We LOVE getting to vend here on Sundays with Thriftwood for their vintage market!The bartender and bar back on Sundays are absolutely amazing! They are so kind and helpful!The atmosphere is always a blast and the dj always gets you with the throw backs!This place is definitely a vibe!Order yourself a Midori, you’ll thank me later! {delicious}
One of my favorite places to party the night away. I always come on a Friday / Saturday night when I’m in town. The DJs will play a decent mix of reggaeton & hip hop in each of their sets which is part of the reason I come so often. Here’s a couple videos of my time there but follow me on Instagram to see them all in my stories @merrickleejr
LADIES BEWARE! I generally have a good time at this place but last night was it for me. I will NEVER go back. My group arrived there around 10:30 and the place was a ghost town. We stayed anyway to see how the night would progress since the music was okay. Fast forward to 2am, the club was more packed. I decided to hold my shoes at this point because Id been dancing in my heels for hours. Security came over to me and aggressively asked me to leave because of it. I asked the guy why he was being such a jerk about it as we walked towards the exit. He then proceeded to start SHOVING ME! At no point did I argue with them about asking me to leave. I simply asked why he was so rude about it. There was absolutely no reason for the aggression.
This is one of my fave spots in Wynwood. All of the bartenders are super friendly, the mezcal mule is 🔥, and they have a great happy hour - highly recommend!
My friends phone and wallet got stolen here last night. There was a male patron who kept touching her and practically assaulting her and made his way into her purse. We talked to security and no one had a sense of urgency besides this one taller guy who I really appreciate for doing so. giving this place two stars because although, it seems like this is a frequent trend and I hope it’s not true that the employees are in on it, that one taller guy seemed genuinely helpful. We asked to see security footage and they wouldn’t show us until after the bar closed and cops also did not seem to care much. We pointed out the thief to the bouncers and they did confront him and the thief became violent but they let him go since they couldn’t search him. These people are expert pickpockets, be very careful and keep your valuables on you and do not let your purse be unzipped or open. They are very discreet about it and you probably won’t catch them doing it.Also, there were 2 other girls with stolen valuables after it happened to us. Now we have to figure out how to fly back home out of state.
I can only comment on the night life when it was a club. The vibe is as good as the DJ is. Last night the DJ was good at times and bad at times. He played a ton of singing songs, tho old and good, they should never be played at a dance party type place. People started leaving. I had a decent time with my friends. Drink prices are not expensive and its a good place to start out. Just dont stay forever.
YALL DONT GO HERE! I went with some friends and both friends got their phone and wallet stolen from their purses! we tell the bouncer (who could care less) and 3 other girls come up and report their phone and wallets stolen also ?? so don’t bother going it’s ghetto anyways lol
One of my favorite spots in Wynwood! Staff is great and they usually have Guiness! Reasonably priced in an otherwise pricey area. The place can get very crowded around midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. I like the industrial design. Worth a visit!
I witnessed them let in 8 underage girls and boys and when I asked the manager he said it is, is what it is I don’t understand what kind of business they have here but it’s not professional and not fair. The manager is a big guy with a red Mohawk and he told me to leave while he yelled out an underaged girls name and told her to go back in the club. Would not recommend also the food and customer service is terrible
This place is a joke, 100% loserville. not sure if it’s a phone theft ring going on, but someone in our group was immediately pick pocketed, iphone & Amex. They’re all in on it, based on reviews.Pathetic beyond/ petty larceny. 📱
The place is nice but……. I went Lastnight for the first time and the bathroom did not have mirrors the dj SUCKED Doesn’t know how to dj he would finally play a good song and then take it off and remix it to something else terrible he would play like an old solja boy song and then drop a new future song and then play like a techno this man is worst then pandora my girls and I decided to leave the place after buying a bottle couldn’t deal with it. Whomever was the dj on august 13,2023 needs to be fired or he just needs to learn to dj i don’t know but I won’t go back . Thanks to the music …. p.S please put mirrors in the bathroom
I decided to open a tab on a Saturday night. Wrong move! A bar girl took my ID and debit card. She was supposed to just match the information and hand the ID back to me. When I asked why she kept it she said they are supposed to hold it.When it was time to cash me out, she handed the cards to another girl which I thought was strange...Two days later (Monday), I get a text from my bank asking if I approved for an online purchase at Zara for $330+. I dont even shop there!Watch out for scamming over there!
Came here during Miami music week and they had a dope networking event with a live performance and open bar for a an hour. Staff was amazing, music was on point. Great experience here would 100% come back.
So I had no idea they hosted pop up shop events and this was a pleasant surprise!Drinks: great selection friendly staff plenty of seats at both barsMusic: DJ was on point bringing the vibes strongThis was a Sunday afternoon I met Shannon from @Bossup_Events very nice lady. Apparently shes the person that setup the event and I will definitely be attending another in the near future
Please be careful with attending this establishment. Alot of people have gotten their phones and it happens very frequently. One of my friends got his phone stolen FROM HIS FRONT POCKET and my other friend had hers stolen from her purse (both being two separate occasions). Other people I know said that happened to them as well. I dont know if the staff is in on it, but you would think they would do someting with the amount of complaints/thefts that have been happening. Overall it was good music. Drinks were expensive. A shot for $17. Not worth the risks.Keep your phone OUT OF SIGHT if you still choose to attend!
