Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI recently visited Better Days with some friends, and I have to say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The bartender was unbelievably rude to us simply because, in their opinion, we took too long to order our drinks. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place where customer service should be a priority. What makes this even more frustrating is that some of my friends are regular customers here. It’s absurd to think that because we took a few extra minutes to decide how we wanted to spend our money, we were treated so poorly and we were asked to leave.A bar should be a place where people feel welcome and comfortable, not rushed and disrespected. Sadly, this experience was a huge letdown, and I doubt we’ll be returning anytime soon.
I’m glad a local recommended Better days! I went on a Wednesday night, they were open till 4 or 5am and sell alcohol all night!! Visiting from Seattle we don’t have it like that lol! I like this kick back lounge atmosphere, there was 80’s music, down to earth peeps and plenty of seating options from a couple of colorfully decorated couches to a seat at the bar. If you a low lit, low key place with good vibes check out Better Days!!
This is the perfect low-key spot to hang with the locals. The decor is meant to remind you of an 80s dads basement bar, and it is amazing. Sean, Alex, and Immer were spectacular behind the bar. They took care of us and helped me celebrate my birthday to the fullest. Karaoke started around 10 and the place started to pick up and get busy. Everyone there was friendly and inviting. This is one of my favorite spots in Miami and I will definitely be back.
Honestly really bad service!! My drinks came our extremely diluted , the music and crowd was slow! For a place named Better Days there is definitely a better place! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
Very chill place in Brickell that doesn’t break the bank especially at happy hour. Had 8 beautifully crafted cocktails for under 80$ which is phenomenal if you know brickell prices. Music and overall vibe where really refreshing after all the ultra shic places usually found in brickell. Vibe kinda reminded me of the stranger things series on Netflix. Staff was very friendly. 100% recommended.
Honestly not impressed. The current look in this bar doesnt match the pictures featured on Google. Wed read about it being a great spot, but honestly the menu was limited and they were out of half the menu. We asked about the cocktails and the bar tender told us they were all batched / pre made. Its a creative space with cool decorations, but Id skip it
Better Days! Better Days! Better Days! Heyyy! Yeah like the song this spot has a high cool factor. Come as you are and hold nothing back. This is one of the best dive bars in Miami. Music is good so you always got something to bop to. The drinks are cold and plenty. Have it your way. Good after 5pm until 5am. Post covid, the pool table will open back up and the popcorn may be served again to keep you going a little bit longer. There’s also a giant Jinga set outside. This spot has my Certificate of Approval.
Great place with a laid back vibe. Staff is VERY knowledgeable about drinks with their own recipes and insightful recommendations when youre not sure what to order. You can sit and enjoy a living room atmosphere, shoot pool, listen to some great music, and meet other patrons who tend to be a fun loving and enjoyable crowd. Highly recommended! 🍸 👍
Good place. Great music. Place gets PACKEDDDDDD! I went hungry thinking I would be able to sit down and eat and drink but it looked like a club! Literally barely had space to move around. Ended up going next door to get a pizza and had to pay valet bc the parking situation is out of control!
Sergio is an excellent mixologist. It’s a GREAT place for a night out. The vibes are immaculate and the whole team are experts in what they do. It almost hurts me to write this review because I love this place so much I want to keep it to myself but they deserve ALL of their success :)
Great dive bar!Good atmosphere and drinks.Have been there on multiple occasions.Never tried the food
Bouncer Out Front Monday March 11th at 3AM is mental. Dude snatched my real ID and made me go through my entire photo album to prove its real. Walked inside and had me deal with a different bouncer because he don’t know how to read an ID… After I refused to leave without my real ID he put my hands on me and made me leave because he was embarrassed he has a learning deficiency. All I want is an apology but this place sucks.
Unpleasant temperature. Bartenders hate everyone bc they dont want to be there either. Went in by accident and tried to make a bad deal good but it just wasnt possible. Simply dont go.
The music was ok. Some selection was kind of strange. Ive been to many many bars and clubs on all continents. It is by far the worst bathroom management and system I have never seen. Build a trough for the men for god sakes so you can move people through the line and not need a bouncer for the damn bathrooms. 15 minute wait to piss ends up taking you the entire time here if you have to piss multiple times.
I have realised far too late into my vacation in Miami that I can get much better drink options at much much better prices if I head downtown rather than staying at Miami beach and Better Days is a prime example.Really like it here, beer is very good, looks really cool inside, friendly welcome.. oh and beer is $5 instead of $12 at South Beach!
