Elements Massage

Crystal was absolutely wonderful. This was my first message so I was a little nervous. She explained everything making me feel more comfortable. I have been dealing with chronic pain for many years. I felt so relaxed and more limber after my session and my aches are lower. I booked my next appointment on the spot.

This place is amazing. I received a gift card from my daughter in law and was able to have my first massage ever. I have a bad neck/shoulder that pains me all the time. Jenn did an amazing job and my neck hasn’t hurt since. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place.

First visit here due to a gift card I received four years ago. Upon arrival, the gal at the front desk (Trisha I think), was pleasant and the masseuse Tina was incredible!!After, I submitted my gift card and made another appointment, I was told I could save money buying a monthly membership, and I reminded Trisha it took me four years to finally book this appointment. Trisha was SO pushy wanting me to buy a membership, I ended up calling back later to cancel my second massage to avoid the high-pressure marketing. Too bad, because Tina gave a great massage.

I had a pleasant experience not only through the massage I received, but mainly through the front desk receptionist. Reed helped me set up the appointment , was respectful and kind on the phone and in person when I came in for my appointment. And Jalane who tended to my needs in the massage and was kind! I will be back for more sessions!

After the worst week of my life, I was looking so forward to a massage on my birthday and it was cancelled last minute. I understand people get sick, but there should be some sort of backup plan. If I cancelled last minute there would be a cancellation charge.

Update!: I highly recommend Dustin for your therapy especially if you suffer from pain from repetitive motion or migraines (like me). He is an elite therapist (for obvious reasons) so it costs just a bit more to get treatment from him, but well worth it.Great experience overall! From booking the appointment (super easy and online) to actually getting the massage treatment. All staff were super friendly (especially the front desk receptionist). The masseuse I got was very good, knowledgeable, and listened to what I wanted. She even gave me stretches to do to ease my tension. The facility is well done and clean. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I walked in and expected to get an appointment, but I was able to get in immediately. Had a really good deep tissue massage and ended up becoming a member!

Best Place ever, Staff is amazing and very kind. Morgan is the best and gave an amazing massage. I had 3 level spinal fusion and she was the very first masseuse to work on my lower spine. My is back feels much better now

Make you pay ahead of time and rush the massage like they are just trying to push through it, very poor experience

Friendly as soon as you walk in, the receptionist was super sweet. The massage was also fantastic! My first time ever getting a professional massage and it was a great experience. Holly did a great job and asked me what I wanted her to focus on and was very professional. She kept the conversation fun and light, there was never an awkward part of the massage. She checked in and made sure I was doing alright and how I was feeling, which I appreciated. Overall, an awesome and relaxing experience, definitely will be going back!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Massage pressures, work styles and type of massage are provided so that you can choose your own best fit for a great massage. Watch for their deals. I do a standing appointment to be sure I dont miss my me time with my favorite masseuse!

Mari was A-MAZING! Her neck work is incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed this much needed massage! Would definitely see her again! Front desk staff is also extremely friendly and welcoming!

The quality of the establishment and the service is really great. There is a reason we have been members here as long as we have. Unfortunately we have to cancel our membership due to the inability to schedule appointments. We are definitely individuals who look for the massage when experiencing aches and pains, but when our neck hurts and we call to book an appointment there is literally no availability for 2 weeks or more unless we are willing to leave work to go across town. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to be able to keep routine monthly appointments and book that far out, but for those that need something in the moment this place does have its shortcomings.

It’s always so calming right when you walk in the door. The girls at the front desk are so welcoming. They’ve even asked how my baby girl is who I had in April. The massages have been wonderful! I received prenatal massages while pregnant and continue to go as a treat to myself! Every masseuse I’ve encountered has done a great job at listening to what I need and performing just that. I have always left feeling so relaxed and grounded!

Everyone is super friendly and I get the best massages. Scheduling can be a bit hard as you need to book out at least a month (for any evening appointments). It also is a little weird that you can sort by day or therapist but not by time. Overall, I love having a membership here. Its worth it.

My membership got canceled and never was told, then lost out on 2 massages I had saved from not being able to book in time for them being overbooked. Very upsetting. They would not validate those massages after it canceled on me. Front desk is not very nice and didnt even listen to me.

This place is excellent. Staff are professional. The massage therapists are very skilled and the price point is just right (especially for members). I highly recommend.

