Love this location! Isabel is a fantastic massage therapist, Ive tried out dozens over the years and she is a treasure. Very kind, very knowledgeable. Changes each session appropriately to work on whatever is bothering me most that week and does an incredible job of helping me feel better through my lupus pains!

My massage therapist Ruth was wonderful and attentive. Was able to communicate my areas of concern esp low back. Ruth is a very capable massage therapist, but i guess the best compliment is to return for more! Will return early September.

From my experience, Darlene is the greatest massage therapist in the world! I am so happy to have found this place. I even had an injury that I was not aware of, but Darlene was the one that was able to notice with her expertise, and made me aware of it. Her healing hands then helped with relief and treatment. She is very professional, kind, and skilled. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and muscles; her techniques are unmatched. I always feel like I am 15 years younger, relaxed, and stronger after my sessions. I give the my highest recommendation for this therapist!The location is great as well, and everyone is so nice and caring. Everyone is so accommodating, the location is clean and relaxing, and the staff always looking to make your day bright and joyous. I highly recommend this location for all your massage needs!

Pablo has been great! Since the beginning he’s always made sure we communicate to see what my needs are when I go in. Just yesterday I did a 60 minute massage and the knots were insane! I felt super relieved right after and relaxed as well. He’s awesome! 10/10 recommended

I loved my massage the masseus did a great job. The only problem was that again, the abdomen was never addressed and this was brought to the attending of the front desk attendant regarding previous visits and the areas of concern are given to them. Overall, I would definitely go back. Thank you

The business is extremely clean, quick service. The only thing that I would make changes on is the recurring payments. If there was an easier way to pause the recurring payments that are monthly. Sometimes my life is complicated with kids and work and it’s not easy for me to go once a month to use the services so I have so many extras that I can ever catch up. I received my massage with Herci and she was amazing!

Isabel at the Kendall & 107 location is amazing! She listens to the feedback you give her regarding any pain or aches you might have and applies the right technique and pressure to alleviate it. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a particular therapist. Enjoy!

I had to change my appointment time at the very last minute and Jess was nice and courteous and was able to accommodate me and get me in for my session with Maria. Maria was also very nice and she did a great job. I recommend Maria 💯 %. I will schedule all future sessions with Maria.🙏🏼

I’ve been going there for years and they normally do a good job. Yesterday I was quite a bit disappointed. Seems like my 50 minute massage turned into 30 minutes of massage and 20 minutes of towels and sheet adjustments. The massage therapist Would massage my arm for a few minutes and then felt the need to wipe my arm down. This happens throughout the whole entire session. In addition, she was constantly re-adjusting the sheets. Was not able to relax at all, which was my intention for the massage.

Carla at Massage Envy Kendall (107 Ave) was a great massage therapist. She keeps you informed as to what’s the next step in the procedure for the stretch session and assures that you feel safe. She is very personable and funny.

I want to start off by saying there’s massage therapist here and employees which are amazing.. now massage envy ownership management jezebel is a total scam! I’ve been paying massage envy for years and not using it and forgetting to use it and after having more than 12 Massages in my system automatically they say oh your credit cards not going through and we’ve sent you multiple messages via text that it’s not going through which is a lie. My credit card was not declined and now they’re telling me they canceled my account and they’re telling me that if I want to reinstate, I have to pay a new membership fee and to get my Massages back I could only get them back once a month as they take my new monthly amount. I told her that I had a crisis and that I need to be coming more often that I will be even willing to pay other massages out-of-pocket and would they be willing to release them and she said no they will not do that. Beware of this Scam!!! I will be canceling and taking my business to other massage places

This is my second time going to massage envy and both times have been great. This visit I had Isabel. She was great. She listened to my areas that were causing me pain and target those areas. I came out feeling a lot better.

