I really enjoyed my experience at massage Envy. She was very professional. She asked me all the places that I would like to be targeted. Did exactly what I wanted? She wasnt too heavy-handed, and that was one of the things that I was really happy with when I left out of there. I felt great. She offered me water . I really enjoyed my experience there and I will definitely be using her again. I would Recommend anyone, especially a first-time person coming to get a massage to use her they wont be disappointed.Thank you.

Peaceful atmosphere and welcoming receptionist. My massage tech Christina was amazing. I could tell she is passionate about what she does. Such care and precision in her technique. I felt great after my massage. Time and money well spent!

Annabel is wonderful! Aside from genuinely caring about her clients she adjusts to the pressure needed to relieve the tension and I personally leave 100% much better. She is amazing!

Kenneth (in Moreno Valley) was great! He was friendly, personable, engaging, and supportive. This was our first time meeting and yet he was able to quickly identify & match my energy and style of interaction.He truly listened and not just with his ears (to borrow his words). His ears, eyes, mind, hands, and heart all skillfully worked together. My pain and tension were significantly reduced because of his ability to adjust the amount of pressure he applied and maintain his focus on providing personalized care.I live 30-40 min. away and may continue to schedule with him even though there are 2 locations even closer.I highly recommend him!5 stars!

Jayme was my massage therapist and she was awesome! Her pressure was perfect. I like deep tissue and she checked in to make sure pressure was okay the right amount of times. I was very pleased with my massage and left nice and relaxed.

Deb was amazing!! I told her what my main concerns were but it was like she already knew and could see the problems I was having. She really worked out so many knots I had in my shoulders/upper body, I will for sure be coming back to see her every time!

My first visit to Massage Envy was absolutely a fantastic and very rewarding experience. After my full body massage by Reina, I was a different man. I suffer with lower back issues and usually my back is very tight and stiff. Reina did such a fantastic job with her massage in that area, that the stiffness and tightness was gone once my massage was complete. After my experience, I will definitely be booking another session with a Massage Envy location in my area. Thanks Reina for a job well done!

My experiences at the local Massage Envy have greatly improved since one year ago, I would say not great,however, this year having gone back much improvement was noticed ,great therapist my experience with Christina for my lymphedema was great with little room for improvement.. with stroking towards the heart Ill be back and Ill request Christina!

Christina was amazing! I probably fell asleep 3-4 times as I was so relaxed. I will definitely be back.

She was very gentle, addressed all of my skin concerns, and made product recommendations for purchase before I left. She was also such a joy to be around, a very generous spirit. I give this rating because of unjust policies of continuing to collect payments after a freeze, and then not allowing me to use my credits without FURTHER payments. However, I received an EXCELLENT facial from Crystal. I give Crystal a rating of 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I would also give 5 stars to Norma in the Moreno Valley location, and 5 stars to Milly from the Redlands office.

The staff is always great.Most of the massage technicians are fantastic. Alexis has been my go to. She does a wonderful job. I hope she doesn’t leave or get injured like my last few favorites.

He was also super respectful and considerate during the sessions, which meant a lot to me since it was my first time ever going to a massage place and I was very nervous. Such a great experience. The young lady ( I think her name is Crystal) who checked me in was Excellent! Great service. My therapist Alexis was very thorough and actually relieved a nagging pain Ive had in my shoulder for over a month. Now its gone. So great I knew I was coming back. Crystal explained the membership program so thoroughly and answered my questions patiently. I signed up for a membership. See yall next month.

Vanessa was my first massage envy experience. I was in absolute heaven. I was super nervous, and trying to prepare. But she handled things so professional. By allowing me to feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve never really been one to get massages. But Vanessa’s work is amazing. Definitely will be booking more, and might just shoot for the 90! Highly recommend getting a massage even if you’re unsure, it was so worth it.

Sadly our membership of 2 years has come to an end. I recommend massage envy 100%! The staff is always so friendly, they always go above and beyond! Every therapist we’ve had has been amazing! She was patient with me and took the time to listen to what parts of my body were more tensed.

