Came in to Smokers Haven for the first time with rather vague needs, couple of vape kits and some juice, and Zak helped us find the perfect pod systems, and some very tasty juice flavors. He was knowledgeable about the products, patient, and most of all super friendly and pleasant to chat with. Service like this creates not only return business, but recommendations to friends. Sean was very attentive when I presented to him my issues with finding a product that suited my needs. He showed me a product recommendation and he made a great choice. As he was cashing me out, his coworker Bree came out and she also greeted me and made sure I got what I was looking for. I stayed to chat with them a while after completing my purchase. They both have great personalities and are very kind to their customers!

Manager will sell you defective merchandise it will not stand behind it. Stay away from the Merrimack location unless you want to get ripped off!!

My boyfriend and I were so happy when this location opened up. Not long after going, we met Bri. She has been so kind, generous, honest and she is a great employee. She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. We love seeing her when we go and its always a great experience. (:

This is an extremely overpriced smoke shop. Literally paid more than double than what i would spend anywhere else. Employees lie about discounts just to get a sale. Then when you realize it’s too late and they don’t give refunds even on unopened products. The rewards system is a joke… which we were also given false information about.

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to review a vape store but the customer service I received today deserves it.I normally buy AirBox cherry lemon but asked for recommendations on something different, both brand and flavor.Liv and Bri were fantastic. The answered all my questions, helped me figure out my favor profile, and even put up with my dad jokes.I don’t normally shop here, but I will be now because of the customer service. Thank you Liv and Bri.

Claims that’s they can’t sell glass to anyone under 21. I’ve got glass from smokers in Nashua the hub in Nashua and wildside in Manchester and Nashua etc save ur time and go to wildside for a better experience all around