Alexandra told me Isabela was running late but promised full time session. It can happen, I waited calmly. Guess what. I did NOT get full time as they promised, yet they charged me full. Because Isabela had to make next session on time.I had to leave upset without resolving this issue since no manager. I didnt get any phone call until next day, has to come to resolve the issue. The manager tried to postpone and send me home again without an answer, I waited to check the video.After reading the video, turn out 10 mins they missed massage out of 80 mins which is a big fraud for customers.The manager said “will return 10 dollars”. I did not receive any sincere apologies. Initially I came here for relaxation but ended up with wasting my time and energy plus more stress.Although they broke the agreement first, I couldn’t cancel my membership because I signed up that way in the beginning.As a customer , felt cheated and unfair. Also the manager was not professional the way they handle issues. Not deserve even one star. Never come back ever again.

Karla was amazing i found here when i was pregnant she was the only one who did prenatal massage she was very careful and made sure i was always comfortable and when I went back I knew who would be perfect she was very educational when it came to the stretch session and when she does a massage she really does make you relax and feel like you are in cancan by the beach ⛱️

Wanner was very professional. However when I asked him to do the side of my hips which were bothering me, he refused and said it was a policy of massage envy. When I asked the staff in front they said it wasn’t a policy. I was upset as I came in primarily for a hip massage.

I cannot speak enough about Ruth and her talent. Exceptional service. I hope her manager treats her like gold. She’s a keeper. The current welcoming team is cordial

My massage experience at massage envy was the best, Irena did exactly what I asked her to do. She was excellent.

My massage therapist, Herci, was amazing!!!! Her technique and pressure are perfect! Parking at the shopping center is ample and free. The only issue was that the a/c in the rooms seemed not to be working well and it was a bit stuffy and warm in the massage room.

Maria was okay but Claudia de supervisor she is terrible no good to be in that position Im a member and thats to Claudia I will not go back to this location and federe more I will not renew my membership.

Great job Isabel did on my back what a difference the next day highly recommend her will definitely be back in a few weeks

The massage therapist are great. Always had amazing massages by Yamilet and others. The one star is for the management. After being a customer for many years they treated me like dirt and made it almost impossible to cancel my membership. I had a membership for a ex relationship I had and they made it impossible to cancel. The manager that is very disrespectful and condescending is Veronica. I needed to call my credit card to stop the recurring charge. I have been charged a membership for over a year for someone i am seperated with and has not gone to get a massage either.

Always a great experience. The staff is kind and welcoming. Zulema is one of the best. She is very knowledgeable in the workings of the body and stretching of connected muscles. Her technique is great for deep tissue and/or releasing muscle tension.I add rapid tension to ease my tension which allows her to be more effective.

Zulema is very professional. Her massage really helped me to get better with some muscles pain I had. Totally recommended.

María was my therapist. The pressure that was agreed-upon in the beginning of the Massage was not the pressure that was maintained throughout. I specifically told the therapist to work On my low back, I left with the same amount of pain that I Came with. She barely did any massaging. They offered Biofreeze technique to easy tension, Which is a menthol meant to be used while massaging. I was freezing due to lack of massage and the menthol. I voice, my concern to the From Desk, they apologized, charged me, and send me on my way. After having such a terrible experience, I would have expected some form of courtesy. Will not be coming back.

Darlene was excellent! Her demeanor is hard to find in Kendall ..elegant, feminine, nice & professional. She took out some pesky knots & did some wonderful pain-relieving movements that felt like Madero therapy, but with her own 2 hands! I left feeling very relaxed.The other two young ladies at the front desk were also very accommodating.I will Definitely be back to rebook a massage with Darlene again once Im able to add on a foot scrub + the Hot / Himalayan Salt Stone Enhancements! 10/10 💛🤍

The massage was excellent, But I received 44 minutes of massage instead of the agreed 50 minutes.

