My experience with Nohemy is amazing. She’s super sweet and focuses on the target areas as needed. Definitely would recommend 10/10 every single time. I’ve had multiple massages with her and will continue to book with her. The front desk staff could be a bit more attentive end courteous, especially to members. I forgot my coupon for aromatherapy but had a photo of it and there was nothing they could do. Also, the machine to pay was down so I couldn’t use Apple Pay either and they didn’t have a card on file even though I have a membership and they charge me every month. Not sure how that makes sense but whatever, Nohemys great so I only go back for her.

Good services, but just be aware that the tipping percentage is based on the non-member price, even if you are a member, which is a bit shady IMO, especially since I dont recall it being mentioned anywhere. If you get a $75 massage and leave their recommended 20% thats $25, which is 33% of the total price of the massage! I got my second in a month and said I wanted to leave 15% and the receptionist said $19, is that ok? (to their credit, they do ask you, so this partially my fault) but I wasnt thinking about calculating it, because I was really relaxed and assumed it would be calculated on the amount I was charged. It wasnt until I was walking home that I figured out I had actually left a 29% tip, I called back and mentioned this, and then was told the above. Ill still continue to go there, but will be leaving a dollar amount instead of a percentage and I suggest everyone else do the same.

I’m very happy to have this massage salon in front of my house and price is not high but I came late for 10 minutes and my therapist finished my session 10 minutes early so I’m not very happy with that because 20 minutes from 50 minutes massage gone!And for me was important this massage because tomorrow I’m going to have a plastic surgery and I needed to relax my back!!!Then I make a comment on reception but they don’t want to hear you ….Only the most important is payment and tips !!!!Even if the most important is selling massage it’s has to be nicer.I’m very upset about this kind of service.

I did not enjoy this massage. I went for a deep tissue massage, but it felt more like a Swedish massage. The massage therapist did not stop talking and even started discussing potential health problems I might have. Additionally, I paid for an hour-long treatment, but it lasted only about 35 minutes. He ended at 6:45, even though we started around 5:15. Honestly, it was better for me because I just wanted the session to end.Moreover, the rooms are old and seem dirty. Overall, they do not take good care of the place.

Received a customized facial yesterday by Jessica and it was amazing! She spent the time to explain the rationale behind why certain products are preferred to achieve the best results while making my skin look so much better than how I walked in. Truly a great experience! Ended up purchasing all of her recommendations as well to maintain the work she did.

Jessica was AMAZING! It was my first facial ever, and she made the experience something unique and memorable! She explained everything step by step, she was confirming how I was doing. She is not only professional but has great hands and touch! You are going to love her!

I have been a massage envy customer for more than 2 years. I moved out of the country last month and I canceled my membership in person in the Brickell location before I left Miami. The manager told me, in my face, that my membership was canceled. Still, I was charged few days ago for some reason. Please contact me via email and take care of this issue. Thank you

HORRIBLE!I booked a 90 min massage in Brickell and I’m super disappointed. After telling my therapist multiple times where I wanted to get a massage she would just slather me with oil and rub it in… I kept telling her my shoulder and lower back were hurting, the reason why I wanted to get the massage and she was not doing anything about it. At one point she even massaged my bone and I spoke up about it. She didn’t even know how to stretch my arms or neck.Then she asked me if I wanted a face massage, thinking she knew how to give a proper face massage - WRONG, she rubbed her two WHOLE hands with way too much oil and placed them on my face! it was SO bad it was laughable! And then she proceeded to clean the oil with a big towel covering my whole face lolI complained about it at reception, expecting to at least get a do-over or even a partial refund, but she only offered to book me for another massage at an even higher rate and ASKED FOR TIP! and proceeded to say “yea tomorrow we have the best ones…” what an unprofessional response.I’m so upset I’m even taking the time to write this.

Jessica is the best that Massage Envy has for facials. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to give you a good experience. Her passion for skincare also shines through with her willingness to answer any questions or provide product recommendations.

Been going to massage envy since 2012.Jorge is the best deep tissue massage therapist that I ever had..I usually only go once a month , but after having a massage from Jorge I immediately book another one for next week.And will go more often now .Massage envy in brickell.

Madelayne is incredible. She is sooo knowledgeable and sweet. She has given me the best massages I’ve had in sooo long!

Nohemy was great! Sweet, strong & thorough. I was very sore from work and she helped me tremendously.The staff was very nice and personable.

I went for my first time prenatal massage. I was a little worry about the pressure or how was going to be since I’m a new mom 😁 but wow Doris did such a great job, I was very comfortable the whole time and she made sure of that.

I have been a member of this place for the last two years. Over the last two months, I have received the worst service ever. Last month, I booked a facial, and the person showed up 30 minutes after my appointment. I waited 20 minutes, and they didnt say anything. After I left, they called me, saying that she was a little behind on schedule. This month, I booked a massage, and the receptionist didnt allow me to take the service cause I didnt have an ID, I get back with and ID few minutes later and he told me that the personas was no longer available. This is really disappointing. I am paying for a membership to enjoy a service that, at this point, is not worth it.

I still feel the effects of Doris hot stone massage the next day. I wanted to relax before a long flight and she really helped loosen my back!!

Joseph is the best masuse at Massage Envy in Brickell. Ever since I met him he has been making my sores and aches in my body to go away. He knows exactly where and how to target the trouble zones. The stretching is amazing as well as the massage. He fixed in one hour what I was hurting for a whole week. My English Bulldog pull a muscle or tendon in my right arm and I felt a sharpening pain running from my elbow to my wrist. I couldn’t even cut the onions with a knife. Not only he gave me a good massage but showed me a great exercise to do it at home. The next day the pain was gone! I was so relief. Joseph really cares about his customers and I highly recommend him.

Been a customer here for a while and been increasingly more frustrated with how short the services are. Massages and facials are advertised as 60 minutes but oftentimes end up being 40 by the time the service provided starts/ ends early. Staff was really dismissive when I brought up concerned so probably going to cancel as it’s not worth the money if you’re getting almost half the service.

My full body massages with David are always by far the best experience at Massage Envy . He totally listened and addressed my ongoing health concerns. He first started with a 30 minute back and leg stretch, along with deep diaphragmatic breathing, and then concentrated on my upper and lower back and legs. He applied warm and cold therapy, and was very intuitive and responsive to my condition. I actually felt 100% better when he finished, and as always asked me how I felt.🙏🏼😇✨

I have been getting massages for 25 years with about 15 different therapists and - without a doubt - Yoleinnia was THE BEST I have ever had!!! I wish she worked at the Vero Beach office!!!

