Elements Massage

This was my first visit here and I had Mark for a deep tissue massage. The massage itself was great! The heated table was nice, and the room was clean. I also liked that I wasn’t pressured to buy a membership or products to take home like I have been at other places. The whole experience was no-stress and very relaxing!! I will definitely be going back!

If youre looking for a great massage...this is the place. Very professional and knowledgeable massage therapists! Great prices too and theyre always running some type of special to help save customers money!

Elements is a hidden treasure. My husband and I have been going to Elements since before Covid. I prefer Cateena because of her professionalism and patience. She listens to what issues Im having with my muscles and stress in my neck and shoulders (Im a teacher-lol). She is attentive and makes sure that the atmosphere and massage are just what I need to feel completely refreshed and relaxed.

I had a 2 hour stretch and deep tissue massage with Natalie. This was amazing after an extended car trip. I am walking and feeling much better.

Pretty good massage and accommodating staff :) I wish they massaged my feet a little more and didnt press on my collar bone/shoulder area but overall the massage was very nice.

I experienced the full body with herbal ritual add on. All I can say is Regina J. was amazing!

I appreciate how Elements specializes in massage therapy rather than being a spa that tries to upsell clients on other services. My therapist Cateena always knows the best techniques and how to adjust and personalize them for what I need on different days. Highly recommend!

Fantastic deep tissue massages! Very knowledgeable staff and great customer care.

Went to Cateena for the first time today, and I can’t rave enough about her. Not only is she personable and has such a wonderful personality, she knows what she is doing!! I have never been more at peace and relaxed. She targeted the areas I asked perfectly and I feel so much better. My new person forever and ever!

So Ive had quite a bit of back pain lately and went in for my first massage. I love that they do a new customer discount, it allowed me to get the hot stone add on (which I have fantasized about since I was a child). Caleena was my massage therapist this trip and she was super sweet. She really structured the massage based on where my complaints were and kept making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Cant wait to go back!

Cateena was fantastic and friendly! She took time before the session to ask me about my health and if anything hurts as well as my preferred pressure. I would highly recommend Cateena.

Beware...of this place for employment! During the interview with Dawn, she informed me my availability was no problem. My first day was a total nightmare...I trained with a lady that just complained about the job and how dysfunctional this place was. I totally believe every word she said because the atmosphere was weird and the staff was like everybody was in a cult. After 2 hours I grabbed my purse and ran to my car. I definitely understand why they continue to have a high turnover. Also gave me schedule for a month with four days off. Dawn is just a body at the desk no authority.Beca is the owners daughter weird asl.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and privacy. The prices are decent and the massage, Mark was my therapist, really helped me decompress and relax. I required and deep and firm massage and he did exactly that. I loved my massage. The staff were friendly and helpful with questions and paper work. I would definitely recommend others here.

I have been using Elements for a couple of years and am very satisfied. They have worked with me on so many physical issues and have helped immensely. I saw Zach today and it was a very, very good massage. Sometimes I think it’s the only reason I can get around as well as I do. Highly recommend and have never had a mediocre massage there. Always excellent!

I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. I had seen Linh for a long time so when she was moving to another state I asked her for a recommendation and she suggested Alex. I have been using her for a while now and I couldnt be happier. She knows my trouble spots, the pressure I like and she even helped when I got a leg cramp!! Alex is terrific!

My massage therapist’s name was Mia! She was absolutely AMAZING! She was very gentle and attentive and massaged each area with so much attention to detail. My shoulder area was super tense but I felt much relief right after my massage. I will definitely be returning soon!!

This place and staff were phenomenal! Me and my daughter went for Mothers Day, and got the 1 hour session and truly enjoyed it. The staff was very professional, and made us feel very comfortable. I cant remember the name of the lady that did my daughters massage, but she was really sweet, and I highly recommend her and Eric! I cant get back soon enough. :D

I enjoyed my experience from the online booking, to filling out paperwork, choosing the massage style i wanted, meeting my therapist.. all of it was a great experience. the massage table was heated and that was great for me.. it was my first professional massage and i was very pleased. so much that i joined as a member and will be returning more and more! if you’re thinking of a massage, look at their website.

