Front staff was welcoming. Ms. Roxanna was extremely helpful. She actually convinced me to become a member again. Received a super great massage given by Mr. Thomas, which I highly recommend. I have been seeing Mr. Thomas for several months now and he always knows just what to do to provide the best healing. He is intuitive, very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure as needed. Extremely professional!

Jorge was amazing! I have had a few massages in the past and this one was by far the best! He was very thorough. He had me feeling amazing when I left!

Aviana has been doing my facial in this location, she is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to treat each problem or concern I have. She took her time and explained what she is doing and why, and educated me on how to take care of my skin. Extremely happy with her service!

If you want a relaxing massage, make sure you book with Edith. She always makes me feel comfortable and her technique is out of this world amazing. I think I actually fell asleep a couple times and thats not easy for more to do considering Im always in my head, if you know what I mean.

Went to massage envy country walk and was greeted by Luis. First time with him as I am beyond loyal to my therapists but was in urgent need of a treatment. Luis was extremely receptive of my needs and provided one of the best massages I’ve gotten by far. Very professional and always made sure I was comfortable with the pressure provided.

I had my session done with Luis and he was absolutely great. For once I had found a masseuse who actually listens and works on the areas you are having issues with. FINALLY I found some who puts enough pressure and periodically checks in to see if it’s ok or if it needs an adjustment. I left the session feeling like a new person 10/10 recommend.

Darling is an amazing massage therapist. It isn’t often that I can find someone who performs such a thorough “deep tissue “ massage as she does. She is very professional and makes you feel at ease.(Well, at least until she finds a stubborn knot…lol)…If you are seeking a true deep tissue massage, then you have to try a session with Darling and experience it for yourself.

I always have a great experience with the massage I receive from everyone that works at this location. I as well have a great time with Vanessa does my facial. Very knowledgeable and recommends what ingredients to use. My skin looks flawless!

I have been a member of Massage Envy for 13 years now. In that time Roberta Calana has been my therapist. I can not express enough how wonderful her services are. She has amazing technique and and customized my session to meet my individual needs. I have had other massages in the past and will ONLY use Roberta! I can be assured that each time I go, I leave de-stressed and invigorated.

Thomas is an experienced and very professional LMT. He takes his work very seriously noted each time I have a session. I like to have a deep massage to work out any tightness in my muscles. He is able to find muscle tightness even when I didn’t know it existed!Sooooo recommend for those wanting a deep massage.

On my birthday my husband gave me a customized massage therapy at Countrywalk envy. I have to say is not my first one and always the customer service is been very professional and helpful before and after my session. Yenet was my therapist and she helped me with my troubled areas of pain she was also very supportive and listened to my concerns . I am very thankful for the help and will recommend this place and my therapist anytime.

My session with Elena was wonderful! She is a very experienced massage therapist that truly understands how the body functions. My first session was 60 minutes, I can’t wait to schedule a 90 minute therapy session.

I got a couples massage with my spouse and my massage therapist was phenomenal. Sabrina was amazing and hit all the target areas that we had discussed were troubling me the most. She made me feel calm and very relaxed. On the other hand, my husband had the worst massage hes ever had. His therapist was Lienis and we told her from the beginning that my husband had covered a spot on his back due to an irritated pimple to explain the reason for the gauze and bandage. She told my husband that for next time if he has acne he should just cancel the massage. She used gloves for the entire massage even his arms and legs. She made my husband uncomfortable because he could sense she was and she made him feel like he was contagious or something. That is not ok. Manager was aware because I did express it before leaving and they contacted her. Do better, clients shouldnt feel ashamed or embarrassed especially when my husband was the easiest customer to please as he said he simply wanted to relax and asked for nothing further. He will definitely not return.

I’ve done massages with both Elena and Yamilka and they have been amazing. They listened to my concerns and tailored the massage to my needs. Highly recommend them.

The store smelled delicious. I felt so relaxed when I came in. My massage therapist Yamilka was absolutely incredible. She found all the spots with just the right pressure in my back and I felt very relaxed by the end of the massage. I would highly recommend her.

Great massage with Eduardo. He got rid of my sciatica on both sides of my back before it got worse. I felt like a young girl again at 76 years old. The rest of the massage was also great for the whole body. Helped my tight spots get the muscles looser. I highly recommend getting a massage here & with him.

I have heard good things about the place. However, I have sensitive skin and allergies. I got a facial there on the 27th, and Ive had a rash all over my face for a week and a half. Not for people with sensitive skin/allergies.

Tom was great he was detailed with his explanations of everything he was doing. He also was very knowledgeable and gave tips on how to take care of your body.

I’ve had couples of massages with Lus and I am a very satisfy customer, he is caring and very knowledgeable in what he does.. can’t wait for my next session!