Was told my massage would be totally customised from the music, temperature of the bed, and the specific areas I did or didn’t want massaged. None of this was true and I had the most aggressive massage despite me saying I was having neck pain. My back is extremely bruised today. This experience was also ruined by a very pushy receptionist trying to sell me services at every opportunity, and not respecting my decision as the customer to say no. The whole thing was just a very negative experience and I will not be returning

Massages are very average and basic and unfortunately the customer service is extremely lacking. I’ve had so many issues with them, from randomly charging facials to my account that I never had… and having to call over and over to redeem it, plus I’ve had to wait two months to hear back from a manager to cancel a membership for moving away — while my card is still being charged. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this chain.

I come at this location because my therapist Joseph is here and he’s extremely good as I need intense and knowledgeable stretching. Unfortunately this location is very confusing and difficult for parking, but this ME is very good and professional

They charge without authorization I had asked them to close my account, but they did not and started to charge me again and not refunding my money even though I never used the services after that. terrible

Place must be wonderful however they have a clueless Manager name Dita that has no sense on how to Treat Clients calling in for services. I asked this lady for the availability of Therapist that offered a specialized service and she insisted on knowing whether or not was a member or not . This clueless manager should be trained on politeness and better marketing strategies as she is not up to the standards of Massage Envy

Osneidy was the best!! Came in with minor back issues and walked out feeling brand new. I highly recommend him!

Yoli gave me an amazing massage, working out all the tight muscles in my back. I felt like a new person when I left!

Yoleinnia provided a great massage! My lower back and legs were bothering me after a heavy week in the gym. I requested firm pressure and “total body” with an emphasis on those areas and arms for the 60 minutes. Yoleinnia was professional and addressed those areas. I felt relief both during and afterwards. The pressure was on point to where it wasn’t too soft but not excessive. Thank you again for a great massage!

David V. does magnificent work, he prepares a path to your journey of feeling better for you in each session. He has become my favorite Massage therapist hands down. He is impressively very intuitive and focus on targeted areas to complete satisfaction. He has perfected every detail to my custom massage and I am truly grateful. Additionally, I was pampered by Kristen, who provided one of the most heavenly facials Ive ever experienced. Her skincare expertise and gentle touch made the entire experience truly delightful. Kristens passion for her craft shines through in every aspect of her work, and I couldnt be more grateful for the care she provides.

The owner called and left a threatening voicemail claiming the service wasn’t paid for but it had been. I’ve returned his call several times but he hasn’t cared to answer or to apologize for his error and his poor behavior.

Madelayne is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She really understand the body and does an amazing deep tissue massage.

David V is an exceptional professional who is highly knowledgeable, skilled, talented and caring. He genuinely listens and delivers exactly the type treatment for my needs at each given appointment I have with him, taking the time to understand and address whatever issue I have going on that day. I have been seeing him frequently for over a year and keep coming back as often as I can. I highly recommend a massage with David V. You won’t regret it and will leave feeling like a brand new person.

They made it impossible to cancel my wifes membership (still unresolved). I had called a couple months back and cancelled over the phone. Apparently they were supposed to send me a cancellation form, which never happened. Kept getting calls about the account being in suspension so I took the call today and they wanted to charge me for the 2 months that have passed since I had cancelled. While on the phone the rep told me that they didnt have an email address on file for me then admitted that they did. This is an error on their behalf that theyre refusing to fix just to try to get an extra $120 from me. Crazy thing is, Im still a customer with them at the Aventura location. Waiting for managements response, completely unnecessary, overly complicated & a waste of time!

Stephanie and Marco Polo are by far my favorite therapist at the Brickell location. Every experience is different as they pay attention and listen to my body and what it needs. It’s 100% a personalized experience each time. I can tell they are very knowledgeable and they love their job.

Now I understand why this place has so many bad reviews.......DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THIS BUSINESS..........IMPOSSIBLE to get them to stop charging my credit card every month, even after I finished my 12-month contract. I attempted to cancel in person and by phone, but I keep getting charged…..Totally unaccepted!!!I am very surprised about how many bad reviews this place has. Although this is not a 5 star spa, massages here are very good. I tried Doris and she is really amazing, She did a wonderful job on my back and neck. Front desk staff is also pretty friendly, no complaints . Sandra is very efficient with the appointments ! I also tried their facials and are also very recommendable. Great for the money!

Doris was absolutely wonderful in every way. She was kind, attentive, and overall gave a wonderful massage. She enjoys using hot stones and is freaking great at it so give yourself that extra treat when you go. I highly recommend her

ATROCIOUS EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGERS CHRISTY AND BIANCA! I got a massage last Saturday night, which I get a massage here every month. This time, their AC was BROKEN and their music was not working as well!! The massage experience was brutal! I was sweating on the table and I could feel my body slowly overheating more and more as the time went by. I felt like I was suffocating. The masseuse had a portable fan on for her which was extremely loud and obnoxious, again there was NO MUSIC so the fan was all I heard the entire hour! I was actually on the phone with the shift manager, Jonsell, an hour before my massage to see if I could transfer my credit to my boyfriend which would have been the perfect time for him to mention the conditions of his workplace. Had I known the AC and music were not working that night, I would not have come in!!!! I spoke with the manager Christy the next day, and she only offered me half a credit back to my account. I advised her that I was not happy with this since I wasted an entire credit on a brutal massage experience, and that I wanted to speak with her manager. She advised me that the district manager, Denise, would be getting in touch with me. I waited A WHOLE WEEK AND STILL DIDN’T HEAR FROM DENISE. I called 3 times throughout the week to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about, and I spoke to Christy and Bianca, the store managers. They kept telling me “yes she’s going to call you tomorrow” “what’s a good time for you tomorrow, she will call you”. Meanwhile she never called!!!! Finally Friday comes and I call again, for the 4th time, and Bianca puts me on hold for 5 minutes. She tells me that while I was on hold she was on the phone with Denise and that she is offering the same thing they initially offered me, half a credit. I told her “if Denise can get on a call with you right now while you have me on hold then I would like to speak with her as I’ve been waiting a whole week to hear from her”. She said that it wouldn’t be possible. They threw me for a loop the entire week and I WAS WORKING HARDER THAN THEY WERE ON TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! The whole week they kept telling me Denise would call and in the end they told me she can’t call me and that it’s not a guarantee, MEANWHILE, SHE WAS SPEAKING TO DENISE ON THE OTHER LINE WHILE PUTTING ME ON HOLD!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m not sure if Denise was afraid to speak with me, but if you can get on a call while I’m on the other line then you can call me! I don’t understand HOW PEOPLE ARE HIRED INTO THESE MANAGER POSITIONS WHEN THEY CANT EVEN STICK TO THEIR WORD! If I was an owner, I would never hire someone like that! I am getting in touch with corporate over the matter, not only for the poor massage experience, but especially for the way they treated me afterward! I was just about to switch my membership to their location and make them my home location, BUT THAT WONT BE HAPPENING NOW! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION WHERE THEY WILL VALUE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

My experience with Massage Envy has been terrible. I got charged twice in different cards and after one month of them calling me, no one has called me to fix the issue. Such a shame because the massage was actually good but I would never go back due to their business practices.

