I have had my hair cut by Sacha twice now and love my hair cuts both times. She was very sensitive to MY needs. I had been wearing a Cancer Beanie for a long period of time, at first because of hair loss then that got corrected as time went on, then I continued wearing the Beanie out of habit. My daughter and myself felt it was time to do something with my hair and stop wearing the Beanie. She suggested Sacha and Celeste had explain what I was feeling, and Sacha was so kind. I was used to straightening my hair in my previous life and had stopped straightening it when I was diagnosed with Cancer. So along with hair loss my hair reverted back to being curly, and I had no idea how to fix that. Sacha straighten my hair nonchemically and showed me how to take care of my hair on my own. And I am loving it. Here are pictures right after washing (Curly) and then after straightening. I would recommend Sacha to anyone who needs help in what to do next with their hair. I promise you won’t regret giving her a call.

My first time checking out the salon and I booked a hair cut appointment with Sarah. Love how organized the salon operates - cozy and clean too. Sarah did an awesome job with my medium-length haircut with layers! The price is reasonable. Highly recommend!

Vanessa was wonderful. I wasn’t able to get the cut I wanted due to time constraints (I was ignorant of what was needed for the cut I wanted so I don’t fault her for that at ALL!) but I am still very happy with the cut I got and, quite frankly, probably got the cut I actually NEEDED. My curly hair was very long, to my middle back, and it had become too much for me to take care of. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and it has been particularly “flare-y” lately so I have not been able to take care of my hair the same way I used to. I went in asking for a very short cut but with the ability to pull it back; I ended up realizing the cut I wanted is not ABLE to be pulled back so Vanessa graciously gave me a longer length to enable me to be able to pull it back, and she encouraged me to come back if I decided I still wanted it shorter. I’m probably not going to get it shorter; I think the length she gave me is just right. It rests above my shoulders like I wanted and looks very cute but can still be pulled into a ponytail or a bun. I am very grateful to Vanessa for taking all of my questions and feedback in stride; she did an amazing job of being professional and honest and I am so glad I trusted her input rather than pushing for what I was imagining (but is not actually possible with my hair lol). Innovations is the very best salon I’ve ever been to; I’ve been going for 12 years and I can honestly say I have never, ever gotten a bad haircut. I have loved them all. They know how to handle the curls and since moving in 2019, I drive from an hour away just so I can still have this lovely, caring, and expert care for my curls. It’s worth every penny and I am looking forward to going back.

I have been twice since March 2024. Beth is talented, professional and caring. I love my new curly hair pixie cut!I also had eyebrow and eyelash tinting done for the first time in my life today. Maryana was very skilled and I am happy with the results. Thank you!

I was given a spa day package for my birthday. I spent 5 hours there and had an amazing time, Lunch included and they were all absolutely fantastic! Been here before this, so I have always loved the experiences I’ve had, but had new services today and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you innovations soon and spa 😌

I saw Elena for a facial and truly cant get over how incredible the entire experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was catered to, greeted with warmth and exceptional customer service. Elena took great time and care into understanding my skin and tailoring my facial towards my skin type and concerns I had. It was the most relaxing and effective facial and my skin never had any adverse reactions to anything she used, due to her taking my skin type and sensitivity into consideration. 11/10 would recommend seeing Elena for a facial and cant wait to go back and see her again myself!

From scheduling, check in, check out staff was amazing and very welcoming! Beth gave me a great consult, very knowledgeable. Love my new cut, she also should me a few styling options. I look forward to my next appt. Great team!

Rebecca is AMAZING. Found Innovations through a google search last year after a lifetime of terrible experiences at other stylists and salons who had no idea how to handle my hair and had obviously never worked with curls before. From the very first appointment Rebecca made me feel so comfortable, cleaned up my ends and evened out my cut (much needed after months of avoiding it), and added in layers that make my curls look absolutely gorgeous. My appointments are always quick, comfortable, and I trust her and her experience completely to make my hair look its best (which is a first for me with any stylist). She is also a ton of fun to talk to. Thanks so much to Rebecca and the entire Innovations staff - ladies at the front are always a joy to talk to as well!