Sabrina was very good. My only problem is I booked a 90 minutes massage got to room 15 mins late and was finished about 10 minutes early

Luis did a really good job focusing on my most needed areas. He even did different techniques to help heal those areas.

Eilyn always accommodates me when I run late. She is informative and has wonderful healing hands 😊

Julio was my therapist yesterday. I left there feeling like a brand new woman. The stress and tension in my shoulders and back were no longer there. I was light on my feet after the foot massage. It was a very professional and an amazing experience. Julio shared some great tips that I should do on my own. I really like this location as its always clean, friendly and professional.

Massage Envy is great! Yamilka is phenomenal! She’s extremely professional and always takes the time to ask how I’m feeling. She works carefully to help me with areas of pain while also making sure I’m relaxed. I always leaving feeling 200% better than when I walked in! I’m so grateful for Yamilka!

Update on 8/20/2024:Went to ME last night and Yamilka and the entire staff was amazing. Thankful to have her around so please be kind to her and tip well. She is a gem.After finding Yamilka I doubt I would go anywhere else. Again I had a massage with her last night and I feel like a newborn baby. My wife goes to her too and now my mother in law! She is incredible.!This is probably one of the nicest massage envys I have visited so far. The place feels so calm and relaxing as you walk in. The front desk staff is courteous and greet with you with smiles. As you walk into the waiting area, where you can relax right before your massage, the room its well decorated and comfortable.I have been in search of a great massage and have not had any luck until tonight. Wow! Yamilka was incredible. From the beginning of my massage to the end she relaxed me and helped me with my sore and tired body. The foot massage was spectacular and so soothing to have my feet massaged after so long.Thank you yamilka and the Country Walk ME staff, we will continue to return and you have a lifetime member here for sure.Yamilka continues to be incredible and exceptional we visit atleast once a month and her service never changes. I dont like needing a massage from my massage so if you like really firm pressure shes not for you. She will work out the kinks but her standard pressure doesnt cause pain and will leave you relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend her.

This massage felt like I had oil poured on me and it was just spread around. I could have had my toddlers do a better job and not have wasted so much money.

Extremely disappointed. After being a member for years, I decided to schedule a lymphatic massage, as a cancer patient currently in treatment, is important to have lymphatic massages. I arrived to my appt today, only to find out that the therapist I was scheduled with doesnt do lymphatic massages. I questioned the manager, who was not really helpful. Why advertise and offer something that apparently is not under the protocol of Massage Envy. Again, I have a active member for years, this is the 4th time I scheduled a lymphatic massage at your center, after being promised that yes with no avail. Extremely upset.

Great experience from beginning to end. Tom was amazing. He is perfect if you need that DEEP massage. He is very respectful. He genuinely cares about helping you. Kathy helped me in the beginning and end in the front. She was great too. All around happy and def coming back.

So I had been meaning to put my review down since the summer of this year but got busy with day to day life. I went in to get a facial and although the girl who attended me did good, she was a bit rude. I was visiting from Texas and expecting a bit more. I go 3-5 times out of the year since I lived there for a few years. I’m a medical professional and I know that walking away from a patient and discussing them out loud in a joking manner amongst coworkers is extremely unprofessional. Bad part is, she did it in front of a friend of mine waiting for me in the lobby. I was wearing makeup because I was technically a “tourist” doing other things. So it was a bummer. Clean place but won’t be going back to be turned into a joke thanks.

I’ve had the worst therapists in almost all massage envys. It’s like they’re straight out of a training school but still need training. Then, I cancelled my membership and they still charged me that month saying the cancellation won’t be effective till 10 days after. Convenient for them to still charge you even though you’re trying to cancel. Worst massages ever!

Elena was incredible. I had such an amazing experience. The massage was so so so good. One of the best I had. I would recommend her and definitely going back to see her again very soon! Loved it!

It was my first time getting a massage, and i absolutely loved it. I did the personalized full body massage with medium pressure. The front desk asked me where i would like for the masseuse to mainly target. the room was very relaxing. the lights were dim, soft music playing, and the table you lay on was heated (all three of these you could adjust to your own preference as well.) the masseuse, darling, was attentive to all my needs. when they say full body it is literally full body. what i like is that they go through what body parts are included in the full body session and let you choose to opt out of any. i opted out of chest, glutes, abdomen, and feet. overall i give it a 10/10. at the end of the session, once your back to the front desk to pay they sit you down again to show you the areas that the masseuse feels like had the most knots, tension, etc. so your next session is directly targeting these areas plus your whole body. i also became a member and look forward to coming back next session!!

Received a gift certificate over the holidays for Massage Envy and used part of it today. My therapist was Darling and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and helped with all the tension I was carrying in my neck and shoulders. Kathy at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing with my therapy monthly.