Noemi was amazing! Easily one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. Diego’s friendly and helpful presence was the cherry on top.

Beware ⚠️ terrible terrible customer service, especially their managers. They scam you into getting a membership… will continue to charge you for other things and you’ll never be able to reach the person in charge to redeem it. Never again

Nancy by far is the best massage therapist. I highly recommend her. Every time I go she is always consistent and leaves me feeling super relaxed. I usually try to find one good therapist and stick with them each time to guarantee a good massage. Ive never had any issues with the front desk staff, they are always super friendly to me. Overall good experience. I have a membership so i try to go once a month and the online app makes it super easy to schedule your next massage.

I went to Massage Envy for a full body massage. I was paired with Karel. I had one of the best massages I have ever had. He was excellent and a really nice person as well.

Worst massage experience. It wasnt the masseuse fault, just poor management and training of the staff. They taught her to stop the massage to remove the oil every 5mins which disrupts the flow of the massage totally. If you are 5mins late they will also count the clock from the time you book and not from when the massage starts so ultimately after you are done getting undressed and ready you will only receive 50% of what you paid for.

The Brickell location of Massage Envy has some really great therapists. I dont know why anyone would pay more to go someone else. David is my favorite and honestly the BEST. Hes kind and strong, uses the little pad to remember my trouble spots and preferences, and usually brings me water at the end of my massage. An hour with David is like 90 minutes with other masseurs.

David gave me one of the best stretches I ever had in my life. My body felt so relax where I was not able to move. Best experience.

Ive been going to this unit for a few months now, my last Facial sessions have been amazing with Soungul Yilmaz, she really likes what she does and does it with quality. she really understands what she does. She will always be my choice for now. She enjoy her job and I enjoy the result. ThanksJust have been there today again 08/20/2023 and did a facial with Victoria !! God, she is really good . She made an amazing cleaning and took my blackheads out really good and no pain. She offer the extra treatments that I really need and very kind person. I do recommend Victoria and I will be back soon with her .Thanks

Katherine was very attentive to my needs. She was very informative and educative on her expertise. She really knew what she was doing. Incredible experience! She also kept me very relaxed and calm during the whole session. She was amazing!

The worst costumer service. came in for a massage on a Sunday after a long week and they wouldnt let my mom in because she didn’t have her id on her and I’m paying for both me and her to get a massage. they don’t want to give me my credits back either for not taking my appointment and we’re absolutely rude without giving any type of solutions.this is because I tried coming again, after being disappointed for another time that I came and asked for water and they said they don’t give clients water. this is a massage place! unreal. just terrible. don’t go there.

I got a membership this year as a dancer to help with my lower back and a lot of tightness and my first couple of massages I got I wasn’t impressed and wished I had not purchased my membership but I asked the front desk staff to recommend someone better for deep tissue specifically and they were the upmost of helpful and extremely kind . They recommended Madelayne and I don’t think I will going to anyone else anytime soon she is absolutely wonderful and listens and pays attention to areas I say need the most work. I highly recommend her as a masseuse and I’m very glad the front desk recommended her. I also want to say they have the kindest people that work the front very pleased with my experiences recently!

Going into the massage salon was actually a wonderful experience, so it’s really unfortunate I have to leave a bad review. July 26th my boyfriend and I were in Miami for vacation, part of our itinerary was getting a couples massage. As I said we had a wonderful experience. Fast forward to today, August 23. I called the location to cancel my subscription, as that was explained to me as an option when I registered. However, when I called a woman who identified herself as an assistant manager was extremely rude, demeaning, and disrespectful. She didn’t have the correct information in the system of who we had spoken to and we’re registered by. She identified that person as a manager as well as a male. The person who assisted us while at the location was a female, once she had that information, I was told it was a long time employee. The employee I spoke to on the phone told me that I was never given the option to cancel at anytime despite the fact she was not present when my enrollment happened. After this she was beyond rude, definitely not the customer service you would expect from someone in a managerial role. I did ask what my options were and she essentially told me I had none. When I asked to be contacted by a manager my card was wrongfully charged $60.00, something we had not spoke about. I called the location back to make sense of the charge and was told I was being charged early. Again, that was never discussed in the slightest. It’s really disappointing that a chain with such a big name overlooked hiring such an abrasive person. To charge someone without any prior discussion is unethical. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this or any Massage Envy location for some time because of this truly awful interaction.

I’ve been a member at massage envy for about a year now. This was my first time ever getting a facial and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Katherine was so thorough in explaining every detail about what was best for my skin. I received a microderm infusion per her recommendation. She was incredibly knowledgeable and besides giving me an amazing facial, she left me with the tools to continue to care for my skin.

David is professional and offers the best massages. He listens and addresses particular issues in each session. Always looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended.

Madelayne is great and I’ve been recommending her to all my friends. This bad review now is to the possible lack of cleanliness of the bed/room. This last massage I had a reaction on my skin - rash and little blisters. I still don’t know what it is and will go check with doctor tomorrow however, I got a little concerned with the cleanliness of the place. I hope I did not get any contagious disease.

Date: April 22, 2023 (UPDATED REVIEW)Do NOT go there. I have been a faithful ME member at Brickell for years so has my husband. The spa used to be really nice. However, the management and customer service is disorganized and horrible. I booked a 80 minute massage two weeks ago. (12:00 to 1:30) I arrived right before 12:00. I was told my massage was at 12:30. I was positive it was at 12:00. My therapist was on a break at 12:00. I entered the room and the therapist tells me we only have 50 minutes. I booked an 80 minute massage. The manager comes in and informs me that he called me in the morning and changed the time. (No message left) His excuse was the therapist was working too many hours. (They booked my appointment 2 weeks ago) Also, after much back and forth about it, I agreed to 50 minutes. The manager tells the therapist to do the full 50 minutes. He walks out. The therapist tells me to get dressed because she could not do a full 50 minute massage... WTH is this about... I serious would NOT go to the Brickell location. The therapists do not speak English, the place is disorganized, the front desk dirty. Not a good place to be. I am calling the owner as his S. Miami location is perfectly clean and run well. I am also reporting this to corporate.