I’m disgusted at the level of customer service this place offers. My son had an emergency 2 hours before my service and unfortunately I had to choose between taking my son to urgent care or getting a massage. I called to reschedule and they asked me for proof that I was in the hospital. After sitting with that request for a bit I realized how wrong it was for a place in which I count on to “relax” to ask me for proof that my child had a medical emergency. The manager called me with the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. What sucks is that I loved my therapist but I will never step foot in that place.

Ruth is amazing. The only one my husband and I use. I’m sure others are good too but Ruth is always booked. Just had a massage yesterday and booked the first available Thursday at 9am. Dec 21. I’m telling you, she is great!

Ive been coming here for about a year and I find that a lot of the therapists speak a lot during the session, which I personally find off-putting since Im trying to relax but Herci was awesome and barely said a word throughout the session. Others should take notes.

Karla was a really nice person and super funny and good at massaging. However, she seemed very frazzled, and she was a talker. I would have never known anything was wrong until she stated that she didnt have time to do my legs which I would not even have noticed Had she not said it. I think that time management is the responsibility of the therapist, and they have to make sure they perform their routine based on the time allotted. I think shes a really nice lady, but Im not sure that I would go back to her again.

It’s really difficult to find someone that gives a great massage. Usually, whether it’s 60 min or 90 min, I don’t feel the time is well distributed, so I don’t feel like I had a full body massage. Also, it’s really hard to relax when you’re talking throughout the entire massage.Thank you Herci for making my massage RELAXING, not talking my ear off, alternating pressures accordingly, and utilizing the time to focus on what I asked but also massage the rest of my body without mentioning how many minutes are left every few minutes! Lol. Thank you!

I love getting my massages with Yamile! She works amazing and always focuses on the areas you tell her are problem areas. She’s also very thoughtful. She knows I have a newborn and am breastfeeding and she always accommodates the bed for me in light of that information. I will ONLY get my massages with her! Highly recommend 10/10!!

Great 90 min massage to release built up tension from stress.

I have been using Ruth for a while now. She is friendly, conscientious, knowledgeable, and by far the best masseuse I have ever used…and that includes the one found on cruise ships and the Biltmore Hotel spa. Whatever ME is paying her it is not enough.

If you can, stay away from this location. Twice, theyve canceled on me, but still require my spouse to go when Im the sole driver. Oh, they are always willing to penalize customers for canceling, however, they do nothing for customers when they cancel them. This location has been nothing but horrible..they turn off the AC or state its broken without telling customers. Do you think I asked for a HOT massage? Ive been a customer since 2015... oh, they dont even honor the birthday offers.. unacceptable!!!

Ruth has excellent technique and very knowledgeable in her craft. She’s very detailed and knows the anatomy of the muscles and what she has to target to accomplish customer satisfaction. Hercilia gave me a wonderful full body massage after I experienced some soreness post gym workout. She used medium pressure & made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I left feeling rejuvenated.

Upon check-in, there was a hard push to upsell additional services (e.g., aromatherapy). While the massage was good, I had to wait fur almost 10min after my scheduled appt before I was brought to the room, cutting down on my overall massage time.

I only had 6 minutes and she released the knot in my shoulder that was giving me a nauseous headache.

I made an appointment for me and my sister and the day of our appointment (today) they told us that my sister could not get a massage because she was in her first trimester. We understood their policies and asked if we could both reschedule since we had come in together. Unfortunately they told me I still had to pay full price because we were canceling the same day. Had we known she couldn’t get a massage, we would of never made an appointment or worse spent all that money and not get the service we paid for. Instead of the manager understanding the situation, she was not helpful at all and I ended up paying the full price for canceling without wanting to cancel. I just wanted to reschedule for a later date past her first trimester. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

I came here as a first time client and it was disappointing. The whole time the client and masseuse on the room next to me kept talking loudly and laughing and catching up without a clue on how laud they were talking. Lots of doors closing abruptly. And random noises. Lack of relaxation and a mediocre massage. Not worth it. Pay 60 dollars more on top of whatever you will pay here for a real massage. Overall the staff on reception was kind and attentive but the massage experience was mediocre. 20 minutes into the massage I wanted to walk out. But I didn’t because I felt that I could be rude to the masseuse. But honestly I wish I would of left because I still got charged for a massage that at the end got me feeling worse than how I got there.

