In and Out Smoke Shop & Liquor Store

I live in the suburbs but work a block away from this store and I would come here during my breaks when I needed a vape. I will only ever come here to buy vapes!! And I wanna express why.Im picky and some times I need to browse a bit. At any other store I am haggled and having unwarranted recommendations on brands and flavors that are unrelated to what Im looking for and if I buy something they try to hustle me to buy more.But this place is different.I believe hes the owner, but hes always really welcoming, and he will let me look as long as I need to. and if he asks what Im looking for he will give me realistic recommendations. recently, he offered to put in an order for what I was looking for that I was having a hard time finding at any store! I will only come here because of this service. Even though its far from where I live this small detail alone makes such a difference in my experience.

Love this place. Started coming here a few times a month when I first moved downtown less than a block away. Now Ive been going more frequently in the last year and have nothing but great things to say about it. ALL of the workers there are very friendly, the store is very clean and very well stocked. More of a pantry in my opinion, which is a good thing. If you need something food related in a pinch like snacks or even basic canned or some frozen things, they have a great selection. The prices are very fair and there is a rewards program too!I never feel unsafe going in the store even though this area of downtown can be a bit sketch.If you live nearby or are passing through, dont pass this store up!

Polite professional staff whom not only remember the shoppers name but goes above and beyond to make the customer feel at home while doing their best at insuring ones order is filled. Very knowledgeable on all of their merchandise. Stop in and see for yourself

Dirtiest store I’ve ever stepped foot into. The workers are lazy; sitting around and not to mention pervy, constantly hitting on females that walk in. Save yourself the time and just spend your money else where.

Hello all, it is Herb again. Back with another review, this time of In and Out Pantry and Smoke Shop. One of the employees, a husky white fella with a backwards hat and a freaking sick BMW, is the best employee of a smoke shop I have ever seen. His knowledge of disposable nicotine devices is absolutely unreal, and he is also really good at COD Cold War gunfight. I stopped by this place to look for a sandwich at lunchtime, asked the clerk if they sold any.He looked me in the eyes and told me “no, they did not sell sandwiches.”Another man with a basket comes up to the register with two sandwiches, I asked where he’d found them, and replied they were the last from the back fridges.The clerk lied to me, and lost a future customer.