Joellen was absolutely amazing. She took such good care of me throughout my facial. I wanted her opinion on the type of facial that would be address my areas of concern and she was so informative. I was relaxed and treated very well today. I will come back and schedule with her again.

The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! I was blown away by how much Rebecca new about curly hair! This was my first haircut with a curly hair specialist and it was amazing! This is also the first time somebody else styled my curly hair in a way that I loved! I will definitely be coming back!

The stylist I had is very knowledgeable, and remembered all my quirks. The shampoo girl was very helpful, nice and did a fantastic job. However my scalp is sensitive in nature, during the massage wash. It was starting get a little irritated.

I saw Joellen for a microdermabrasion facial and it was fantastic! She was a wonderful esthetician with a plethora of knowledge in her area of expertise. She answered all of my questions, pointed me in the direction of the right services for my skin type and areas of concern, and explained the process every step of the way. It was a very enjoyable session, I’ll be back!

Lisa was very personable, professional, and her skill level superior. My massage was not only relaxing but therapeutic. Lisa was very through in explaining what my visit would look like and made sure to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone seeking to either just have a relaxing massage or to to advantage of the many health benefit that massages offer.

My daughters and I went to Innovations for the first time and we each had the privilege to work with Rosina. The salon is inviting and comfortable and everyone that we encountered was extremely nice. Rosina was AMAZING! Professional, friendly and really listened to what each of us wanted to to accomplish and provided guidance on how best to achieve our goals. The salon has hours that accommodate our extremely hectic schedules which was just an added bonus!

After not being in a salon for a few years, I was a bit apprehensive about booking an appointment. As soon as I walked into Innovations, I was welcomed with smiling faces. I saw Rosina for a haircut and blow out. She took her time with my consult and was very patient as I explained I hadn’t done much with it except cut it myself with kitchen scissors. She recommended some face framing pieces and I trusted her vision for my hair. As I started to feel more comfortable, she took me over to the hair wash area and gave me the best head massage while using wonderfully smelling products. My stress melted away. The best part was that my hair came out AMAZING. It is so beautiful I could cry! I highly recommend Rosina and Innovations in general.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by cheerful Jackie and she got me checked in and comfy in my robe, sandals and neck wrap. My 90 min massage with Mya was exceptional. Mya made me feel comfortable and special from the knee bolster, warm body pillow and eye pillow. It was sheer delight. I left feeling so relaxed but not after a stop for another neck wrap. I’ll be back!

Had a great color and cut experience with Gretchen and Lucy. Gretchen saw the vision I was going for and executed it flawlessly. My husband even asked “how did she get the color to be the same as the picture”?I highly recommend.

Rebecca is amazing and I’m so happy with my cut and color! My hair is thick and curly so a lot to handle and she does it perfectly.

I spent a glorious day at Innovations Spa after scheduling their half day spa package. I had the most amazing experience starting as soon as I walked in the door when I was immediately greeted by a friendly team member. Everyone wore a smile and made sure that I had everything I needed so I could just sit back and relax. I sipped cucumber water while reading a leisure book between my treatments and I even had lunch served to me In a quiet little nook. It was so nice having everyone take care of me and it exactly what I needed! I highly recommend!

Got my hair cut today by Sacha and although it was just a cut it was lovely! She did a great job and gave me some tips on hair styling. Feeling refreshed. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and helpful. Will go again!

Veera did an amazing job on my French Mani! Her work is precise and clean, and she also gives great recommendations if you want to do something slightly different than usual with your nail work. Would definitely recommend their services.

Innovations is a beautiful salon. Lois gave me the best haircut I have ever had. Finding someone that really understands curly hair is very hard to find. She took the time to make it look perfect. She is very experienced and knowledgable. She gave me great advice on how to care for my curls.

Alex was great. She gave me exactly what I wanted and needed!! So friendly, easy to chat with. Gave me an amazing scalp massage after my shampoo!! Highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon. My stylist was Gretchen, she did an amazing job with my curly cut. Always a wonderful experience with all of the staff.

Miya is so good. Saw her for massages throughout my pregnancy. Fall asleep almost every time. Pressure is perfect. Gets in all the right areas. Her energy is relaxing. Listens to needs. Professional. Love the atmosphere. Give yourself extra time to change in a comfy rob, enjoy a neck wrap, water and a snack. This place is truly about giving you the full experience. Everyone is super nice. I’m a mom of a a toddler and about to have another. Been to many places. This place is the best.