Place seem more appropriate for the Brickell area than Wynnewood. Not as casual as you would think for the area.I wouldve given it a higher rating but my friend and I were asked to leave in the middle of our drinks. Someone booked the whole place for an event, which I dont mind, but instead of not allowing ppl to come in so they can get ready they let us come in order a drink. They couldve easily informed us that there would be a private event soon and wed have to leave but that wasnt the case. The manger came over and TOLD us to leave. This is a private event so you need to leave. He did buy us a drink and let us leave with it but it felt like being thrown out of a place where you are not wanted. I felt the whole situation couldve been avoided and handled differently.
Music great Sunday 90s hip hop... Bar scenery nice. No crowd when I was there but love the tvs with football playing while drinking. Bartender chic seemed a little sleepy or stressed.
Can you please update your hours on Google business? Can you please have someone looking for phone calls ?
Visited Racket and I have to say it was a happening club. The music was lively to the beat. The service was a little slow- but it was busy- so it’s understood. Very beautiful ladies waiting to take your order. I was there on business so I got a better view of the ambiance. I have to say it again, it was happening. Lucas (VIP rep) was very polite and attentive. Added bonus- the boxing champ was there!
Amazing venue! We were models visiting this venue for a fashion show for @confessional_showroom_miami and this place has not only amazing aesthetics and attention to detail but it’s also a great place to party it up while in Miami! 10/10
My friends and i went here because there was no cover charge and no line. we were having a good night, and met some people there, eventually they ended up asking our age. we told them we were 21-23 years old, and when we asked them back they told us there entire group of friends was 18 years old. that had already made us feel uncomfortable. as the night went on, my friends phone was stolen (which also had her ID and credit cards in it). we asked security about it, and they said they would let us know if they found it. we tracked her phone and it was also located at the condos near the miami airport. when we called the police department they told us there was nothing we could do, even though her credit card was charged over $500 dollars within 6 hours. i would absolutely recommend not going here, and if i could give it 0 stars i would.
Went in and ordered chilled shots of Casamigos for me and friend. They served me some rot gut alcohol. That was not Casamigos in that bottle. It’s all I drink so I clearly know what it tastes like. It was like a cheap vodka. Be careful because they must re-fill their bottles with cheaper alcohol but charge you for the good stuff.
4 stars just because they have high prices. 4 beers with tips $40 dollars. I didnt go to the bathroom so I cant have a reference. Nobody stole my cell phone, I hop to dont have problems whit identity theft. The place was very nice, cool, good music, good service, and they didnt charge cover. I liked.
Great place to go if you wanna get pick pocketed. My cell phone was stolen out of my purse at this place and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful about it. Pretty sure the security guards are in on it. I’ve heard this place is known for this kind of thing happening.
Very crowded space after a certain time so there isn’t much room for movement. Someone asking for a virgin version of a drink and the bartender saying, “we don’t do that here” is extremely wild. You’re literally just removing the liquor portion. Not everyone may be able to drink. Find new bartenders.
I went to ratchet with my homeboy to enjoy our self. Get place good vibes and we really enjoy ourself shout out to the girl Kelly for taking care of us and make sure we was good that night. Every time she came to our table, she alway make sure we was good. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.
Went for a Soulection show and had a great evening. The staff were all great. Everyone from the bartenders, bottle service , and management were awesome. The bathroom situation was horrific tho. Waits around a hour that night. Along with no re entry made the bathroom situation even worse
Take your BLK Dollars elsewhere!!! If you’re looking for the worst club in Wynwood here you have it! So I’ve been to this club multiple times (last last resorts each time) . Despite the service starting at the door being horrible and the club being as small as a New York apartment, despite the fact they charge you to use the bathroom, I still tried to give them a benefit of the doubt. This past weekend was the last straw. My cousin was in town and wanted to go pregame somewhere that didn’t have a cover . We ended up at racket. I sat and counted 5 YT women enter the club in different groups wearing flats which we also had on. When it was our turn the male bouncer told us we couldn’t enter with flats on. And i was confused because me and another female had the same shoe on that went before me.When I walked over to speak with the female bouncer/door attendant about the dress code she was just as lost as me , she said oh maybe they have a table (Which was false and I’ve never heard of dress code exceptions because you have a table. The male bouncer then ran over to her and started yelling to her to deny us entry “do not grant them entry”. Throw the whole club away. To discriminate like this isn’t already a hole in the wall is crazy. Another bouncer claimed that was the owner being rude and discriminating , If the owner acts that way imagine the staff ! Anyway the rest of night was fun minus this nonsense! Spend your money where you’re actually welcomed!
Walked in on my way to jwb with some friends. Had a cool patio area. Really laid back atmosphere, but it was a week night. The decor was really cool. They had good cocktails, but not a great beer selection. I wish they had more local beers considering that there are so many great breweries nearby. I dont think I would come back on my own volition, but it was a cool spot.
I recommend them suggesting to take an uber for events especially because people out of town dont know what to expect. We had to pay $60 for the nearest parking garage and still had to walk like 4 or 5 blocks to get there. Complete chaos. When purchasing tickets to events like I said a simple suggestion or heads up that there is no parking would be fantastic its an issue that Id 100 % avoidable. Place was alright tho
Visited last night for DJ Premiers set, and thoroughly enjoyed myself! Drinks are priced similarly to other venues in Wynwood. Entry was quick and simple, and free until approximately 10pm. Security did not search my bag upon entry or use a metal detector, which I like because most clubs are beginning to feel like TSA lines--not this one, though, thankfully! The bathrooms are meticulously maintained and manned by security, which made me feel safe. Theres ample seating and standing space. The stage is situated at the back of the club near the bathrooms, beneath the staircase that leads to the second floor. I didnt go upstairs, but it seems that it was nice up there because I noticed several people go up there and look over the balcony for a bit. Im not sure what time Racket closes, but I left around 2:30am, and the party was still going.
