Ive gone in there numerous times over the year, mostly just because I lived in the area and it was close by. I recently moved to the east side of Milwaukee and went to Cream City Vapes. The comparison was night and day.I was at my old house moving some furniture and so I decided to stop by; the person tried selling me discontinued vaporizers for $100 over its original retail. After I said no to that he did drop the price an additional $50 for the discontinued item; still $50 more than it retailed originally but okay...After that I asked to see their THCa to compare it to Cream City stuff, in which he said oh boy, got some good stuff here afterwards producing two unsealed plastic trash bags of mishandled buds. I walked out; night and day.

Good guy, and try to give a good deal, but honestly, sell me a cake 3.0 Blueberry dream even tho I asked for a blue dream for $56, and I found the same one somewhere else for $29.99

My favorite shop and my go to place for hookah and vape supplies. They have a wide variety of options and brands. The owner is awesome and is always helpful. Very knowledgeable on the products he sells and is always able to offer a suggestion based on what you want. Best shop hands down!

They are crooks. After shopping there this morning my debit card number was magically used in New York City and the got me for $850. My bank notified me of fraudulent charge and is refunding money but they got it to start. I am in process of talking with FBI about it because my bank has indicated to me its not first time this place has done that to one of their customers. And it was done in different state so the bank informed me to contact my local FBI for interstate fraud and not my local PD. So steer clear of this place. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would.

Great Shop! Came in with a few questions about some of their products and cannot thank Rico enough, he helped me through each question taking time to explain how to use them. Very happy with this shop and their employees.

So I ran out of lighters and needed to get a new one. Went into this store which is close to my house and I have never been there and wanted to give it a shot. Walked around looked a bit. Didnt want to buy anything today so I just wanted the lighters. The cashier showed me the lighters. Just normal Bic. Lighters. Pulled out my card to pay then he said cash or card. I said cash instead after he offered. Then my total came to 15 dollars and some change. I was a little confused and handed him a 20 thinking I miss heard him. Then he gives me back 5 bucks... thats 5 bucks for a single Bic Lighter? I walked out and said they just lost a customer. 7/12/23 940pm

Sold me a box of 5 coils that only had 1 coil. There is no way the guy wouldnt have known what he was doing. A package missing 4/5ths of its contents weighs less. I ordered two boxes, and only one of the two were full. Im not interested in going back, they simply will never get my business again, and hopefully not yours either. They are shady. There are plenty of competitors nearby.UPDATE / Reply to the owner: I will come back in thanks to your response. I think the single coil sale boxes need to be separated from the full boxes to prevent this in the future. Also, you may want to investigate further. This employee may be stealing from the till as the register will balance out at close when this occurs.

Shopkeeper was a bit pushy and his 510 battery devices were overpriced, but I got a tiny discount for using cash. Its basically a vape store in a convenience store sense.

Been here a couple times. They have a large variety of items, from dispos and vape mods, tanks, coils and juice, papers and wraps, and glass, as well as delta 8 thc products. One of the clerks was very insistent on trying to upsell products for a more expensive version. But as I got a lot of stuff he cut me some deals. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items he carried/sold. They didnt carry the model of box mod I wanted so I got a similar price range. I wouldnt have known I had to get a battery separately but Im glad he mentioned that Id need one before I left the store because my previous model had an all in one battery, i didnt even think to check, and I would have had to make a drive back to the store. Overall I was happy with all my products, after several uses they are holing up, so Id say theyre quality.

Shopped at this location today for some CBD and a small water pipe. All products available that I took a look at were extremely reasonably priced and of good quality. The man at the counter was extremely helpful and even gave me $10 off my full purchase. I will definitely be returning!

I was in first thing this morning, for the first time, after I got off of work since my vape had stopped working. You guys did not have the NordX so was talked into getting Nord5. I did say to the clerk it seemed a little too big for me. All he kept saying was its better. In fact any question I asked him thats all he said. I was starting to think maybe he didnt understand me. I needed a vape so I bought it. I am definitely not really happy with it though. I will be going to a different vape shop to get something more my style and using this as a back-up plan. This is definitely the best vape shop! I’ve gone to a lot all over Wisconsin and worked at one but for the prices and the great customer service and huge selection this place is the only one I’ll go to. I live in the falls but drive to this store every time I need anything because it’s always worth it. Plus their hours are amazing with my schedule I couldn’t find a place that was open when I could go but being open until midnight is so helpful! I thought my vape was done for and he could have easily sold me a whole new vape but he took the time to look into it and figured out how to fix the problem just by replacing a $5 coil! Great selection and decent prices thius place probably has the best selection of vape juices in Milwaukee. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the owner can be VERY annoying, trying to pressure you into buying more. I go in to buy one 3pk of coils and he is constantly asking me if I want to buy 3 boxes, or go in for 1 bottle of juice and hes tries to get me to buy 4 bottles. Just let people buy their stuff and leave. I plan on going to pick up some coils later today and I guarantee hes gonna try to get me to buy 3 boxes. Also while the vape juice and coils are priced fairly the mods are way over priced. I paid $60 online for a Smok Mag P3 and its priced at $160 in this store.

