Honestly I’m not sure why they have bad reviews. They’re awesome! Booking was easy, staff was polite and patient. All I’m going to say is definitely be there early if you want to enjoy their awesome service! I was late because I live far and unfortunately missed the exit and I was super late. They welcomed me and did let me know that my session had to be cut short because of how late I was but they took me in with zero judgment and still gave me the best massage ever! I felt so relaxed. Their hands are awesome! They really deserve more than 5 stars. After I was done, they gave me champagne and I went to use their amenities which was even better because I had it all to myself, very private only for the spa customers. Anyway… I wish I could’ve done the full hour massage but that was my fault, not theirs and they made me feel great regardless. Even gave me advice on what to do after my massage to not have my body so tense.

Lyschel was amazing! We had a couples Swedish massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. Treat yourself you won’t be disappointed!!

I saw this spa online I bought a deal on couples message they had for Saturday. At first I was a bit hesitant since I read mixed reviews. But here is our experience. I first contact them via email then I called them to make sure they had the Saturday I wanted available and I booked right away.Our appointment was for 11:00 a.m. we arrived there at 10:55 they were ready for us the receptionist and the two massage therapist greeted us Lyschel and Francine. My husband and I can truly say the 2 girls were very professional and it was the best massage either of us has had. They both have excellent massage techniques. The rooms are not the biggest but big enough as these 2 girls have a technique there was no bumping in to each other as I read online from other reviews. After they gave us our moment to settle in and lay down, We asked them if they could put music which they did. It was a peaceful instrumental music.After our massage they asked us if we wanted champagne or water we went for the champagne and they were waiting for us outside the Room with our cups of champagne.Right before leaving they validated our parking and they gave us wristbands so we can take advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, beach and the Greek restaurant. It was a fun and awesome experience. We are both looking forward to doing it again soon as it was very relaxing.

Best massage experience. Extremely easy to book, very clean spa, and we were greeted immediately upon arrival. Lychel had amazing energy, a welcoming smile, and she was very professional.I booked a massage for me and my husband, he was treated by Sally. They provided aromatherapy, warm towels, and offered champagne or water afterwards.Highly recommend.

I really expected more from this place considering it was in a Hilton hotel... the quality of the services were very poor. Online it says that they use organic products, but I did not see them use any of it! Ive attached a picture of what they actually used on my face... cheap, low budget products... from ELF even... I got a facial and Ive never experienced such a burning sensation from any skin care product. To make matters worse, there wasnt even a working sink in the room , so Im sitting there with my face burning and in pain as the lady is going back and forth. The issue was she never really removed all of the product from my face, she just kept using a sopping wet washcloth and tissue... it was a horribly painful and greatly unprofessional experience that I wish I didnt pay for. Once it was over, before I could even explain what the issue was, she tells the lady at the front desk that I had sunburn, which I didnt... my skin is in worse condition now than it was when I went. I also had a massage prior to the facial... I wish I just skipped this spa all together ... no wonder theyre advertising on Groupon while the other local spas wont even see you unless youre a hotel guest... do yourself a favor and dont go!

I recently went here for a facial and was looking for a new place to replace my previous facial spot since it closed down. I was super pleased to have found this place because the facial was up to par with what other med spas offer. The spa was clean and nice and the service was phenomenal. I’m definitely going to be returning for monthly facials. They also offer nails and massages which I hope to try next time. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience! Since new ownership, the SPA has stepped up its game. Place is looking a lot nicer and cleaner. I got a massage and I would def come back again. Would recommend 👍

Absolutely love being pampered at this spa, it’s my weekly massages, the girls are wonderful. And I always walk out from my facial feeling young and refreshed, and educated about my skin regimens and ways to always improve and maintain a youthful look.the products used during the facial are products the Esthetician (Adriana) uses herself and recommends whole heartedly based what is needed for skin type. she’s sincere, very detail oriented and makes you feel at ease and comfortable.The spa gives positive vibes, cozy, clean and very accommodating.Highly recommend for locals and for out of town folks.

Great experience. I was reluctant to go because of a past visit, but with the new management its night and day from my previous experience. New owner definitely putting the effort into making sure the customer is treated right. Highly recommend.

We had a couples massage here, which we both enjoyed! Both therapists were receptive to our concerns and provided great quality massages. We were also given champagne at the conclusion of our massage. As Hilton guests, we also got 15% off the price. We were pleased!

I came in for a massage on Sunday morning and loved every minute of my experience. The massage was perfect and the therapist made sure everything (pressure, temperature) was to my liking. It is clear that the spa is adhering to all covid safety protocols and this put me at ease for my treatment. The check-in process was very smooth and getting a treatment gave me a discount to other parts of the property. This is a little hidden gem and I will definitely be coming back for more treatments.

We received a couples massage. Rather than a spa relaxing feel, it gives you the business feel. They almost demand a 25% gratuity. I asked for deciding on the tip amount myself and it was a very hard question to comprehend. Maybe the can consider that tip is not delivered. The massage was ok to good. I have been to many spas in the world. This one just didn’t feel right in the overall environment.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!Lychelle (sp?) has fantastic miracle-working hands, excellent and professional Swedish massage. Im experiencing the first few days in a long time that I have not had back pain.Jacuzzi hot tub was fantastic with a small cool-down pool right next to it.I was travelling and going through a lot in my personal life, and I was a mess. The staff all treated me with respect and kindness. Hotel itself is beautiful.

