I LOVE the guys who work here! Best customer service. Its the shop, selection for disposables and prices that earned the 1-star. Vapor Lounge has 15k vapes for 17.99 and its a whole wall full. This place is 35$ for a 10k and has the smallest selection in town. I hope the guys working there find something better. I only stop by to say hi to them and convenience. Overall, the shop needs a massive restructuring for business and how to not run it into the ground. Im sure they are a decent person, but the business is not worth stopping at for disposables. Im sure juice is another story.

Dont go here unless you want to spend double the amount on vape supplies than a normal shop.I paid $28 for a tiny Lost Mary disposable, not even a full sized. Super lame. Definitely wont be giving them any of my buisness again. What a rip.I do want to mention, their staff was very awesome though!!!

They have great prices and an awesome rewards program to save up points to get discounts on whatever you get. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Love coming here.

Been going to this location for a while now and just love the atmosphere here. Sam is super helpful every time I go in and is always willing to take the time to help my very indecisive self find the perfect next flavor. He also helped me learn all about the disposables when I decided I wanted to give them a try! One of the biggest reasons I continue to go to this location (even though its a bit of a drive for me, its worth it)!

Employees here are always friendly and helpful. I had three vape pens that I thought were broken. One of the guys told me to bring them in so he could look at them for me. I did. He discovered it was my charging cord immediately. He then gave me a new one to replace it. Great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help! Its much appreciated.

These guys are awesome, never have I felt more welcome in a vape store. Used to only go to VAPE and haven’t gone back. I called one day a few months ago looking for my pineapple coconut and voila they carry it and haven’t run out. Service is stellar and real. I recommend to everyone that asks where I get my stuff. Thanks for being there, totally appreciate you guys.

At first, staff was cool. When I needed their help, Logan pretty much said “sorry dude, nothing I could do to help you”. I purchased the novo 2S 3 MONTHS ago and the battery won’t hold the charge anymore. I’ve had these novos for years. Never happened before. He also says “yeah, it’s possible you just got a bad battery it happens in the batches sometimes”So, you sold me something and it went bad in 3 months and your only answer is to come give you more money? Wow! Stay away from these guys! EXHALE VAPORS off Overland is BY FAR the place to go!

One of my devices from here stopped working (manufacturer defect), but they replaced it with no hassle or problems. Dakota was super helpful and easy to work with me. Really chill environment and decent prices. Definitely recommend them.

Decent selection. Doesnt carry many zero nicotine products but at least had the flavors I have been looking for. A little bit pricier on the tanks than my normal places. Very friendly, helpful, definitely will go there again if needed.

The prices are significantly higher than any other vape store in town. If it wasnt for the helpful and understanding staff I would not return. That is also the only reason for the 4 stars. Prices get 1 star. Ask for Michael he gets 5 stars!!

Ive been shopping here for a while, but on the 20th around 2, i went in to pick up some more coils and salt nic juice, the employee absolutely refused to sell the juice even after i had explained that a few other staff had helped me several months ago get it to work fine in my tank. It was either get the coils i wanted and juice i didnt want, or spend even more for a tank i dont need. Well the juice he sold me dried my throat out so bad where as the juice i wanted did not. Ive loved shopping here, but this guy ruined the trust i had in the store completely, all the other staff are super friendly but this guy was just so pushy, i dont want to come back just so i dont have to risk dealing with him.

Hands down favorite vape shop in the valley, mine and my friends’ absolute go-to spot. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now, and eventually got ALL my closest friends and significant other as well as the majority of my work staff to come in over the course of the first year or so. We all love coming in because of the AMAZING staff and huge selections for juice, coils, disposables, and CBD treats for our doggos. The staff is super knowledgable and I feel awful for not knowing everyone’s name except for Sam who always gives my friends and I the most hospitable and helpful guest service experience possible. Will absolutely return to our home base vape shop whenever I need a new disposable or coils, thank you guys for the great service! See ya in a day or two when I come in, Sam!!😏🤙🏼

Jake is my hero, though all the staff are always courteous and very helpful. They have reasonable prices, I never feel pressured and Jake is patient with me, because I usually cant pick a juice to save my life.Definitely would recommend!

I have slowly become a regular to this specific location, and its always a pleasure talking with the employees. Diverse selection of juice, puff bars, and some box/pen hardware. With chairs, a couch, and an Xbox, its a casual environment for the people who shop.All of the employees are not only informative, but also enthusiastic and easy to talk to.

One great experience after another, I cant give this place enough stars. Knowledgeable staff, willing to take an inordinate amount of their time to teach and explain, an obvious passion for what they do. Every experience here has been amazing, but between Adam during the day and Mark at night, this place continues to impress. If you are into ANY level of vaping, want an amazing build, or just want to enjoy a fantastic atmosphere, GO TO MATRIX!

GREAT staff! Ive always had great interactions and come here often. Juice selection is huge and ranges about $8-$35, which matches against tobacco store prices for the same types! They will work with you to get you started with what is best for you, or hooked up with some rad mods and setups. I recently purchased their CHEAPEST RTA and it works like a charm!

Went here looking for an alternative to a juul because they are so expensive. The employees were helpful and gave me good recommendation. Im leaving one star off because I felt the employee who helped me could have explained some thing to me a little better since it was my fist ever time in a vape shop. He was just like “welll… you can get whatever you want… or whatever you like” but the thing is I didn’t know what I wanted or liked so I needed his help with that.