I dig this place, but you should know there’s some weird stuff with their happy hour… different prices on different days or something.Got drinks for $9 on Monday during happy hour, but then the same drinks were $10 two days later on Wednesday… so maybe prices increased during that time or there’s some kind of sliding scale that isn’t super clear.(Personally, I’d say happy hour is better at Mamma Tried, which is just 4-5 Metromover stops North.)And they include the gratuity automatically which is good/bad YMMV
Really chill spot with good music an atmosphere, will definitely be goin back to catch a vibe
They don’t serve food any time I’ve ever walked in which might be because of the time of night I’m there. But if you’re ready for a spot that’s open late with good music this is the spot. The bartenders are also super fast and trying to get to everyone since it’s always so busy
!WOMEN! Yesterday my friend turned 21 and we spent some of the night here. I was watching her the whole time. Security came up to us in the line for the bathroom saying she was being kicked out for throwing up at the bar. I understand places can enforce any rules they would like and that’s not an issue, but it was strange because l never witnessed her throw up, and definitely not at the bar! I mean, I’m pretty sure it would obvious if she threw up at the bar?I asked a few of the security guards if they could explain to me if I had missed something, if something did happen, and no one could answer. Again, there’s plenty of other places in Brickell, it’s not an issue, but it was unsettling having the security telling us as two young women alone that we needed to come with them regarding something that we were 100% sure didn’t happen.I accept the possibility that maybe something happened when I wasn’t looking, so clarification would be great, but I wish someone could have communicated with us better. It’s an uncomfortable situation being surrounded by men telling us she did something she swears she didn’t do and I definitely didn’t witness. She was also talking to a man who I think would have walked away if she actually was throwing up at the bar lol. Regardless, I felt bad it was her birthday and she was treated that way. I am just glad that I was controlling my intake, but advocating for yourself as a woman, especially after drinks, is daunting.
In Miami for a conference and about 80 of us rolled in late on a Monday night. It was Karaoke night, we packed the place and had a great time. Nice little dive bar, staff was great, a bunch of ppl went back the next night too cuz they had so much fun.
I froze to death and got yelled at for doing nothing, but after reading the owner’s responses to reviews I’m kind of in love.. so maybe I’ll go back
One of the few places open until 5am, the pizza slices are very generous and they had perroni beer available all night so it was cool to stop in and have a slice after a long night
I became a customer when I worked at Mike’s at Venetia and the staff introduced me to this place (can’t recall the year, but it’s been awhile). Then I started working at the American Airlines Arena as a bartender, and I have brought since, a lot of my coworkers here (before it was FTX or Kaseya Arena). I’ve met Will, the owner, an absolute lovely person, but tonight, I came in, and a bartender I’ve never seen asked for my order, I asked for a beer, and I said I was in the biz. I didn’t have a pay stub nor a schedule handy, because the majority of them know me. He could have denied me, if he saw fit. But instead, he decided to toy with me.He charged me for the drink, walked away to do something else, and didn’t serve it to me. Two guys came in afterwards, next to me (all the while I’m still waiting for the beer I paid for), for whom he made the drinks for immediately. When I asked “Where is my drink?” (Confused) - He said with a sarcastic tone (as mocking me) “I don’t know, did you order a drink?”, although he himself took my order. I stood there like an idiot not even knowing how to react. I went outside and asked the door man (Blake) who the manager was, he offered to call him, well, the manager was the same guy who just had treated me that way. A black haired man in his late 20s early 30s with a goatee. He made me wait and then came outside to yell at me angry, and tell me I was “disrupting service”, by “pulling him away from the bar”, all the while, and I quote “your drink was IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE the whole time” (one, gaslighting, two, choice of tone and words). Wow!!! What kind of place allows their staff to speak to customers that way? And what kind of place promotes to management someone who speaks to people like this? I have never in my life been disrespected like this. Especially for absolutely no reason at all. Then he came outside to make a grand show - and to make a point- and poured the beer in front of me, on the side walk, in a plastic cup. I could never treat my own customers with such attitude and disrespect. I, of course, left the beer there. I am not going to be treated like a dog and pay for it on top of that. Like wow!!! I will dispute the charge with my bank, and although I live 2 blocks away, I’m never coming back. It’s been my hangout for years, but this is not how you treat a customer.
Very friendly staff, the venue was very intimate sized with a nice bar and pool table, the night I went had karaoke
Nice little spot to come have a drink, or two but whos counting. The bartenders were super cool and made me a custom drink they didnt have in the menu. Inside its decorated like a late 70s early 80s pad. Will definitely be coming back
Almost didnt go here but glad I did. Their Christmax decorator was on overdrive. It was awesome and the bar tenders were nice and the christmas hip hop mix was cool too.
As a business owner this was not a good look. Jonathan had security kick our friend out for crushing an empty seltzer and placing it on the counter. He then proceeded to flick the seltzer at him and ran over to security when our friend threw it back on the counter. Security was just as confused as us when we were outside with him. Terrible customer service, he did nothing wrong.
The bartender with the yellow and black flannel was super rude. I work customer service and he deserved a backhand that he wouldn’t be able to serve a drink for 2 weeks. Other than that 10/10!!!!!
