The lady that does the colonic service is very sweet. I felt that having this cleaning would help my constipation but the reality is, it made it worse. I have been constipated now for 4 days and unable to go to the bathroom after I had the colonic cleaning done. I tried calling someone yesterday in the office, left message with front desk lady, I think her name is Natalie, she was going to have the specialist call me and she never did. It really sucks that I went there under the impression that this was going to help us but it did the opposite. FYI, when you go in you are told that it takes you having to go at least 3 times to clean out the entire colon which I had no idea of this when I was making the appointment.

I arrived in January 2023 for my first consultation with Dr. Bravo, my husband and I had fertility problems. . We continue our treatment as he indicated, in April 2023 I became pregnant. I had a colon cleansing and I feel very well. The staff very nice, sweet, lovely. Not common. The procedure is not painful at all (and I was nervous before enter). My wife also came and did it. I recommend it 100%.

I have been going to the Ser Institute for different treatments and follow ups, for the last 5-6 years. I have recommended and continue to do so, the services at the Ser Institute, to friends, colleagues and even strangers. Recently I started using their Colonics therapy and it has been great so far. I had considered doing a Colonics therapy in the past, but was hesitant, until the Ser Institute started to offer it, then I knew that it is a safe therapy to try, and so I did. I fully recommend the Colonics therapy at the Ser Institute, it is a great addition to the great services they already offer.

It was a beautiful experience.... did some emotional trauma healing, chiropractic work, acupuncture, then a colonic.. the colonic was PAINLESS---> There was some minor cramping and some discomfort but nothing that was outright painful... after the colonic I felt sleepy, refreshed and at ease. I recommend this reset!!!!

A wonderful place! Top-notch attention from her entire work team, especially the attention and dedication that Mrs. Lily has to perform the colonics. I went with acute constipation without knowing what else to do and Lily guided me and oriented me on the treatment and what I should do to normalize my trips to the bathroom and thank God all her recommendations are working.
