I’m so over this place when it comes to getting my nails done. I’ll just stick to going to it for my eyebrows because the customer service when it comes to nail care is extremely poor.My nail tech was Odelis (I think that’s how you spell her name), and while she seemed nice, she made me rather uncomfortable with how she went about a slight issue I had with my French tips.Before doing them she asked how thick I wanted them and I wanted them small. She showed me how my nails were to look by first painting my pinkie, I liked the size so she continued. When she finished my first hand I realized how large the other fingers look in comparison to my pinkie so I asked if it were a little too late for her to make them smaller, but by then she said because she “cured” them (I guess that meant it went under the heating light for like 2 seconds before I pulled it right back out), that it was too late. She actually had to have someone translate (that’s another things— no nail tech in there SPEAKS ENGLISH just a heads up), so I made no fuss about it because it still looked nice and allowed her to continue.When it was time for me to do my pedicure, I noticed that she was still complaining about what had occurred even though it already happened like 20 minutes ago at this point, and when I asked her if she was still talking about she lied to my face and said no.Not only was I feeling disrespected because she was talking about me to my face in another language with other nail technician, but I also felt insulted because she lied to me and insulted my intelligence.I knew she was referring to me in the conversation as well because she was physically making hand movements that mimicked what I did when I was attempting to ask her if she could make them smaller.Situations like this just make people feel bad. Why would sit there and continue letting someone do my nails if they’re talking about me in another language and then lie about it?I won’t ever be coming here for my nails again, and if I find someone where that does good eyebrow threading (which I am looking for), I’ll be leaving this place for good.Don’t come here if you like talking with your nail technicians. These people aren’t honest or considerate. They don’t speak English here anyways.

First cryotherapy session ever, and I was nervous, but Lina made sure I understood the process and was super sweet and helpful as well.Since I was there, I decided to have my eyebrows threaded, and Shazia did a great job too! Im definitely coming back.

Terrible experience visiting this location. Lina has terrible customer service skills. She’s always had it out for me for whatever reason. Every time I go I get the worst attitude and customer service from her. In the past she’s canceled appointments on me purposely and she would attend customers that had got there after me. Today I visited the store and once again she gave me a nasty attitude. She took the passengers that got there after me before even taking me. I always try to go when there’s options to avoid this kind of friction, the other girls there treat me with respect and actually care. It doesn’t bother me that she doesn’t like me, it bothers me that she publicly shows attitude and rude answers in front of other clients. To me that’s super embarrassing. I’ve complained before with Yodi and she addressed the issue back then, but clearly this is an on going issue. As a long time customer this is very frustrating because it’s causing me to steer away from visiting this location anymore. I really hope management reads this email and deals with the issue, it’s not a one time occurrence.

I’ve been getting my brows threaded at this location ever since I moved back to Miami about a year and a half ago. the price is right and walk ins are always quick!all the reviews here rave about Lina…but she’s not my preferred threader. She shapes them well but treats my eyebrows individually rather than looking at the full picture. My eyebrows are not twins and Lina always makes them look like distant cousins. My go-to threader that I moved away from commented on how one brow looks higher than the other after Lina touched them.Ushna listens to me and is a pro at making sure they both look symmetrical!!! If your eyebrows grow in different directions, one’s more fuller than the other, etc. book with Ushna 😁 I had another threader (I think Shazia?) that I’ve booked with before and liked the results as well!

I go every 2 weeks for my eyebrows with Lina . She always makes them look perfect. Highly recommend

When 10/30/23 and Sazhia gave amazing customer service. She was really experienced with brow shape and noticing I had a thin spot. I’m only going back on the days she works because those little things really matter. Thank you for the above and beyond service! The price makes it even better!

I go to all three locations. They only had to tell me once that if you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment you lose it. So you can imagine how frustrating it is to have to wait 10+ mins for your nail tech to finish someone else after your appointment time. This has become more frequent. I usually don’t say anything because everyone is so good at their jobs but it’s just so constant and the customer service is honestly going down and the prices keep going up. Today i asked to use the coupon i saved because I subscribed to their texts and the receptionist said she didn’t know anything about that. Which is fine whatever but what really bothered me was when I was ignored when I asked how long I would be waiting after my scheduled appointment time. I had to ask 3 times before getting a response from anyone.

Update: I haven’t received a response back from this establishment.Usually come to this location every 2 weeks without issue. On this particular day they tried to charge me almost 3x what I normally pay them for threading even though i showed them past receipts.Response to owner: of course, please let me know how I may contact you.

My first experience here was SO good. However I came in yesterday and was so disappointed. I guess customer service just doesnt exist in Miami however the young lady that did my eyebrows messed my brows up after I communicated that my brows are uneven and I just need her to clean them. I could tell she was taking her time however when I expressed I needed her to take a tiny bit of hair off her demeanor and body language was so rude she was rolling her eyes and made me feel so uncomfortable. I grew my brows out and now I have a bald spot in my left brow that I have to fill in. I feel bad for not tipping but whats worse is spending $14 for a service I didnt even like. I was too shy to ask for a manage because I felt like they wouldnt have even cared or wanted to make me feel better. Horrible experience and I would recommend Beauty Cafe where the women are a lot sweeter.