Sacha is amazing!! She always does an incredible job with my haircuts and just saw her for a partial balayage which looks absolutely beautiful

Chad recently provided me with the best massage I’ve ever had. He was kind, welcoming, and very intuitively skilled. If you go to Innovations, I highly recommend booking with him. I left feeling very relaxed and with substantially less pain than when I arrived.The spa itself was wonderful as always. Friendly staff, a bright, comfortable, and clean facility, and size inclusive.

Such a great find! Loved the ambiance of the spa and Beth was fabulous. To find someone that truly knows and understands how to cut, care for and dry curly hair is so hard to find, but Beth did it all.

Super super expensive for the service I recieved for my daughter. I just wanted to have a simple bun for her recital. Her hair was messed up within an hour leaving there and I paid $130 plus tip. No thank you. Will never go back

Had my hair cut by Mercy. Went home and flat ironed it as I usually do and it was so noticeable uneven, it was terrible. I went back the next day and spoke with a manager. Was told it was uneven because she blow dried it and I went home to flat iron it. They did fix it but did not offer me a refund or a credit to the salon. My hair had to be cut over an inch more to fix it and is now shorter than I wanted. Ended up costing me even more because I had to tip the woman that fixed it. Over $75 and 2 visits for a bad hair cut. Won’t return for hair cut.Chad is the only one I will continue to see there for massages.

Veera is super friendly and does an amazing job. She is so skilled and gifted at what she does. She relieved so much daily pain that I have in my feet. Cannot thank her enough! Many blessings , Tara

Had an amazing facial and brows done today by Lauren. She’s the best . I’ve had my pedicures done by her also. The staff is awesome and so friendly . They go above and beyond for their clients. Been going there for years.

I had a haircut with Mercy recently. She took the time to really listen to my intention for my hair and gave me suggestions from there. She is kind and light hearted and I love my fresh new cut. Thank you Mercy!

Very nice place - but the Brazilian blowout I got didn’t work well. I still have to blow dry and straighten my hair which is what I was trying to avoid to give my hair a break. Expensive service for negligible results. Not very responsive on their Facebook messenger. They are close so I’ll continue to go back but not thrilled with results.

From check in to check out, my experience was fantastic. Jo-Ellen was a top notch esthetician and gave me the best facial of my life. I’ll be back!

Listened to what I wanted and was spot on. I have very long thick hair and takes time and patience. Rebecca was kind and patient and my hair turned out amazing. Shiny and soft. Absolutely loved it

This place is amazing!! I can’t believe I’m just going there now. Everyone treats you well, respectful and ensures you really do get a nice spa experience. They pay attention to detail and are well organized , received all my services in a timely manner and everyone was great at what they do. I wish I remembered the masseuses name because it was such a good massage. She really did a great job. The nail tech marlaynes I think her name was , was awesome !! Definitely want to come back to her! I love this place. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Even the receptionist was knowledgeable and sweet.

I had my very first massage today from Lisa. To say it was amazing was an understatement, it was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome! She made sure everything she did was explained and made sure I was okay with the temperature and the pressure. I can not be happier or more relaxed! I had a hard time not falling asleep after the massage!!! I hope I can come back soon. Not only that but also the waiting rooms, changing rooms were so cute and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

I’m really enjoyed my facial with Khrystyna. She carefully selected products and treatments to nourish my skin while not aggravating my rosacea. I left relaxed and really pleased with the experience.

From the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming! From check in to hair washing! Ive never had a head massage like that while washing my hair. A+ service!

I got a manicure and pedicure for the first time in a while and I was very happy with the results! Veera was very detailed oriented and she made sure to be extra careful near my hang nail. Also I have small nails especially on my toes so I was impressed when my nails came out flawless! Everyone was very welcoming and the place was so clean! I definitely will be coming back again!!!