Great experience top to bottom, head to toe. Doris gave me a new body yesterday… Chronic pain in my shoulder seems to have disappeared! Got a massage from Brad two weeks ago and it was also amazing... fell asleep twice! Highly recommend both this Massage Envy location and recommend Doris & Brad personally! Going to keep up my every-two-weeks massage regimen for sure!Update: Keeping up my self-care regimen as often as possible with my busy work schedule, I had a facial last night with Katherine... wonderful!! Super relaxing & my face looks so clean and beautiful this morning. Katherine has a lovely touch (even through the extractions LOL), created a custom experience for me, and was very informative about the products she used on me and why she used them. I hope I can keep this up at least once a month!

I’ve been to a variety of Massage Envy’s before and always enjoy the service. I had the opportunity to have David as my service provider. WOW! David listened to what my needs were by targeting my areas of tension. I can tell he cares about his clients because of the focus he puts into the pressure applied to the body and the areas he was focusing on to help relieve that tension. I wanted to try other providers just because but after having him, I don’t think I want to anymore haha. Thanks David!

Doris is the best! I’ve been coming to her every month for about a year. She has many years of experience, is kind, professional, and reliable. She pays close attention when you tell her what areas of your body are giving you problems/any pain your having. She is also respectful about your time during your massage. For example, sometimes I’m in a talkative mood and sometimes I just want to take a nap. Haha. Her and her husband have given my mother and I a massage in the same room and they were so patient and thoughtful. She’s the reason I continue coming to this place. Thank you so much Doris!!My experience at the front desk is a different story. I’ve had issues with gift card, credits, and a few no-so-friendly encounters. Definitely not something you want to deal with after getting a relaxed massage. I’ve been told the manager/supervisor would reach out to apologize for an experience I had with a gift card issue but I never got the call. There is person that is helpful, professional, and friendly. But besides this one young woman, most of the time the people in the front seem to lack customer service experience. Even the manager on duty.Nevertheless, because of Doris, and because they have resolved my concern, I give them 5-star.

I had a great massage with Madeline! She was very attentive, helpful, and really listened to my concerns. The next day my neck and back were feeling much much better. The space is clean and very conveniently located in Brickell! I for sure recommend and will be back!

I have been seeing Joanna for my facials for years now! I even followed her from her previous location! She is the best! I also just had a massage with Marais and was blown away! She will be my new massage therapist!

I’m a long time member. This branch allows you to book 30 minutes of Rapid tension relief (massage gun) through the app and the website. The branch doesn’t do 30 minutes of RTR when I called to come in. All the other branches do… even asked the receptionist to double check.

Horrible experience dealing with account freeze, cancellations - trying to speak with managers.I feel completely taken advantage of.This franchise only cares about their bottom line - could care less about their customers.I will never send any family member, friend, mother, father to any of their locations ever again. I have never felt so bad about a cancellation experience in my life.

Worst customer service. I only signed up for 6 months package and they overcharged me every month after and do not feel the need to inform the customer. Do not come here.

After walking a half hour in the heat they cancelled my appointment as I was about to walk in the door! No emergency, just a scheduling error. Wouldnt be an issue except this has happened several times. They never offer a remedy, just a woops! Will be cancelling my membership here!

I really enjoy getting massages at ME. My only complaint is that not all providers are equally competent. That being said, my latest massage was with Natasha and it was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and addressed my needs. Will be asking for her in the future.

I’ve been to many therapist and David V is one of the best I’ve been to. He always make sure work my sore/tight areas well, along with still providing a relaxing deep tissue full body massage. He’s an expert in positioning the body and folding the sheet around extremities to get deep into areas without feeling exposed. I’ve had many therapist that don’t do this so they never can hit the legs well. I have been throughly impressed this past year and I won’t be going to anyone else!! If you want a great massage check out DAVID V! But you better book in advance. He fills up quick!!

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Massage Envy in Brickell! Natasha is an exceptional massage therapist and I will be booking with her again in the near future. I highly recommend Natasha!! I would also like to recognize the outstanding customer service from Jennifer at the front desk. Jennifer recognized my needs without me even vocalizing them and took a proactive approach to ensure my massage therapist, Natasha, was wearing a face mask during our session. I care for an immunocompromised family member therefore I personally wear a mask as appropriate but never expect others to wear a mask since it is a personal choice. Dont get a membership, its a horribly run place. After I came in to cancel my membership, I got charged at the next billing cycle even though they said I wouldnt. Stopped back at the store, apparently theyre dealing with a lot of cancelations and of course the manager was not there. So they took down my number and said someone will be in touch. Nobody has been in touch. So now I am just disputing through my credit card company. Not worth it because youll be dealing with trash management/ownership when you decide to cancel

2 years with this company and I have never had such bad customer service experience as the one the MANAGER DIEGO RAMIREZ gave me. I called trying to canceled my subscription which I thought I canceled 5 months ago and that guy was screaming on the phone like i was gonna understand more if he scream’s, telling me that their staff was trained so well that it was impossible for them to make a mistake of miscommunication. Ridiculous and poor customer service from that guy.

Natasha is absolutely the BEST. She knows exactly where to treat and uses the right amount of firm pressure. Most therapists are afraid to really treat the lower back so not to make me uncomfortable.. but that’s where I need the most attention sometimes! She’s not afraid to do the work and keeps it super professional. I highly recommend, just communicate your preferences to her throughout your session.

Beatriz was awesome! She was by far one of the best therapists I have had at Massage Envy. She was attentive to every area and applied just the right pressure. When visiting Miami, I will definately request Beatriz. I totally recommend booking a massage with Beatriz, you will not be disappointed.

I am a massage envy customer and this was my first time at the Brickell location. I’m sure there are other great therapists there but let me just say that Doris was better than I expected. She had everything. Experience, asked you if you wanted high/low pressure and wasn’t rushing the massage in any way. I’ve been a member since august of 2021 and I’m loving my membership so far. I’ve been seeing Joanna as my primary esthetician and she’s changed my life. My skin feels so much better now. I 100% trust all her recommendations and suggestions. People write that they’re being “pushed to buy expensive products” but I disagree with them. I’m not feeling I’m being pushed to buy anything, but rather shown specific products for my skin, and I’m definitely not trying to save a couple of dollars when it comes to my health.