OOSHNA IS HORRIBLE! she had the worst attitude and threaded off half of my eyebrow and left small cuts and she didn’t care at all. was on her phone the whole time and was super disrespectful.

Sharon is AMAZING!!! She’s pleasant, tidy, efficient and very welcoming. Any time I’m in Miami, I don’t care where she is I’m going to see her! Oh and my whole face is on point of course! Her working days are Tuesday-Friday so make sure you don’t forget!

Really bad experience and customer service. The location: Edgewater, 24th st ans Biscayne Blvd.Went for my pedicure, the lady ended up doing my manicure plus she cut my cuticles to bleed., 2 of my fingers bleed the whole time.Then I have behind me, two employees talking loud on the phone with family members and coursing most of the time.I told the lady who was doing my mani if this will be like this while she do my pedi she said “ just do your manicure” . I paid and walked away , but … she offer me at home service and pass her ph number.“0” professionalism with the other employees, I got hurt and the place is extremely loud.I asked for the manager ( when wasn’t one at the store) and the owner will call me … I’m still waiting for her call.Will never go back. Pls avoid this place!

LINA IS THE BEST!! I’ve been living in Miami for 8 years and I’ve been struggling to find a really good eyebrow salon since then. I always pass near by the salon, and after reading a lot of good reviews, I decided to try and she literally does an amazing job!! It was the best eyebrow I got done in Miami!! Threatening tech slash front desk attendant really unprofessional in many ways, seems unhappy, rude and doesnt know what she doing..I used to be a regular client till that women touch my brows. I recommend many friends to this place and totally regret it. Please consider to hire professional tech that LOVE what theyre doing. The place has potential.

Last time I was there I had one of the best mani and pedi in a long while. I went to the location in north Miami and this great lady did an incredible job at fixing the many disasters caused by the last 3 people. 2 of them were during the pandemic closures and 1 was a closer to home amateur. Highly recommend

The young lady who did my brows was very nice and professional.The gentleman running the front desk should be removed. He can not handle problems well or communicate properly in English. While my service was fine I felt so badly for the woman he made wait 30 min to try and then tell her they could not take her because they made a mistake on their schedule 🤬. Sorry Yodi but you need to hire someone who can handle issues and communicate well with your English speaking clients as well. Invest in your business:)

I tried to get a mani/pedi done here and never again. The lady that did my nails was so rude and unprofessional. She messed up my nails and was picking at my cuticles so fast and recklessly that I started bleeding three different times and the bleeding wouldnt stop. She never apologized. There also seemed to be a problem with another lady trying to get her nails done. I dont actually think these people are professionals or trained at their job and the customer service is seriously lacking. They do have cheaper prices, but it is not worth it!!! Pay the extra five bucks and just go next door

I used to come here frequently to get my eyebrows done since it is close to where I live and convenient. Most of the time, my eyebrows turned out decent enough. I decided to branch out and try some of their other services. I tried an eyelash lift a few months back and it came out badly. Just tried to get a mani/pedi recently and not only did the lady mess it up, but she was so rude about it. She cut me so badly twice that it would not stop bleeding and then actually blamed it on me and my sensitive cuticles and acted upset that she had to paint my nail again. She did not even apologize once. Though Ive never had a problem with my sensitive cuticles, I understand that sometimes minor bleeds can happen, but the way she handled this was just terrible. I mentioned it to the front desk lady as well and she couldnt have cared any less. Just terrible customer service. There are so many nail spots all around here, so please do not come here. I will not be returning as well. So disappointing.

One of the best places in North Miami for affordable threading services. Recently went in for a bikini and Gloria got me all the way together!

I went to have my hair layered, and she cut my hair in the middle of my head, it’s not layered at all, she was too busy talking on the phone and to another customer. When I left the salon, my hair looked like an ‘80’s hair style. Now I’m stuck with unbalanced hair. I paid $50. for nothing.

I usually get great service there. But that day a different lady cut me a little and I paid and left. I would suggest asking for the Eyebrow Threader youre used to when you get there.

Love the ladies here. They are always so kind to me and Zoe. She gets her kiddie mani/pedicure and I get an amazing gel mani/pedicure with great convo.

Suzy needs to wash her hands and work way faster. I have nvr hated my eyebrows as much as I do now. And she charged me 40.. Id rather pay 50 and be in and out.

This place was very inconvenient. I expected to get my eye brows waxed as they provide waxing services for legs, bikini, etc. but they wouldn’t wax my eye brows, only threading. Don’t claim you’re “the eyebrow place” then. Dissapointing.

Worst gel manicure EVER!I went on Saturday for my mani pedi..., and today MONDAY I have two nails without gel.... I’m extremely disappointed

The older lady that did my eyebrows pulled on my nose ring with the thread and acted like she didn’t. She had an attitude and didn’t finish doing my eyebrows. Go anywhere else but here. So rude.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure and they cut me on both my hands and feet. The worst part is that no one responds, when I complained and the excuse was that “that was happening through my skin” and they didnt even bother to disinfect the area. I have had pain in my finger for 3 days and the inflammation is not decreasing over the days.

This is my go-to place for eyebrows. It never disappoints!