What an experience! 😍 I started off with sitting in the chair and chatting with Gretchen about what I wanted to do for a cut. I had thought just a trim, but I really appreciated that Gretchen heard my concerns about my hair and how I liked to style it and we came up with a new game plan for my hair. Next, Emma washed my hair and I honestly could have fallen asleep. It was the most soothing hair wash I have ever had. She set the bar for future hair washes! Then, it was back to Gretchen for the cut and style and I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! Love the atmosphere,the conversations and my new hair! Will definitely be coming back! The products used smell so good and made my hair feel soft and smooth.

The Massage was sub-par. I went in with high expectations but was one of the worst massages I’ve ever experienced. Not returning back!Edit:The spa called back and scheduled another appointment and this time the experience was really good. The masseuse was different too! This makes me wonder my initial disappointment was a one-off event. Will definitely visit back.

I come in to see Chad about once a week. I get my neck and shoulders done with hot stones, for chronic and acute pain. He knows the right amount of pressure I need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, that’s if you can get an appointment !

Alex is awesome! I showed her a couple of pictures with a general idea for a haircut, and she nailed it! Perfect pick-me-up for mid winter - I highly recommend working with her as a stylist.

This location had a serene and comfortable, and comfortable atmosphere to go to for some relaxation! I have been getting facials from Marlayna for over a year now and she has always been amazing. The facials are gentle, relaxing, effective, and absolutely worth it!

I feel like Im repeating myself when I say that the haircut & styling that Sacha did for me at my last visit was THE BEST! Oh, wait...I AM repeating myself! Sacha is...awesome! When I decided I wanted to grow my hair out again, Sacha made a plan and has helped me to stick to it. The only *downside* is that I dont get to see her as often. Since the goal is to grow out my hair, I now go to see her only every 10 weeks. She cuts my hair just enough to give me a new look, while it can continue to grow out.

Mercy Brooks did a phenomenal job on my half curly half wavy hair. I am thrilled to have a curly girl specialist here in New Hampshire.

Ive have been going to the Innovations Salon for a few years now. I get my hair colored, styled and cut by Alex and I am always obsessed with the results. I have very thick hair and I am very picky but I always feel relaxed and extremely happy with the results. The environment of the salon is so warm and I will definitely continue going back! Easily 5 stars!!

I’m always for grateful for second chances- whether I’m getting them or giving them. I am so very appreciative that I went back to revisit my hair cut. I felt listened to, valued, and it helped build trust. Rebecca and Karen were amazing to work with. Great salon. The team is really good at making sure everything is clearly explained up front. I really appreciated the care taken to make sure my hair coloring process was safe and also mimicked what I wanted. If it’s been a while since your last visit I recommend booking a consult first so you know what to book. Maryana and Lois were very patient and understanding given my lack of experience. As a curly girl I don’t trust anyone with my hair but these two have my seal of approval!

Had an amazing anti-aging facial with Meredith and it was fantastic! I especially loved the hand & neck massage, it just made the whole experience over the top. I also loved how my skin felt after and that she didn’t try to force me to buy any of the products. I’ve had many facials and after each one they try to convince me to buy the entire line. I did make a purchase but it was because I asked her opinion on something and she made a recommendation. I’ll be scheduling another facial with Meredith very soon.Kim R.

I have been getting Ouidad hair cuts at Innovation for a few years now and have loved my curly hair so much from doing so! Highly impressed from the start! This was my first time at Innovations and I was LONG overdue for a facial. As soon as I walked in, I was almost instantly greeted by one of the friendly front desk staff. She then proceeded to show me to the room where I could change and get more comfortable before my facial. Afterwards, she walked me upstairs and offered me a warm lavender neck wrap and water as I waited - it was heavenly! I was then called in to start my facial with Meredith. She did an FANTASTIC job and is so knowledgeable, kind and personable - my skin looks and feels AMAZING! She was also honest about pricing and products too which I really liked; I did not feel pressured to purchase anything but ended up purchasing one she recommended. I look forward to booking my next facial with her very soon :)

This is one of the bests Hair Salons I ever been. I love 💕 their attention and patience cutting my hair . Most places weren’t available to cut my hair as I desire since I have a lot of hair and curly. Lois and Maryana did a wonderful job 👏👏. After 1 year looking for a good hair salon I finally found it :), definitely will come back and recommend it to my friends.

