The Hairy guy that was working. The front today was just so freaking rude. It was disgusting how rude he was. People like him should not be working handling customers. It extremely sad the store itself. Its awesome, but the gentleman the zhail. The hair in the phase that needs to raise on a haircut. He was just a really rude human being

Every time I come to vice city smoke shop, I’m always greeted with great service and quality products. There’s a wide range of selection too, haven’t seen any other smoke shop go all out like this, always has what I need.

Sometimes staff is worried more about being outside talking to friends than helping their clients. I made a joke with the girl inside about it, now the service she provides is always with an attitude.

This is one of the smoke shops Ive walked into. they have two locations and I have met all the workers they are all a big happy family, they all care and listen to what you need, they are very helpful and patient even if you take 30 minutes to pick up a vape. the prices are amazing and they have so many great deals. I have bought over a hundred vapes from them, and rarely ever had a problem, they usually open them for you in front of you and let you try it and if it has a problem they switch it right out in front of you without hesistation. highly recommend it!!!

The best part about this place are the people that work there - and of course the unmatched selection of imported snacks, cookies and candy they have along with everything else. This is my neighborhood go to store for cigs - that offers a lot more than smoke shop items. Check them out - this is a little gem of a cool well managed with a smile we have EVERYTHING business.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went tonight to pick up some products and it’s my boyfriends sisters wedding this weekend. She really liked this canvas that was on the wall so I politely, excitingly and immediately (not realizing a young lady was already waiting in line) I went to ask him how much the canvases are. I didn’t need to purchase right away, I just wanted to know the price lowkey to buy the canvas for her as a surprise wedding gift. The young lady had no complaints. However, the man at the register with no hesitation acted very rude and atrocious towards me. He raised his voice and instead of saying “excuse me I’m sorry but this young lady has been waiting in line, I’ll be right with you” he said in a very disrespectful and condescending manner to move out of the way that someone was already waiting. I understand if someone was already waiting in line but his tone of voice and attitude was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Considering this store has 4 stars I couldn’t believe the way he spoke to me. My boyfriend and his sister were in shock but as considerate human beings we kept our composure and proceeded to purchase the products even though we didn’t want to just based on his attitude and tone of voice. Never coming here again. I refuse to support or pay money to bad service. He ruined the whole experience and I hope you find his replacement soon.

My favorite smoke shop in Miami, between the prices, service, aesthetic, and the fact that they have EVERYTHING/ANYTHING you need. It’s my go to place, and I love all of the staff. Been going here consistently for 2-3 years now and Ant (the owner) has always treated me and his customers like family. You can go to other smoke shops, but you’ll never get the service or quality like vice.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting who I presume is the owner (loser that rides the scooter). I asked for a specific (raw) product that they did not have, I couldn’t even finish my sentence before he cut me off with a flat and annoyed NO. I saw some Halloween candy in a fish bowl and decided to take a couple. He told me to put them back as they were for “paying customers only”. I didn’t buy anything here today but have in the past I will never return here again, not only did he get angry but threatened me and pulled out a weapon from behind the counter before coming into me. Lowlife scum with issues

This place is awesome, I went because it was convenient for me due to it being around the corner from my place , but after walking in they had everything and more then I could think of for my smoking needs. I learned so much about products i didn’t know about. I think the employs name was Spades, He was so helpful and guided me to some great purchases I left there like a kid leaving a candy store!If you’re in downtown Miami go check them out I will for sure only be going here from now on!!

Always have some type of problem here. They never close when they say they do. I pulled up and waited outside for 10 minutes knocking on the door. No one answered. Lights are clearly on and the back door is open. Called and called and no answer. What’s the point of having posted hours if the store closes whenever they want? Literally so annoying,Edit: I was there at 1145! So make that make sense

Came here to buy a vape, the guy at the register was rude as hell, even after I apologized for interrupting his blunt. Freaking weirdest people ever, why they would not want returning customers, is beyond me. Even the owner is disrespectful, came here twice, and both times had a bad experience learned my lesson, go to Palm Smoke or City smoke shop, people there treat you with respect and have everything or more these people have to offer.

Purchased a defective Fume vape Friday that after a few hits it tasted like burnt coil and would randomly turn on. I went back to the store for a refund or at least a discount on a next one and did not receive either with a picture of the transaction. Very upset because I had a different perspective towards the store being a previous customer I will go elsewhere and recommend other places. Horrible customer service

Horrible experience . Simply went in for vape juice and immediately the worker had a horrible attitude and was getting mad at me that i was inquiring about different vape juice . Lost my buisness . Im a nice person but i cant support a buisness with extremely rude workers that clearly doesnt want to do good buisness and are to angry to deal with customers