My wife has a massage w David after a week of travel and was feeling tense and stiff. David managed to help alleviate her stiffness and she felt much better after her session. Highly recommend

I’ve been getting massages and facials here throughout the pandemic and always feel safe. The health and safety measures are evident throughout the space, and the staff are very diligent about taking temperatures, making sure everyone uses hand sanitizer upon entering the facility, and wearing masks. They also open all doors for you, so you don’t have to touch anything yourself. The services are also great. My recent facial with Joanna was wonderful and my skin feels like silk now. She’s super gentle and efficient with whatever products she uses. Will def return to see her again!

Liliana has a welcoming presence and listens to what you want. Her firm massage is great for folks who like a deeper massage (like me) and was definitely one of the best I’ve had in Miami. The price point also can’t be beat.

The bad place ever! Dont go, a massage chair is better. You go to relax and you will stressing. The masseuse ( Joisellyn) at Brickell, she did more than 20 minutes less massage time paid for as it took a while to start and finished ahead of time as well as giving a horrible glove massage asked where I wanted some more massage and I said back and neck so she stayed all the time in these regions and didnt do the whole body, she still had 15 minutes to finish the time and she refused to do the whole body and was rude. After all that, I toldthe attendants to charge me at leastmassage experience of my life halfhour and they didnt solve anything, I said they called the manager (I dont know who he is or where he was) and he said they couldnt do anything. I booked an hour full body, they gave me a horrible massage of not even 40 minutes and only on my back and I had to pay the full amount for an hour full body. The most bad experience that in my life !

Doris is one of the best therapists. I felt so relaxed and stress free after my massage. She is the best. And my back facial with Joanna was to die for. I have never been so relaxed. She explained the product she was using and the difference was quite significant.

My sessions started with a stretch therapy with Daniel. He was very good at explaining each stretch and each muscle we were working. He made sure to remind me which areas to point out as needing attention during my massage.Beatriz was probably the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I pointed out the areas that were tight and she got right to work. She did not mess around! I will make sure to schedule all future visits with Beatriz!

Ileana is the best! I keep my Envy Massage membership just to get my monthly massage with her. She’s excellent.

#1 this was a booked as a Couples Massage, and we were separated... also, Dont bring anyone there as a gift... as I was being told how grateful and happy my guest was, staff members went into action on a sales pitch... I PAID for this experience, this wasnt a heavily discounted vacation package with a mandatory sales pitch for a timeshare, but its what it felt like. Ruined the mood instantly... THANKS! Im a member at the Mission Bay location and get massages very often... MY 60 min massage at this location with Beatriz lasted about 35-40 min and was a poor experience. Felt rushed and completely uninterested in what she was doing... my guest claims the massage was good, which is why I left 2 stars instead of 1. Id recommend going to a different location or a different Massage company entirely in the area... and Ive been a massage envy member for over 10 years and have been to many locations... this is the 1st review I ever wrote about them.

Edit: changed to 1 star because they’ve been charging me despite two cancel requests. Amex were even confused because they deauthorized them.Customer service is great but it’s so hard to get a masseuse who specializes in deep tissue. Melisa was great but she doesn’t work there anymore.For my third visit I called (mainly because the app doesn’t even let me book) and specifically asked for someone who can really get into my muscles, but it turned out to be an oil bath. Eugh.After the session I said it wasn’t good and need someone stronger for next time. In the list of names they recommended they said the first person I saw who I also complained about only having a light touch.It seems every masseuse claims they can do it all and front desk just takes their word for it.When it’s good it’s great. When it’s average it’s bad.

Had a facial with Joanna today and she was amazing. Talked to me step by step and my skin looked fantastic after our session. However, the front desk really push their packages/products and it really takes away from the experience. I understand that it is the company creating this environment but it comes off as way too pushy. I appreciate the information on the products/packages but if I want a product/package I will purchase myself, once I say no thank you and they begin to persist and ask me why, it becomes borderline badgering. Corporate should really reconsider this tactic.

Beatriz is absolutely wonderful. The massages are consistently good and she is very good at breaking out knots if I have any. Shes highly recommended!Its also important to point out that of youre at all considering getting a massage during this pandemic, do yourself a favor and get one at this Massage Envy location. Im a physician and I can tell you they are doing a wonderful job at responsibly screening patients and keeping the areas spotless. Theres rubbing alcohol everywhere. This is a safe place to go for a massage during the pandemic and I have no concerns for contracting the virus there. We all deserve some relaxation!!

Joanna did such an amazing job with my facial, my husband thought I was wearing makeup afterwards bc my skin was so clear! Joanna was so knowledgeable about the skin & the products she was using! I absolutely LOVED my massage with Patricia. I went in and told her that I wanted to relax, and destress, but also to work through some of the knots in my back. She was amazing.Ive never had a massage therapist put so much time into my knots. She didnt just spend 2-3 minutes on it and move on. She kept working through it to make sure we actually decreased the size of the knot, and could feel it release.She was SO attentive, asked me if the table was the right temperature, asked if I wanted to lights darker, asked if I wanted the music more quiet, she kept checking to make sure I was happy and content. She made for an incredibly warm and welcoming environment, while still being extremely thorough on my back.Patricia is one of the best therapists I have ever seen. Im only in town for the weekend, but if youre near by, you NEED to see Patricia. She is kind, strong, and knows what shes doing!

Natalie was extremely professional and a very sweet girl. She explained everything she was doing to help me understand what it did for my skin, was always checking that I was comfortable and enjoying my service, and left my face glowing. I will definitely come back and recommend her to many others!

I’ve seen Marisor a few times and she’s a great therapist! The front desk staff checks you in and out politely and efficiently. The place has a dim relaxing vibe and smells great too. The only reason why I’m not leaving 5 stars is the massage-launge/waiting-area has all leather sofas broken. It not only looks bad…my legs get pinched every time I sit there to wait! 😓 I wish they changed them!