My experience at Innovations has been so positive! Mercy is such a great hair stylist and I’m so happy I got matched with her when I called. I’ve seen her four times now and each time I have been so happy with my results. As someone who is really picky and also changing colors and style’s frequently, I can’t recommend Mercy enough. She really listens and makes sure she understands what I mean. She asks clarifying questions to make sure we’re on the same page, which I really appreciate because I always feel like I don’t really know how to explain what I want, and she always helps me find the language for it and tells me what she is going to do to achieve it. It is clear she takes her work very seriously, she is very professional and wonderful at what she does. And each photo I’ve brought to her I left feeling like my hair looked just like it.

I brought my mom and mother-in-law here for a group spa day, and we felt so pampered by all the staff! Innovations is such a warm, comfortable environment. We loved every minute of our relaxing afternoon, including our catered lunch! I highly recommend Innovations Salon and Spa for their many spa services.

From the outside in, Innovations is a beautiful, welcoming spa with beautiful decor that set me instantly at ease.The front staff were relaxed and kind. The woman who brought me back to the changing area was very kind and helped me select the right size robe & slippers for a comfortable experience. I love that you can lock your belongings up downstairs so that upstairs you are in a different mindset.My massage therapist, Janine, was absolutely brilliant. She listened well to my needs and made great recommendations for oils based on them. She was so intuitive and her hands found all of my worst trouble spots, which she then worked out expertly during my deep tissue massage.I was not made to feel uncomfortable or judged at all about my larger sized body, as can sometimes happen in a spa. Not from the staff, nor the therapist.I left in such a wonderful haze that lasted the rest of my day. Worth every penny!

This is one of best facial I ever received. Very unique and relaxing experience.Marlayna is amazing. She was smoothly flowing from one step to another step of facial process to create that experience. She is brilliant with facial massage. In the end she gave good n simple routine for my face maintenance .I highly recommend and I will come back.

VEERA did my pedicure & MI did my manicure. They both did a fabulous job. I am very pleased. Very pleasant as well. I also got a free shampoo & blow out by an hair intern (did not get her name) but she did a wonderful job. I loved the way she styled my hair.

My hairstylist Rebecca is the best have been going to Innovations for over ten years and Rebecca has since day one been fabulous with the perfect color formula and hair cut on my very fine hair. Came for a consultation and cut, Rebecca helped find a good style, gave me lots of tips on how to make my hair look voluminous and has transformed my lifeless hair. She has magic hands! Absolutely recommend her to anyone on their curly hair journey, she is sure to work wonders.

Nikki gave me the BEST I have ever had facial. She was very personal and knowledgeable with all the products she was using. I was very nervous about having someone new do my hair. Rosina was amazing! She took time to answer all of my questions as well as help me understand my hair. I couldn’t be happier with my new hair and all of the knowledge and tips she gave me.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our annual Sister Spa Day at Innovations! We started out with side-by-side pedicures, then she had a massage while I had a manicure. After a delicious spa lunch from Panera, we both had fabulous facials. Everything was delightful! Kudos to Lauren, Veena, Meredith, and the wonderful woman who gave my sister her facial.

Rebecca was great about recommending techniques and products for my hair. I was a bit scared to go shorter because Ive had fairly long hair for most of my life, but she absolutely nailed the deva cut and Im so happy! I will definitely be booking with her again for my next cut.

Had a full mama spa day complete with a manicure, pedicure, 90 minute hot stone massage and a custom facial. Mi was so sweet and helped to create the perfect color for my skin tone on my hands and a fun color for my toes. Janine was amazing with her massage and it was very relaxing. Innovations Salon always offers nothing but true me time. Every service is delivered with the top most skill and care. During my recent visit, my stylist cut herself by accident trying a new technique. I was in shock that her first concern was my hair. I had her stop the cut to have her take care of her injury. She then returned to apologize, as if I may have been insulted. Her thoughtless mannerism was far beyond any customer service found these days. I can always be confident during my visit, that I will receive top notch service. It is also so reassuring that management holds their employees to the highest of standards, which clearly reflects in their service. Truly something very hard to find these days. Innovations is always greater than 5 stars, and holds this standard year after year.

Fantastic! I love my stylist Mercy and I just had the best scalp massage today when Lucy washed my hair; magic!!! First time someone has EVER washed my hair and not gotten any water in my ears...sounds weird but I cant stand having water in my ears! I have a very nutty schedule and they always work with me. They are all great there and I am very happy to call them my salon home.

