My back was in pain, so stress it was an emergency I called and they had availability for me on the same day, blessed! everyone was so nice and the first machine and Susan massaging was amazing!. They saved my life 😂 I feel like new. Way better. And walked out with a lot of professional advices and for sure coming back because I already book the family membership! Thanks

Bait and switch pricing with questionable business practices. I booked 2, 90 minutes massages for $120 plus tax tip and another $17.50 for aroma therapy. We were only given a 60 minute massage that has an introductory price of $85 online, which I had to pull up and address when I went to the front desk and they said because I was from out of town and not a member my pricing for 60 minutes is $120 each. Finally after about 3 minutes of debate, the gentleman did do the right thing and reduce the price to $85 per massage.Aromatherapy consisted of having to remind the massage therapist 20 minutes into the massage that I paid for aromatherapy, then him spraying one spray under my face while laying face down. When I asked if that was it about 5 minutes later he aggressively smeared it on my lips chin and nose with a surprise reach under and slap it on my face. My, “that was nice”, was sarcasm. I’m pretty cool about things but that was not cool.My recommendation is to find another place, as I will next time I’m in town.

I had a very disappointing experience at MassageLuXe Miami. Initially, they quoted me $120 for a massage, which seemed reasonable. However, after the session, they tacked on an additional $90 for something called pressure points that I neither requested nor was informed about beforehand.I was shocked and felt deceived by this surprise charge. Its outrageous that they would add services without prior consent and then expect customers to pay. Reading other reviews, it seems this is a common practice, which makes me wonder how theyre still in business.I would not recommend MassageLuXe Miami to anyone. Their business practices are misleading, and their customer service is lacking. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more transparent and reputable massage place.

Overall good, not amazing.I expect much more for the Swedish massage, it was a little bit boring instead of a relax experience and from the cabin I heard everything that happened outside, no relax music or smells.Very respectful, beautiful and clear place. The front desk was excellent, the hidroluxe massage machine was the best part, highly recommend instead of the Swedish massage.

He is an excellent massage therapist! Excellent massage overall and he will actually share some insight on muscle movements. When I’m in Miami again- I will definitely come back here!

Wish i could get my money back. purchased a groupon for an hour long swedish massage with hydroluxe, not only did the masseuse not do the hydroluxe, but he did not go for the full amount. when i went to check out, they tried to charge me $17 extra for an add on service they claimed that i got (i did not sign up for this). why would i pay that when i didn’t even get what i actually signed up for? aside from all of this, the massage itself wasn’t even good. i hardly even felt anything. what a waste of money.

Frauds!!! Also Terrible massage! 2/10!!! We Paid for 90 mins x2 $150 and x2 and was only massaged for 59 mins and 62 mins!!! Saying they give time for you to get dressed and undressed! lol 28 mins??? Then I said just charge me for the 60 mins they said they would call the police! So I agreed as I had a witness and they wouldn’t!Avoid avoid avoid

My recent massage experience was unsatisfactory. The therapist delivered lackluster and unpleasant movements, leaving me feeling as if I gained knots rather than relaxation. The overall session felt lazy, and to add to the frustration, it came with a hefty price tag. Definitely not worth the expense for such a disappointing massage.

Downtown Miami location -My girlfriend and I went for a couples massage and facial. Our experience here was AMAZING from initial phone call to book with the friendly and helpful Patrice and Joan at the front desk, through the end.Massages: Chris was able to provide and tailor the massage to my girlfriends needs and provided us with helpful tips and information on how to prevent back and joint pain including stretches etc. Dani was a sweetheart as well and helped relieve my chronic pain in my neck and shoulders from my migraines and TMJ. Both added on the hot stone (highly recommend). Girlfriend added on CBD treatment (could take or leave). I added on scalp treatment and was amazing as well and would recommend.Facial: Josefina was WONDERFUL and provided me with so much useful information about my skin and the best way to address my issues and services she recommended per my specific request.Will definitely be returning and am so happy with all of the staff and our experience today! :)- Breanna & Sam

Not professional at all, I asked for 60 minutes reflexology massage and the guy that did my massage only did 10 minutes of my foot’s, clearly he don’t know what is reflexology.I also added 30 minutes extra for my back and I had so much pain after, he didn’t ask me even once if the pressure was good for me…Not recommend

THE BEST MASSAGE EVER !!!....Book with LEYANIS she is absolutely amazing. The best massage I have had in a long time. I go every month for 2hrs and have been getting massages for over 30 years but she surprised me. She didnt miss a spot, it was a mix of Deep Tissue and Thai, she is very skilled and I feel amazing!

I’ve been healed by Christopher on many occasions. I have an extensive work load that adds much physical stress to my body. I’ve tried many massage therapists and unfortunately have not found one until him. I’ve been getting sessions with him about once a month and it has helped my journey to place me in a healthy position to continue my work.