I had an excellent facial from Maggui. She took the time to listen to my needs, and created a facial experience that was perfect for me.

I have been a member for over a year now. I typically try a different therapist every visit. They are all great. I have had Elena about 3 times now and she is wonderful. When I know I have stubborn knots to work through she is the one I see. She has the perfect pressure for my liking. It’s firm when needed and gentle enough to leave you almost fast asleep. I highly recommend a 90 min session if you want the full body experience, a 60 min will feel rushed. A 60 min session is perfect for a focused massage; like neck, shoulders, and back. This is what works for me! The spa is clean and welcoming. The reception staff and therapist are all so professional and pleasant. I always leave feeling refreshed and renewed!

Came to this location which is a bit of a drive for me but was looking to try different locations. To my surprise this location has great staff and is consistent. I went in with Yamilka, she took the time to tailor each session to your specific needs and preferences. She has a knack for finding those knots and tension spots that you didnt even know you had and working them out with just the right amount of pressure. Highly recommend her! And will definitely do the drive to schedule with her.

I had a wonderful experience with Kristen. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly where to pin point my lower back pain to alleviate it. She also recommended certain stretches to do after words at home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a successful full massage. She was excellent and very nice 👍 👍

I went to Massage Envy for a facial. I was so happy to meet Maggui, and finally find and old school esthetician. She left my face with a glow. She did an awesome job with my facial. I got the membership, and will be back to see Maggui again. I definetly recommend her as an esthetician.

The worst customer service. You log in, your given confirmation and price but when you arrive its almost double. And the front desk stated they know their website gives incorrect pricing. So after i complained and cancelled i ask to speak to manager . Of course shes not there. Spoke to cathy who said she was shift leader who will have manager SUI call me back. After waiting several days she finally called blaming the website . I asked who runs the place , and was told a lady name Lidia is in charge of their massage envy. After more than 5 messages left in 2 weeks i gave up. She never even bothered to call back. I will never return to this establishment as they have no customer service. All they care about is signing you up to a membership.

Luis hands are angelical, the migraine was gone, he is my go to from now on, I was very impressed with his professionalism, very careful with my privacy, took his time with my problematic areas and the rest, Country Walk location NEVER has let me down, from the check in until my check out.

The worst Massage Envy and its management!!! I was in the hospital and have paper work to show for so I requested to extend my hours I have left to use by Jan 5th and the managers here do not help for anything. They only say I have to reactivate my account. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE!!! TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I was 5 months pregnant when I came to get a prenatal massage. I waited in the waiting room for about 15 minutes, I got there 5 min before my appointment. I saw the massage therapist taking her time cleaning the room and no one said anything about signing a form during the 15 min that I was there waiting. I get in the room and the therapists asks me if I signed the form and I was confused as to what form because I’ve gotten prenatal massages at other ME around Miami. That took about 5 minutes so at this point, I was 15 minutes into my appointment and I was still not on the table.I get on the table and whatever that was, was not a massage, it was just someone rubbing moisturizer on my skin. I’ve been to other ME in which they actually do something for my muscle pain from carrying a baby. I asked the therapist if she could go a bit harder (nothing crazy) and she replied that this was as hard as is recommended, mind you, my OBGYN and I use the same therapist that goes to your house now and the difference is astronomical. It really is just an excuse to not do an efficient job. I did let the person that came in with the form for me to sign know that I was already 15 minutes into my massage and she said that I wouldn’t lose those minutes. I did. The massage was 30 minutes long. I didn’t have the energy to fight the time or lack of effort on their end. Point is, it’s not worth it if you’re pregnant, have tension, and actually want to feel relief. I’m almost 8 months now and I haven’t had any issues.

She was very informative and suggested ways to improve my skin routine.The location is clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive.I live close by so I’ll definitely be coming back. I’m even debating becoming a member!EDIT 6/29/22My therapist, Kristen, has always done a good job. Been seeing her for about 6 months now, but 3 of the last 4 appointments have been cancelled. I don’t know if I made her feel uncomfortable, but I’ve always been very kind, super respectful, and always leave a tip. The lack of communication and customer service on their behalf is surprising. I tried to cancel and they said I had to make payments for a year before I could do so. The lack of consistency is frustrating because it’s impacting my physical well being. And massage envy hasn’t done anything to help out

My current therapist, Kristen, does a great job of listening to me when she asks me where I need attention during my massage. Shes always ready and on time. She also does a great job when I occasionally do a stretching session with her. I highly recommend Kristen and this Massage Envy location.

Ive been going to Natalie for about 4 months now. She takes the time to understand my skin needs and listen. She often recommended the best treatment for me and great product that I can use at home in between facials.

Yamilka is the best ever they need to have her train all the masseuse that work there she pays attention to the body and the knots but she doesn’t make you feel discomfort for long periods of time. Some of them focus too long in one spot and it gets sore and painful.