I’ve been going to massage envy for years and been massaged by a number of different therapists. Christina has always been a very positive, polite, and professional therapist. Not to mention I’ve always left my sessions with my shoulders and back feeling less knotted and stress free. Both her, Annebelle (sorry, don’t if I spelled that right), plus Marcus for body stretch/massage (not sure if he still works there or not) have been great. Overall all I don’t have any complaints. 🙂

It’s been a while for me, but during the process kIMBERLY is very knowledgeable in what she’s doing and was very gentle and work out the kinks out slowly I had a restful night Thank you so much till the next time.

My friend booked a massage for my birthday. A lady who did not initially identify herself staff called to notify me my appointment would need to rescheduled. She offered 2 available males, I declined. She rebooked me for a 90 minute w/ a female I agreed to ( original was 60) for the birthday inconvenience and now time change. The time was changed to 11:00a.m. & I thought I was now good to go. Wrong! Another rep called me today and told me yet another time, now 12 pm and gave me a different masseuse’s name. This marked the 3rd change. The massage was back to 60 minutes and the manager who was supposed to call us back never did was sure to quietly put not to comp the 30 minutes despite telling us otherwise. Se only found this out because we called back, otherwise it would’ve been a surprise. Forget the comp time, your staff changed my appointment time a total of 3 times and the last one was not with my permission. My time is valuable and you shouldn’t just assume I can come whatever you give me and with whomever you choose. Second, when making calls you staff should identify themselves such. My staff would never. Unfortunately, you lost a first-time customer. It was a birthday gift you all ruined . It was free for me, so the fact that I canceled it should tell you I was not impressed for their lack of professionalism, miscommunication and not valuing my time.

Had the pleasure of getting a massage from Christina, I have a weird work life balance that has me working out 5 hours a week and also commuting 3-4 hours a day where Im just sitting, and she was able to work out all the knots in my shoulders, and release the tension in my lower back. Will definitely be returning soon

I had a 90 minute session with Miriam. She was very thorough in asking what I wanted worked on, what I didn’t like, and the pressure I prefer. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep at one point during the massage! I have been getting massages routinely for years and this is only the second time I have fallen asleep. I cannot recommend her enough.

The MV location is great! I’ve always had professional and skilled therapists! I highly recommend Alexis L., she is outstanding! But book your appointments in advance, they get booked up quickly.

Getting a massage by a stranger can be super awkward and I’m not one to always feel relaxed during it but Christina did an amazing job and for the first time I finally have someone I want to return to for one.

Myra gave me an amazing 90min deep tissue session. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders/neck and legs so it’s important for me to have deeper massages. I was immediately impressed with the ability Myra has to apply strength and care to my focus areas. I’d recommend Myra to anyone who enjoys a true deep massage to work out painful knots with the best of care!

She even helped me pick out a great cleanser that I have been using for 2 weeks and it’s already showing results. I already booked again!

Massage therapist Miriam and facial tech was fabulous. Only issues were no working AC in front of reception (its been like this for months), no punch cards or reminder cards. This locations has friendly staff but it seems they are low on stock on items and it shows.

I have a phenomenal massage therapist, Alexis, at Moreno Valley Massage Envy. Shes friendly, kind, and great at her job. The front desk staff are also very nice and helpful and the facility is neat and tiddy.

Management never available. Waiting on 1.5 months now just to cancel a membership.You would think a major chain would have some standardized practice. Don’t recommend this chain to anyone-edited-The new manager Jessica reached out and was able to cancel my membership and reverse the charges to my card. She really is working hard to right the wrongs of the previous management. Points for her service and willingness to fix past issues.

This afternoon I had an amazing microdermabrasion with Chacadyah. She has such warm energy and she’s extremely knowledgeable of all skin types. With this being my first microdermabrasion, Chacadyah walked me through the entire process and recommended several great products (available for purchase at massage envy) to use that will help me with my skin care needs. Chacadyah was gentle and patient with me… she answered all of my questions. Be sure to book your next facial with her for an amazing experience.