Very poor quality massage, not deep tissue at all, used way too much oil, didn’t concentrate on areas I specifically requested concentration on, way over priced, and automatic $50 gratuity was added to the tab. There was a “special” for couples massage for $199 instead of $250 but after an additional $40 for “deep tissue” plus automatic gratuity of $50 it was $290 before taxes. I get weekly massages whether I’m traveling or not so I know the difference in good and poor quality. I honestly hate leaving a bad review but I hate getting and awful massage even worse so figured I’d take the time.Oh yeah also my girlfriend and I were forced to wear masks during our massage as well. Apparently this is the last place in Florida enforcing that silly rule.

I went for a grad celebration with 3 friends. The Swedish massage my friends experienced were completely different from mine: I had a great rubbing lotion service.Stay away from Francine or Franciele (not sure about the name they provided me).

The spa is located at the 4th floor of the Hilton Bentley hotel. I had a lot of tension on the back accumulating with travel, the therapist was very experienced and able to overcome it with a deep massage. Recommended!

The spa, at the hotel that my wife and I stayed at, was being remodeled, so we looked around for a nearby spa, for massages.The prices at some of the spas were outrageous, then we found Spa 101 (a 2 minute walk from our hotel). Their regular prices were reasonable, but they have a weekday $99.00 special for Swedish massages.They were extremely pleasant over the phone, when we made the appointments. My wife got a Swedish, and I got a deep tissue massage.We got there a little early, and Katya greeted us with some champagne, and she was very friendly.Lyschel (hope I spelled her name correctly) did my massage. I told her about some injuries that I had, and other painful areas. She listened to me; she worked my whole body, but spent extra time on those areas. I told her about some knots that I had, she found them all, and worked them right out. I walked in with a sore neck, from weeks ago, and I felt incredible when I left. SHE DID A PHENOMENAL JOB. If you need a deep tissue, ask for Lyschel; very friendly, very knowledgeable, and VERY experienced . Another perk: after getting massages, we had access to the entire hotel, I worked out at their fitness center, then we went to the pool. We ordered food there, with a 15% discount given by the spa. All in all, a great experience

Spa 101 is a must visit! From the friendly staff to the quaint atmosphere, there is no way you can go wrong! Gerardos talented hands made my experience one of a kind. I left my spa day feeling stress free and with all of my expectations met. I am looking forward to my next Spa 101 experience!! :D

My husband and I decided to get a couples massage and chose the Groupon advertising a 60 minute Swedish massage with champagne and amenities at the Hilton Bentley on South Beach. First of all, the massage was overpriced and for what its worth would have expected to feel like a new person leaving. No offense to the two ladies who provided their massage services to my husband and I but their skills when compared to other massage therapists was not justifiable for double the price we usually pay for. I know a better Groupon deal at a smaller location in Miami with fantastic services for a lower price! At one point I overheard the lady massaging my husband ask for $20 more dollars for a deep tissue massage just because he asked her to apply more pressure. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS considering we already paid $199 dollars. We would have been fine paying for public parking but decided to go with the valet services at their hotel since the receptionist told us by phone that the valet parking would be waived for the first 3 hours. Instead, we ended up paying $10. It would be in your best interest to look into purchasing a different couples massage! Save yourselves the trouble!

I get a massage once a week from my regular therapist in NYC for about 10 years now. I travel often and get massages all the time from other therapists whereve I go.I had a deep tissue massage from Anastasia at Spa 101 and it was one of the best massages Ive ever received.For people who dont know:Swedish message = rubbing lotion on youDeep tissue= firm to hard pressureSo choose your massage appropriately

Booked several appointments here for my friends bachelorette party since we were staying at the hotel and let me tell you I will never ever go back to the spa ever again. The lady at the front desk is so freaking rude very unprofessional, when I tried to inform her that we were running a few minutes late she got an attitude with me and literally hung up the phone so I called back and it took me three times until she answered the phone again. During my service I got a strange vibe from the masseuses, I just felt so uncomfortable then while I was getting my massage my masseuse busted out laughing like really…don’t waste your money here!

Gerado and Anabelle make magic the massage was amazing!!! We did the couples massage and once it was done we were in cloud 9, it was soo relaxing!! I would 100% recommend!!

What a great experience, Lyschel and Sally took amazing care of us. We enjoyed a great day and it wa very relaxing. We got to enjoy the beach club after that. We will be back.

Therapists were under qualified and the overall experience was poor-okay. Wasn’t worth the price though the staff was friendly.

Made an appointment for my boss. He had covid, which ended up being a no call no show as he was too sick. Real bummed they still charged the full amount for the visit..... cant recommend.

This place is a scam. Do not come here. The customer service is absolutely horrible, “Vicky” especially. If you are looking for a relaxing place to get a massage, this place is not it.

Difficult to find the spa itself from the street, you have to go into the hotel and ask the front desk for a room key to take the elevator to the fourth floor, then while I was on time they were late opening so my massage was about ten minutes short I think, and they missed my lower back somehow, so this is a big nope for the price which is about double
