Wanted to bring my cousin to a trusty smoke shop since she was visiting from out of town. Ive been to this location various times myself, getting trinkets and among other items. I wanna give a shout to the staff of Ziggys for being so knowledgeable. #CountonZiggys

EASILY ONE OF THE BEST SMOKE SHOPS IN MIAMI! Went to visit while on vacation from Dallas, Texas and we received nothing but southern hospitality!! From crazy pipes, rolling papers, shoes & crazy art pieces and figurines! Nick was super helpful and didnt hesitate to show me whatever I wanted! I got to chance to buy a Elbo Plushie and havent been any happier. By far a must stop if you are in Miami!

Ive been to Ziggys several times. My experiences there have been hit or miss. Last time, I even began to write a review on this very platform about my less than stellar experience, but apparently, I stopped. I found my draft just now.My experience a couple of days ago was by far, and I do mean very far, the best yet. I was looking for a new toy, and honestly, I knew nothing about it. I was not even sure of what I wanted.Enter Gabe, Ziggys finest, most passionate, knowledgeable (willing to genuinely share that knowledge) team member yet. Gabe was able to provide information on the different products available in the boutique that I was interested in without any self-gain. Through talking to him, I was able to make a sound decision on the item I ended up choosing. I felt confident that I was not making an impulse purchase and ultimately saved me a bunch of money. Gabes customer service is above and beyond, and he makes it feel like one is talking to a friend.

Decent selection but some prices are ridiculous. 30$+ for Peter Stokkebye Tobacco when everywhere else not on Miami Beach is around 20.I drive 10 mins to the U when I could walk to Ziggys in 5 because I don’t like being ripped off.

This was our frst time at this very cool shop and gallery, with lots of variety and interesting glass art. The staff (Nico & Nico) were very attentive and knowledgeable and made our purchase super easy. After arriving home, we realized we bought the wrong items, so we went the next day for the most hassle-free even exchange ever. Great place!

This has become my go to smoke shop and I refuse to go anywhere else. They open quite early and close late compared to other smoke shops in the area. I’ve been coming here consistently for almost 3 years and hands down best customer service and top products. The staff is always friendly and engaging, ready to jump in with recommendations or help you out. Oni is by far my favorite worker, she’s always so helpful and funny, feels like you are talking to friends when you come in this shop.

I really like this store, it always has the vapes and papers I want in stock and a good price,but I came in to buy a replacement herbal grinder and two employees immediately try to upsell me and I have to talk my way down. The sales are way too aggressive they should have just asked me what exactly am I looking for and my price range. I spent the amount I wanted to spend which was around 30.Trying to sell me a $70 grinder as soon as I say the word is not the way to go.

I came here today looking for a couple things. And I left amazed. I wished I lived here so I could make this my go to smoke shop. Rob was really knowledgeable and I felt treated like a family today. The gallery room was amazing. Will have to visit again before I leave.

Went in for for new glass and the staff was amazing. They helped find an item in our price range and were very helpful in making sure we got what we wanted. Definitely will have more business from me.

Without a doubt this is the best smoke shop in the area. They have all the newest products on the market. Any accessories you may need are always available. The glass selection is incredible! To make it even better they have a glass blowing studio right in front of the shop. You can watch an artist blow glass live in front of you while you shop. Definitely stop by this shop if youre in the area. You wont be disappointed!

The prices on D 8 products are very good! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about D8 products. And its a very cool 😎 store to visit.

I absolutely love coming into this shop. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. One employee in particular, Berto, truly went out of his way to assist me. I spent over 30 minutes looking at different items and he was patient and willing to answer all of my questions. Check it out if youre in the miami area!

Best smoke shop in all of Miami, this smoke shop actually compares to a cali smoke shop, it’s probably even better then a lot of cali shops. They have everything you could possibly think of and there gallery is insane. I bought a new zong bing and thanks to nick a illadelph downstem (completely changed the game of how my bing hits) Completely worth it. 10/10 customer service

I have been coming to this location for 4 years. now Having prior experiences with Ziggys locations in California I knew this is the spot for all of my needs. I have always received wonderful customer service from all the employees including nick, sal and onalis. Very knowledgeable and never feel pressured to buy. I always recommend this location to all my friends.