Absolutely unbelievable!! I went into this shop and had questions about my vape and its functions, the man working then drops it, breaks my whole mouth piece, damaged my tank, and now wont register coils. Then proceeds to ask me about people in my car? Completely unacceptable and disgusting for a business. Now i am left with a broken vape, no compensation nor even regret for Completely ruining my vape. I will never be back to a place that breaks your property with no remorse.

I have been visiting Matrix for a few years now. I used to go to the one on Vista, but since I moved to Meridian I have been going to this one. Anyone that vapes knows that there is a bit of a stereotype for vape shop employees (either an attitude, or strong personality). All of the employees that I have met transcend those expectations. You can have a conversation with them without it dragging on too long or feeling awkward. They actually seem to care about your experience in the store and are happy to explain things or help with anything you need, without having to prove yourself (if that makes sense).I came in today because I was having issues with a vape that I picked up about two weeks ago. They didnt interrogate me or try and find a reason to prevent exchanging the device. Once they saw that it was acting up, they just handed me a new one. I wish it ended there.I got home and tried out the replacement to find that it was having the same issue. A few hours later I went back, dreading the idea of being known as that guy. The employee still seemed genuinely happy to see me and do a little investigating into what the problem is. He tried using it and it started working completely normal. Isnt that how it always goes? I havent had any issues since, but he was sure to let me know that they would take care of it if the issues did arise again.I havent been to every shop in the area, but my go-to places are Matrix on Fairview and Vapor Loft on Overland. If you want a safe bet, try those two. Their inventories compliment each other well because if one doesnt have what you need, the other will.

This store is great. The staff are genuine and helpful, they know what theyre talking about. Usually I feel uncomfortable going into a vape shop, but this one is nothing like that. Theres a community type vibe that goes along with the store once you see some of the regulars come through.

Only because they have Oregon prices, after the tax initiative was enacted. before that prices were 20-15 for 100 milliliter bottles, other than that great selection

This is by far the best vape shop you could go to in idaho, very well experienced employees and are there to help you. I had dropped my vape and messed up my trigger ,they did a quick fix and was running like new. I definitely recommend this store. I love their skill in types of build for your mod.

Purchased a salt nic device Suorin drop on Jan 11 it broke a week ago while out of town. Took it in today and they wont replace it and they offered a 20% discount on a new one. I dont understand how they feel like its appopriate to treat customers like this. If you have to specifically put on the reciept in fine print you dont warranty a certain product you sell you probably shouldnt sell that item. I just feel foolish that I have referred so many people and have personally taken people here to support a local buisness. Lesson learned lost a customer for life over a $40 item.

His diligence has saved customers money and time by educating them on how to deal with technical issues with their device.Dennis always has the scoop on the newest and best devices no matter what you use. Mech, tank, box, pods, disposables, CBD, coils, you name it and he knows what is worth the money to explore. Super helpful with making decisions based in factors that matter to ME and not personal bias.Cameron is always my go to guy for the best looking and functioning mods on the market. He always has a fancy new RDA or Mech that he is always willing to share personal experience with any and all products that cross his path.All in all, I will always go to Matrix Vapor for anything Vape related I need. Whether I need a new device or just some juice, they will always be there to assist me. They have secured my business since day one and I will not go anywhere else!

This is my favorite shop!! I’ve been to both this Matrix as well as Vista.. and vista is good, no hate of course.. but Dakota and Jake at the Fairview location are the BEST at recommending mods, juice, coils for specific tanks, as wells as builds for specific RDA’s. Prior to getting the Aegis legend kit, I cycled through at least 6 different mods (because I drop them a lot and had a sad encounter with the Boise river this year).. and sincerely.. LIFE CHANGING SERVICE. I will never visit another vape shop soley because the service I’ve received from Jake, Dakota, and Bailey— and just the experience I’ve reecived from every single person they’ve hired for the last 2-3 years. 10/10!!

So I was talked into buying the Troll RTA by one of this stores employees, who expressed to me how this RTA was the best yet with zero cons. I did actually love how if wicked right it did not leak, and the flavor was amazing, every hit. Day 1 I cracked both of the glass tank tubes just by screwing them on. Not because Im rough with it, because the Troll RTAS glass is thin. So much thinner than the glass on any of the other RTAS/RDTA S ETC that I own. That, is a con, when wait. There were no cons when Mr. Salesman of the year was telling me about it. When I called the store, Not to demand a refund or exchange, but to just ask if they had or knew where I could buy replacements for the Troll RTA, the worker on the phone acknowledged the thin glass on the Troll, like it was common knowledge.. But a day prior, there were no known cons. I bought replacement glass online. Its really cheap, and is Shipping really fast. Those are all things you can throw into your sales pitch, instead of lieing. Knowing about that super con, and keeping it full price, Not having the fix for it, and misleading ppl, are sure quick ways to lose a customer.

I came in there asking for help changing a coil on a vape I purchased there and Sam the associate said he could not help me doing it in the future...the other guys are great!!

They know what they are doing. If your new to vapeing they can help you out or if your looking for something new they have great recommendations. Frendly staff. Not bad prices compaired to a few other places.