Shout out to the front desk !!! Patty helped me initially on the phone to schedule and I think she signed me up. Also her team mate was wonderful !!! Super attentive and pro active !!! Loved Ruth !!! I am so happy I found someone who knows what she is doing !!! I canceled a couple of months ago due to finical issues and being treated by Ruth made me sign up again. Thank you guys !!! You girl were wonderful!!!

Hit or missJust tried a Reflexology massageI got a foot rub.Total RIPOFF.Asked for credit.Was shrugged off! (Company policy) supposedly because I completed my session (I imagine I should have stopped mid session and run half naked to complain??)After years with them I am dumping my subscription.These people are crooks.

Unfortunately the front desk staff in this location is a bunch of young women on a power trips. At first I was excited to join massage envy, being 8 months pregnant, looking forward to adding this as postpartum care. The first occurrence, I was in ACTUAL ACTIVE labor with my daughter and obviously I couldnt make it to my appointment. They dismissed this angrily but it got realllly ugly the day I was charged 2 back-to-back sessions a day we spent in urgent care with my four month old. I let it go because Lord knows a new mom can only handle so much. I was charged $150. I tried to cancel my membership and was lied to by the front desk staff that I wouldnt be able to till the manager was in (they are supposed to send you a forum to your email) which btw... Ana??? Where are you? Who even are you? Are you EVER there? Will you EVER call us back? Still waiting on your call! Anywho, I attended the better location for a few months (tamiami) until I scheduled a same day hot stone massage with this Kendall location... fail AGIAN (150, again! Money hungry I tell you) never book with these people especially same day appointments. They will do ANYTHING to charge you. Completely lack empathy even with viable documentation that youre in the hospital. Mothers? Yeah dont even bother. They have 0 understanding in this location. They are ruthless. I feel so bad for the founders of Massage Envy. Im sure theyd be disappointed with the way the staff in this location has tainted their brand in South Florida.UPDATE: I finally spoke to the manager, Ana. No wonder the front desk staff are the way they are. She is the most condescending one of them all. Even threw jabs at me with personal information that is none of her business. Now I will forever see this location as classless.

I had an appointment scheduled and needed to reschedule, they called me and only canceled one service. The appointments were for my husband and I. Although we both have the same phone number, they say it’s not their fault. They only called for one of use, but failed to confirm for both. I would never go to this location again. Terrible customer service, although they are in fault for not calling to confirm the appointment for each of us! Because they said why call the same number, but then fail to ask for both people in the account! Front desk staff and the so called manager, were not helpful and instead of retaining a customer, they choose to make excuses! Use other locations, they lack professionalism and customer service skills.

I had another massage with Sulema yesterday after returning from a long road trip. I was feeling very tight and sore. Sulema noticed right away and got to work loosing all my tight muscle. After she was done I immediately felt better.

What a wonderful experience,calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in, staff is always nice and professional.Therapist are experts in the elimination of stress and pain reduction in targeted areas.

First time at this location! I’ve been to many many therapists… by far Ruth was the most effective and knowledgeable!! Already made another appointment!!!

I had an amazing experience. I booked an appointment out of desperation due to back pain. Had no idea if it would help, but was willing to try anything. My massage therapist was nothing short of incredible. I walked out with no pain and felt wonderful! I will be a regular from now on.

Herci is great! She went the extra mile to help the areas that I was complaining about. Her pressure was perfect and walked out feeling much better

Have had better masseuses at this location. The facility and staff are overall top notch. But my experience with Hersi (spelling?) was subpar. Not focused, didn’t ask any questions about my preferences, sloppy, not professional or skilled in her approach. Nice and friendly, but only gets 3 stars for expertise.

