The owner was great and helpful when I called. She bent over backwards to accommodate e my schedule. I had a mani gel and a pedi gel done by Brenda who was sweet and patient and did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place Julia

The owner of the spa has the audacity to try to rent out her laundry room in her home as a living space. This is illegal. She has absolutely no remorse.

I had an amazing experience here, i actually just left. The woman doing my nails was very polite, and she took her time to perfect everything! Everything looks great, and she did an excellent job. I highly recommend going to this salon!

I came to Vida spa for the first time at the beginning of September and was attended by Carmen. She did my gelManicure and she did an awesome job. A few weeks later I called and made an appointment with Julia (the owner/operator) 4 days before INeed the service. She gave me an appointment at 10AM and the requested date. I travel for a living so my time is limited. When I arrived she had forgotten to inform her workers about my appointment. I ended up going to a place in aventura and was very unhappy with the service.I called this morning exactly at 10AM and requested an appointment with Carmen. Julia said she would text me back and let me know if Carmen was available. She did and made an appointment for 1:15PM. I promptly arrived at 1:06PM and completely surprised the workers. They had not received any message with my requested appointment. When I asked Julia if this is how she treated her clients the first time she offered to give me a discount. Today I reminded her of that and she told me she was going to give me a certain price which was the normal price.Julia is not a serious businesswoman and certainly does not show respect to her clients or at least to me.I certainly hope she treats other clients better

I am very particular about my nails and the staff at this nail salon always gets them right. Their work is very detailed and professional.The customer service is great. Julia the owner always goes out of her way to make me feel special and all the ladies working here are kind and respectful. I highly recommend this nail spa. 🌸

Ladies you wanna have fun then go to Vida Spa…OMG the fun we have. There’s no screaming, good music, small but great atmosphere. Martha does my nails and she is great and takes care of you like you her family. Julia the owner is a great host to be around, drink wine and just have a relaxing day. Lena has such a great personality for being young they know what they are doing. You can’t go wrong with Vida Spa. I’ve done dip manicure and pedicure. Gonna try their other services…try it for yourself 👍🏻🥰💪💅🥂

Very unprofessional & poor communication booked a appointment for two 50 minute relaxing and stress relief massages on Groupon for my little birthday on 07/07 for 1:30 P.m we arrived 20 minutes early the shop was closed no one was in site. the day before Julia even called me @12:34 to confirm my appointment for the 7th come to find out she’s under staffed by yet still putting up ads & accepting clients on Groupon knowingly Definitely wouldn’t recommend

I recommend this place. I really enjoyed the massage. Great service. The staff is polite, attentive. I was given a lot of helpful advice on taking care of my body. I forgot my jewelry and they called me to let me know. I will definitely come again

It was my birthday and I wanted to get my nails done. I was speaking to the owner Julia and she said that she was able to accommodate me. Let it be known that I am a medical student and have lots of studying to do but I drove 30 minutes to the salon only to find out that I could not be accommodated and they took another client instead. When I called her she said she could schedule me for the week after? She was very rude, unapologetic, and ruined the excitement I had of getting my nails done. I wasted an hour of travel time and 20 additional minutes waiting to figure out what was going on when I could have been studying. She showed no remorse and is a terrible manager with no customer service skills.VERY UNRELIABLE SPA AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL, I do not recommend.

The most unprofessional and unorganized business I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a Groupon for a facial from this spa in July 2022. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with them for the last 4 months as it is now November 2022. The week I bought the Groupon they told me the girls were on vacation so I’d have to wait, which was fine. I texted with the owner over and over for months attempting to schedule an appointment and they kept pushing it to another time or leaving me on read. Finally, we agreed on a day and time which happened to be just the following day. When I showed up, the owner said she had sent the girls home early and I’ll have to come back another day. How do you cancel a customer’s appointment and not tell them ahead of time? I drove all the way there to have my time wasted yet again. I finally gave up trying to get a facial from this place after 4 MONTHS of being given the run around. This place is so unprofessional and clearly is not serious about their business or their customers. 0 stars and not worth the headache.

I love Vida Spa, and I love me some Julia!Every time I go there is a nice experience.The last time I went there, I got my manicure, pedicure and waxing done by Ami. OMG! Shes my new favorite!Love love love it!

Terrible service. Tried to book a massage and it took them 2 months to get answer me. Then the number on their Instagram page didn’t work, and when i finally got a correct number it took 3 days to get an answer. They told me they had availability at 130 and my partner and i knocked, waited, and tried calling for 10 minutes with no answer. Shop looked close.

Latin Woman owned small business. Attention and customer service was awesome. Gel maní and pedí perfection Young lady Ame was well mannered and actually spoke with me. Scheduled my next appointment on the way out give them a try.

On January 7th, I went to Vida y Spa for a gel mani and regular pedi. Carmen did my nails as usual and did an amazing job. I took out my debit card twice to pay, the smart machine did not want to take my payment. I took out another debit card to take the payment and the machine still did not take. I eventually Zelle Carmen the money for her services. Needless to say afterwards, someone used my debit card to make unauthorized purchases. Next time, I will pay in cash.

VIDA&SPA is the best place for classy women 🙌 👏 to be. The place is very beautiful and neat 😍 also you receive a glass of wine 🍷 as a welcome. Check them out ladies for your next nails 💅 care.

Best nail tech is Silvia. She does her best to satisfy her customers and she is my go 2 for my nails! The owner Julia is very nice and tends to her customers! Very clean place!!

Excellent service & accommodations, but watch out for valet! They ran over a parking stop & pulled back tearing spoiler off & left it hanging so we would think we did it!...trust me WE DID NOT! BUT WE FIXED IT! NO additional tips from then on....

I had 2 appointments with my husband when I arrived at the place they told me that there was only room for one person when I made the appointment 8 days before. Between me having the massage. The unprofessional masseuse gave me the massage with a machine. Then the person in charge went to where my husband was and told him to arrive on Thursday at 10 in the morning to give him a special message, he said it in his ear and not to tell his wife, it seemed disrespectful to me.

Vida & Spa, an unbeatable place, after having visited several salons, I found this place to be a truly unique place, fair prices, excellent service and massages, not to mention, I have left as good as new thanks to the team of girls with their wonderful attention, especially to the masseuses, I will definitely stay with you, thank you for spoiling me so much

TERRIBLE SERVICE.I had an appointment at 12pm and no one was there, they didnt answer me, after 20 minutes the girl said there was no availability until 2pm!!! So why do they make an appointment for me at 12?!!!!TERRIBLE ATTENTIONI DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