Giving this review bc I’ve been going there for over year and till today all the people that do massages aren’t real masseuse , they all need trainings. Is really not a good massage and I hope you guys start seeing that they need training

I really enjoyed my massage with the gentleman. I loved the heated tableand the room temperature was excellent. The staff that works there are very nice. The procedures to find out what type of message youre looking for and if you any medical issues are very professional and I really appreciated it. I wish I can give 0 star. My husband appointment was canceled 15min before time, when were already on our way. For mine, when I was booking the appointment for me and my husband I requested for 2 female therapist, but to my surprise, when we got there I was given a male therapist which I declined. Imagine we were the one that canceled 15 minutes prior to the time, Im sure we would have been charged for that, but for them, they went scot-free without penalty

I used to great massage in eastern Europe. I am spoiled. Unfortunately, this place is mediocre at the best. I tried it once and that’s it.I won’t be back. I asked for deep tissue massage and they did it with knuckle and elbow, not fingers. I did not feel relieved after the massage. Would better use massage chair. Will feel much better. When i did jot want to leave a top i got a bad look. But why should i leave a tip for massage over $100 that i did not enjoy. Unfortunately, locals know nothing about great massage. Will be searching for another place.

Ashley was great, she was very attentive and asked a lot of questions about my routine and seem genuinely concerned. My face looked great and felt great afterwards. The Brickell store is very nice, though there seem to be problems with the streaming audio of the overhead music, it doesn’t sound very good and is a little distracting during treatments.Also got a massage from Catty, she was also very nice and completely focused on my treatment and making sure I was comfortable. Very good first impressions all around.

I was about to cancel my membership cause my favorite therapist is no longer with ME, but Ari is amazingly knowledgeable and professional. It is noticeable that she knows what she is doing and really enjoys it. Her vibes are superb!!!! Highly recommend her

DONT BE FOOLED. It’s a nice place, but don’t be fooled with the pricing. They “sell” a great discount with membership deals and it seems you are getting a good deal for a monthly massage, but only to be forced afterwards to leave a huge tip based on regular pricing (which is insane), if not they cancel your next appointments and you are not able to get their services. Do you are stuck.And to get appointments with the few good therapists is impossible, so you will be stuck with some others that are not worth the expense. I know great therapists that do home visits for the same or less money. I have been a member for a long time, but lately it’s all about the business, and not the members, so I am cancelling.

Natasha and Marco Polo are the best masage therapists at this location. Marco Polo has an exceptionally wide vast of knowledge but you have to book him weeks in advance as everyone loves him. Natasha is my go to when he is not available. She helped to lose up my stiff neck and shoulders couple of times.I would not recommend to get a facial here as every time I found an esthetican who knows what my skin needs, they leave after few month. Then you get another one who just experiments on you end recommends you to try another products.

She guided me to my massage therapist Steven, who was an angel on earth !! He asked the proper questions on what my body goes through to provide the best possible service. And he excelled. I have been a member for years and wouldnt trade this location for anything in the world! Im beyond satisfied every time I leave.I suffer from chronic shoulder pain and as of recent, back pain and Steph is just the best; she is very attentive and knows how to get all the tension and toxins out! ENVY massage are scammers! Be careful with memberships that they are offering!If you signed one you have 3 days to cancel it! No worries. But they will tell you that they cancel and never cancel it. So charges on the way!Could recommend only to block the card and to find a lawyer to get from them all the confirmations.Also you always could to record your calls!!!!!If they said that your contract were cancelled. Do not trust. You could call to other location and ask is it active or not. Dont be surprised that its still active.

I am 7 months pregnant and I am doing my prenatal massages weekly with David in Brickell and he has been great, he has helped me with my back problems and also is a very kind person!

I went for a massage with Doris and I left like new! The pain in my neck and calf was so much better! Never disappoints! Doris is great, very recommended!

It was not the best massage I have ever had, but still pretty good for being with a therapist who has never worked with me and only 60 minutes (vs 90). My therapist did exactly as I asked, which was to only concentrate on the tension in my neck. She was very friendly and even gave me a little bit of massage oil to take with me because she said I needed it 😂I don’t love when they try to sell you on a package, but I get that it’s the business of the place.

Ashley is wonderful! She takes the time to really address your skin concerns and recommend products and routines that will give you wonderful skin results. I’ve been getting facials at this location for years and Ashley stands out as a knowledgeable and genuinely caring esthetician.

I go to Beatriz every week and she’s absolutely amazing! Before I started seeing her I had excruciating neck problems that made it hard to live everyday life. Since then, I’ve had so much relief, my problem is almost nonexistent.

Hello,I contacted massage envy regarding the need to cancel my subscription due to traveling and not being around- after my one year contract had expired with payment always on time.I was told that I needed to go in to a location (nothing specified) and that this was the only option. I asked if they could email me docs as I am unable to go in person- they told me no.After a couple of weeks I was able to go to a massage envy location (in midtown) and I requested to terminate the membership. They told me that it was fine and that I would be receiving papers sent.A week and a half later I get a call from that location, saying that it was misinformation and that I had to go to the location I initially signed up at. Again, I am not able to go in person as this is highly inconvenient for me.I called them, and a manager emailed me papers- which I had to again, go in person to give.Now I am charged for the december membership fee due to the time never ending, and then charged for january- despite my attempts to resonate with someone to help me.I have printed the papers finally and am able to go in once and for all next week. I called and I had 4.5 hours to use, so I asked to schedule 90 min for myself and my father to get it over with and cancel everything.I am told that I have to pay $10 in transfer fee (absolutely no courtesy to my situation whatsoever after all this time) and to pay for 30 min for my father. No exceptions.I explained to the manager that the reason why I need to cancel is due to being pregnant and I just cannot get massages anymore as I am not comfortable. I asked him to help me and allow the 90 minutes x 2 and just keep the remaining 90 minutes as I just want this to be over with- he said no, and that I can just forfeit the remaining time (which I paid for against my will).Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience. Awful. Zero compassion and understanding, zero effort or even ounce of interest in helping me. Terrible business strategy and I feel forced. No regards to MY time and the misinformation that Their agents gave me Twice.I too operate a business and I would never treat my customers like this. To continue charging me and forcing me to get massages when pregnant instead of just letting me use the time left and leave. To charge me and not waive any additional fees despite knowing all of the above- disgusting.

The Massage Envy staff is awesome! Chris and the management team there are so helpful with their recommendations. Stephanie and Doris are exceptional therapists for deep tissue massage. I always incorporate stretch and rapid tension relief for my lower back pain which keeps it at bay with regular services. I highly recommend this location for great service!

My massage therapist, Iliana, has magic hands! She got right to work on the trouble spots I identified and I could feel her breaking up all my trigger points immediately and I am now pain free! I am now a Massage Envy member and schedule my monthly massage with Iliana every time.