Would give 0 stars if I could. After waiting in line and paying cover my friends phone was stolen right out of her purse within a few minutes of getting in. When we told the bouncer there were at least 3 other people along with us that also had phones stolen- seemed routine to them. No room to move, horrible music. We left without even getting a drink- complete waste.
Very very discriminating, door attendant looks at you and decides on who to let in, very bad for business.
Definitely stands out from many other bars in the area - very spacious, well-designed, and easy on the eyes. Love the open air concept. Prices are kind of high but it is very relaxing. Theres a fireplace and the setup makes it perfect for couples or groups. Drinks were pretty good as well.
Fire Hazard for sure. WAY TOO PACKED FOR CITY CODE. Bouncer charges extra to skip the line to use the bathroom, $10/per use or $20 all night, basically theres a VIP line for the bathroom, therefore, if you dont pay you may have to wait 45 minutes to use the bathroom. $22 per drink including service charge. Nice music, nice waitresses, but overall. Way too expensive and a fire Hazard.
Came here on a Sunday night. We stopped by 4 different venues/bar clubs and this was the only one with air conditioning and no cover charge for guys. Highly rec if you are going with a couple/group of friends and are looking for quality service, AC, space to dance and quality music. My SO and I both really enjoyed it compared to the venue across the street that had a $20 cover fee for guys and was outdoors w no AC.
Beautiful new bar. It kind of reminds me of Fox Hole in South Beach. I passed by it a couple of weeks ago, noticed a new bar with only 3 patrons inside. Decided not to go in. But a couple nights ago, I gave Racket another look, oh my it was half full. So we decided to try it out, great cocktails, great ambiance. Bartender could have been more welcoming though.
I celebrated my birthday at racket last night 😊 it was nothing but spectacular like a movie 😎 all the employees was attentive to the section I had. I definitely recommend having your birthday party here on a Friday night . You won’t regret it 🔥🔥🔥
The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because Jose the bartender took care of us and makes one of the best old fashion drinks in Miami. The service at Racket was terrible. My girl friend and I reserved a vacant table top for New Years Eve to ring in the new year and soon after the mid night the manager had us moved for reasons unknown and had are hookah taken as well. A hookah that I also paid to have at the table top. The service was terrible, the waitresses were rude, and the manager was spineless because he did this after disrespecting my girl friend because she wouldn’t give him any play. I went to use the bathroom and after I got back everything was gone. My girl friend was at the bar waiting on me and had explained the entire situation to me. I asked the bar tender what happened and he told me that they had us moved even though we had a bottle reserved already and asked if we’d like to stay at the bar instead. Needless to say I closed my tab and left. I’m a Miami native and love my city. I wouldn’t want anyone not from here to experience the poor hospitality that was shown to us or anyone that lives here for that matter. Your better off going to wood tavern , brick, booze garden, or even coyo. But don’t waste your time or money at Racket.
Good vibes, good drinks, and definitely amazing scene! I been here twice and I went for the ZHU after party. The event was organized and executed perfectly. The setup inside is nice and they don’t let the venue get overpacked. Love that about this place.
Nice club good music and great food. However you have to pay to use the bathroom. They scam you into paying to skip a 40 min line that don’t move. I paid almost 100.00 Saturday evening. Total scam and shake down. It’s really sad I’ll never return!
Walked in and out after one drink so my review is limited to a Friday night visit at around 12:30am for about 15 minutes. The place was crowded and jumping. Music is loud as expected in a club. Went to the upstairs area where some friends had an area reserved. Walked to the bar and order a gin and tonic which was small but strong. That was about $15. Wouldnt purchased two at that rate.
Nice hidden location in Wynwood that did not disappoint.Scotch and cognac collection was absolutely impressive. This place had more rare imported liquors than most actual liquor stores Ive been in. Loved every minute of it.Televisions provided nice entertainment for those not wanting to talk to others (me).Dont mind coming back for more fun memories.
First time at this place and loved every second of it. Mostly due to the hospitality of a bartender name Clark or Klarc. I walked in and wasnt sure what I wanted, she asked me a few questions and she says I make a mean Old Fashioned. I bet her $1 and she happily said youre going to owe me $2 after you taste this magic. Well, she wasnt lying and I ended up getting a few more. I wanted to stay longer but had to work in the am. Needless to say, I cant wait to go back this weekend and see my new friend bartending. I noticed how great she interacted with other customers but also was hustling to fill each order. Its strange to say that a bartender makes the entire experience but with so many options close by, I want to be with served by a smiling bartending makes a mean Old Fashioned and doesnt make you wait long for each refill.
My friends and I came to Racket on a Saturday night as part of a bachelorette party. The cover was $20. When we got in, there was no room to move and my friends phone was stolen out of her purse within 5 minutes. This is not a good club and not a fun time. Security was indifferent and we immediately left. 0/10 recommend.