It was completely dead on a Thursday night. It rained a little before but the bartender said regardless it is usually poppin. We asked to watch the TNF game and the manager said they couldnt put it on because it wasnt a Miami team playing. We were the only people in the bar and the couldnt accommodate us for 10 minutes. Got 1 drink and left
Jonathan the bartender has an authority complex. Threw my empty seltzer at me after I crushed it and placed it on the bar top. After I tossed it back on the counter off the gross bar floor, he proceeded to run to security as if I disrespected HIM. What a man. Place hires insecure losers.
2 stars for the fair pricing compared toMiami’s abusing prices but the bartenders are just super rude. It seems like you’re annoying them when you try to order from them. It’s just not okay and it’s enough for me not to go backEdit: went back (unfortunately) got a drink went to bathroom, my drink gone lost, bartender made me pay again for it and made it look like I was lying.Thank you 0 ⭐️ hospitality ✌🏻
Unpretentious (refreshing for that area) bar with a pool table and karaoke on Mondays. Stays open till 5 am every night, so popular with the service industry. Jose and Mikey took great care of us even though we were a large group of people
Ive been there many times and today I wasnt allowed to be inside with a water bottle of alkaline water that I needed to drink due to a medical condition. They dont sell alkaline water and I wasnt allowed to bring my own. This has been the worst experience. They guy at the door has ZERO empathy and social skills.
From the start, Lexi at Better Days was gracious and accommodating. She even opened the bar an hour early for a nominal fee so that my group from out of town could fit in drinks before a slightly early dinner. Upon arriving, we were greeted by her and her team full of kindness and energy. The drinks were strong, delicious, and expertly made. Thank you Lexi and Better Days for a fantastic experience!
I dont write reviews usually, but I had the best time at Better Days. Everyone was cool and welcoming, had a blast singing Karokee Monday night. It is a fun place.
Really great place to go. Went there on a Thursday and had a great time drinking it up. The girl bartender is really attentive, attractive (obviously) and nice. Can’t wait to come back to this place when I come to Miami again.
If I could give this place 10 stars , I would !!! The crazy level of hospitality there is uncanny! I would like to give a huge shoutout to Will . He is what every manager should strive to be like . He is personable , friendly, attentive & I saw him connecting with many different patrons at the bar. He made my experience exceptional . I’m excited to go back soon .
Fun speakeasy type of vibe . We went on a late Sunday night (into Monday) around 12:30am (they were open 5p-5a). The drinks were strong. The dj played great music! There is a pool table and enough seating. The atmosphere was casual and upbeat.Great place to chill with friends and have a few drinks. Fairly easy to meet people here and enjoy yourself.I definitely recommend Better Days!!
Overpriced and the staff was very dismissive, waited 20 minutes at the bar to get service just for the bartender to laugh and walk away when I asked what beer selection they had as if Im supposed to know their menu on my first visit. Had to wait another 20 minutes just for another bartender to take my order. Obviously they dont care about giving good service when the gratuity is mandatory. Too many good bars in brickell to waste your time here.
Not bad... was expecting more of a dive but it’s brickell and I went on Memorial Day so all things considered it is a good spot. Definitely not the pretentious bottle-service or standing room only type of spot that Miami seems to breed in excess. Deducted one star as the music was decent but could have been better as they’d cleared out the room for dancing.
Nice little bar in Brickell that serves really good drinks, great vibes and free popcorn!! They have a pool table, which can at times can be difficult to play since the crowds, but nevertheless possible. The bartenders are sharp, quick and friendly. The music is cool and like I said, the vibe in this place is really good.
First day yesterday place hard to find they need a logo that brightens up I passed it like three times the black windows throws you off but once’s inside it’s nice little place down side only one bathroom for everyone then the coke an rum is like 15 every bar I go to in brickell is alway 5 dollars happy hours If not 8 dollars regular price but 15 ended up going to another bar which sucked because I wanted to give this place a shot
Nice, quaint bar with a speakeasy vibe. The entrance is very unassuming so it took forever to find it. Inside, its nice and cozy with pool tables and even a dog. Not sure who it belonged to, Im guessing a bartender. The service was very nice and they let us try samples before buying a drink, with a fair selection at the bar to pick from. The bouncers out front got rid of a pretty drunk guy for us. Not a bad place at all and I would return.
Trash bartenders. They act like it’s a hassle to make any mixed drink. I ordered a whiskey on rocks for myself and they gave me a whiskey and ginger ale. They acted like I was wrong when I said I didn’t want that.
The name of the establishment says it, this place will make your day better. Highly experienced/skilled bartenders that will ensure the cocktail youve just ordered is only one out of the next ten you will order following their outstanding hospitality, music and different events held every night throughout the week. Also, the best A/C in the neighborhood of Brickell, no, no joke. One thing that I cant figure out is how 3-4 bartenders tackle on 100s of people while preserving quality of their cocktails, dealing with credit cards/IDs, closing tabs, and dealing with entitled spoiled Brickell customers. S/O to the staff on their outstanding work, you guys are masters at your craft.
