Run, don’t walk to visit the Away Spa at W South Beach hotel!This was not just the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had, but they go the extra mile when you check in. It’s a beautiful, updated, tranquil spa with sauna access and huge showers. I loved that they had chlorophyll water and gluten free treats, as well as fresh produce to lounge and enjoy prior to your appointment.Everyone at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful to escort me to the elevator to access and go up to the 4th floor. Karina did my nails and it was absolutely incredible. I almost fell asleep multiple times lol She really cares and makes sure each detail is perfect. Vivian at the front desk was incredibly welcoming as well. GREAT experience and wish I lived here to come back all the time.I came here on a whim and they had an opening next day, and I’m so grateful I was able to visit. Thank you!

During July 1 - August 1 is spa month in Miami, what an amazing idea to be honest! I went to the Away Spa at The W on South Beach and the staff was beyond wonderful. The reason I gave only 4 stars is I like luxury spas and have been to many however, the one thing I didnt like about this spa was when youre there you have to wait in the bathroom/changing area to be called on for your services. There is not really a nice waiting area maybe some couches but nothing luxury or fancy about it. I have been to spas that while waiting for your treatments there are steam rooms, salt rooms and even seawater ponds to lounge in while waiting. Moving forward, David was the gentlemen who took my reservation. David was so polite, professional and so welcoming upon my arrival. David even called me a few days earlier to make sure I was still coming and that if I needed anything he was there to help. My massage person was great his name was Brenton. Brenton was also very polite and professional always made sure during the treatment to ask if the pressure was okay and just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and enjoy the massage. My facial lady name was Marlin and she was so sweet. Marlin explained the Hydrafacial in details and made sure that I was comfortable with all the wonderful products she was putting on my face. All in all, I would say this is a nice spa, they do allow you to have a beach chair and umbrella on the beach before your treatments, which I did also enjoy. As mentioned the only reason I gave four stars is I prefer a nicer waiting area not just a bathroom. But great experience thank you team for being amazing.

Book this for yourself five minutes ago. I’ve never had a more amazing spa/massage experience in my life. This place is top tier. Enjoy the facility and amazing steam room while you wait and then enjoy jaw dropping service. Lauren gave the best massage.

I loved everything about my experience here. It is super clean. Anthony and the front desk staff and everyone include my masseuse made my bday here special. I got special skin care gifts and champagne for my bday as a special surprise. Definitely my favorite spa here in south beach miami. Total bill for 2 massages one for 30 mins and one for 60 minutes was $350. Including automatic 20% gratuity. It does include this amazing detox chlorophyll juice and sauna access.

Great overall experience.We had the couples experience, and picked the massage. The masseuses were professional, attentive, and very friendly.However, the couples option had one benefit only above the regular services: having the massage and the after shower together as a couple. If you do not care for that, the amenities are the same. You can have the steam room shower each individually after the massage (that will save you some $$).

The best spa we found in South Beach Miami! Anthony was a great host and made us feel welcome. He was a pleasure to talk to. Our massages were amazing and the facilities were clean and inviting. Highly recommend and well be back!

Ahhh. This place. Amazing experience. Took advantage of there couples special for the month. We had the facial with the couples massage. Experience was great! I could have did it without the facial, they used the facial sheets you honestly get at Ulta or Target. Maybe it was something different in the sheets, but seemed pretty straight to the point. No roller, serums or anything. However, massage was great. Gigi was a great host, gave us champagne after the massage and champagne to go. The beach was great too, good weather and the beach service was a nice touch. Nothing like sipping a drink on the beach. They give you umbrella, chairs and towels. Would come in here again.

Best spa I have ever been to!! My boyfriend surprised me with the couples package on our 3 year anniversary and I don’t think either of us will be able to top this experience. From the beginning Anthony and Marie welcomed us like family, we were given delicious detox lemon water & clean, comfy and stylish robes. We were guided to the spacious and luxurious locker rooms to change and head to our massage and facials. I came out of the women’s locker room to my boyfriend laughing with Anthony as if they had been friends for years. Tatiana and Lauren took over upstairs with our massages and facials and it was the epitome of perfect relaxation. My boyfriend hates facials and he told me and Tatiana that her hands were magic. Lauren’s massages are purely spiritual and revitalizing. They took their time to make sure we really got the most out of our experience and truly made our moment so special. The steam shower was the icing on the cake. We had a private lunch with a bottle of champagne before heading down to the beach for our free chairs and umbrella. We had conversations with Marie, Anthony and Kristine before leaving & I did NOT want to leave 😂 I will never go to any other spa in Miami. Period. This was a wonderful anniversary and we are now regulars, thank you Away Spa!!!

If I could give 1 million stars, I would! You NEED to go to AWAY Spa! This is the best spa experience Ive ever had! Kristen, Vivian, and Ali greeted us so warmly and professionally! The spa attendants Marie and Gigi were THE MOST SWEETEST LADIES EVER! We absolutely love the massages therapists Lauren, Analia, Lilian, and Toama for giving us the most relaxing massages and facials! Everyone made my mothers 55th birthday the best birthday ever! The entire experience was so amazing, we have zero complaints! We will definitely be back! Thank you again ladies!

Amazing spa! I took my mom here for her birthday and they treated like a queen. Super nice staff and beautiful hotel I 100% would recommend anyone to go!

Price brochure in the hotel rooms were not accurate to the spa services. I called to book a massage and it ended up being over $100 what I expected. They said it was peak pricing. Experience was definitely not worth the price tag. For context, it’s $495 in the pamphlet and at check out it was over $700.

Annette was my massage therapist. She realized I wanted to work on my back and shoulders and customized my treatment to focus on these areas. Such a great massage!!

I give a low review because it was obvious my session was rushed. There was no relaxing in this visit whatsoever. She even admitted she was in a hurry to see her next client. And then they dont even tell you you how to get out; its a maze, down hallways and up and down elevators. Complete disappointment. Worth 50 bucks, not 120.

I highly recommend Aned regarding massage therapy, specifically deep tissue work. She did an excellent job she helped with my muscle recovery.

Spa service itself was good, but I had to call the main desk and request a transfer to get ahold of their office, and my friends had their appointment cancelled without notice.

A truly effective stress relieving massage by Z. I’ve never experienced a massage so effective with active movements and breathing queues. Z you did an amazing job, thank-you!

Not the experience we signed up for, my massage session started 15 to 20 minutes late, midway through the massage the fire alarm went off, I was in a small room with bright lights flashing and the fire alarm going off, we had to exit the building as a fire drill, needless to say we did not have the experience we were expecting or had hoped for, my wife did not start her facial because they were also running 15-20 minutes late on her appointment, of course we did not get charged for my 20-30 minute massage but I still believe something should’ve been done by management to have us come back another day, I was surprised how they would just say sorry and let us go.

Love the spa! Newly renovated. Loved my massage and the eucalyptus steam room. Will be back.