The bottle girl, tobi made our first experience at racket amazing!!!! We tried to talk to the other bottle girls about buying a table, their attitudes sucked! Tobi stepped in, assisted us and made our night! Next time my fiancée and I are back to buy a table, we will only be seeking her!
I went there to play pool but the pool table was evicted to make the space more Covid Compliant. Still, the drinks and music more than made up for it. Not to mention friendly service from our cool bartender Sage. I had a blast!
Great time not going to lie! Drinks are a little pricey, but reason Im leaving a bad review is they have a hugeeeee thieving problem. My phone was stolen out of my purse while it was on me and my friends debit card was taken out of her wallet from her purse, which was on her, and they used it for $290. I tried telling security and they said theres nothing they can do and this happens a lot.
Do not go to this establishment- especially if youre a young woman. I got my wallet stolen and my friend got her phone stolen, someone reached into our purses, closed purses, and took our items. I wish I had read the reviews before going here. Save your time, money, and personal items, and go anywhere but here. I sincerely hope others dont make the mistake we made by going to Club Theft.
DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS STOLEN. This facility is aware of pick pocketing at that goes on , do not go in here. My phone was stolen at this facility, security/ bouncers all turn a blind eye
This is a cool new spot to go to. Great hip hop sounds on Saturday with DJ miner. I also was served a great variety of drinks by Zane and Stephanie, quick service and amazing courtesy. I will definitely go over and over.
Got laid. Fun dj and good staff. Did lose my wallet and never found. Sucks not getting it back from the VIP lounge. Let me know if you found it. Still have my police report. Thanks
I was told not to expect a lot from this place. The service is poor and I guess they add the 20% gratuity because they know it’s bad. The staff is NOT friendly at all. It was dirty and they don’t treat Black women with respect. If you are a Black woman- go somewhere else- they do not like us there….and they act like it.
Our phone was stolen right out of our purse here. Ladies beware. This is a theft ring and everyone who works here is in on it.
Waited almost 30 mins to use the bathroom as they had both men and women stand and wait in the same line and have the line regulated by a bouncer. Absolutely terrible experience, as girl behind me started shouting and crying at him because he had let two random girls cut the entire line forcing other people to wait. This was extremely stressful and horrible to watch as people who have waited 30+ mins were forced to wait. I have never experienced this BS at any kind of venue before, hell even a strip club wouldnt have done this. AVOID bar at all costs at night if you need to use restroom!!
BEWARE! would give 0 stars if I could. They steal phones at Racket and their security and manager do NOTHING to help. Did some research and phones have been stolen for months- up to 12 phones in one night?! Extremely disappointed and disgusted to see that phones have consistently been stolen for MONTHS and nothing has been done. Kinda sketchy on Rackets part if you ask me.I found out my phone was stolen within 10 minutes of being inside and went to security at the front door. His response was yeah hes taken like 7 phones tonight, the guy left. How are you aware that 7 phones have been taken and not partner with the cops that are right outside?@Racket- what are you doing about this? what are you doing to protect your clients? This is absurd.DO NOT GO HERE. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR PHONES AND BELONGINGS!
Me and my wife went this place and do not recommend to go anyone at allMy wife phone which I bought it a week ago for our anniversary and it was stolen at the bar hitting her handbag …I ask security to help us and they act like they were part of this and I keep getting connection from find my iPhone and it stayed there until the bar closed and I follow the connections went to condos by the airport then what it ended up in the phone repair shop in Hialeah in the morning and it stop after then bc I am sure they already parted to use other phones and I reported the police and no answer at allIt’s like lined Up crime what I see …And security told me no cameras workingThe phone repair shop is techy west Hialeah…
Visiting from Michigan, our uber driver was so concerned about our choice to go to Little Havana he suggested Wynwood as a safe area for us ladies to go for live music on Wednesday night. We stumbled onto Racket, could hear the old school hip hop from the street and see the front seating are was packed. We asked whats happening, all we got was there was a band but noone knew who was playing. We decided to try it anyway since there was no cover. Our drinks were average price and average pour.Great DJ....had us moving the whole night. The band started at 11 with the 1st break at 11:20.They sounded great had some great sounding ladies from the audience join them. But the weed smoke got thick so we left.Side note: several clean ladies bathrooms is always a good thing.
We went there for drinks and they were both amazing. I got the pretty in pink which was sweet, spicy, and lemony. It was a flavor explosion. My fiance got the Mr. Jack and he loved it
Great place. Love the atmosphere, amazing music, always a ton of fun. I just dont like how they wont give free tap water even if you buy drinks: they charge $4 for bottled water.
Nice space, good crowd, good music. Only con: Drinks are south beach priced. (15 dollar for a premium, plus 18 percent default gratuity, which can get expensive if youre hanging for a few hours).
A friend had gotten VIP. We got introduced with 2 bottles and lounge couches. All 5 of us comfortably fit. The music was A1. Definitely 5 stars!
Went on a Tuesday night and had a great time. Ladies drank free till midnight and snacks were offered by sassy Kweens. Im not positive that is offered every Tuesday, but its worth finding out for yourself!
Definitely a place to check out if your going to be on south beach or already in wynwood! Future was there and walked put the front door, quevo was there, and a few other B stream artist. Drinks were good, bartenders were ripping and running, ladies in attendance were more than enough eye candy. We left, went to another club. And ended up coming back to racket (ratchet) for the rest of the night!