Small quaint bar so it had a nice atmosphere. Even though I found the drinks were too pricy (I ordered a draft beer which was served in a small cup and was charged $12), my main complaint would be not only the long lines for their 2 unisex restrooms but the fact both toilets were clogged with toilet paper and just plain dirty and nasty.
Cozy spot in a prime location. They can make some good drinks here. Mezcal? Oh yeah. Lots. Try a Jalapeno margarita with mezcal ;) I like the bar but I dont like the couches and chairs. Everyone is trying to sit at the bar to avoid the couches and chairs. It would be perfect if those couches turned into pub tables. If the bar is full your options are to stand around or take a seat at a sofa. I dont like sofas at bars period, never did. Seems like a regulars bar. Everyone was friendly. Definitely keeping this spot on my go-to list but Ill probably walk away if there is no seating at the bar.
Great prices and amazing service!!! Honestly blown away by my experience here. Spent less than half of what I expected with a greater ambiance and service than most places. The Workers where constantly working to serve and keep the party going. Found my new Brickell spot, and I can’t find a reason to go anywhere else!!!!
Fun cocktail bar with good vibes. They have arcade games inside which give it a cool underground feel. Theyre dog friendly as well which is always welcome. The Jenga game outside is always a fun addition to having a few drinks with friends. They were even setting up a comedy show while we were there though we left before they started. Nice spot!
This place is pretty chill. Its not big, but it has 1 pool table and a serve yourself popcorn machine. The drinks are strong and theres always good music. I like the outside area in the front where you can play Jenga and smoke if youd like.
Good atmosphere and pretty chill. They have a pool table as well but just one. Came here for trivia night on Wednesday and had great fun. The house was packed! They also have beer on tap and free popcorn. Have fun!
The place is a huge favorite among the happy hour crowd and especially the late nighters. The drink prices are great during happy hour and cocktails are perfectly made. However I do think they need another staff member. This place seems to rely on a few people to serve a very crowded bar. When you do get their attention, maybe order two drinks, ice on the side for second. :-P.
Came in on Friday night looking for vibes and all I found was attitude and an overpriced Long Island! They call themselves mixologists but dont seem to take joy in making cocktails?? I will most definitely be visiting another speakeasy, where I can experience proper mixology in a more upscale & sophisticated setting! Not to mention they asked me for my ID TWICE!! Once at the door & once again at the bar. Does anyone here know how to do their job or should I do it for them? 11/10 would not send my mother here.
Nice environment to go with a group and chill and drink. No dancing but there is music. If I lived closer to the area I would probably go back more often. The crowd is mainly locals from Brickell and South Miami areas and then at about 1am all the cooks and bartenders from other local bars join in the fun.
The place is a great spot for happy hour or late night. Quiet little hole in the wall get away from the rest of the busy Brickell area. Its a very inviting atmosphere for drinks and hanging with friends.
This is the first ping pong bar I have ever been to and I would say it can be pretty expensive (close to $50/hour when it is busy). I went at a peak time and I would say it is a fun place but would be a bit more appealing if the prices were not insane.
Fun time. Great atmosphere.
How can you not have Sour Mix on hand?! Worst margarita I’ve ever had in my life! Who wants to go to a real establishment? Chili’s 2 for 1 anyone?! We can share an Uber…someone please love me…
Better Days is an classic style neighborhood bar situated in bustling Brickell. What is great about this joint is it is always at an ideal capacity, never too packed or empty. Its a nice place for a date or to go out with friends. They have a simple specialty cocktail menu and that lends to a very efficient bar service. The local beers on tap are also a favorite of this guide. This spot started as a pop-up and has stuck around thanks to its fair prices and cheerful atmosphere.
Amazingly cool cocktail bar with none of the usual Miami scene that I usually detest. Its the kind of place where you can tell them what you like and theyll come up with something up for you. Casual decor, and they could use some more seating, but the free popcorn makes up for it. Plus the outdoor seating is covered, by an underpass lol, so you can always expand out.
This place is AMAZING- incredible decor, great drinks, our bartender was fantastic, and they even had Tom and Jerry playing on the TV across from the (super comfortable) couch! But please please please- tell the DJ to please learn to mix songs instead of using an airhorn noise to cover up that he doesn’t know what he’s doing? 😂
I come from the Midwest, the home of divebars. This place is a perfect mix of dive, MIA party scence, and just an overall great place to be a degenerate. On top of that you can order classic cocktails if thats your thing! If youre in the Brickell area and looking for a cheap drink, its a great spot.