Ruth is the best masseuse this site has and I have tried them all. My experience with management and front desk employees has something to be desired. The only reason I am still a member and continue to recomend is Ruth

I’ve been going to massage envy for over four years . And it’s usually a 50-50 shot that you’re going to get a therapist that gives you a good massage. Also when you find a therapist that you like they usually not there much longer than 4 to 6 months so that stinks.This Saturday I had Zulema as my therapist and she was great. I hope Zulema sticks around longer than some of the other therapists that I’ve liked.

Worst experience ever. Staff very rude including store manager Jeniffer Murphy. They lie and trick you on signing up to their membership by telling you there is no commitment to then tell you that there actually is. The rooms are cold and the message therapists talk alot during the massage time, therefore the experience is far from relaxing. If I could give this place ZERO stars i definitely would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Youre better off going to a REAL massage spa with REAL professionals who take pride in their work and reputation.

Unfortunately this is the closest massage envy to my house. They get INEXPERIENCED masseurs and it’s so unfair that your stuck with the massage. Well this time I had enough (this will be the 3rd time they stick me with a bad masseur) and I got up and cancelled the service. The manager didn’t really seem to care or try to make it better. She just asked me if I would continue the massage or not. I said not. The therapist was massaging me from a chair, he didn’t use good pressure cause he was choosing his comfort first. Then the massage was supposed to be relaxing and he was kneading me at such a fast pace it was disruptive. I asked him 2 to please slow down, to have a smoother rhythm. He finally did and I realized then the therapist had little technique because he couldn’t adjust and massage in any other way. Generally a good masseur mixes the massage with kneading, strokes, consistent pressure, etc. I’ve had to bare a terrible massage 2 times now and just wasn’t going to do it again. Please please please get Better massage therapist. Last time I swear the massage therapist was just brushing my skin lightly. I mean, and I don’t expect massage envy to be a 5 star place, but the quality of their massages is laughable. South beach, coral gables and country walk are dar better locations. Shame on your ME Kendall!

I have been a member of massage envy for about 12 years and for the last 5 years or so I only go to this location only , i have been to several of the ME locations but East Kendall is definitely the best. The massage therapist Zulema is the absolute best! She is professional, hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had, she is very professional.

Even trying to make an appointment was a nightmare. Asked to speak to my massage therapist and I was told I could not. I needed to speak with her about my massage in regards to a very personal issue. Asked to speak w the manager, but of course she was not in. Gaby, please take some lessons in customer service and kindness. This is a place of relaxation and wellness not a place that should give you more grief. Will never return.

This Massage Envy is great! The staff is very professional and follows up on appointments. I particularly have enjoyed their facials and have noticed amazing results on my skin. Their aesthetician Xiomara is awesome! She is so friendly, communicative, and listens to your needs. I highly recommend!

The people are friendly. My session started 13 minutes late but still ended at the same time. I didn’t appreciate that they test members like myself who even through the pandemic supported the business bc I find it to be a very much needed service. I must admit I was not seen by my regular person who is absolutely amazing and I know it’s not her fault but management needs to manage time or maybe have a person the was in the front help with cleanup. I think that would have helped with time.

I have been to several ME locations before and this one has far exceeded my expectations. The manager Alexandra has been a great help with any concerns that I might have. You don’t often get to meet the manager or even owners of other locations but in east Kendall they are so involved. I feel so valued as a guest and that my concerns are a priority. They have neck warmers and foot massagers in the waiting room which help me relax further and really tie in the entire experience. The girls in the front always have a smile and really want to help you. The therapists are also incredibly skilled and enjoy what they do. I recommend this location to everyone in need of some relaxation. Beautiful new location!