Im from Chicago and this establishment allowed some low life to fraudulently use my debit card which I still have in my possession and create a big inconvenience for me. They should do a better job of checking ids especially for large purchases...over $100 or did one of the employees manually key my card number in without proper is and the physical card being present....thats identity theft!!!?? I wouldnt mind if the owner/manager contacts me.
Like many others, I had my phone stolen out of my purse here within 30 minutes of entering. No one working in this place seemed to care. It seemed as if several other phones had been stolen by the time I reported mine missing. Staff did not want to look at security video to find out who did it. The night of, I kept getting shuffled out of the way by security instead of having my complaint listened to. They show so little concern for such a serious pickpocketing problem that it feels like theyre in on it. This is on top of already being overpriced, overcrowded, and rudely staffed.
A Nice Club Proffional attire and unlike their neighours friendly and hospitable. Can and will come back again.no show off dudes at the doorrespectable hostess and barcrew
Didnt read the reviews until the morning after I went but I shouldve... My phone was stolen out of my purse within 5 minutes of me being on it.
We went there after being given free drink tickets at the corner of the street with my friends. We were 4 people and we all work in the industry (bartending, serving) we ordered don julio reposado knowing that we werent going to drink it for free since its premium alcohol.we did not even use the free tickets. We paid and got cheap tequila instead and when we ask a bar supervisor to change our drinks for what we paid for we were met with a nasty attitude and were given a replacement drink that was not even the 1.5oz that a drink is suppose to be. I now understand why this place needs to pull people off the street with a bait. Dont go ! Awful service and they also include 20% gratuity Im never going back
1 bartender was great the other not reallly. Place was really tight. DJ was ok. Great for young out of towners looking for a night out. The parking is hell. And yes because of curfew the close right at midnight.
Good service, good ambiance. The place had just the right amount of people, not super crowded not empty. There is a shift from lounge to night club around 10ish which was fun. Overall recommend
Ive been here only a few times and never had a problem. I decided to celebrate Rackets 2nd anniversary Why not? Cool spot, hadnt experienced anything crazy... yet!!! I constantly check that I have all my belongings with me because you never know. There was a line to get to the bathroom, I had my phone then, never took it out while I was in the stall but as soon as I leave I notice I didnt have it on me. I advised the staff right away and everyone was very non-nonchalant, like I was some kind of pre-schooler that lost a crayon. Ive come across a handful of similar reviews so it doesnt even surprise me yet its sickening. Its 2020, why are we stealing phones and not turning them in? I would go off more but its honestly not even worth it. If you decide to go to Racket, dont come with a phone or if you do, make sure its far up where the sun dont shine. The audacity is out of this world!!!
Bartender was great. They remove chairs from bar at a certain time so unless you buy a bottle, you cant sit down.
Racket probably stands for Rachet. We came early and left early but had a good time overall. The shisha was probably our favorite aspect of the bar. Since we went early we were able to grab a seat and chill there the entire night. The DJ wasnt that good unfortunately and you can tell cause people would dance for one song and go back to hanging out with their friends lol.
We had a really good time for my hubbys birthday. Staff is friendly, good music, drinks a lil pricey but made well.
Got my phone stolen out of my purse within my first hour of being here. DO NOT COME HERE, YOUR VALUABLES WILL BE STOLEN.
We were lookin for pool, they have 1 table @ $2 per game. Place was pretty chill, but we were there early, round 5ish. Happy Hour! Good music, & good nachos & guacamole. As far as drinks, I ordered the Floridita & I didnt like it 2 tart, not sweet. Asked the bartender to fix it, but unfortunately I still didnt like it. The bartender nicely made me a 7& 7 & it was good. Note:they have no flavored rums, so keep it drinks simple.
AmaIng place by an amazing group of people. If you are in Wynwood you should definitely pass by. Drinks are fairly priced and the vibe is pretty great. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Would recommend.
Good Music, if you go on a weekend parking might be a hassle. But there are many options near. Went on a Saturday night omg super crowded inside, but you have room to dance, drinks were okay. Good vibes.
Had a good time with my friends, we went nearby on Sunday and were given flyers for free rum and cokes so we checked it out and yes, music was great, drinks were great. Thumbs up!
Borderline scam. If youre a guy they hide the place to pay cover inside. The wristbands they give out are supposed to cover a free drink...but once you get in the bartenders will tell you that for some reason or another your wristband doesnt cover a drink (happened to 4 guys). Music is just ok, definitely too loud. Bathroom line is ridiculous.
The indoor bouncer/security was cool. He was ready to get people out who were pushing you or inappropriate. The environment was cool. The DJ was ok. I would come back again.
Second time going here. Drinks are good. Music danceable. Bathroom situation needs some work. Expect to wait in line at least 30 min to use it on the weekend
Giving 3 stars... my wife and I do enjoy the venue but everytime we order a drink its a different price, sometimes they tack on multiple service charges, and depending on the server they will make you purchase at least 2 drinks even if you already purchased one before.
One of my favorite places in Wynwood. Be aware that after certain hours guys get charged (yes, even if it’s Wynwood...). Prices for drinks sometimes are ridiculous and depending on the bartender it’s more or less expensive. You can get one price the first time you buy a drink and another one later.Music is good. A little bit of everything (hip hop, latin, edm, top 40...). Sometimes it gets really crowded so I recommend to arrive before 11pm if you don’t want to wait in a crazy long line.