This place is a joke. I only joined to support a regular customer of mine and I canceled the membership and was told I have 31/2 hours to use before 9/23/2023. I was told I can give them to family members or friends, or use them myself by the experation date. I decided to give them to my best friend and my boss at work and went to go there and they come with this hidden fee of $20 to transfer the hour to someone else. Its been since July and I spoke with them several times and NO MENTION of a transfer fee. I recommend to stay away from here. The fee must be a top they trying to receive and we was gonna tip big and I made referrals but its over now. Massage luxe yall need to get it together cuz thats bad business

I am not really a fan of massages, but this was the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. My massage therapist, Fior, was the best! She was very sweet and asked all of my preferred focused areas. I love the overall experience and the front desk Gabby was outstanding. 1000/10 experience totally recommend after a long day or start of the day.

Y’all almost got a zeros. Since the manager tried to play me about the 24 hour policy. She didn’t inform me of it during my same day $200 package scheduling. But, Amanda and the lady whom did my facial (sorry I don’t remember her name) helped redeem my review to a 5 stars. That massage was bomb!!!

Facial didn’t provide any details on service so had bad skin reaction. Massage a bit rough but nice touches such as hot stones.Front desk staff not honest about pricing, tried to upsell. Say massage is 50 minutes for 5 mins dress up and down — but then 2 hour massage was only 1:40 which makes no sense.Would not return

Ever since you cross the door, Angie, Lianet, Joan, Patrice, Noemi and the other girls are incredibly kind and resourceful. Renee did a wonderful job and really relieved my pains. Girls at the front desk are inexperienced. They don’t understand promotions or marketing listed on the website. She didn’t even know what HSA was but it’s clearly listed on the website that it’s an acceptable form of payment.They persuaded me to get a membership which I’m not mad about because hey it’s they’re job to upsell stuff. However she told me I had a grace period of 3 days to cancel. I come in the next day to do a facial and decided to cancel because it wouldn’t work with my traveling schedule and the $5 charge to pause each month wasn’t worth it to me. They tell that they can’t cancel because the manager is the only one that can do but he’s not picking up because he has Saturdays off. How is it that I’m paying money but it’s dependent on someone else’s availability that doesn’t work on Saturdays. I made the girl at the desk keep calling him because I wasn’t going to check out with a contract that I’d be stuck in if he decided not to contact me. Finally after 3 calls he finally picked up and cancelled me. I received no receipt and no apologies for the inadequate system that they have to accommodate guest. Why would I want to keep a service with A company that thinks it’s OK to run a business with a lack of service or business minded people. Don’t recommend at all. Prices are also expensive with/without the membership.

Omg! This spa legitimately, my only massage spa in Miami. Its my favorite place to go and he should definitely go as well. My masseuse Karin is highly suggested

If you are on vacation do not sign up with this service. The staff will try to upsell you telling you that you can use it anywhere in the country but the reality is there is no guarantee that the other locations will have any availability and they make it super difficult to cancel! They listed my account with my sons name and gave me a hard time on that then insist they must send you a link to cancel which expires immediately btw and their manager is beyond rude. Their massages are not that great -- they use up their hour with the undressing and dressing and they also do not have good aromatherapy options. Save yourself the money and the hassle and dont get scammed. Just as an fyi - I regularly book massages (in the states & abroad) and by far this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Been a member for a few months now. Definitely recommended to all. They dont try to push additional services on you, or try to take more money like most places will. Clean facilities, very nice receptionists. All my massages have been great, but todays with Alex was the best. Looking fwd to my next visit.

The massages are great staff is great until you actually need their help. Times are rough and it is expected for companies to be more understanding. I asked for my membership to be cancelled. The person I spoke to explained my membership was cancelled and I was all set. I now find another charge in my account and the representative explained they will not refund my account , gave me no options when I explained I was not told to sign any forms and really wanted my account cancelled. Showed no interest in helping me what’s so over given the fact the person who i spoke to previously does not work there anymore. Horrible service when it comes to canceling but great when they have your business . Make sure to ask all questions possible when getting a membership

Second time coming here and Soangul is the BEST! She did a great job on my facial,had my face glowing for 2 weeks. She really cares about your skin & her job. Book her you wont regret it! I will be back once Im back in town.

I enjoy my massages here monthly my therapist is Karin. The girls at the front desk always make it fast and easy to book. They also have an Amazing foot scrub that I love to add on.

I went in for a deep tissue twice already, very clean facility. The girls at front are very attentive, the water bed is fantastic!! Alex and Roberto are great for deep tissue. I joined their monthly program ( good deal if you want to come often).Highly recommended!