Asked the bartender to make me a Creme Brûlée Martini, Dirty Shoe Shot & a upside down pineapple Mezcal mule and they didn’t know how to make any of them. Then I asked if I could play my favorite Nickelback song and they declined. My friend DJs ALL my house parties and they wouldn’t let him jump behind the DJ booth, even though their playlist was completely full of weird old people versions of todays popular songs. Security wouldn’t let my friend in with a picture of her ID and wouldn’t let me use my moms Amex. I made sure not to tip and told them I was leaving a bad review.
The drinks are strong, the vibe is right. Best bar in Miami’s financial district Brickell. Singles bar, come here on a Friday or Saturday night to really party. You’re gonna have a night 10/10.
As many people mentioned, good happy hour prices, nice place. That being said, expect to be treated like you are not good enough. The bartender girl with sleeve tattoo’s needs some costumer service training. The bouncers are a couple of airheads incapable of putting two words together. Move on to the next bar!
I’ve been coming to better days every other month when I’m in Miami. Lex and the staff have provided above par service and the vibe especially on Fri, Sat and Sun night is amazing! Definitely recommend visiting this place during your stay in Miami!!
Bouncer continued to threaten me as I sat outside peacefully. Same day I came back to question the $300 tip on the $13 dollar bill that manager took care of respectfully but bouncer got physical for nothing. I liked this bar
The bartender Lexi was a gem, the drinks were good, the vibes was right. Id definitely be going back on my next trip....
Waited legitimately a full hour to get a drink while the bar tenders just talked to their friends, Absolutely abysmal service, i think they just dont like making money, thats all i can think of because it took so long to get drinks, i will never be going back lmao it was hilarious how little they cared about the patrons, smh
The settings, no smoking policy, décor, eclecticism, and the crowd is all fun and interesting. Good rotating craft beer. However, they dont seem to get it at the service level. The wait to be served by bartenders is long. On top of that, they seem to be at least all worked up and come across as rude, uneasy bartendera. Big plus: cheap drinks for F&B staff in the area. But boy, are they rude and lacking courtesy. The blonde bartender is topping it. Other than that the place is worth returning for the overall experience.
Such an amazing time, the first time I visited was for my birthday. I was treated so kind by the bar staff there. Since then Ive visited a few more times and its been my go-to bar for a place to kick back and enjoy the night.
Really nice dive bar, great bartenders, friendly and inviting. Overall a great, comfortable atmosphere where music isnt overpowering the space and you can easily have conversations with those around you.
Came here on Friday February 14 for a drink before dinner. It was about 8 pm so it wasn’t too full yet. Music was ok. It seems like a nice hangout bar. Parking is pretty hard to get around here.
I find it really disturbing that for a bar that claims to be open till five am can’t make me a pina colada. Honestly what kind of Miami bar doesn’t serve pina coladas at 4:40am. I tried talking to a manager but they all said “wait one second I’ll grab them for you from the back.” Then they come out and say they are the manager. Appalled
Looked to be the plae to go for an Old Fashioned of any flavor although I did not try one. Music was not overbearing. They had many bar games you could play for free. Pretty reasonable drink prices for Miami.
Better Days has gone through some changes in the past few months (between Halloween 2017 and New Years, really). It used to have these big booths, although inconvenient to walk past, made it very easy to have large groups of people. When they remodeled, they got rid of the booths and changed them for some lounge style chairs, which are more comfortable. In all reality, this makes a lot more sense, except for during Trivia, which is every Wednesday ~8:30PM. If youve got a trivia team, this is a fun place to be, except its tough to get seating.
I went there late at night. Only two unisex bathrooms with super long lines, and way too dirty, with water (or worse?) all over the floor.Other than that the music was very loud and the AC super cold.
Ive lived in this beautiful, metropolitan city for 9 years now and can tell where to get the best cup of coffee, the most amazing desserts or even where to find some of the best comic books. After visiting Better Days I can also tell you where to find the alt-right bunch, live and in your face.We went for a couple of rounds of birthday drinks and left with homosexual slurs and racist remarks being thrown our way (Its amazing how it all fit in one to-go bag). After the bartender complained about being paid $0 (guess management forgot to show him the complaint box) and that we needed to tip more, what with all the gracious tending, the night came to a screeching halt. Oh! They even had the cutest little bar back (think his name was Napoleon) who challenged me to a shoving match. They say customer service is gone, well Im here to say that its just gone alt-right.
The Servers & Bartenders are So Rude, and Unprofessional to there Customers. The Drinks are Extremely Over Priced. There Isnt Any Food, to Eat or Order ar ALL. A Lot of Laundering, Infront of the Establishment. I have been a Chef, for More than 15 Years & Never Experience Anything Like this in my Life. I Dont Recommend Anyone to come to this Bar!!!!
Cool spot in the middle of Brickell Miami. Does not feel like Brickell though, as it is more relaxed and casual than the surrounding places. Cool decorations, good music, great drinks and friendly staff. Cannot wait to return soon.
Great for post work happy hour. Good prices, friendly service, trendy decor, indoor / outdoor. Mid twenties to early forties atmosphere, but the vibe is more 20 something as it bridges the college crew into the young professional mix.