Love this place. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. They will spend time with you to find exactly what you are looking for. The CBD flower selection is quite small but they are all of VERY good quality. Their selection of everything else (CBD edibles, vape juices, etc) is huge. They also give me a lot of discounts if I am buying multiple things and I dont even have to ask!

I have been to the new Forest Home location just once. Today was my first visit, as I only recently noticed it. Walked in and was greeted right away. I had alot of questions about vapes and got shown everything and awesome explainations about everything that I was asking about. This is the place to go, enjoyed my visit and will be back. But I did not catch the guys name that was on this evening but it seems like anyone there would give great customer service.if you go to any other vape or cbd store you most check these guys out price is comparable to the other 3 store around me with the perk of being a few blocks away and open late! Went here to buy my first vape unit a week ago (was using Vuse for 8 months) and wanted something that was affordable and not too intimidating. Antonio helped me pick out the perfect unit that I felt comfortable with and had the capability of building into a more complex RDA down the road. I purchased the Kangertech Subox Starter Kit, as well as (2) Durasmoke 10 mil bottles (2 for $12 deal) and a 30ml Marshmallow Man bottle from the $10 markdown bin. Not only did Antonio thoroughly assist me, but one of their loyal customers chatted me up the entire time and gave a lot of great input on what he liked and did NOT like. I felt extremely satisfied knowing this was a place where not only the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, but that they have “regulars” who feel so comfortable there themselves that they are willing and WANT to contribute to other patron’s vaping experiences. Now there are a lot of vape stores in the area where I live (about 5 different ones all within a couple miles of each other) so I went to another location a few days later just to see the various brands and prices. I won’t say the name but I will refer to it as ‘DP’… needless to say I was extremely disappointed despite their positive online reviews and photos. DP seemed like a popular place as many people were there and they carry a large assortment of units and juices. However, many of the ones I wanted were either all sold out or oddly expensive. While they did have local and homemade juices, the prices weren’t even comparable to Vape 27. Not only that, but the customer service was very lackluster. The man “helping” me had very low energy and didn’t seem at all interested in interacting, let alone selling to me. At Vape 27, they highly encourage you try before you buy, but at DP, I felt it was considered more of a nuisance than anything. Also at Vape 27, when you don’t like something, they get it: they know not everything is for everyone and they always offer a solution. At DP, I felt like he was insulted when I politely said I wasn’t feeling it. I soon realized it was time to bolt, and yet, I didn’t want to be offensive (I often feel bad when I don’t buy something which I know is silly), but I ended up buying one of their own mixes: a 30ml bottle for $20. After I made the purchase, I quickly exited feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable, not to mention upset that I even allowed myself to give that guy any of my $. Knowing I had to make this right with MYSELF, I headed back over to Vape 27 where I was greeted once again by Antonio and their “regular.” I told him I had “cheated” on them a little bit, but he laughed and replied understandably, “That’s what you have to do; try a couple places out and find the one that fits.” As soon as I walked up to the counter, he remembered and subsequently offered up their own RDA filled with the Milkhead by Gost I had been eyeing up the previous week… that’s when I knew I had found the place that was the right fit for me. I ended up buying (2) 30ml bottles from their $10 bin, as well as a 50ml bottle of Naked Fish Wahoo. l left feeling SO relieved and completely satisfied, hence my reason for writing this review. This place deserves an A+ in all areas: pricing, product, and especially customer service. This is the first review I’ve ever written, but working in the retail industry myself, I find it extremely important to give credit where credit is due. When someone goes above and beyond and exceeds all expectations, that in conjunction with experiencing the terrible customer service that IS unfortunately out there, you can’t take for granted those that have indeed made your time and $ well spent. Vape 27 is THE BEST place for your vaping needs- great job guys!!

Their mods are over priced. I go here in a pinch, but wouldnt make it a regular stop. They dont have a wide variety of juice or ability to recommend a flavor. Its also a hookah place, so be ready for that when you walk in.

This is by far the best vape stop around. I was on my way back from work and looked up a local spot and 102 CBD Vape and Smoke had the best reviews. Stopped in and everything they had was priced incredibly I was beyond satisfied shopping here and will from now on be a recurring customer.