Ive been to several massage therapists in my life, but Elements Massage is by far the best. I just had the best massage by Meko. I felt like it was a massage and chiropractic appointment all wrap up in one. Ive been having major back pain from working from home, and I left feeling like a new person.

Katina was awesome! The atmosphere was very relaxing and she made me feel very comfortable. My neck had been bothering me for a couple of weeks, and now it feels like Ive got some of my range of motion back after having it worked on. I will definitely be back!

I had Celeste and she was amazing!! She asked was there any spots i need more attention on and she worked them. She also asked how was the pressure when I showed a little discomfort from a knot in my back. I definitely recommend and will be returning.

Eric is back!! My 90 minute massage was exceptional! Professional, consistent, and thorough! I felt completely rejuvenated after my appointment and will definitely be back soon! I booked a massage here. First time customer. I wasnt satisfied therefore I booked at a different business the next day. The room was cold although the masseuse did have a table warmer. I felt like I was getting a rub instead of a deep tissue massage. I gave 2 stars for the table warmer and she was nice. Certainly need a portable electric heater for customers that are cold natured.

My back hasn’t felt this good in years. Highly recommend!

Ive been going to elements for years and always have a great experience. Eric is the absolute best! Very professional and skilled with the extensive knowledge of kinesiology and body alignment. Creates a calming atmosphere and doesnt talk constantly like a lot of therapists do, preventing you from really relaxing. He doesnt overdo it either to where Im horribly sore the next day! Highly recommend!

I didnt get the name of the lady working the front desk the evening I came in, but she was so friendly and personable. I felt myself relaxing before I was even called back for my massage. Shelly is absolutely wonderful! I came into Elements in a lot of pain, and Shelly was very cognizant of that during my massage. I felt so relaxed and had significant pain relief right away. She also took the time to educate me about some of the issues that were causing my pain. I really appreciated not being bombarded with a sales pitch, that always seems to ruin a massage.

Tara is both an amazing and sweet lady as well as the best massage therapist! Dawn who works the front office is always pleasant. This place is exceptionally clean and friendly. If you havent had a massage at Elements you must try. They are the bomb!

I recently moved out of state and came back into town for a visit and a friend gifted me a massage at Elements. I saw Katina ( I hope I spelled that right ). She was wonderful. The massage was really well thought out. She used hot stones and really did well during the entire massage using both hot and cold sensations to aid in relaxation. She worked on the problem areas I pointed out at the beginning of the session, though saved enough time to attend to my whole body head to toe :-)There were several little things she did during the massage that showed her care & professionalism as a therapist.I will request her again, & I highly recommend her. ( May 2021.My experiences with elements massage I’ve been positive. Regina, Alyson, Lihn, & Eric have been excellent therapists in my opinion. I have been getting massages at elements for over 10 years, so some of these people may no longer be employed with elements massage. Celeste has been a good therapist for times when I was not looking for a deep tissue massage. The atmosphere of elements has always been calm and the facilities have always been clean. Through the years I have not always used every therapist so there are plenty that I cannot comment about but my overall experience with elements massage has been very positive from their front desk staff and schedulers, to their flexibility in billing. I have enjoyed my interactions with this business.

Oh yeah! This place rocks! On one hand it is just like most places. But only if they are good. I have been lucky in a sense that I have always had good experiences each place Ive been. Elements is great for me since they are close by and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend trying them out.

I just received the best massage of my life today from Vera. She knew exactly where, how and what pressure needed to be used on my body. I made sure to get her name so I can request her again and again. It was so good, I picked up two gifts card for my mom and for my sister on the way out. Yesterday I had my first ever massage. Cateena made me feel extremely comfortable. The environment and music was so quiet and relaxing. Cateena has a healing touch with the perfect amount of pressure. I am now a believer in the power of massage therapy. The massage ended with the scalp and she even braided my hair! I will definitely be back.

I love that I could come on a Sunday afternoon for a massage. Liz did a fantastic job, she was very personable, professional and well trained. The atmosphere was very relaxing & the facility was immaculately clean. I enjoyed my time there very much & will be a repeat customer.