I purchased an hour long massage with an additional cupping service add-on for my husband for Christmas. They called to reschedule, which was not a big deal. Closer to the appointment they called to reschedule again because the masseuse was sick. Again, not a big deal. However, they rescheduled with another person (I assumed because it was a different day, then it was the original person I had scheduled with, and I was not told otherwise).My husband arrived the recommended 15 minutes early. They brought him back right at the scheduled time, so they the massage didnt start until 10 minutes after. The massage ended 14 minutes before the hour was over. He basically had a 30 minute massage and paid for an hour. The masseuse said an hour is only time for some areas so she only worked on his back. The cupping was not provided. When I called afterwards, the receptionist told me it was because they had to switch to another masseuse that did not specialize in cupping. I was not charged for the cupping, but I wish that wouldve been communicated at some point.At the end, they ended up charging my husband. Once again, not a big deal, but this was a gift, so I had entered my credit card when I scheduled.I am super disappointed. My intent was to find a new place for my husband and myself to use semi-regularly, and this was a big miss.

Chrys, my current massage therapist is very attentive to what I tell her I need on any given day. She’s pleasant & friendly. I find that, although there are new faces at the front desk, they are courteous & helpful. I do miss some of the employees who have moved on (John, Morgan & Larissa). I’ve been a client of the Meridian location for 7 years...every two weeks. Thanks for keeping me functional over the years!

Ive been a member for years. I like that if Im desperate to see someone, I can almost always get in to someone within the next 3 days but usually the same day. I like the hours of operation, and enhancements. The comment card with a breakdown of our session is good for when I have a similar tension, I can look up the recommendations they put on the card. I love that during my most stressful time of year, I can come in to my preferred therapist and can spent maybe a minute explaining the areas I would like treated and know exactly the massage Im going to get without any other needed explanations. The relationship I have with my preferred therapist is exactly why I love my membership. The front desk staff are always great, the first impression of their professionalism!

For my first ever professional massage I have to say I was very impressed by the highly professional manner that James had. The whole experience from the time I stepped in to the main office to the time I walked out I was made sure I was relaxed and happy. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience even though I walked in feeling slightly nervous. I do plan to be going back very soon for yet another amazing experience.

My therapist listened to what areas were in need of treatment, gave me options that she felt would benefit me best, and continued to ask check in questions to ensure I was satisfied. I was very happy with the service I received. She recommended that I come back in three to four weeks. Based on her recommendation I decided to become a member. Thank you Kelsey for all that you do!

Massage therapist listens to your needs. Ashling is an excellent massage therapist. Its easy to book an appointment ahead of time. Clean facility and friendly service, I Highly recommended the Meridian branch.

I was very happy with my visit to Elements Massage. They were able to get me in last minute Christmas Eve for a problem that has popped up over night. John did an amazing deep tissue message, probably the best I have had. He was sure to make sure of my comfort level throughout the entire visit. I will be back in two weeks like recommended to continue to work on my current back issues. Would highly recommend.

My husband surprised me with a prenatal massage and chose Elements based on recommendations from some girls in his office. Unfortunately mine was with a girl who admitted she didnt have a lot of experience doing prenatal, and immediately after, she recommended I see a different provider at that location. The environment was relaxing, but I have had better massage experiences.

Listen - I literally just had the best massage in my entire life. Tyler is hands down the most incredible masseuse I’ve ever experienced. He Most definitely knows the anatomy of the body. I am so grateful for him. Thank you so much, Tyler!

I came to Elements not having a clue as to where to go for a good message. Apparently, I came to the right place. Every therapist I have had has been exceptional. They have all been professional. Every time, they ask me exactly what I want done and I have never left feeling like something was missed. The receptionists and manager have worked so well and have been so patient with me on my schedule. I will recommend Elements to anyone looking for the best message in the Treasure Valley.

First the massage therapists are constantly leaving. Secondly, I feel that Mallory at the front desk is ripping me off. I pay a monthly fee and every time I go she is charging my card for changes to their policies from the new owners. She will make changes to your account and not provide a written contract of those changes. She ruins any stress relief you get from the massage as she is very cold in her demeanor and just wants to charge your card in addition to monthly payment. Why should I pay the full price for a 60 minute massage when I am usually a 90 minute member but only had time for 60 minute massage that month? Can we say scam! She is rude and unprofessional. She says that I have credit built up and next time says no credit was built up. Ugh. Support your local independent massage therapists rather than chain massage businesses that rip you off. Massage envy had rotating masseuses but didnt rip you off at least and the front staff was a lot nicer.

I like Elements -their facility is always clean and the staff are always very welcoming. The three massages that I have had at Elements have all been very good and have provided relief from tight shoulders and back muscles. my only complaint with Elements is that their fees are fairly high for our area.

Great staff! Your relaxation will start the minute you walk in. Front desk staff are super helpful, kind, efficient. I was new to the massage world and came in from a friend giving me a gift card. I left a member and cant wait for my next appointment.

