I wrote another number with a raised eyebrow then left.Incredibly rude,, terribly run establishment with atrocious communication. Never going back. Go find a real massage somewhere else.

Jenny was amazing, I like very hard and deep massages! She did not disappoint! Firm hands and a knack for knowing all the spots you are hurting and how to make them better! Definitely recommend this place and Jenny. Will be going back for sure!

You pay a price $60/hr, and basically strong armed into tipping no less than $20 for a mediocre massage. Crooks avoid it. If you do not choose to tip them, they will honestly chase after you out the door begging for a tip.

My husband and I were getting ready to leave and the therapists stopped us at the door and made us very uncomfortable until we tipped accordingly not only did I spend $140 for the couples massage but tipped another $20 per therapist.. towards the end the massage was rushed and we got done almost 10 mins early :/ very very disappointing considering I work food service and would NEVER ask my tables for a tip

Wow! Our massage table sees regular use, but today I got a treat.These ladies at June massage are masters of their craft. Perfect 90 min. deep tissue massage w/ Lilly was nothing short of amazing. Ill be sending my wife here soon. From the soft warms hands out the gate, hot oil and perfect pressure for 90 min, I just found my new favorite massage destination.

Not relaxing at all, the lady asked me to pay before massage which is weird, the whole time all I heard was children and slamming doors and dishes clanging in the back, (I guess the family was eating) and then she had the nerve to ask me for a tip! Who does that? I tipped her, but will never go back again.. No thanks