Ziggys Miami is hands down the best smoke shop in all of Miami. Starting with the overall size of the shop, to the experience you get when you walk inside. Every time I go the employees and super friendly and helpful. My last trip to ziggys was yesterday and I went to buy a new bong because I had broke mine, so when I got there I was in a pretty bad mood, but the employee working came and helped me out with an amazing attitude it completely changed my mood. He showed me all the options and different price ranges, potential upgrades for my bong, and he was just as excited as I was for me to get my new glass. It felt like I was in the smoke shop with a friend of mine vs an employe just trying to get me out the door. I 10000000% recommend anyone to go to ziggys smoke shop

Of all the shops in Coral Gables, Ziggys was the only one that had the product I needed! Jamal and Berto were extremely helpful and super nice. The shop is so cool inside, Im definitely coming back!

This place needs to learn how to treat customers. Its okay to refuse service but dont yell and argue with customers. The most unprofessional owners Ive ever seen. You can even see them argue with people here that give bad reviews. Ridiculous.

I came into ziggys and got greeted with excellent customer service from Onalis as soon as I walked in, I came in looking to buy a cuvie and she even suggested a couple of other flavors that I haven’t tried before, even though I got my regular flavor I’ll definitely return to try some new flavors. It’s a great smoke shop with great pieces and a even better atmosphere, this is my new go to shop

The store is always clean and has an insane amount of vape flavors and accessories for everything. Javier helped me find everything for a new dab set up and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Best smoke shop in Miami , they have everything I needed and more , nice variety of pipes , water pipes and bongs. And one thing that I like the most is the variety of fume and hqd+ flavors they have.

Went in for one item they ended up not having but walked away with a new rig thanks to Nico who also answered all my questions. I was also able to check out alot of high up hard to reach items thanks to Mirza who was very patient even after retrieving many items from ceiling level

Very expensive. First time customer and Bought a disposable pod and was told it was returnable no further details. On top of the fact that the product was faulty and it sucked ziggy’s won’t take it back. Same girl who sold it to me and told me it was returnable didn’t take it back and are informing me of the “rules” I’m sure they just made up. Don’t go to this smoke shop they don’t care about the customers if they’re lying for sales. There’s much better smoke shops near ziggys. Won’t be going back.

I had a question about a product i bought there that was the older model... storz and bickell crafty.... i have a volcano so not a new company....Theres a new one now the +, though... . I bought the previous modal . I didnt know.... But i spoke to the manager today . This is a great guy!!!!!!Told me he will get it for me or work with me to return or find an other solution. No problem....With this im good as it does sync with phone unlike reviews say. wise works perfectly. Great customer service.!... thanks!!!!!!

Fire best place for all my needs

Worst experience at a smoke shop. Have been a regular client for some time and costumer service has always been bad. They sold me a messed up vape. Went to return it an hour later and they didn’t change it and just gave a discount for another messed up one and didn’t want to give a new one even without leaving the shop. 100% do not recommend.

Always friendly workers amazing glass pieces from all kinds of artists some can be expensive while they also carry classic glass pieces at different price ranges, i always get my roll up here and whenever i need a new piece i usually first look at Ziggys overall id say they have a above average service than most smoke shops Ziggys really goes all the way with there customers👍👍

The owner is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. I had never been to the shop before and it was a very welcoming experience. He helped me decide between a Roor, Aquaworks, and a HiSi. The store is very well stocked. Lots of heady, and scientific glass. Definitely will be going back. I went with the HiSi.

Selling faulty puffco products. Will not exchange. Owner says they do not buy direct from puffco like most other resellers so they are not accountable. Sounds like they are selling counterfeit products. Waste of money.

Worst smok shop they sell counterfeit and fake goods and do not exchange them. Their rules against buyers doesn’t respect costumes.

Horrible experience i bought a 80$ torch that was broken and they wouldn’t refund my money or replace it because I don’t have receipt but I had proof of bank statements and had called the day I bought the torch and told them it wasn’t working.