It was friendly, professional and they offered me several options and wanted me to receive the best value. Celeste was the masseuse that worked with me. She did an awesome job. Very kind and asked several times how things were going for me pressure wise. I look forward to getting my next appointment .

Enjoyed my long overdue therapeutic self-care day here with a 90 min Himalayan salt stone massage. My whiplash pain & overall tension/stress melted away under the hands of a miracle worker. Next day I was a little sore from where all the knots were kneaded out, but that is expected & needed in order for those deep tissues to heal. 2 days out from massage now & I feel reborn.

Great rewarding and relaxing experience. Julie was so awesome and sweet with great technique. After having a new born a massage was needed.(I ended up falling asleep I was so relaxed) Lol!! I had always enjoyed dealing with this company. However, since I have moved and have to resole a few issues it has resulted in my needing to correspond more. Since I had been dealing with these people for so long, I assumed anything that came up could be resolved reasonable well and still be friendly. What I have observed when asking for information is a shortness and curtness. No matter what we need to resolve, there always needs to be professionalism. I would have easily continued to refer people to this membership as I have in the past, however, now I am very cautious.

*UPDATE* Dawn reached out to me & offered me a complimentary massage to make up for my previous poor experience. I had Cateena work on me, & she is one lovely person! So sweet, & welcoming from the moment we met. Very attentive to my needs, checks in about heat & pressure, but didnt talk so much as to break me out of relaxation mode. Very good touch & technique. She is a wonderful therapist, & I give her alone 5 stars! And I give Dawn at the front desk 5 stars too! These 2 women totally redeemed this place for me. I WILL be back, and it will be to see Cateena!--Original Review-- Very nice ladies at the front desk! But therapists were all talking in the hall leading to our room. Not very condusive to a relaxing setting. My therapist kept talking, even when I said Id like to relax and not talk. But he was very good at checking in with me about the pressure he was applying, and managed to work out a very tough spot in my back. That impressed me! If there was less talking and a more relaxing environment in the back of the spa, it would have more stars.

Alyson was wonderful. Her massage pressure was perfect for my needs. When she founds knots, she worked them without making me feel like I wanted to be somewhere else! I feel great today!

Excellent masseuse in Mark. He hit every pressure point I needed that other masseuse didnt come even remotely close to triggering. His pressure was consistent throughout the full 90 minutes.

Im not sure how to rate MY EXPERIENCE. My husband loved Mia (5star) he went that morning and I went that evening, and I had someone else lets say he talked the ENTIRE TIME I was getting my massage. Nice conversation but I DID NOT RELAX.

Really shabby. Employees eating at the front desk while I waited to check out. Noticeable food smells were apparent from my arrival time at 1pm and lingered (finished massage at 2:30). It was just too smelly for what is supposed to be a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. There was a huge disconnect between the massage I requested and what I received. My therapist was very nice but completely unskilled.I did receive a discount for being a first time client and other than the slow check out I felt like the employees were nice.Late note: after a day I noticed several bruises appear that I attribute to this massage, which was supposed to be a massage “to unwind”, for relaxation. Disappointed.

Each time I have gone to Elements I have had a thorough massage and got exactly what I asked for, and then some. The staff is definitely knowledgeable about the functions and structure of the body. I have noticed a difference in how I feel and move. Recommend that you go as often as you can and take advantage of the membership.

I love elements. Ive been using them for a few years now. They are always on time, the rooms are always clean, and the atmosphere is always relaxing. Definitely give them a try if youre looking for a great massage experience.

First of all I didnt get a full hour and I was there and ready on time to do my initial paperwork but had to wait for the receptionist to come back to the front. And when I finally got back to the massage room my masseuse was a total chatterbox and I couldnt enjoy my massage for all his verbiage and philosophical topics and views! I left feeling like I gave them $65 dollar to help me increase my tension!???! It couldve just been that masseuse white Male dark brown hair wears glasses looks to be about late 30s to mid 40s. Whatever you do dont get this guy!