Music is good. Kinda small interiors. Overpriced drinks . The worst one you gotta wait 15 mins to use restroom. There is 20 ppl in the line
Extremely overpriced hipster bar with South Beach style snootieness on a Friday night. Not a low key spot for locals, more like a high key spot for silicon valley guys who want to party in long sleeve collared shirts with picnic table patterns.Shots were soooo smallllll, and soooo expensive and I live in South Beach where drinks ARE Expensive. Too many dudes trying to grab me and my friend on dancefloor. Lol they were not even dancing. And men outnumbered us 10/1.The overwhelming feeling of 10 young business men dancing on a table like its their 21st bday left me feeling a bit creeped out.Got one drink, murdered my budget and felt strange the whole Uber ride home. Not my best Friday night!
This place has a lot of potential but its truly flawed by service and lack of cleanliness. The expectation of good service for overpriced drinks at a pseudo cocktail bar were far from being met here. The bar staff needs extensive training in customer service. They also need to take another look into how they choose to wash their drinkware. One visit rendered fruit flies in a glass of water. A mixed drink being poured and dripping down a string of human hair into a glass from a shaker and still being presented by the unapologetic bartender who obviously saw the hair end up in the glass. There were patrons next to us exchanging cups with similar issues. I think with the right staff and cleaner practices this place has the potential for being a gem in Wynwood, instead they can ride their dirty mediocrity train to their next stop, failure. Take your money spend it elsewhere I know I will!
This place is absolutely disgusting. Please take the time to read reviews before considering going to this bar. The amount of items that have been stolen here makes me question how this place is even still in business. My friends got their wallets and phones stolen and whoever stole them knew what they were doing and it is very apparent they do this often. PLEASE do not go to this bar unless you’re okay with rude staff, sketchy people and stolen items.
This spot could easily have 4 stars… But go here if you want your phones/wallets stolen and management just putting up a little warning sign instead of finding solutions to stop this.
Always a great time here! Maria behind the bar is a gem!💎
I was attending an invitation from a friend who was going to perform there. Even though I liked the furnishing, the place is excessively noisy and full of smoke... I left with a remarkable headache. Definitely not for me!
Fun club, good vibes. Cover to get inside obviously and it can get pretty crazy busy on the weekends. But if youre there to have a good time you will 😊
I went to Racket last night with my friends, I went to the bar with my friend to get a drink took a picture for instagram, I placed my iPhone X in my purse which was a cross body purse and we went to the dance floor. A weird couple was next to me . I felt something and when I realized my purse was open and my phone wasnt there. I was in shock, my friends and I were looking for the couple and they were nowhere to be found. Security was aware, and other women were having the same issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, apparently this a thing.....
This place just opened and they already started off on the wrong foot. Purchased tickets through Eventbrite for their NYE party. It was $55 for a 3 hour open bar. I thought it was reasonable and it was a new place, looked nice and they announced that rapper Noreaga was hosting it - another motivator for me to choose this party over so many others ones going on that day. They also had tickets for free entry with no alcohol included. Some of my friends got the free entry and some of us paid for the open bar. Once we got there they gave us a white wrist band. The lady at the front put mine on too tight and told me she couldnt give me another one cause I guess they had the exact amount of bands as people who got tickets. Sounded like poor organization already but no biggie. They also gave my friends who got the free entry (no alcohol included) the SAME white wrist band. I found that funny. I started noticing every single person had the same wrist band and not one person was paying for any drinks at the bar - not even the people who got the free ticket!!!So at this point Im suspicious and I start asking around out of curiosity. EVERYONE had access to the open bar even if they didnt pay for the $55 evenbrite ticket. So I brought it up to management or whoever was in charge that night. This guy (I believe his name was Joe) was super super rude. He wanted to blame MY friends for being dishonest about what ticket they had purchased when THEY were the ones that gave them the white wrist band. They had a list of who clearly paid for open bar and who only had the free entry ticket. How are the bartenders supposed to distinguish who paid or who didnt? So after minutes of arguing and demanding my money back, he admitted they messed up but didnt want to remedy the problem. I said I would write them a nasty letter (which I still intend on doing so) demanding my money back. He decided to give my friend her money back instead of mine cause he told her he i ran my mouth too much. WOW!!!!Oh and not to mention, Noreaga never showed up. So not only were we duped into paying for open bar when clearly everyone else had drinks for free, we didnt get to see Noreaga and I had to deal with the rudest manager they had there who admitted to their lack of organization and refused to give me my money back. They left a bad taste in my mouth and Ill be sure to post this review everywhere and send a formal demand letter asking for my money back. It was 10 of us and theyll be doing the same. NEVER EVER again will I step foot here.
Vibe was nice but the black girl at the front door tries to get over on you when paying with a large bill. She definitely over charged me $15 because i wasnt paying attention. It was at a afro beat night
Beautiful venue. Very nice staff, especially Amanda, the bartender. She was amazing and well be coming back to the area specifically to see her again!
This place is a joke. Do not fall for the contest...we went last year and they waited til then of the night. Then they turned on the lights and kicked everyone out...NO CONTEST HERE
Tried to block an easy exit for patrons when leaving so they would have to go all the way back through bar and bartender made wrong drink with absolutely no remorse. Turn music down and maybe work on customer service if you want people to stay.
It was cool. Floyd Mayweather was there and Noreaga was celebrating his birthday. We had VIP. Fun night but not the best club in Miami
So been here a few times, and the service and drinks are great. However we had to pay $20 a person to use the bathroom! This is ridiculous.