Choosing this location for my monthly massages and facials has been THE BEST decision I have ever made. From the foot massages, to the lemon water, to the hot tea the front desk girls make for you, you feel so wanted and pampered, it is LITERALLY the best thing ever. Every time I have any questions or concerns in regards to my account, the manager Alexandra is always so friendly and is willing to get everything resolved the same day. The front desk girls are always so welcoming and nice and willing to help out and make you feel relaxed and at home. 10/10 GO FOR IT GUYS!!!

I was lied about the membership, the only reason why I signed up was because the staff stated there were no strings attached and I could cancel anytime, they never mentioned/highlighted its a mandatory 12 sessions before canceling. They are deceptive in their practices, do not take accountability. The manager Gabrielle in Kendall stated “whom signed you up no longer works here. The contract is 12 sessions and until then you can cancel” I never received a physical receipt with this information highlighted when I sighed. I feel cheated and disappointed that this is what they do. I can see now why massage envy has class action lawsuits. They are not accredited by the better business Bureau. Be ware when agreeing to memberships.

I had a very enjoyable massage from James. He was very professio al. Natalie was very helpful in checking me in. Also the other girls who checked me out. All staff was friendly and kind.

Ever since I started getting massages with Herci, I have not had another migraine which I averaged at least 2 per week. Herminia is excellent and strives to satisfy her customers, she goes above & beyond, she has “miraculous hands.”

Been a member for over 2 years with the Bayside, NY franchise and that place is incomparable. Their professionalism, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, I didnt think they could be matched. Moved to Miami and did a search for a massage envy near my new place and found nothing but horrible reviews, so I was excited to find out they opened a New location in East Kendall just one week ago (on Nov. 12). From the moment I called, to the moment I arrived, Jocelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. All the qualities I look for in any business. She gave me recommendations for a good masseuse and was just very pleasant. Thank you, Jocelyn for making my experience very welcoming. Additionally, it was very clean, pretty big place (looks deceivingly small from the outside but they have lots of rooms), easy to get to and park. Highly recommended.

I was recommended this location by my Mother and Grandma who came here from a giftcard they received during the holidays. They were so impressed by the immaculate service which the manager Alexandra and the girls there gave them, that not only were they convinced she was heaven sent but they begged me to go knowing I was in dire need of a massage or 7.Upon walking in I was greeted by Adrianna which was very attentive and welcoming which was a great start and I was starting to see what my Mother and Grandma were talking about.My masseuse was Zulema, and let me tell you this woman is legitimately a gift. I expressed to her my concerns and pain points, and told her I trusted her to do whatever she felt was best. She not only used techniques I have never seen before but her attention to detail and passion for what she does was definitely appreciated. You can tell Zulema is not only an expert but takes the utmost pride in her craft which is just a testament to everyone working at this location from the management to the masseuses.I ended up walking away feeling a whole lot lighter on my feet, with a monthly membership to finally start taking care of myself consistently, and honestly just happy I listened to my families recommendation in coming. Both Yamilet and Helsy from the East Kendall location are TOP Notch ! Those 2 have hands of gold. I go in for a 60 minute massage with medium pressure to hard pressure requests and they both deliver the goods. I feel like a brand new person every time I leave. I refuse to try something new by going to another Massage Envy in fear of taking the risk and being disappointed. All the girls in the front desk are also very sweet and efficient. I have never had an issue with my bookings , services, or check out . Bonus: PCA products !

Despite the negative reviews i have to say that my personal experience has been completely different. The front desk staff is very welcoming and the massage therapists have been great. I do have to agree on the length of the massage time, it is advertised as one hour but you really get 45 to 50 min tops other than that i dont have a negative thing to say about the location nor the staff.

