Fabulous location with friendly owners and employees!I bought a battery for my vape pen, which unfortunately died within 24 hours (*couldnt charge it or anything). I brought the battery back to MKE Vape the next morning, and explained what happened. I wasnt so sure they would refund me, because I didnt have a receipt. But the store owner recognized me from the day before, and exchanged my battery at no cost. And the new battery works great! Also he was so gracious and kind!Totally recommend this store.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection. This is why until day, I always gave them my business.A few days ago, I bought a product that turned out to be defective, something that I did not learn about until later. This is the second time I bought something that did not work. Since it didnt cost much the first time, I just shrugged it off and did not complain. This time, I paid too much to do that, so I went there to try to exchange it for the exact same product. The employee there (who again, was very nice and tried to be helpful) texted the owner, who told him not to do anything for me, despite me being a good customer. Based on this, I will now be going to one of the other five competing shops within a three minute walk of this one.I gave this shop two stars instead of one solely because the staff is very kind and this was not their fault. Otherwise, buyer beware.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Completely unreasonable return policy. I purchased a very expensive disposable pen that doesnt even pull and now Im stuck with it. Their policy states that you must open the products in store and test all of them. Who wants to crack open a pen/cart/etc and hit ALL of them right on the spot to see if the inventory this store is peddling actually works. Save your money folks and go to a store with a policy that actually is customer focused.

Bought a tabaccoo pipe and it broke immediately after just tapping it into my palm, I don’t know if there is was a previous crack or not but my experience returning it was awful. The woman that works there refuses to help you in any situation, whether a cartridge has bubbles in it that are known to taste burnt ( as soon as i seen, i told her that these bubbles are not good and if i could exchange i’d be super appreciative. also an unopened package, i could see through the packaging) and she just stone walls me. This was unopened, easily exchangeable product. She acted the same way she did when I told her how this pipe broke too. It was only until the guys who work there were in on shift, that I got the respect and help I needed. I told them the situation and they let me pick out a same priced pipe. Also trusted me enough to know I wasn’t some scammer. The cartridges with the bubbles, I showed her and she saw with her own eyes. She just acts condescending and stubborn before someone even has the chance to contest yet. It’s not like MKE vape doesn’t have some ounce of courtesy to spare. All the rest of the employees are great, but sometimes makes me wonder if she only stone walls me because of who I am or if it’s because of how she feels ab herself. Either way, she needs to treat the customers better.

The best with other stores ripping people off with hot dog water and snake oil. Bro had everything and smelled so good. He the deal. Prices for all and they stuff dont break after you get 🏠 like you are homeless or something. That Rick and Morty Cart hitting hard. Thanks brother, just got off of work and will be back for more. Great selection! Was in from out of town and my vape was having issues. A friend recommended this place and I understand why. They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection and I was in and out.

Really great store. I have pretty much been to every single other store around the area and this store by far has the best prices. Since the first time Ive been there service has been fast and efficient. Great selection of every single thing you ever need. All employees know their stuff too. Cant beat this shop.

The people working here are amazing. They know the products so well! I wanted to try to switch from cigarettes to a vape, and the person working there gave me so many options! The person helping me was also giving me the information about each disposable.

I like this shop a lot. The staff is nice and Im able to get in and out pretty quickly. They have a wide selection and at good prices.

The younger kid that works during the day is by far the laziest person I’ve ever encountered working retail. I asked what was in a specific juice and his response was “I’m not sure” I called before I came to see if the shop is affiliated with MKE VAPE on Greenfield Ave. He had no clue and said “well if MKE is in the name I’d imagine so” I asked about a few juices and he wouldn’t even look at the bottle, just simply said “I’m not sure”. The last time I came to this place the service was bomb, and the prices were even better. Not so sure I will be returning.

Guy working barely noticed us walk in, even though we were the only people in there. Guess the video he was watching on his phone was important. He eventually said hi, then back to the phone.The selection was minimal, but there were a couple of things wed have liked to look at if the guy working there was actually there.Funnily enough, as we were walking out, someone he apparently knew walked in and he jumped up and was all about it... Dont know if it was how we looked or what, but I left with cash in my pocket instead of their cash register.Wont be back. Didnt feel welcome.

Worst vape shop experience Ive ever had. This place is why I just buy everything off the internet, and open wholesale accounts with all my favorite eliquid manufacturers, and just buy in bulk at wholesale prices. If the counter guy wasnt so out of it, (probably stoned) I wouldve bought a pod set up with juice, but he didnt want to even show us the juice flavors. The guy behind the counter literally couldnt answer a single question I had, just overall disinterested in doing anything, and just wasnt friendly at all. I would rather give my money to a business that actually cares about their customers and wants to help them make a good choice. This place seems like the kind of place that just has a good location, and knows theyre going to get customers regardless of their customer service. Also their selection of products (pod systems, mods, tanks, and eliquid) was seriously lacking, they have basically nothing compared to most other vape shops around the city. 0 stars if I could.

This is a hidden gem in Milwaukee. Seriously the lowest prices in town on vapes and delta. They also have a large assortment of pipes and hookah. The clerks are always in a good mood and it seems like they know their stuff.

Since Infinite Vapor has decided to close the location on Pleasant and Water, I was looking for a new shop. MKE Vape was closest and i had to get cotton. They didnt have it in stock but the staff was friendly and they carried a line of juice ive always wanted to try. I am definitely going back again.

Horrible customer service. I have been goin here for 2 years. Would not help me out with a bad vape pen they sold me. Never will come here again.

Has a decent selection of juices but terrible policies. The guy sold me the wrong coils and said I couldnt replace them even though I showed him the tank I was using. Seriously, youre risking money by shopping here.

Fair prices, wide selection, knowledgeable employees. MKE Vape has everything you could want for locals or tourists just passing through Milwaukee. For returning customers theres even a rewards program! Excellent establishment that carries a large selection of disposable vapes (including posh, juul, Hyde, and more!), juice, mods, glassware, and Delta 8 products (from edibles, to carts, to disposables as well). Whenever I find myself near Brady Street MKE Vape is my first choice for my vape products.

The staff is always helpful, but what keeps me coming here is the friendliest cashier with the beautiful glasses 💯🎶 always with a smile and never giving judgemental looks 💫

2nd time purchasing cbd from here, effing hated it. Bought coils as well, gave me the wrong coils. Lets see if tomorrow morning he gives me the right coils or money in return.**welp couldnt get my refund, went at 11 and no ome was there, he never IDs me, not alot of posh flavors, the guy is very monotone and serious, not a very welcoming vibe.**

Small selection of vape mods and the person working wasnt very knowledgeable about the different types of vaping such as VML vs VL and he tried to steer me towards the exact opposite of what I told him I was looking for.

Its alright. They could definitely use help in the customer service area and 90% of the time theyre sold out of the flavors I came in for. I generally go here once a month so its frustrating to come in and theyre still sold out of the flavor I came in a month ago asking about. The caps on the milwaukee vapor brand are terrible because they always get stripped no matter the flavor I get so I have to make sure I keep the bottles upright at all times so I dont lose product.