Expertly crafted cocktails served at multiple bars. Dance music, festive atmosphere, conversation possible at the front bar. Front also has a comfortable sitting area for casual meetings.
The place was packed, music was great, drinks good too. The only down side was I had to wait in line for 20 mins to use the restroom because its only 1
Nice atmosphere and the staff is great. Never a let down when I come.
Way too many people in this bar. Had to move around even to get a drink. They have one bathroom and its unisex. The staff is always getting in the way of the customers because they get ice from the back and bring it to the bar. Its pretty annoying when they keep bumping into you
Met some friends here we had v.i.p. which made it tolerable...dance music and techno sounded great..this is a 20.something year old crowd..Im 38 so if your around my age dont go here..someone might spill their drink on you..too packed for comfort on a Saturday night
So last night I went to to this establishment. I actually went initially to see DJ jazzy Jeff preform his set. But before entering the premises we asked the manager, Alex, If it was okay to smoke a cigar. He told us yes it is OK. Especially since there are people smoking cigarettes and marijuana at the premises . After the set of DJ jazzy Jeff was finished, my husband decided to smoke his cigar . As I went to meet my husband, I smoked a little of the cigar . There was a woman named Rachel complaining. She decided to tell the Manager. The rude bouncer , Angel, decided to tell me I could not do that and snatch the cigar out my hand and escorted me out the premises. The reason why this gets me extremely upset is because you are allowed to smoke cigarettes and marijuana but not a Cigar that I asked prior to entering the premises whether I can smoke it or not . Aaaannddd, I was seeing people taking bumps of Coke at the VIP tables . So it seems like everyone could do anything else but you cant smoke a cigar. So you could do Coke but you cannot smoke a cigar?? And this is why Im upset and Im putting this review , because apparently you could do all kinds of illegal drugs but you cant smoke a cigar Because 1 woman decided to complaince annddd I got permission to do so . This is hypocrisy at its finest . I am never coming here again. Apparently its okay to do Coke but you cant smoke a cigar smh.
My phone and wallet were stolen from my cross body purse. Another girl was missing her phone as well.
Terrible experience... after a 400 tab in less than 3 hours we got kicked out of a table because someone had ordered more in a bottle. I will never come back and recommend no one to have to go thru the same experience. STAY AWAY!!!!
Visiting from New York City. Great warehouse style space, good decor, drinks were stiff, music was a good mix of old to new, genre to genre, pool table in the back, good bottle service and love the garage style doors up front...great addition to the Wynwood experience!
First time here pretty dope venue, drinks are decently priced, staffs are friendly almost every night its gets packed, if you like dancing this place is for you!
Went there on my birthday in August 2019 (photo). Consistently great music and drinks. Just wish it was larger, and had more sitting areas.
Rudest bartender ever. She had no tap beers which wasnt her fault....but then she was super rude about the drinks we ordered. She was just short with us. Not friendly at all.
Always a good time at Racket! A little taste of bourgeois right in the heart of Wynnwood lol. Be prepared for the dress code requirements, and get there early...otherwise be prepared to jam out in the line outside lol!
I only show up on Thursdays and only for DJ @AFLYGUY.The party is always lit, ther service on point and you never know whos going to be in the building. If youre in Wynwood, this is a must!@JPdaReallest
Loved it. Great place to watch the game. Music choice of the dj was hip-hop and local music. Drinks are good as well
Took 20 mins to bring a can of bud light after much harassment…. This is Miami? Lmfa go to south beach. Embarrassing service I payed 40$ to get in
Must visit if in wynwood, Spacious bar indoor and out door. Pool tables, TVS ,drinks are good and the bartender are great. Very lay back place with crouches and good AC.
Went on RnB night and it was amazing!!! Cant wait to visit again. The DJ selection verified because there was an option to go upstairs of needed
Great bar and bartenders! Neat little lounge area up front too. Usually the crowd is a little older so might not be a great choice for a younger person.
Amazing experience! Our waitress Heather was super nice and our sandwiches were delicious! My boys had a blast too 😎😎
One of my favorite Bartenders in Miami works there go see her @racketwynwood
We had a fantastic time with our company, the place is spacious, well prepared, clean and nicely decorated. The staff treated us so well i wanted to give a shout out to them as well.
Incredible new bar/lounge next door to gramps with incredible drinks (popsicles included) great vibes, tuesday was definitely a blast with their open bar and free burgers. WYNWOOD NEEDS MORE PLACES LIKE THIS. step out of the way, wood tavern. a edgier, eclectic and more adult-friendly bar is making its way to the top!!
Probably the WORST establishment in Wynwood. Yelled at when entered because “security” thought we were going in the wrong entrance when it was another group. Then, my drink fell because it was packed and someone knocked it over, but yet “security” said I was leaning up against the countertop twice when I wasn’t. Will NEVER come here again. Security don’t know if they’re dead or alive
Night bouncers here. Female bartenders and bottle service girls were pretty. Music was pretty good too
Very nice and cool place to have drinks. Plus they have beautiful girls working the bar.
Music was a great mix, and the bartenders were beyond nice. Coming back here next time Im in the area.
Ambiance on point! Loved the open concept and comfy leather couches. Great for people watching and a night of dancing!
Very typical over crowded, over priced place. The decor is awesome, the music is decent but way too loud for such an intimate place, even louder than most places.