I’ve been going to this Massage Envy location for a few years now and think it’s the best one around. Osneidy and David are both amazing massage therapists and I’ve been able to work with them consistently over this time. They’re both fantastic with sport/deep-tissue massage and I can’t recommend them more highly.I always tell people that a massage is half the therapist’s ability/technique and half your direction or guidance. If they don’t know what sort of pressure you prefer, what activities you do to exercise, or if they hit a pressure point that hurts, they can’t adjust what they’re doing. I think finding a massage therapist or two who you like and who you can work with consistently allows them to get to know your preferences over time, so all you have to do is show up and know that you’ll be getting the most out of your time there.

My out of state membership applied while in Florida so I booked a massage and was so glad I did. It felt great! The massage therapist was professional and asked if the pressure was ok. The serenity waiting room had water and herbal teas available. It was quiet and the dimmed lights helped set the tone for relaxation.

My experience with Marais was very impressive like always. I been going to that location for 3 years now and she is the only one who can do my facials.Another note. I been having few misunderstandings with the front desk customer service.About a two months or so I had scheduled for a pealing, I called to reschedule the time due to work, when I called the lady that spoke with changed my time and never told that I was going to be with somebody else, keep in mind, in my profile it says that I only want to be seen by Marais.When I got there a young short hair black African American approached and ask me if was ready , I was very confused because I thought it was with Marais.After few minutes of thinking I went ahead and got the pealing with the young lady.As I’m coming out I found out that the pealing wasn’t cover, I got very upset cause I felt it was something I’ve should’ve known but since I know how the front desk is went ahead and paid. Didn’t want to argue.I left very upset and was thinking of canceling my membership but i didn’t.The job that the young lady did was bad, I only pealed around my nose.Second issues. I scheduled an microdermabrasion with Maries, I called to rescheduled dude to work, when I called that lady I talked to offered another statistician which I replied no, put me for whenever Marais is open.I don’t like be ask to see somebody since on my profile it says that I only want to get seen by Marais.I’m a Veteran that travels a lot due to work and every time I call the front desk I have call once or twice to make sure the appointment is for the day I scheduled, Even before I went in yesterday I had to ask if I was cover so It doesn’t l happened that i going in thinking i was cover when I wasn’t.Overall the place is clean and a very good place to relax. Went for a massage after quite a while. Got an appointment with Stephanie at the Massage Envy location on Brickell. Awesome!!!!!! She is an experienced masseuse. Needless to say, I booked her for a weekly massage for the rest of the year.

The massage was OK. But I’ve never had a massage therapist have a long nails that you could feel and chew gum while doing a massage. Kind of tacky.

I just sign up for membership at Spa Envy and so far it has exceeded expectations. My masseur David was professional and perfectly combined deep tissue and relaxation techniques. Also the store owner offered an extra 30 mins free extension, which it was very much appreciated.

This was my first time back since Covid. Same hospitable good greeting . Randomly assigned STEPH. I hit the lottery in the sense that I have serious back issues . Double spinal fusion, intrathecal pump implanted in abdomen for back pain medication delivery.My back, shoulders and arms radiate with pain, muscle cramping and knots. After reviewing my situation she went to work….it was exactly what the doctor ordered. Deep tissue penetration to loosen up the muscle spasms and knots and when I walked out I felt like a new person. I will be seeing her regularly and highly recommend her. She’s actually a step above a masseuse and she has an intricate knowledge of muscle and ligament connection, she is an expert in her field. Highly recommend, five stars, hands-down!

They took an appointment and then called to cancel. They said the receptionist is in training as it was my problem. Then said well it wasn’t that long ago you made this appointment as if that excused it. Supervisor kept talking over me- she said even though a lot is available as a new guest they need more time because I haven’t been there….I explained I’d been there 2 months ago and she then said we have new systems so we need to re-enter your info and we are understaffed….I told her you have a therapist and took a booking- the only issue is you don’t have reception staff….lucy the supivisor is really terrible and made me stressed versus helping with stress. Badly run and low end- avoid

Stephanie is talented beyond words! I feel like I got a medical procedure done not a massage. Not a single fluff stoke just pure detailed massage. I see why I had to wait a month for the experience. Thank you Steph.

🤨 was my face leaving Massage Envy in Brickell.Pros:- Friendly- Clean- Easy to find- Price- Heated tablesCons:- Therapist was an old lady and clearly not trained - honestly seemed like they were making it up as they went along. She massaged my bone, repeatedly.- Pressure was not consistent and I specifically asked for extremely firm deep tissue- Paid for 1 hour only got 45 minutes- Did not follow instructions on areas of concentration- After telling the receptionist we weren’t happy with our massage she tried to up sell us on a package 🙄That’s out experience. Perhaps you might have a trained therapist, perhaps not.

Absolutely terrible experience. Worst customer service and massage experience. Except for the first massage every massage since has been terrible and I’ve complained to management and no one has even bothered to get in touch. During my last massage the therapist was coughing all over and the hygiene was dismal. Even after multiple complaints no one bothers to get back to you. All they care about is taking your money.

The massage was very good and the staff overall was very attentive. However, it is VERY annoying that the front desk people push you to buy the 12 month membership. It seems like they are deaf because when a customer says “I don’t need it or want it” they don’t understand and keep pushing you to convince you. So annoying! Possibly I would never come back because of that. Good job Massage Envy scaring your customers away.

I went to massage envy for a facial with Joanna. She was kind and very communicative during the facial to explain the steps and the products she was using. I also appreciated not being overly sold or pushed/pressured to buy additional products. I will be returning. Thank you!

- Placed account on hold twice.. Both times they never recorded the hold.- this most recent time i called in to use my account after having it on hold.. they tried to tell me that i owe them 4 months of payments.. after having a 10 min conversion i was told someone would call me back- fast forward 2 weeks later i call back in... explain my situation, the girl puts me on hold and then answers the phone and says how can i help you.. I asked her did she not hear what i was just explaining and then she says no too much background noise, no apology nothing, super rude customer service...stay away from this place as your home location

Very inconsistent quality massage.Absence of availability to cancel membership prior to one year of the contract. Even if you didn’t like the service.After filling the cancellation form they still charge you.I would not recommend this place.

Went to Massage Envy for the first time in YEARS today and let me tell you it was much needed. I was gifted a gift card for the holidays and went to the Brickell location because it was the closest. Let me tell you they did not disappoint! The receptionists are sweet and informative. I was booked for a 60 minute deep tissue with some extras with Beatiz. She was wonderful. So wonderful Im going back next week! Lol The pitch at the end to become a member is mandatory for them so I dont take offense to it but I dove in and signed up because my body needs it. Cant wait to go back!