At least one of the bartenders is a thief. Bought a beer for $7 left $2 tip and after looking at the receipt sent to my email the bartender put a $10 tip instead of a $2 tip. I used to go to this place a lot but after this event I will not longer go, It was my first and only drink of the night so I know what I was doing, cant imagine if you are drunk how much they would steal.
Went last Monday night during karaoke night for a couple of hours. Nice enough atmosphere. Ended up leaving like at 11:30 pm. The bar got pretty full by that time.
Better Days are back again - came back to Better Days after a very long hiatus and poor experience and it is a much more enjoyable experience than it was years ago under different management. The bartenders, such as Alex, were great and made awesome drinks for my group. Would highly recommend coming during karaoke or trivia night - Ron keeps things going smoothly while entertaining the masses. Pro tip: participate in karaoke on designated nights and youll get half off your drinks. The drinks themselves are pretty fairly priced for a Brickell bar. Parking can be tough to find on busier nights, though. Very inviting spot with outdoor seating as well. Theres also free popcorn!#brickell #chillbars
Happy hour price is great however, they gave us a pool table considering that a band was gonna play live within 10nminutes. Shoulda told us. One of the bartenders just seemed annoyed by any question we had.
Such a cute vibe, sick decor, comfy. Great hospitality & mixologist who can whip up a bespoke drink to your palate if its slow. Or u can just come thru and throw a few shots /beers back. 10/10!
For the first time I truly believe it was a great experience!Staff was very attentive, I wish I would’ve gotten their name, they were very welcomed.Thank you guys
I would go very often and always had a great time but recently my friend and I were kicked out. My friend who tripped as she was leaving the bathroom was told she was too drunk at 12pm and had to go home. When she asked why it was because she was stumbling when she left the bathroom. Then later in the night I was leaning against the pool table and the bouncers said I had to leave because I was sitting on the pool table. I’m sorry, what? Anyways we will never going there again. Ohh and it was extremely empty.
Best bar in Brickell!!! Not only did I lose my cell phone, they found it & charged it for me! 💕 Immer & Sergio make the best drinks and actually care about their customers! Thanks to you guys & the whole staff!!!
I go twice a week on average. Best prices in the area, no cover, good vibes, lots of seating, staff are upbeat and always friendly. Plus they have a pacman machine!
I asked the Bartender to make my drink strong and hook me up and Ill take care of him next time and he made it strong for me and charged me for a double and didnt hook me up for free on the low. Definitely do not got him next time. Egregious. I snapped and yelled and waved my hands at the rest of the team and let them know Im never coming back again, again. They gave me a free shot of Malort and locked eyes with me as we endured the taste of hate together. I dont care how cute their animal hats are and how reasonable their prices are. I will never be back again until next Karaoke night. CRYYPPPTTTTOOO MOOONNDDAAAYS 💰 🤑 💸
The bartender kept calling me chef…. I live at home with my parents and can’t cook. Is he making fun of me? And the tall bearded bartender kept giving meMalort.
Probably my favorite bar in Miami. Reminds me of bars back in LA. Its usually crowded, but most of the bartenders working here are super quick, so theres rarely a long wait to whet your whistle. Also, the décor is pretty neat, vintage.
Always come here- cheap drinks and a good place to hang out with friends. However my last experience my less than pleasant... As my friend and I waited for a drink at the bar, my friend tried to get the bartenders attention; a few minutes later guys come over to say that the bartender doesn’t like my friend “waving in her face”. I told them my friend did nothing rude and that we were waiting for her for a drink, but “fine, thank you” and told my friend let’s leave- that I didn’t want to give them our money. We went to Baby Jane and after a while they actually had someone go over there to day that my friend wasn’t allowed in there, because “his friend told him“. I laughed, and again said he did nothing wrong, but as usual in Miami, people have 0 brains and know 0 about customer service.
The only reason that I am giving this place 1 star is because of a bartender named Stuart (racist white guy, medium build, 5 foot 9 inches, with a beard and goatee). Stuart was incredibly rude and aggressive towards the customers, often times refusing to take peoples orders. This was completely unprovoked as I witnessed this behavior on several occasions and directed towards many different people at the bar. People are trying to spend money and Stuart is actively driving them away with his contemptuous attitude. I love this bar and even hosted a networking event with over 40 people in attendance at this bar but I will never consider inviting people here if bartenders like Stuart continue to work here. My professional reputation is on the line.
Its a nice little Dive Bar type of feeling in brickell. The DJs are awesome the drinks are strong. Great time there.
1/15/19 1AMbouncer attempted to physically intimidate me and physically remove me from the stool he claimed for himself. Would advice training in guest relations. As for inside, amazing bartenders, and legendary service.
Happy hour and music is litty! Had 8 margaritas for $80. Definitely will return!