Rossana is excellent in what she puts her mind into and very knowledgeable about skin care. She explains everything to my daughter and she is able to learn about the importance of keeping her skin clean at all times. My daughter is a volleyball champion in 2022. I’ve been going to massage envy for about 6-7 years now and Two months ago I found Virginia in country walk, FL and WOW. She is the BEST in the business. I have never met a massage therapist who works like Virginia. I feel like a brand new person after. She is also the sweetest person ever. It was my first massage and Bobbie made me feel very comfortable. I struggle with tension in my shoulders and neck due to hairdressing and she knew exactly where to work the knots out. He is great when it comes to deep tissue work. I suffer from vertigo due to neck issues and Ive gotten more relief from the massages with him than a doctor. Strive to please the customers, courteous, they do an excellent job with the massages, the only thing I would say is they are a little pushy in trying to sell you items or get you to sign up. Staff very courteous & accommodating. The massage therapists ELENA is wonderful with her calm spirit & she takes time to ask where the trouble areas are on my back & shoulders. She then proceeds with very effective pressure & stretching techniques with wonderful results; every time I leave I feel so relaxed & rejuvenated & less pain!!! A worthwhile investment for my body & profession as Dance Exercise/Pilates instructor.

I had a wonderful massage with Tom. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt safe and everything was clean. They check your temperature and provide hand sanitizer at check in. I had a huge problem with the Message Envy in Kendall, I decided to go to this location for my last service only to find out that the Kendall location instead of ending my 6 month membership like I repeatedly asked them to for 3 months in a row they had put my account on suspension. As if I had missed payments. Chabely one of this locations associates saw my frustration and told me not to worry that she would fix everything and honor my last service, to just relax and enjoy my facial. Maggie the aestheticism was also very empathetic and did a great job. Thank You ladies for your help!!You are awesome!

He knows exactly what muscles to work on when you tell him your pain points and has amazing pressure. He incorporates stretch where needed and also gives you guidance on how to work on your body daily.

This is my second go round with a Massage Envy subscription. I’m prioritizing my wellness and keeping this in my budget even through my leap into self employment. Thomas is the only masseuse I’ve seen since I’ve been back. He’s strong and knowledgeable and educates me on how to be better to my body. He adjusts pressure to my tolerance while still helping me make it through my problem areas and get to healing and repair. Tom is aces!

I had a massage last night with Tom. My experience was great because Tom demonstrated knowledge, experience and professionalism!!! It relaxed me which is what I much needed. He helped by providing some important tips in regards to dos and don’ts, such as: posture we should maintain while sitting at work, etc. Would definitely recommend him.

My therapist Laura was incredible, she hasn’t the perfect pressure and hit the right spots. I suffer from migraine and her massage helped me. I love going to this location and see friendly faces. In the past Ive been to this location before and have had a Great experience. Today it was just ok. I paid for 60 mins. She started at 5:05 PM and finished at 5:52 PM.

I would rate this business 0 stars if I had the option. This specific location is horrible!! I’ve never had an issue with any other Massage Envy location. Massage Envy Country Walk is the only one who would not tell me about extra charges (enhancements) and overcharge me. They charged me twice one month, and instead of simply saying they would refund me, they tried to dance around a real solution by offering me a 30 minute service (one month’s payment covers a 1 hour service). Even the manager tried going around it (I finally ended up getting my refund only because I kept insisting). My experience was so bad with them, I refused to continue my membership after one year. At first, they told me I could not end my membership before the year was up and then when I had just a couple months left in the membership, they told me I could’ve cancelled it all along. Maybe that’s not even true either! Always contradicting themselves. Horrible customer service. I was counting down the days until my membership was up. The only thing I did not have an issue with was the actual service they provided (ie. facials; massages). I suggest making your account with another Massage Envy in the area to avoid these issues.

Felix was great! I always opt for women masseuses, but this time thats what was available and I had horrible pain on the shoulders. Felix was awesome at addressing my pain. The front staff was really nice, professional and helpful. Ive gone to about 5 location and this is one of the best ones. Ive gone to some where I could hear the staff having conversations, microwaves just everything you shouldnt hear when you are trying to relax. This location was amazing all you could hear was the relaxing music.

Been here several time. Service is great the ambience is very relaxing. I like the waiting area. I had the hot stone massage and it was awesome. I felt the heat in all the right spots. I also got the microderm facial. The girl explained the procedure and at end she showed me what was removed.

Yamilka is my go to for prenatal massages. Being pregnant is hard, caring the extra height and all the body changes isnt easy. Yamilka makes sure I’m always comfortable (which isnt easy already being on the third trimester) and I always have a wonderful relaxing time with her!I definitely recommend her for a prenatal massage.