Great place , great music, good drinks, just keep in mind they Add gratuity to the check so don’t make the mistake of double tipping like I did!
I was told I had to pay 30 for me and my friend it was 4 of us and they had only37 mins be they close thank God for the owner he was there they let me in. We spent $96 at the bar and we had the best time 45 mins of the night.
At the door they said its a 2 bottle minimum, but inside they were forcing us to buy 3 at once. Then the manager was very rude when we told him as much
Drinks were great, we went on a Wednesday, not to crowded, the waitress was super cool, definitely recommend
Decent spot for a nice drink. I came during the day before a flight, and I’m glad I did, but I’m sure it’s better at night.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Door staff very unprofessional, mixed messaging as to what’s allowed in terms of dress code & arguing with each other at the front door. Very very disappointing. Also very empty.
Music was fireee. They were playing all the good rap and r&b. No cover to get in
This is the worst place ever Beware dont go they are racist people the bartenders are very rude they throw things in your face and take your money. This place is the worst I Repeat dont go very racist manger doesnt do a thing but look at you and dont correct the problem if I can give a star it would be zero very racist this business will be reported to the BBB
One of the better places Ive been to in Miami. Great DJ and drinks were decently priced.
Good music and good drinks, but good luck getting the bartenders to pay attention to you!
Always a great time. The staff here from foh to boh is super attentive and respectful. Can’t never go wrong👍🏽👍🏽 Also there are cup holders in the bathroom😬
Came here for drinks and the cocktails were pretty good. I liked the ambience of the place and it’s the type of Wynwood bar that wouldn’t attract the tourist crowd
Great vibe. Attentive bartenders. Friendly crowd. Good prices. Nice place to lounge for a few with friends.
The manager is extremly disrespectful, and rude -customer service ia non-existant. Bottles/drinks are over priced for this mediocre place. Never going back.
Fun spot, great music, tasty drinks. A little pricier than other Wynwood bars but its definitely worth it!
Went for my birthday on a Thursday night. It was about empty but still a vibe for the people who were there.
The rest rooms here are worse than in any other night club in the world, you have to queue for not less than 20 minutes. How do you make a drunk person queue all that long?
Never a dull time here. Great staff and music. Food is bomb.
Went when it first opened great new addition to wynwood. Great drinks, very nice ambience and somewhere new to hang with pals in that laid back feel good wynwood vibe
Pretty good, bottle service is decent price, hookah was good as well, overall decent chill scene
Friendly staff... My fav is Khi but everyone is cool af. Nice vibe. Good music and 🍸drinks... Highly recommend!
The staff at Rackets is awesome . I lost my wallet and my phone and they recovered it.I also love the music of DJ Nano.
Ashley served us and was easily the best bartender there, quick and easy service and super attentive and the drinks were great!
Good vibes, drinks, & aesthetic.
They routinely steal phones...dont come here unless you dont care about your phone
Great night in the front lounge area. You also have the option to do bottle service in this sexy lounge. The service team are also good with service. -ChloGotFlo
Kool place. No cover charge at certain times! Loved the music
Great place to chill. On Thursdays Ms Ingrid has Bside Ent in the house followed by Headliner Ent.
Great music, we had a VIP section and were treated very well. Finding parking was a lite tricky.
Horrible venue. Music is alright. Nothing special to the place. Recomend it if you want to spend a very mediocre night worth 10 times less what youre paying for.
Awesome atmosphere and vibe. Will go again and again. Esp Tuesdays bc ladies drink free.
Can get crowded Friday/Saturday night. Nice staff, good drinks and decent music.
Don’t go unless you want your PHONE STOLEN within 10 minutes of getting in
Great place, and nice vibe. Drinks are a little pricey, but we had a great time.
Horrible DJ Miner wasnt good. Food was not great. Drinks were over priced compared to the bar across the street.
Good vibes, good music and reasonably priced drinks! Will definitely be going back. ]
This bar is a great place to start your evening for a happy hour, or to keep it going with fun music later in the evening.
Nice place to start the party! Nice crowd, music is ok, good drinks. Will be back when in Miami.
Nice and fun ..specially the crew its awesome ... Kim you are the best always.
The place was awesome, wish they were more LGBTQ friendly.
Really fun music and get in early to avoid entrance fees
South beach mess in wynwood. $20 cover for guys, and they ask for a tip, “$20 minimum on cards” but they just say to force you to rack up a bill, and bathrooms are shared with guys and girls
Amazing sharing dishes. The best crab cake/patty. Awesome dish. Wonderful atmosphere.
Dont go to this place phone have been getting stolen for the past 3 months. me and 12 other girls got their phones stolen last night and nothing was done about the situation.
Great place for drinks and dance the night away. Excellent service and clean facilities.
This new joint in wynwood is extremly nice, were locals and new people meet to have a great time listening to great music and enjoying a great cocktail
Loved the place. Laid back, casual. Good ambiance. Great drinks.
Went on a Saturday night and the DJ was all over the place with music choices. The line to the bathroom which is in the rear of the club had a line that almost went to the entryway.
Not bad, a bit overcrowded. Accoustics are very bad very loud speakers but the music is good.
The food is terrible and no attention at all from the staff. I dont recommend this place.
Nice place but way too loud. Youll go deaf 100% guaranteed.
High prices great sound system when Big D and da band is there ......awesome top notch musicians