Fun bar. Bartenders are friendly and go as fast as they can despite the amount of people. There is a good mix of music, should please everyone.
Such a vibe! Anytime your in miami make sure you stop there and bring friends from drinks, I good time, and an amazing music mix from the dopest djs! Ill be back soon!
Best bar in Miami hands down... amazing prices and even better atmosphere. Will is the best bartender Ive ever met. Make sure to ask him for the PCP.
Great place. A very diverse crowd, young with a welcome atmosphere. Good place for a beer before heading out to somewhere else or right after work if your office is nearby.
Cheap drinks, open late hours. Service is ok. Laid back environment. Crowds of all types, ages and backgrounds. Mostly a bar where people from the industry meet up after work. Unpretentious and predictable.
Good drinks, service was pretty fast considering this place is packed on the evenings. The crowd is mostly young professionals. Happy hour prices were good as well.
In response to David Irvines review I too had a negative experience with Stuart. I have been a regular customer for at least a year and a half and have never had a single complaint but I am writing this now because i too wanted to shed some light on my experience with Stuart.Sometime ago around the end of last Heat season I went to better days after the game and had one draft beer. Stuart served me the beer and took my 50 dollar bill and proceeded to check it up against the light and gave me what felt to be the correct change. I gave him a dollar or two for tip from some bills that I already had in my pocket but didnt check the rest of the bills that were given to me. Thats why I never said anything because it was my fault for having trusted Stuart to give me the correct change when I have been coming there for at least a year and a half. I played a game of pool and went home. The next morning I realized I had been given 13 dollars instead of the 43 that I shouldve received. I tried calling every hour that day to get someone on the line but there was no answer or answering machine to leave a voicemail. I went back that night and he wasnt working and I didnt want to accuse him of stealing to his coworkers behind his back but after I read David Irvinea review I thought that Better Days as the cherished brickell establishment that is has become, should be aware of my experience and the experience of others with this thief and whatever else he has been labeled.
Not a speakeasy, not a pub, maybe more like a local hole in the wall with craft cocktails. But the place just doesnt work (including the hard pay down on the way in). Bad flow to the place and its loud and crowded even when its not full.
Great neighborhood bar! One of my go tos for good reasonable drinks. You can be casual or dressed up and outside seating is nice
I came in here with my girlfriend just as they were opening up and the bartenders gave us all the drinks and conversation we could handle! Highly highly recommend
Vibe is super chill. Our first bartender didnt have a clue how to make a good cocktail, but luckily the girl we had second made some really good drinks.
Worst service ever, I just tried to order couple drink and there were more than 4 guys behind the bar I was calling to them and I got absolutely ignored. If I could leave no start I will. Im traveling the world and this doesn’t happen anywhere else. Worst !
This is the perfect after party spot. To keep the drinks going the atmosphere is hip and chill and the drinks are expertly mads by the bartenders, more like mixologists. I love this place.
Danny was my bartender he made the best drinks and took amazing care of me as a patron
I do love this place. Its across the street, and my neighborhood bar. We also work together, so its an all around perfect fit. This is always my go to spot downtown/Brickell.
Small bar with great cocktails and good vibes. Nice place to go before a night out. If you stay, it gets pretty packed.
Really cool vintage kinda bar that creates really awesome vibe for you to enjoy drinks and a fun time with your friends! BTW, their Gin&tonic is the best!
Mathew was very accommodating being we were used to VA drinks, we had the BEST time & we will be back!!!
Great service great drinks. Nice atmosphere. Recommend.
My first time going I had an amazing time. I was only there for about an hour to celebrate a co workers birthday. But the time that I had spent there was great. I highly recommend this location.
If you like to drink you will love this place. This is not your average bar with bartenders this bar has mixologist, with a vast variety of alcohol and mixersCreate your own drink
Our ridiculous group was from out of town and we’re kind of all over the place (haha) Ron was so nice and gave us really good recommendations.
Nice music. DJ was really good. Wide and I mean Wiiiiidddeee variety of drinks. The drinks were not cheap though but good service none the less. I would good maybe.
Mustve been a fluke, but the beer on tap worked better the next time I came back. Love this place.
Really nice bar, they even look up cocktails they dont know on the Web! Very friendly staff. Downsides: VERY cold and bit expensive ($12 for a tumblr?....)
Best bar in Brickell area. Hands down, always a good time and drinks are great. Solid beer selection too
The atmosphere is good, great to go with groups. But bar area is small and slow in service. Great location though.
My go to dive bar. Definitely bring a hoodie the AC is always extremely cold. Other than that great vibes.
Hands down one of the best local bars in Miami!! Good vibes, great selection of beers and like they say you cant beat the prices.
Good cocktails, all made from scratch. Cool hipster spot. Cleanliness of the bathrooms knocked a star for me but otherwise good to grab a few drinks.