I purchased the mothers day special for my mom and myself to have a mother/ daughter spa day. The appointment was booked for today which was purchased back in April and we havent had this in over a year. Due to the fact my mother forgot the gift card (who is 70 years old), I spent a half hour to try 2 resolve the issue after our spa day which was SUPPOSETO BE A RELAXING DAY. The employee had to call the manager to find out what to do. Alejandra, the manager at thekendalll facility stated she looked at footage and saw my exact purchase, but still requested for me to have all gift cards present in order to check out. She saw that I paid for both packages, but I was not allowed to check out unless I paid it again because the gift cards were not all present. Although the employee clearly told me she saw I paid for both packages, the proof was right in front of her, she could not do anything about it. They charged me again and with extra cost and told me they could reimburse me only when I had brought the other two gift cards back. The lack of empathy shown by this company was beside me. It was an irritating, empathetic, unethical, discouraging situation that was not necessary when it was supposed to be a relaxing day for both my mom and I. I will not come back to pay for services for such an empathetic company that shows no understanding what a relaxing spa day means to people. NEVER AGAIN!

Dont appreciate them advertising one-hour massages when theyre really 50 minutes and then on top of that not doing the full 50 minutes! Also, some of the employees could be much more professional, work on customer service, and listen to clients needs. One of the therapists acted surprised and annoyed every time I asked for a certain amount of pressure or body part, and then proceeded to not really do what I requested. When youre paying this much per hour, you expect high quality service.

I’ve been getting regular massages for over 30 years. Maytee is the best. Your front staff in Miami is superb w communications. Unfortunately visited your New York location and the experience was not pleasant whatsoever. Greatful for this staff.

The staff is very professional very nice , Gabby in the front desk will do everything she can to make your experience wonderful and my therapist is the best I can’t give her name because she is already always booked and that would only get her more booked . This place is well worth it.

Worse service and experience ever. If I could put zero stars I would. It’s been a problem since day one. They lied to me when I signed up that I can cancel at anytime and then they told me I could only freeze the account maximum 6 months but I had a 12 month contract I can’t get out of. Tell me how I have 3 accumulated services and they won’t let me use it because they suspended my account. I paid for these services and they won’t let me use it.

Very poor customer service. Spoke to Mia at the front desk. Very unprofessional with no customer service skills. Asked for a manager, was told manager was not available and they could not disclose managers name over the phone. Unbelievable! Called the managers line twice, and still waiting for a call back. Do not recommend this place.

I am not one to write reviews but felt this one was necessary!I was really excited knowing a massage envy was opening up min away from home I do enjoy frequent massages.Today was the last day of my vacation so I figured what a great way to end it by checking it out! I called and asked if they had someone that specialized in sport. Quickly said yes!The girls where very friendly and made me feel at home I give them that. I was introduced to my masseuse Silva who seemed nice. I then explained to her my needs and she began. She began to use cream, I asked for oils she seemed a bit annoyed, the room was cold I mention to her I was uncomfortable with the cold and it was like I didnt even say anything at all. I was under the impression it was a full body massage and left with the feeling. THATS IT! Wasnt the full body, just my back and legs my arms never even got touched.Gets better I express to the girls in the front that I did not enjoy my massage.Took off 10 dollars and tried to sell me a membership. I was looking at her thinking if I didnt like my massage why would I even want a membership?Wasnt impressed!

Maite I really paid attention to my needs and adjusted the pressure when I asked her too. I used to go to the west Kendall location but I moved and started coming to this location, so I wouldn’t drive so much and omg one day with her alleviated all my pain for a good time and she really cared about making me feel better and she deserves recognition. She’s a Cuban woman but knows both English and Spanish working at this location really she did amazing in just an hour.

I just had an excellent massage at this Massage Envy. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. The reason for the negative review is due to the UFC gym located upstairs and the lack of adequate soundproofing. Although the relaxing Massage Envy music was up quite high to try to cover it up, for an hour I could very distinctly hear the bass from the class seemingly just feet from my head. Add in banging around, heavy items being dropped, and the instructor occasionally yelling things at the class and the relaxation I want from a massage was not to be had. The noise ruined my experience. Too bad. Its a great location for me since I just moved, and it has ample, free parking (unlike South Miami). However, I likely wont return to this location.