Same complain as Natalie Saltz. I hope this helps :1. The facilities and the physiotherapists are great, BUT2. They lack of proper communication with their customers regarding memberships and updates3. My experience with them have been very poor and they will do whatever it takes to avoid a membership cancellationIve been charged $65 every month for a 10 month period, without having any massage and the alternatives they give me are: 1) request a freeze plus form in which I can take my 10 massages available in a period of 6 months but anyway I have to pay $10 each month of those 6 months, and only after that I could ask for a request to cancel my membership. This means, that I forget to ask for it, they will charge me again & the second option the offer is 2) That I can fill a request for cancellation right now, but they will give just 2 months to use my 10 massages.AND that I can only give away 1 massage every 6 months to another person, which doesnt make sense.Neither of the alternatives are good deals for a customer, but the issue isnt that. The issue is that if you dont call them to ask, they wont let you know, follow up or suggest you to do something, they will just keep charging you.

I really love Beatriz for massage and Jo for stretching there ! Great people !But .. the front … oh my god … definitely need to pay more attention to their clients + over the phone service… I put me on hold saying “let me check the schedule” and 3 mins later another person pick up the phone “how can I help you”… no more comments needed…

Fast check in and check out and the best, I found the most knowledgeable massage therapist who understands my specific issues, makes suggestions to me to work on and adjust in between massages/treatments. Very satisfied with my membership now. The trick is to find someone you trust. That is when you receive the most value from your membership.

Just had a massage with Xiomara. I had been experiencing leg stiffness and soreness from dance fitness classes. She was amazing and very informative. Will definitely be coming back. She really relaxed me and got deep into the muscles I needed her to.

I am in Miami on vacation and my back was tweaked! I made a last minute appointment at 9am to see Beatrix and it was worth it! She was a amazing! I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip and relax! Thanks!

I have been to many 5 star resorts/spas and I can say with complete confidence that he has given me the best massage by FAR. If you call and hes booked for the next month- dont be surprised. I’m a new member and coming in for my first visit Jhancell made the entire experience such a pleasure! From the moment I came in to check in for my appointment to the very end when I was leaving he gave such great customer service. He gave me the entire run down of everything I needed to know and also told me about some promotions that were going on which I ended up getting $300 worth of gift cards! Jhancell was such a delight to have at the front desk and now I can’t wait till my next visit!

I highly recommend getting a massage with Natasha! She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She has been consistently helping me to feel absolutely amazing despite my severe scoliosis.

Truly appalled at the way this location communicates and does business. I will mention that the massage therapist I saw on my first visit was wonderful.I do not primarily live in the states! I tried several modes of communication pertaining to the cancellation of my membership after the 6 months was over, which all fell on death ears. Called several times, snail mail and e-mail. I eventually received a response via email, indicating my membership was cancelled. Ive e-mailed 3 times since, over a period of a little under two months. No response. Leaves one to wonder how this business operates. Very odd and strange. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will have to find another parlor to frequent while there, as I wouldnt dare give them another penny.

The therapists are good, but management is terrible, this is the second time they overbooked or just lost our booking. Secondly they have an automated phone dialed to remind you of your payments and to book your next appointment, but god forbid the computer would remind the member of your appointment is coming up in an hour or two. I honk they do this intentionally so you forget and they doc you half you me session. If there was a zero star I would give that.My experience at the Coral gables location has been much better.P

Purchased the annual package for $65 monthly. At first it seemed like a great deal and have found it useful but the Brickell location staff make you wanna schedule a massage after talking to them. Extremely rough for a wellness center. Very abrasive and unorganized. I live right next to them and prefer to driving to the Midtown location just to avoid dealing with them. Cancelled the service once it got to a year and still got changed and the staff member that answer was annoyed because I wanted know why I was charged 👀 .Extremely poor customer service. Not against massage envy’s the brand but would never be interested in dealing with Brickell location.

Natasha is an amazing therapist 🤩!She gives thorough and healing massages. Her pressure and technique are perfect. She is knowledgeable, loving and kind . So thankful for her🥰

I am not sure why this place got such low ratings because I had an amazing experience.Claudia is a great masseuse and really did a great job getting all my aches and pains out during my deep tissue massage. I have a stiff back so I tend to start off with hard pressure until I can not take any more. Sensing my pain, Claudia kept checking in with me when she thought I was uncomfortable and would adjust her pressure accordingly.I usually have bad experiences with facials since my skin is so sensitive but I had a great experience here with that service as well! No allergic reactions and she talked me through everything she was doing so I would feel comfortable. In fact, I was so relaxed, I even managed to fall asleep during the extraction process.This is now my new massage venue- I will be back for future visits.

They Stole TWO services I had pre paid and do not accept to acknowledge validity. THE FRANCHISE SHOULD BE CAREFUL with potential damages this store might do to their name.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

I returned to Massage Envy for the first time since March and felt totally comfortable due to the excellent new hygiene and precautions the business has put in place. It felt amazing to get my first facial in months and I will definitely be back soon.

What a scam of a place with horrible management and customer service!! My husband had a membership there -worst idea ever dont do it!! They claim to allow you to transfer unused credit. They charged us to transfer the credit and once I arrived they said they could service me unless I went back home and brought an ID. Then the “manager” on duty Luci Jean-Baptist told me I can’t stand at the counter I have to “take a seat” while I wait for my husband. They charged us to transfer fee, she charged us a cancelation fee, and they didn’t give any services!! Scam scam scam thieves and horrible customer service

Visited Jan 22 for a massage and facial.Disappointed with the lady (believe her name is Adriana) that provided both services.I work on my feet for 10 to 12 shifts. She never massaged my lower back or legs.Never had a person do both. Masage and Facial.Walked out thinking “what did she to my face, other than scrub it with some creams?”If I ever return, which I will have to consider returning, please make sure I am not booked with her, and make sure I have a professional masseuse and A professional skin care person.

Doris is a very professional therapist, attentive and experienced, always ready to provide and create a custom session for you. She is a credit and a asset to Massage Envy. Thru the as a member of Massage Envy my overall health has improved in part to the to Massage Envy therapy’s.

Friendly team willing to help you feel relaxed. I do my services with Bree. She knows what to work on after a brief 2 min consultation. Leslie is also good. She applies firm pressure and uses the warmed towels to soothe your muscle. Claudia/camille is great. She stretches you and applies firm pressure. Easily get same day appts. I have never felt rushed, even late at night.