Front desk staff is great but unfortunately I just didn’t enjoy this massage. My therapist didn’t seem prepared to provide a deep tissue massage (which is what I had booked) and when I told him I prefer strong pressure, he seemed unsure and said he would try. Beyond issues with pressure, ultimately I don’t think the overall technique was there and I felt disappointed by this experience.

I come here every month, at least once. I love this spa. Everyone is very sweet and attentive, theyre also very responsive. I love that I can send a text because I dont always have the luxury of being able to place a call.Huge fan of the products and services they offer as all.They are taking things VERY seriously now. I feel extremely safe here. I have to come here for my health but I feel extremely safe doing so.

Called to see if I could be added to my sisters plan at her current date. The girl kept saying yes, but then was introducing different numbers or shorter sessions, so it was very contradicting. When I challenged what she said because it wasn’t making sense She hung up on me. I called back to see if my appointment was still on and she stated that she had hung up on me because I had an attitude and “she doesn’t due that”. If me challenging her math which is making me come at a loss is interpreted as rude she should politely transfer the call before she proceeds to continuously hang up on a potential new client.

Chris is the best masseuse! I’ve been seeing him for 90 min Swedish massages monthly for a year, and every time he has done wonders to alleviate tension and stress. Definitely recommend him.

I bought a Groupon for my boyfriend and I last November and weve been members since then.. the costumer service is impeccable and they also follow every health guideline to make us all feel safe!My favorite for deep tissue is Roberto! He really knows his stuff and leaves me tension free for at least a month and I always have back pain problems! And for a Swedish I love Bernie! He is AMAZING.. he honestly gave me one of the best massages I EVER had and definitely will keep requesting my massages with them!My boyfriends favorite is Astrid! He says she is also amazing. Always manage to put him to sleep by the end of the massage!We totally recommend this place! Exactly what we need to relax after working so much!

Sandy (owner) and Christopher were extremely disappointing with their customer service. We tried to pay prior to the massage and they ended up charging us twice. $300 for 3 people to get standard 1 hour massages. My family and I get massages monthly and have never experience something like this in 25 years. I understand that it recently opened but would suggest a soft opening to get the staff properly trained. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. Go visit the other locations because they have different owners and a COMPETENT staff.

Good location just off Biscayne Boulevard. Staff was very friendly, prompt and professional in the booking process. I had a 50 minute massage which I purchased in Groupon plus ten minute hydroluxe massage. Maria did a good job with the deep tissue massage. The post-massage hydroluxe experience was new for me and it was a nice compliment to a good massage. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat ruined with the hard-sell approach used by the staff member who was pushing a monthly auto-pay plan despite me saying I am from out of the country. After a relaxing massage, that is thing I wanted to experience.

I had an appointment with Massage Luxe about a month ago and I was very impressed with the service I received. I visited Miami for a few days and decided to get a massage while I was there. The booking was easy. I did want a woman massage therapist but there weren’t any available at the time I had chose so they gave me a guy, which was fine. I was booked with Roberto and he was amazing. He was very informative, knew what he was talking about/doing. He made sure I was ok throughout my massage, made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable or in any pain. When the massage was over, I didn’t want it to be. I was so relaxed and tension free. I would go back to this place from my experience and for sure go back to Roberto.

I went to visit massageluxe twice during my stay at Miami. As someone who constantly goes for a massage, I couldn’t be more satisfied with this one! I highly recommend seeing Roberto. He was extremely knowledgeable as a massage therapist. He was able to locate and relieve the tension in my muscles. I left feeling satisfied and renewed. I would definitely come back here at my next stay. The staff here are all extremely friendly and helpful as well:)

Love coming here whenever I need a me day. Today I came in for a facial and Tomas knows what he’s doing and had great recommendations for skincare products to use. Also all the girls up front are very welcoming and a great help. I defiantly recommend this to all my friends.

A bit disappointing. The customer service we received from their front desk was on point! Christopher youre amazing :)But the quality fell short. Both therapist had unpleasant breathe. My boyfriends therapist coughed 1 too many times. I freaked out for him b/c I know how easily he gets sick. (But too awkward to say anything). I could only imagine he was swarming...doesnt make sense to come to work ill. Not in this type of service is it appropriate. Nothing about the session besides the music and warm treatment tables felt relaxing. Techniques could have been better. The Hydrabeds had more of an impact than the actual massage.They should also consider validating parking. Doubt well be back. But beautiful and clean studio.

I absolutely loved this place! I got a one hour deep tissue massage and it was so professional and rejuvenating. My massage therapist even gave me some tips on how to stretch at home to relieve tension in between massages. Really great location, clean, sanitary, and the staff is friendly.

