Love it here! Irina is experienced and wonderful. Adrien is so passionate and exceptional. Tried the liquid micro needling with him and he understood my skin, he’s lovely. Best results each and every time that I leave Flawless.

I reached out to Adrian virtually to assist me with my acne and he was so thorough with everything. He crafted a phenomenal routine for my skin and understood my sensitive acne prone skin. My boyfriend and I went for a facial yesterday at Flawless By Melissa Fox for the first time (definitely not the last). I told Joanna about my concerns and she did AMAZING! Her care and attention to detail was outstanding. I have gotten facials in the past at other offices leaving red, puffy, and irritated however, I left Flawless yesterday glowing! I have never seen my skin like this before until Joanna worked her magic. Not only was the facial great, but the cleanliness of the office was spectacular. The ladies at the front desk were also very sweet! My boyfriend and I cannot wait to return for our facials next month!

If you are a first timer to anything skincare related like I am, this place is perfect for you. I was nervous going into my appointment but Melissa and her team were so welcoming and friendly I immediately felt more comfortable in the space. The facility is fist class all the way, and the service matched! Melissa was very patient and took the time to explain what she was doing so I was able to relax while she worked her magic. My skin already feels and looks better!!

Honest, I originally selected a different facial which had a higher price, but I was recommended a different facial which was about 100 dollars cheaper. Took a couple days to see results, but overall I am really happy. The only wish is to have more enhancements/add ons.

I recently went in for a hydra facial at Melissa Fox and, once again, it was a wonderful experience! Stephanie worked her magic, leaving my skin absolutely radiant. Considering my rosacea, I was concerned about my skin getting aggravated, but Stephanies expertise and gentle approach were exceptional. She used products tailored for sensitive skin and, to my amazement, my skin was left glowing without any redness or irritation. I previously had a facial with Joana, and she was wonderful too. I have enjoyed every service I’ve received here. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, and the space is modern, clean, and comfortable. You will not be disappointed!

Nowhere else in Miami I trust with my face! Incredible customer service and facial treatments that actually work. Every aesthetician I’ve seen there is always so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been sporadic with my treatments but after my visit today I’m going to be more diligent. It’s so relaxing there!

I don’t usually get facials because I come out puffy and red and don’t see any real benefit. This place is completely different! I had Joanna do the flawless facial. She knew exactly how to treat my type of skin. And my skin looked great even immediately after the appointment. Highly recommend!

I was referred by a friend to get the “most amazing facial” in miami and to my surprise they are a dishonest and a deceitful business. I booked a treatment and got upgraded to a service i have no regards of. This is unacceptable and a complete scam. How can you advertised a price online and charge a complete different price at the end of a service. Do not referred unless you want to get scam.

I was looking for nice salon in South Miami with high quality facials for a long time. When I discovered that BR works with Flawless, I booked and I’m a client since. I love the space; it’s conveniently located with parking available. The salon is beautiful; excellent t product choices; and people are welcoming and friendly. The beauticians are amazing! My favorite is Julia; she gives insanely incredible facial massage and you come out glowing! She is also a treasure to talk to - very warm and personal. Highly recommend. Get the BR facial with derma planning!

Facials are super complete! Love it! To be honest the Biologique is my favorite with Julia or Marissa.Today I went for a prenatal massage and it was absolutely amazing.

Melissa is an amazing esthetician! She is so knowledgeable and skilled. I love her customized approach and results oriented clinical grade facials. I love the dermaplaning, which removes dead skin cells, as well as the microneedling which has done wonders for unevenness left by acne scars. I know a lot of women who go to Melissa and everyone sings her praises without fail. Strongly recommend!

Disappointing Administrative Experience Despite Good AestheticiansI recently had an experience that has left me quite disappointed. While I want to emphasize that the aestheticians at this establishment are good and provide good service, I encountered a significant issue with the administrative side.Unfortunately, I felt disrespected by a staff member named Victoria J. Her treatment was unprofessional and made my experience quite unpleasant in front of my children that were hearing what she was saying to me. In a business that should prioritize client care and respect, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.I cannot recommend this place or will as well stop immediate referrals as long as clients are subjected to such disrespect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it is crucial for all clients to feel valued and respected when seeking their services.

Diana is fabulous, friendly, she shows that she likes her job, she knows what she is doing and she educates the client while she gives them their tx. The place looks very clean, and very nice. The receptionist is very friendly and of good character... Thank you girls!!❤🙏❤🙏👍👍
