Jimenez Chiropractic-Med Spa

This place was a gift from my wife. For chiropractics, they look legit but not the place for massages. Masseuse didn’t seem enthusiastic or happy to see me when I greeted her, not even a smile. The massage requested was for relaxation and left feeling more tense. Upon its finish, masseuse didn’t even say thank you. I spoke to front desk about it because I thought maybe she was not having a great day and they basically said they will speak to her later. I do not recommend.

Ive been coming to Jimenez Chiropractic -Med Spa for years now. I recommend to all. My husband and daughter are patients too. We live in Fort Lauderdale but will travel for exceptional service. Cant say enough great things about Dr. Jimenez, Marta is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Great Staff too. ❤️

Absolutely amazing experience. I have been a few times already for different services and each time has exceeded my high expectations.First off, the office is clean and welcoming. The reception staff are extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.The doctor is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I am quite weary of letting just anyone adjust me. I had a fear of chiropractors due to previous experiences, but Dr. J was patient with me and walked me through every step of what he was going to do. Glad to know I have found my forever chiropractor.The massage services are out of this world also! They also offer skin rejuvenation services!Seriously the BEST of the BEST!

I just finished my first visit with Dr. Jimenez and it is honestly the best medical and most professional service Ive received in a long time. Dr. Jimenez and his team, including Marcus at the front desk, made me feel comfortable and at ease answering all my questions and making me feel assured this was the correct care I needed. Without a doubt I will be recommending his practice to all my clients, friends and family. Im looking forward to returning and continuing my care with his team.

Jimenez Chiropractic-Med Spa is truly amazing!! Dr. Jimenez is a wonderful chiropractor. He genuinely cares for his patients and is always willing to go above and beyond to help. I love going to this office. First of the office is very nice, the front desk are great since the first time I called they answered all my questions and tried to work around my schedule.Everytime I walk in they great me with a smile, the wait time was minimal. The doctor is also great, he made sure to go over all my issues. I didnt feel rushed, he took the time to explain what would could be causing my problems and what I could do to better my condition from home. Therapy was great. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of a chiropractor or a massage really great!! You walk out feeling a new person 10/10

Great team!From the front desk, to the therapists and the Doctor! Everyone made sure I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in, they offer a nice variety of coffee and sweets and cold bottled water!The therapists take their time to work on my problem areas and are well educated on technique.The Doctor himself is available with just a phone call and is very patient and understanding.The girls in the front are lovey! Always smiling and eager to help!I can go on and on about this office!

The worst place to plan get a massage. I got a deal on Groupon I call the place to make an appointment the was a gift for my husband birthday. When he shows up the place was closed and he waited when they arrive to open the place they told my husband to reschedule the appointment because they were over book this place is no serious. I read some reviews but I decided to get it because it was a few good ones.but I think is from family members those good ones. Horrible horrible horrible experience 👎🏻

I just left Jimenez Chiropractic-Med Spa and I am beyond shocked by what just happened.I was interrupted in the middle of my massage by the receptionist telling the masseuse that another client was there for her and to MAKE ME MOVE!I literally lifted my head from the massage bed because I could not believe what I just heard.WHAT IN THE WORLD. !?!The ONLY reason I am giving this review ONE star (if I could I would give none) is because I have to, to write this review.Thank goodness my masseuse actually had the respect, decency, and intelligence to tell the receptionist that the other client needed to wait... OBVIOUSLY.At that point, the relaxation ended.The rest of the massage was rushed, and to put the icing on the cake, it ended EARLY.SO DISRESPECTFUL.I could not believe it. I’m still in utter shock as to how this business is running after what I had just experienced. They offered me a discounted massage because I expressed how bothered and upset I was, but WHY WOULD I COME BACK AFTER BEING TREATED THAT WAY?I had a large tip, but I would never waste my money here.Jimenez Chiropractic-Med Spa, you need to hire employees that respect customer service because MY SERVICE WAS NOT MET. I went for a 60 min massage and did not get that.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I do not recommend this place at all... Dr. Jimenez seems to be very good at what he does, but the way the clinic is run, is the worst. Dr. Jimenez is not available at all times, and if he is not around, no one knows what is going on. They asked me several times what I needed for the session, as if I was the doctor and I knew what needed to be done to heal my injury! LOL I could have done that at my house and not spend 1k on this. Appointments are not on time, they make you wait for hours, without even letting you know. You have to ask the staff what is going on, for them to tell you that no one is at the office and it is going to be a wait of 40mins more, after waiting 40 mins for your appointment. They definitely dont care about the patient and it was one of the most horrible experiences and money wasted. There are other good doctors out there, dont waste your time and money here.

Save your time and money!!!! The worst massage of my entire life. It must have been this guys first massage ever because he clearly had no idea what he was doing. I couldnt wait for the hour to end after the first 5 minutes. It felt like he was just rubbing lotion on me with no technique whatsoever. The gloves were annoying too. I left with neck pain I never had before. I cant turn it at all.Ive gotten about 3 massages before and I never thought that a massage could actually not be good, especially for a good deal. But this place really proved that you really need to do your research and check reviews before you go.It doesnt matter how cheap of a deal you find at this horrible business. Save your time and money!

Nice, clean facility. Receptionist was kind. Im not sure about the chiropractic service since I came here for a couples massage. We had a deal on Groupon and saw the great reviews but were disappointed with the experience. If you want the full spa experience (showers, robes, etc) this isnt the place to go. What bothered me was one of the massage therapists; when she walked into the room, she was gossiping about something to the other therapist and then mentioned something rudely about how we left our clothes on the floor (it was dark in the room so we didnt notice the clothing racks) she was also rude to my fiance saying he wasnt doing a good job relaxing and kept patting him over and over when he would tense up which was stressful for him. They had a loud timer that went off when the time was up and the therapist was counting down the last 5 seconds out loud. They are also quite rough with the massages. If youre looking for chiropractic help, this may be the place for you, but you may want to go somewhere else for a massage where you can actually be relaxed.

If you need treatment for pain go and consult Dr. Jimenez. He will design a treatment plan that is appropriate for you. They also have excellent massage package deals that beat the competition by far. You will be surprised to see how much you can save in this clinic. Even if you just need massage, this clinic will save you lots of money and the massage therapists are all excellent. Take my word, you wont be disappointed.

The staff is great and very welcomingThe doctor was fantastic and helped answer my questions and concerns in regards to my course of treatment.The massage therapists were amazing and the ambiance in the office was very tranquil and relaxing, i would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a doctor with extensive knowledge in multiple treatment options, as well as a wonderful demeanor, look no further. Dr. Jimenez is truly amazing. The place is cozy, the attention is magnificent. Since we arrived we felt at home. The masseuses have very good technique, very confident in the work they do. Anyway, I think Ill be back soon.

I went to have a plasma done, they only gave you a tube, I had never seen that before!!! In other places you pay for a treatment and they give you 6 tubes, then the blonde lady talks to you a lot, she promises you things and when I went to the facial she forgot everything she talked to me about that would burn my spots, I even called and arranged an appointment because I had to travel and I didnt want to go with the marks on my face and when I went he told me that that didnt fit into the facial and I still had another facial left and I didnt go again, the terrible facial was given to me better in other espa, the doctor I dont know what its like because I didnt go with him

My husband and I went for therapeutic massages and I was really delighted...!! Very professional service and kindness at all times.. I will definitely return to this place!! Recommended !!