Nikki, is the best bartender ever, my girlfriend and I explained to her that we were just visiting and she gave of a list of clubs to go. The service was great, no complaints!
The pictures don’t show the actual indoor decoration. However, it’s not a bad spot to spend sometime at. Indoor and outdoor, convenient prices.
There is absolutely nothing special at this bar, but there are cute guys so....great for singles 🙂
Perfect chill place when youre trying to get away from the normal Miami party scene - wish they would take Better care of the pool sticks but maybe its just I suck at pool 🤣
One of my favorite bars in the world. Fun vibe, amazing cocktails. What else do you need?
Very nice neighborhood bar. Good prices. Big variety of drinks. Pool table. Giant Jenga. Nice staff.
Great Happy Hour! Bar was lacking some basic stuff, such as Prosecco. but still a fun place!
Awesome place to hangout and enjoy some drinks. Free propicien and more than one bathroom which is a plus! Definitely recommend this place
They with the gang gang gang. Music? Yes. Crazy good service? Yes! Dope vibe? Its better days; Clearly its the vibe!!!
Great music, cool vibe!
Better Days has become my go-to bar. I love their staff, the music, and local environment it has created in Brickell.
Great place to hangout and chill make friends, open bar, means they got everything cool bartenders
Kitschy, dive bar with decent cocktail list. Good vibes. Love the Pac-Man machine!
Great bar in Miami. Maybe lack of sitting places and it was really hard to talk with my friends due to the high volume of music 🎶.
We went early in the day for lunch and found the restaurant very clean With a hip, young staff, service was very good. Prices a little high But good food.
Nice place with a speakeasy vibe going on. I came here with a few buddies and we all had a great time. I recommend them.
Chill bar with good drinks for a solid price. Real diverse crowd and music. Awesome bar games and pool table
Beautiful location. Fun and trendy place. A little pricey. Definitely make reservations for outside.
This place sucks. Odd crowd always and over priced drinks. Plus is too small.
Great neighborhood bar, owners really know what they are doing, and they do it well! Wish they had better food options though...
It’s the locals bar, just deal with it. You are getting the late night workers, the late night drinkers and whomever just wants to be here. It’s the backyard of my apartment so I enjoy it, do you?
Awful place. Bartender don’t treat customers well.I don recommend!!!!
Down to earth bar, nothing too overpriced but still well stocked. Very lively atmosphere to have drinks.
Dont try this bar if you happen to be from outside the USA. Their bouncers cant possible understand identification thats not from the US. Maybe it would be worth realising people with Visa of great expense dont want to carry them around all the time.
Fun local bar with bunch of games and indoor/ outdoor space. Bar can be a bit slow, but cool vibe overall to just hang out with friends
I love this place. I come here more than i go home :) staff, drinks everything is perfect.
The drinks are reasonably priced, the staff is friendly, and the patrons are usually laid back making for a great overall environment!
Great Place to grab a beer and a shot late night!
Best drinks and atmosphere in Miami. Floor is sticky and pool is janky but I think it bolsters the experience.
This place is great after hours when everything is closed. They have really good old school music.
Great drinks , cool vibes , awesome music and the staff always are so welcoming .
Prices were right. Definitely a different crowd. Bartender was very cool and it was a good time.
Great place to have beer and get together with friends. They have a pool table which is free all night.
This liveliest place in downtown Miami after 2 am. All the Im the biz people go there after they get off from their fancy jobs.
Toilet rarely works but always a good time!!
Very cool and fun place for happy hour! Drinks are great and they offer free popcorns!
Dj Jae is Awesome place vibes but the Dj has a lot to do with that
Excellent crowd, great service on the bar dress up.
Great location, decent prices...good old fashion American bar, makes you feel like you are not in Miami...
Be careful with using your credit card here they charged me 9 times what i left as a tip. Now I will go back and see what the manager has to say about it.
LIT!! Everyone was super friendly here. Everything between the bartender to the door... Tell fox I said whats poppin 🤟🏽
Good drinks, pool, and very chill vibe. Music is not too loud and great oldies.
The service was a little slow, but friendly. the ambience was cool. Good people watching on the street.
Serving vibes and vibes with the little bit of panache. The best!!!
Its good bar with fast service. Not my kind of place but I honestly cant say anything bad about it.
Good cocktails, positive atmosphere, very cold A/C
..over the rivers and through the woods, you find a treasured experience..
Chill atmosphere, great music, better drinks. Definitely should be a stop on the evenings crawl.
Love this bar. Music is fantastic...free popcorn...good crowd...not overpriced.
Nice place. The best thing for me is that is open.till 5am......I came from Utah where everything @ 1am is closed.
Cool bar. There is 1 pool table inside, huge jenga, there are tables outside too and you can drink outside.
Ask Daniel to tell you a joke (Tall guy, majestic blonde hair)
Probably the only bar in Brickell that is worth showing up to since Tobacco Road closed its doors. Good selection of beers.