Went in with a friend. Her experience with her massage therapist was better than mine. Its ok but I wish my girl would of done something special for me for first time being there. And my therapist had some long artificial nails on her that hurt when it scratches me.

I had a gift certificate for a one-hour massage at Elements. Joanna was my massage therapist, and she did an awesome job. Since I work at the computer all day, after my massage she showed me head-to-toe stretches and exercises I could do throughout the workday to improve my circulation and help relieve my tension and sore muscles. I really appreciated the extra time and effort she took to make sure I took care of myself.

I Really Enjoyed my massage (That was Gifted to me from my kids for Birthday) which was yesterday. I really needed it and the Masseuse was so proficient and the atmosphere was calming, soothing as well when you first walked in. The Receptionist is very professional and nice as well.❤️😊4/28/19

Hi everyone, I see Ms. Cateena and she is not only an amazing massage therapist but she is easy to talk to and helps you really relax. She has a beautiful spirit and a touch from God!!! Highly recommend seeing her!! Especially if it’s your first massage she makes you feel very comfortable and I leave there feeling so relaxed. Im a chiropractor so I look for therapist who deliver the goods. I must admit Elements delivers. Cateena Martin was my therapist and she is a true professional. She is gentle, yet knows exactly how much pressure to use for effectiveness. Aaron was a great masseur but unfortunately the relaxation experience was ruined by not being in a secluded/sound proof room. The woman next to me was literally on her phone for nearly the entire session, blabbing nonsense. Even after complaining, I was not offered any compensation. Bad experience, not worth the money.

I like the flexibility I was offered, ( I was a first time client) , I was running extremely late but instead of canceling my appointment altogether, they offered to work with my time frame. To me that shows that they truly put their clients first!

For the second year in a row the remaining gift cards not used that was purchased during open house in the first week of December has been denied. We have two 60 minutes cards in our procession that when presented at Elements said they have already been used. We have one and our daughter in law has the other. Our gift card number is M60 5601. Rebecca said when I tried to use it we have no more remaining cards on our account. HOW can that be when this is the first time I presented it for use? Then today we noticed that a 26.00 charge was posted to our checking account on 12/29/55. What is that? Neither my wife nor I had a massage on the 29th. Last year when this happened I asked for a detail activity account and never got one. This year with two 60 minute cards not used I will pursue this in the fullest. When Rebecca told me after my session on the 23rd that my 60 minute gift card cannot be used and I asked her why her answer was I cannot get into the gift card system. Then how did she determine my card was not good? There is an obvious flaw in the gift card system. When I purchase over 300.00 of cards I expected all of them to be available for use.I will give 5 STARS to the massage therapist my wife uses because she is FANTASTIC but dealing with them and our account is terrible.

Not worth your money not valuable- dont pay for their extra services cause its a literal jokeAs for the massage- it was a massage idk🧍🏾‍♀️ Like it helped worth my soreness but other than that it just didnt feel right and the oil treatment was a huge joke- like you go in for a massage to relax- nothing is relaxing about this place its a joke🧍🏾‍♀️Sorry this was a negative review but im just being honest lolConclusion: if you need a massage and are poor come in- dont expect anything else

Had a bit of a mishap with the original scheduling and in fact posted a rather bad review. The manager ended up calling me and making things right, and the massages my wife and I enjoyed ending up being simply the best we have ever had.

My first time here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mark was my therapist and he was very good and very professional! I will be returning for sure.

One of the most RUDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL lady calls me by the name of Dawn with the most driest disposition I’ve ever encountered from anyone in the Spa Industry. So I am taking this as a blessing in disguise... if this company hires people that nasty to represent them... imagine how nasty they would have handled my body. My husband called and made me a massage appoitment i am 7 weeks pregnant our house just burnt down a week ago we have had a HORRIBLE year and get told that they are canceling me because they dont do masaages in prenatal until 2nd trimester while im sitting here in pain from my fibormyalgia and stressing. Will NEVER go to this place for myself or husband. Screw it here..... also MY DOCTOR RECOMMENDED I GET PRENATAL MASSAGES STARTING RIGHT AWAY TO RELAX AND STRESS FREE MYSELF.