Really unhappy with the service. Was a member for a few months but the therapists are not good (tried several) and the service is even worse. I tried to book an hour an half massage since I had 30min free and they “accidentally “ booked me a 1h massage saying that now they couldn’t do anything about it. I was never able to use the “free” 30 minutes they gave me since there was always something. I cancelled my membership, def not worth it for what you pay.

Somehow my review was deleted so I will write it again. The actual massage service is ok. However management and customer service is terrible. They UPSELL and pressure you with their monthly subscription service when you visit. I figured I would try it out since the massage was ok. A few months later, I planned on moving out of state I called to notify them to discontinue the service. The receptionist confirmed. Two months later I am still being charged. When speaking to management they claimed I had to go online to submit a form. This was the first time anyone ever mentioned that. Because I never submitted a form they refuse to refund me. They basically make you go through all these loops and holes so you wont cancel. Its infuriating and you can get better massages and service elsewhere.

Worst experience unprofessional/ inexperienced staff. Scheduled a sports massage which included deep tissue massage and stretching of the muscles. What I received was a awkward bad stretch and a rub down. I explained my disappointment to the manager. His response was do you want to leave a tip and schedule another appointment. He wasnt concerned about my experience just how to get additional payment. I found that to confirm my observation of how unprofessional that facility operated. So I explained to the manager never again would I ever consider returning for a massage of any type at that facility. Everyone do your research

After reading a few reviews about this place, I had mixed feelings about trying, but Im glad i did. So, I had a great 90 minute massage with Ligia. It was fantastic, I really enjoyed it, soooo relaxing. Then afterwards, I decided to try their 4 layer facial after reading about it in the lobby. Incredible! The esthetician, Jennifer, was extremely knowledgeable explaining each step as she performed the facial. At the end, she removed the final mask in one piece and I could see what the mask looked like, very cool. The place is beautiful and I enjoyed it so much I decided to become a member. Im not one to sign up for memberships normally, but there is no long term commitment and you can save alot if you plan on doing this semi-regularly, which I plan to do now. The prices are reasonable, they have 4 different memberships that are kind of tailored to the services that you would like to repeat. I chose the epic membership that runs $105 but that gives me 2 hours of service that I can use each month for a facial or massage or both, I like that kind of flexibility. The hydro luxe service that’s added to the massage is alright, it’s a little odd but I didn’t hate it. You sit on a water bed that kinda massages with jets under you. The worst massage I have ever received. Also bought Groupon to try the hydro luxe and it was broken. Staff was rude and did nothing to make up for the broken hydro luxe experience. I was looking forward to trying that out. I have never in my life encountered a company that told you it is what it is for what you paid for and in no way try and make their customer happy. Then they have the audacity to ask if I would come again by selling me a membership. Worst service. Worst massage.

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU BEWARE!!!!FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS PLACEI was presented with a giftcard to come in for a prenatal massge as a gift back in Feburary 2022. The massage therapist I had was amazing to the point I wanted to go above and beyond to tip her. I had to use my Mastercard to cover the tip portion. While checking out the agent at the front desk mentioned that they had a membership promo and asked me would i like to sign up, after conversation I let the agent know that I was not interested and left. Come to find out they charged my card the $85 anyway. I called them and my bank to have the charge removed and dispute the transaction because I did not sign up or agree to a membership. The agent that did it got fired as well ( go figure). I called my bank and they asked me to reach out to them first. BIG MISTAKE. they had me sign a cancellation form in order to start the process for my refund. (never do this this is how they get you) they submitted my signature to my bank as if i agreed to the membership and submitted it and it was CHARGED BACK to my Credit card!! I called over 5 times and have yet to get a call back from a manager or corp. I work in spa on south beach so i know how this goes. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA THEY WILL ROB YOU AND LIE TO YOU!! i WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Purchased a Groupon for a massage service. They wanted me to sign up for a monthly membership, which I did. I called to cancel my membership after realizing that I wouldnt be able to use it monthly. I informed them well in advance on multiple occasions of the recurring billing date that I wanted to cancel. These fools have been trying to charge my card ever since, even though theyve been told multiple times that I am no longer interested. Why is this business so desperate for my money?

Called to book a massage and was told only had a 4:00 available, decided to call around which just led me to call back and they informed me the 4:00 was booked and they had a 6:00 or 7:00 then all of a sudden they mysteriously had an 11:00 available. Booked that time slot around 10:15 per their instructions of arriving 15mins before an appointment I walk in around 10:45 and they tell me they had to cancel the appointment due to the masseuse calling out. (Honestly think they lied about even having that appointment available due to whoever the receptionist is wasnt competent enough to comprehend their scheduling system) Per the previous reviews this place lacks communication & professionalism. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.

Everytime I come I get exactly what I need and ask for! Maria, Jose, and Christopher are amazing choices if you need a deep tissue! I love this place! Definitely better than any massage place I’ve been too!
