1. The front desk was very nice and also on the phone. I wish she could understand me better when I was asking something.2. Front area was nice and cozy.3. Im glad they take walk ins, like right away4. I was disappointed on the service though, My mom told me that the lady who was massaging her that at first she was very good. After a while shes stopping more often and feels like she is dozing off or almost falling asleep and just barely massaging, she told me that it feels like she is only rubbing the feet slowly like putting a lotion on.

I woke up unable to hardly move my neck from some very severe knots throughout my shoulders, neck, and back. Jasmine did a wonderful deep tissue massage with hot stones and I feel so much better! Great service!

The massage was great!!! But when they tried to pressure us for a larger tip....that is where they lost us. We actually were going to give them more of a tip but we only had a $20 in cash and was going to leave another on the card we charged but they got mad when we gave them the $ 20 cash and tried to shame us so Im sorry you cant do that and you blew it for your selfs!!! You dont do that we wont be back and you wont be in buisness long with that attitude 😏

Too much time massage spent on top of the sheet. Most of the body massage done with forearm.Make sure before you come here. They are gonna expect you to leave a 30% gratuity. If youre not willing to do that they will fight you on it.They are located next to a dance studio which is loud so its hard to relax.

First time in this city, long journey made my body very tired, my back and waist were sore, I was eager to relax, I saw this place on Google, I decided to try it, unexpectedly, I got an unexpected surprise, it was great, this masseuse was very professional, she was very patient to ask my needs, gave me good suggestions, 90 minutes passed quickly, my body was relaxed, relaxed want to fly, thank her so much! I paid a $30 tip, next time I will pay more, I will come again.

Everyone here is very professional and has a great attitude. I have had a great massage every time. Angelas deep tissue massage was spot on and I was very relaxed. I will be back and will keep this place in mind.[强]

I have had three massages here now, each with a different therapist. I was very satisfied with each. They paid attention to the areas that needed work. I have had multiple back surgeries so they were careful over that area.The prices are equivalent to their competitors. The rooms are clean and the massage tables are fairly comfortable. The hole where your face goes could be a little bit larger.The atmosphere is quiet and they play soothing music during the massage. Very nice.My only complaint is that the door to the room is always open a few inches. It didn’t feel quite private, since anyone passing by the room could look in. I had to ask repeatedly to have the door closed.All in all, they give a good massage. I will return for more in the future

Came across Fire Spa when I was visiting in town and was looking for a nice massage to treat myself with.Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff. I asked them questions about their services and they gave me helpful answers and directed me to exactly what I was looking for. I got a Signature Deep Tissue Body Massage and boy was I in for a treat.As an athlete who goes to the gym weekly, my muscles are extremely tight and I can definitely say that this message helped release all the tension from my body. Plus the free hot stone treatment was such a nice addition to the service. I had a great experience at Fire Spa and if I’m ever in town again I will definitely come back!

What’s a wonderful day! Today after a hard working day, my wife and I went to the Fire Spa, a massage spa in Meridian , enjoyed a service of Deep Tissue massage . Tow beautiful young ladies provided services for us, both of them are very polite and sweet, they all have great experience and very good massage skills. We were very enjoy the services they provided for us. We also like the comfortable setting, good condition and warm environment in the facility. We will definitely come back, and highly recommend to our friends.Suggestion: Hiring a person for the front desk and responding the phone calls.Jason Thompson

Amazing massage! The new owners have worked very hard to create a peaceful place to come relax and improve your physical and mental well being. Quality of care has also gone through the roof. I am a disabled veteran and have chronic back pain, plus my current job and hobbies leave me extremely sore on top of that. They are able to work out the knots quite easily! The therapists are very professional and kind. 10/10 recommend.

My boyfriend gave me a massage voucher from the fire spa as a birthday gift so I went to experience it today. It was my first time to have a body massage. I felt great! The clean and tidy environment, the quiet and comfortable atmosphere, very relaxing, I fell asleep very quickly, an hour passed quickly. I felt refreshed when I left. A gift certificate for a full body massage at the Fire Spa was given to me. I was very happy with the service. I was greeted with a warm welcome. The spa was clean (this is very important to me) with a very soothing ambience. I was comfortable and able to relax. The bed was heated. The massage was amazing. The massage therapist kept checking in with me to make sure the pressure was acceptable. I will be a repeat customer.

My boyfriend helped us make an appointment for a double massage at the Fire Spa. It was really great. This time it was definitely an unforgettable experience for me. The warm service and professional technology made me feel very relaxed. The only thing I regret is Yes we got a single room but this was nothing compared to what I enjoyed and I will be back soon.

Massage was good I liked it . I would give 4.5 to Massage . However when I paid the amount earlier they said $70 but when I gave them $100 they did not return the chnage and kept the change by themselves. That was absolutely not professional. They always should give the change back and then it’s up-to the customer whatever the tip amount they want to leave .They got in touch next morning to me which was a good gesture and offered me discount and money refund as they mentioned it was some misunderstanding.

Edit: In response to Fire Spa’s response: I did tell the masseuses multiple times to use hot stones and they did not. I was very clear on each and every visit.Each time I have gone, there has been something not professional about my experience... Broken tables, being asked to change rooms after dressing down, specifically asking for hot stones and not given them, attempt at guilt tripping after tipping 15% (when 15% was generous for that trip), masseuse leaving the room and leaving the door open… I definitely miss the last owners “Massage Nice.”

The happiest thing today was I met my favorite masseuse Apple again! It was so unexpected, but I was so happy. Her familiar voice and laughter made me sure she was the one very smart and knowledgeable girl: Apple. Her professional massage techniques and humor always make me relax and enjoy. I like to chat with her about fitness and skin care. She is like a good teacher and friend. I learned a lot from her.

One of the best massages Ive had in a long time. The only thing that bothered me a little was that they keep the door cracked, but no one could see in. The massage was amazing.

This was my first full body massage. Over-all it was incredible! I do have one small complaint though. During my one hour session, the massus answered her phone TWICE and walked out of the room when a client came in for her appointment. I understand youre running a business, and they were business related, but it kinda ruined the moment. Hire someone to answer calls and run the front desk during appointments.

If you dont mind a massage bed with a small hole in it that is covered in blankets which you cant breathe through, or a masseuse that cant remember the pressure you like after youve told her a few times, or one with sharp nails that scratch, one that massages the front of your neck instead of your back when she has you turn over, throws blankets and towels roughly around and talks to you the whole time but, you cant understand a word she is saying...then this is the place for you. Oh and youre in a closet with not even a closed door, hearing the front desk phone and conversations the whole time. Unfortunately, the foot massage was the only thing I liked a little. Just not worth $70 an hour. I hope this helps bring improvement.

Stopped in without an appointment for a quick 30 minute massage while the family was busy nearby. They took me back quickly and did a great job. Ill come back for a longer massage next time.

A most wonderful experience, I arrived with a soar back and neck, my clinician who was very experienced identified the areas that needed work, when I walked out I was free from pain and very relaxed. I would highlight recommend Fire Spa for any of your therapy needs.
