Miami Cloudz Smoke Shop

I recently visited this smoke shop and purchased a menthol e-liquid. After finishing my old one, I added the store-recommended menthol liquid, only to find that it had no menthol flavor at all. I went back to the store to exchange it for something better, but the employee refused to call the manager or owner to address the issue. The lack of customer service was incredibly disappointing. There are plenty of other shops in the area, so I wont be returning here. If you encounter a defective product, dont expect them to honor your purchase—better to take your business elsewhere.

Miami Cloudz is the best kept secret in Miami. The secret is out. They have an incredible selection and the best prices in Florida that I have seen. The staff is amazing and helpful and the quality is top tier. Ask for Sal or Speedy and they will take amazing care of you.

Cool shop, nice vibes. This store has wide range of products. I haven’t come across such a great selection of products in awhile. Not to mention the owner was super down to earth and friendly.