Seems like the words, do not charge me anymore, do not take any more money from my account is not clear. Even so, my first massage left me feeling I had the flu. DO NOT DO IT! Don’t sign.

Second time I’ve had a massage with Bisman, he works magic!! Slept comfortably for almost 8 hours which is very unusual for me!? He really knows how to work on muscle anomalies effectively!!

Very unprofessional location. The therapist, George, gave me the run around before my massage. He basically told me that I paid for to long of a massage because I didn’t want to be touched in certain places and that I should have been put with a female therapist even though men are better therapists because I am to young for a male therapist. Long story short I took my gift card and left, didn’t even waste time getting a massage here because I’m sure it would have been a terrible experience due to the situation before hand.

Today 12/5/2020 I scheduled a firm massage with the Kendall location, along with a hand and feet exfoliation. This was by far the worst massage I ever had in my life. First off, my therapist was really old and had no pressure although her profile stated Firm. I just came off an 8 mile run and needed the pressure. During the session she was sniffing and coughed really hard and put her hand back on me. Right then, I should have gotten up but I really didnt want to be rude. The session was like I had a therapist rub me down with lotion. It was HORRIBLE!!! When I went to checkout I told the young lady at the desk that my session was horrible and she said that the therapist I had was listed as Light Pressure on the website (Thats a Lie). Look at my attached picture. Then she said she would write it in the notes for next time. WHAT!!!! I just waisted a session on this location and was charged an additional $30 for the hand and feet which literally took her 10 minutes to do both my hands and feet. I was out of the session in a little over an hour and still had to pay for the entire 90 minutes. This is the second time I had a bad experience at this location. If you live in the area it would probably be better to drive somewhere else. Im not a rude person so I really didnt say as much as I should have. I just felt so ripped off when I left there and my muscles were not relaxed at all. STAY AWAY FROM THE KENDALL LOCATION!!!

I worked at this massage envy for 2 days before the Manager there Yesenia fired me because she said I wasnt a good fit. Let me get you guys to understand something. The only other female staff working there were white, blondes, who spoke Spanish. Although im older, have more professional experience, and completed all the required training (which she didnt supervise) she suddenly after wasting a week of my time doing training, the interview, and working a 8 hour shift I was not a good fit. I am a black female who has taken 3 years of spanish but because I am not fluent and blonde I am not a good fit. This esablishment is racist to say the least. When black people or people of color come in they are treated like they are below them. I have no problem with other massage envys as Ive been to several throughout Miami and West Palm Beach, I would just say avoid going to this location because based on first hand experience I think this is a very racist location. Take your business elsewhere.

As a member with massage envy for 6 years, the leadership declined. They only treat you as a client when your giving them your money, but otherwise as a number. Management doesn’t know how to defuse a clients frustration. If they don’t like you they simply cancel your membership without your consent.

It is very difficult when it comes to canceling, whenever they talk to you they hide steps to cancel but they always charge your money automatically, and they always blame the system, when you write an email it bounces back because of the system and when they charge you once You canceled it is also the fault of the system, the only thing they have no problem in doing is charging automatically every month, I recommend their massage service but they do not sign up for the plan they offer, visit them every time you want and pay, with the plan you think you save but you end up spending twice as much.Es muy dificil a la hora de cancelar, siempre que te hablan te ocultan pasos para cancelar pero siempre cobran tu dinero de forma automatica, y siempre culpan al sistema, cuando escribes un email te rebota por sulpa del sistema y cuando te cobran ya una ves cancelaste tambien es culpa del sistema, lo unico que no tienen problema en hacer es cobrar de forma automatica cada mes, recomiendo su servicio de masaje pero para nada que se inscriban en el plan que ellos ofrecen, visitelos cada ves que quiera y pague, con el plan crees que te ahorras pero terminas gastando el doble.