Just received my second massage by Jenna and she has such a gift with touch! Very attentive and skilled at pinpointing trouble areas & working to resolve any issues Im having with tension or pain. Highly recommend for any hairstylist or someone who works for hours on their feet! I prefer to pay-as-I-go so I declined the monthly program, but it might be a good option for some people who have more freetime and an open schedule.

Save your money don’t go . First experience shows up 10 min early to sign paperwork and greeted unpleasantly by front desk person . Then hurried once I sat down to fill out . I specifically said I want hard massage with salt stone . Got soft massage and warm towel . Experience just seemed rush and for 100$ I expected much more than 50 min when I paid for full hour .

A professional massage therapist who has knowledge of muscles and how to relieve pain. Excellent massage every time. Package deals available. Clean and comfortable environment. I have always left feeling considerably better than when I arrived. A great addition to my overall health plan for continued fitness and wellbeing.

Ive been going here for maybe a year. And it gotten better over time. Ive had a few different massage therapists but really like Carter. He takes the time to ask about prime issue areas and focuses on them. I deal with chronic neck and back pain on my right side from an accident and he can soothe it where it doesnt hurt.

I will not being returning. From the moment I walked in to the end I was disappointed. I wasnt greeted when I first came in, instead sat around for 5 minutes while she chatted w a customer before she even acknowledged me. The massage therapist was ok but I can hear people talking in the next room the ENTIRE time. I asked him to put the music in the room higher but I could still hear the conversation next door clearly. I was also cold the entire time. When the front desk girl asked me how it was and I told her about the noise and temperature her response was sorry, are you leaving a tip? Customer service was lacking all around. The massage was not enjoyed.

Jeremiah is incredible! I have been searching for a massage therapist like him for a while now and I feel so lucky that I finally found him. I work in an office for 9 to 10 hours a day so I really try to go see him at least once every two weeks.

After a massage, I like to feel worked but relaxed. Cathy accomplished this for me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is clean as well as comfortable. Its always a worthwhile experience at Elements!

They are very conveniently located right off Overland and Eagle with freeway exists near by. The staff was great and the masseuse was on point. Headed back again in two weeks, and have an appointment booked for the end of January.

Went in as a new customer and got a couples massage with my wife at the discounted rate, and Ive been a member of the wellness program ever since. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and of course the massage is fantastic!Edit: I have to take one star off for the recent change in software that will not allow members of the wellness program to apply money already paid to partial (30 minute) increments or tips. Previously money was money, but now it counts as a session and can only be used in 60 minute chunks.

Cathy is amazing. I’ve been seeing her before and during this pregnancy (and will continue to do so after). There’s been times where I limp in unable to put weight on my leg and she’s got me up and walking like normal. I refer everyone to her, and especially so if they need someone experienced with pre-natal massages.

Great place for a great massage! Ive had two amazing massage therapists there, Shandrea and Nina. They both gave an excellent massage. They listened to me and then addressed my areas that needed their attention. Great customers servlce in the reception area.

These guys are top notch when it comes to massages. I highly recommend their subscription program to save you some money. There are a lot of massage places, but you wont go wrong with these guys!

Brandon, was excellent! He helped with a huge knot in my neck and a pinched nerve causing spasms done my arm. I had previously been to another therapist, a chiropractor twice , an orthopedic Dr. and physical therapy with no relief. He fixed me right up! I highly recommend him!

I had some major hip and lower back pain that a previous massage and chiropractic appointment didnt touch. One appointment with Jenna and she pin pointed the problem. After nearly 2 months of pain, she figured out the source of my problem wasnt where the pain was. Would reccomend Jenna over and over as she is very knowledgeable!

Overall the massage wouldve been great if only she’d stop talking but I found it rude when the lady in the front said are you going to be leaving any gratuity? Sure did!It was suppose to be a full hour instead it was for 40 minutes and talked my ear off for 20 minutes about what areas needed work on which is exactly why I went to you guys... TO WORK ON IT! But thanks anyways.

I was Riding my motorcycle through town on a Saturday when a sore neck turned into excruciating pain with a golf ball size lump! Not something that’s makes for a safe or fun ride!! Thankfully Holly at Elements was able to schedule me in. My neck was so bad just one session didn’t (cure) it but it sure did make the rest of my ride a lot more enjoyable!!

My massage was absolutely AMAZING! My massage therapist (Shandrea) was seriously one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with. I’m currently pregnant, in my 3rd trimester. I’ve had pre-natal massages before, but this was exactly what I needed. One of the major differences was their pre-natal pillow that allowed me to actually lay on my stomach! OMG! Most spas are not equipped with this, and it’s seriously a game changer. Shandrea was so professional and checked with me throughout my massage to make sure I was always comfortable and her pressure was good. BOOK NOW!! :) A+