Very professional and polite. I was immediately greeted and shown to the area of my service. From there I was offered beverages and only waited a short moment before I was taken to my room. My waxer did a phenomenal job, was very clear and respectful. Will be coming back again.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new hair salon. I had my first Deva Cut ever with Lois today and it was amazing. She really took the time to talk to me about my hair goals and educate me on curly hair. My natural curls have never looked so good. The atmosphere of the salon was fabulous. I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for my color!

Got a Devacurl haircut with Vanessa and it turned out great! She listens to what you want and makes sure you’re ok with anything before proceeding. She also is very friendly and talks with you the whole time! Staff is also very welcoming, and it is a comfortable environment for you to just sit and relax and enjoy your haircut. If you’re looking for a great new salon, I recommend this one!

Rosina was incredible in her work. I had a large amount of hair cut, and she taught me how to style it after she added layers and curtain bangs. I feel fresh and comfortable with how she cut my hair, and the experience was wonderful.

I have lip and chin wax, haircut and highlights, every 6 to 12 weeks. Staff is professional and friendly. Hair stylist Alex is super sweet and talented. Lauren has been doing my waxing for several years. I feel so comfortable and really cared for at this salon. It is clean, beautiful comfortable decor. Prices are commensurate with others in the area. But this staff provide the extra steps toward excellent service.

I greatly enjoyed my visit today with at Innovations. I started with a major haircut with Mercy, who did a beautiful job and spent a few minutes showing me how to use a a tool to create wave in my straight hair, a much-needed lesson! I then got a nice customized French Manicure with Nelly, who transformed my hands from worker-bee tools to much nicer looking hands with graceful fingers! I feel refreshed and energized by these people and the atmosphere and full of appreciation.Thank you!

After having sad news of my hairdresser if 6+ years not doing hair anymore, I needed a new hairdresser. A friends recommended Sacha at Innovations, so I booked an appointment. I came in wanting to go from shoulder length hair to having a good portion of my hair shaved and the rest cut short - Alison was AMAZING! She checked in with me frequently to make sure I was feeling comfortable with the progress of the cut, so not only did I walk away with a cut that I love but I had a positive and supportive experience throughout the entire process. Great experience start to finish. Staff was kind and professional and very knowledgeable in the services this salon has to offer. My stylist Amanda took the time to listen to about what I was looking for in my hair cut and color. Comfortable lounge while waiting for color or highlights to set. After so many salon disasters I have finally found a good one! It may seem a bit pricey but the quality and service was certainly worth it! For the first time in years I am thrilled with how my hair looks!

Had a facial today with Gabi and it was great. They give you robe and sandals, which makes you feel so relaxed. The table was heated and she did massage on my neck, arms, scalp, it was great.Also had nails done by Nelly (if I am not wrong) and they came out very cute. Friendly staff. Definitely going back.

Nelly was wonderful!!! She was engaging as well as extremely professional, and a perfectionist! I had a gel French manicure. She kept making sure that it was even. Haircut was the exact opposite of what I asked for (I had pics, so it wasnt just verbal). So disappointed! The woman did everything I asked her not to do :( For $70 I thought I was getting a professional. My hair looked the same as when I walked in, only shorter.

I’ve been going to see Lois for my curly hair since I was a child! She is by far the best. I now live in Florida and every time I visit family in NH I schedule an appointment to see her. She is one of a kind, one that I haven’t been able to replace! She knows exactly what to do with my hair and gives the best curly cuts.

This was my first visit to Innovations spa. It definitely will not be my last! I could only get an appointment for the express deep tissue massage, but I did add an extra 10 minute enhancement which they offer. I definitely want to go back for the warm bamboo massage. Lisa was my masseuse and she did an incredible job!

I cant say enough positive things about Innovations Salon & Spa. I had my hair cut and colored today and was very impressed with all aspects of my services. My hair stylist, Mercy, was amazing -- truly listened and advised; there are trained personnel who give you a shampoo which felt so good -- theres a special room for you to wait for the color to set with a TV, water, magazines etc. The cooperation between the staff is amazing. It was all around a wonderful experience!!
