I have a new outlook on life after my body work by Michael accompanied with upper cervical chiropractic adjustments. I had been suffering terrible vertigo followed by prolonged periods of nausea and brain fog. The vertigo has been alleviated, and my other symptoms are improving. Thank you!

I would rate Creating Wellness 10 stars if I could. After five years of suffering with arm pain I can finally rest easy as my issues have subsided with the help of Michaels full body approach to healing and alignment. I had MRIs, blood work, PT, x-rays and countless tests that all came up empty. In one appointment with Michael he discovered what my issues were and started to work them out. I had one of my best nights sleep after that first appointment. And now after a series of appointments under my belt, we are working to maintain the results and keep my issues at bay. I would recommend Michael and the Creating Wellness center to anyone who has been experiencing chronic issues with no real answers. I refuse to take medication to mask the root cause of an issue and Michael has helped me keep that promise to myself with a whole-body approach to health.

Mike is a gifted bodyworker. I know thats a weird word to use, but what he does goes beyond massage to realigning the body so that it can work at its best, highest ability. Mike is the most intuitive physical medicine guy I have seen. His Massage and assisted Stretching is better than any other I have gone to. He found some challenges I did not even know I had and after he worked his magic I was surprised and pleased with how good I felt. Brilliant.Update: Within seconds of looking at my foot, Mike knew my big toe was dislocated and fixed it. 2 weeks ago an MD was stumped so he ordered x-rays and told me I didnt have a break or a dislocation and then referred me to a specialist. Mike is intuitive and knowledgeable about how bones and muscles work together.Who would have thought that my outside calf could affect my big toe? He not only told me, but he showed me how one part affects the other. Im very pleased with the service and knowledge at Creating Wellness.

Michael is not only a gifted therapist, he is a kind and compassionate person who genuinely cares for his clients. A restorative experience in a calming studio. Michael is extremely knowledgeable & kind. I came in with lots of knots from running. Michael not only worked out the muscles, but gave me helpful tips for stretching going forward. The best massage experience I’ve had in milwaukee.

Ive been going to Mike the Healer (as I call him) for 6 months now and I have never felt better. Mike can find the areas of concern (even if I am not sure of where they are) and work them out.No, it is not magic. Yes, it may take a few sessions, as well as stretching at home and changes to the way you walk or lift or reach, but it will help immensely.He has worked on my headaches, backaches, and issues with my calves. All are much better since I started seeing him. I have recommended Mike to my friends and I am recommending him to you.

I was having issues with my shoulder and local experts were unable to diagnose the problem that was limiting the use of my arm. On the recommendation of a friend, I went to Creating Wellness to meet with Michael Vlahoulis, who began to work on my shoulder using deep tissue massage and a variety of other creative techniques that have continued to loosen it and give me back full use of this arm. Michael listens to his customers problems and continues to work on finding methods to solve those problems. In a word, he is Awesome! Michael is very skilled at what he does, i have had many massages from targeting problem areas to relaxation and stress relief. Drove from South side of Kenosha County to see this master of his trade! After successful treatment of a frozen left shoulder several years ago, some spring tree clearing this spring left me with some right shoulder discomfort. Because of Covid, things couldnt be treated immediately, and progressively tightened up. After just one visit, considerable pain was relieved and movement was restored. Another issue, an annoyance with a hip flexor (psoas) was taken care of in literally just a few minutes. I still highly recommend him to work out those issues which ail you...it may take more than a visit or two, especially with a severe problem (like my frozen shoulder on the other side), but far better and safer than surgery and/or injections!

My wife purchased a Groupon for a massage as a gift to me in January. I made my first attempt to make an appointment about 1 week later. The business voice mail message stated there was a flood so he needed time to fix. I left a message for him to call me. This message went unreturned. I phoned again a couple of weeks later and my call was returned. My appointment had to be made for April 7th which was about a 1 1/2 month wait but ok fine. I know of other businesses that got swamped after a Groupon sale. However at 10:30 am April 7th I got a phone message that the appointment needed to be cancelled. Im calling Bravo Sierra on this one. How is it that I am required to give 24 hours notice and it isnt the same the other way around. The only option that Mike gave me was to wait another 3 weeks for my appointment. When I told him that the 28th and the 30th of April didnt work his response was Well why not? Poor customer service. When I asked for a refund on my money, I was told to contact Groupon. Groupons return policy is up to 7 days after the purchase. We are coming on 3 months. Wow. I only hope that Mike will come through on this one. Ill post later if this is resolved to my satisfaction.

I purchased a groupon from this place to gift to someone. It was impossible to set an appointment and the purchase will go unused. No matter what day or time I would try to book an appointment, it would say No availability. This happened over the course of a year, so it wasnt just a busy time. Avoid this place. There are plenty of other massage salons around town that are legitimate places.

This is my go-to place for healing massage and Holy Fire Reiki. Beautiful, tranquil space, caring, insightful and compassionate gentle man in Michael Vlahoulis. Easy on-line scheduling, peaceful re-imagined website, handy location. Its a hidden gem on a busy street, yet theres always a parking space available. Once inside, the world falls away.

Great work and communication, booked my appointment late at night and was confirmed for the next morning. Much needed, will be back!