Yesterday I got my first micro dermabrasion from massage envy off of eucalyptus in Moreno Valley The experience was amazing. The technician was outstanding. She knew all the answers to my questions. Her name was Chacadyah . I highly recommend her if you’re in the area and looking to get facials or any type of face treatments.😍

Every time I have an appointment for a massage I don’t get called in until 10-15 minutes later and don’t even get my full time massage done. Except for this last time my therapist was Ken he made sure I got my full time which I appreciated

Choosing to go and get a massage for the first time, I was really nervous; I thought it was going to hurt,I dont know why, but I did. Too my surprise, my visit turned out to be a great experience! I really enjoyed the massage, Star who was my massage therapist, as well as the front clerk were so nice, welcoming, and made my first time visit an enjoyable and comfortable experience. I will definitely be going back again.

Massage therapists and front desk employees are AMAZING. The staff pulling the strings with regards to membership is AWFUL. Continued paying for 1-year membership during the pandemic because I would have lost all unused (payed for) credits otherwise. They placed account on hold without charge briefly while they closed doors during the pandemic. Once they reopened, they lifted the hold and expected members to use credits that were already paid for or they would lose them. The pandemic was still in full force and I was not comfortable getting a massage and therefore I lost hundreds of dollars with no chance of a refund. This happend over a year ago and Im still upset.

Kenneth was wonderful! It was my first visit and he made it very comfortable.

I was not impressed, I think it can be better. I was not happy that it didn’t take the full 60 min. When I got home I had product all on my ear and on my forehead.

Today I went in with so much pain in my lower back, the staff welcomed me with kindness and the massage therapist Marcus was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and really understood what needed to be done as far as healing my pain. After, I felt so relaxed and the pain subsided, I’m definitely going back. thank you 🙏

I booked an appointment to use my Mother’s Day gift card and I was so excited to just relax. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t hit the mark...it included a great deal of talking and more stretching than massaging to include a diagnosis to come back for my sessions. 😞 Not what I was looking for at all. After the online questionnaire, the check-in questionnaire on the iPad and the brief conversation with the therapist before the session makes me wonder where the miscommunication was? How to ask a massage therapist to stop talking 20 minutes in so you can just relax without feeling uncomfortable granted you’re face down on a table 😩😩 is something I wonder as well. 🤔

I had an awful massage... Just boring... Thought about getting up and walking out a few times! I told the owner when she asked how it was. And, she pulled the therapist out and made me tell her to her face i wasnt impressed. She just walked away.. The owner also barely cared... I would never come here again!

They booked my husband and me for the wrong time-place wasn’t even opened for one appt! I tried again and they rescheduled me, again for a different person-then tried to cancel after I cancelled for a family emergency this place is unorganized and the office staff holds a new level of STUPID! Not impressed and will never go to another Massage Envy!

Moreno valley location has the poorest customer service !! I had 6 months contract membership but they are keep charging me even after my membership has ended. I am very frastrated with their communication system. I can’t reach them by phone, email or anything at all. I just don’t understand when they are closed for business or services then how come they are keep charging for the service that they can’t provide? what kind of messed up auto system that is? just because they have my credit card on file they can’t keep charging me ? For covid-19 i understand that they are close but they have charged me because I have membership but when my membership has ended why are they still charging me? I am very unhappy with their lack of response !! If their business closed for rest of the year and they are keep charging me for whole year even when i’m no longer their member , I don’t know what should I do? should I get legal assistant? Why would they bill me or charge me when i’m not getting their services with non-membership customer? How stupid their system is? Hope somone notice this and contact me or solve my problem!! Thank you🙏

I am getting very annoyed with the lazy massage style these therapist have. Sporadic from point to point not focusing on the request. I just finished my massage session and feel like some cat walked across my body. I said I wanted calf, forearm, and slight back. And the lady was not focused at all. She said at the end try getting the 90 min. Session so we can focus more. These kids are lazy. Wow..

Received a 90 minute couples massage gift card earlier this year. ME has refused to honor it and will only allow for a 60 minute couples massage. Unbelievable! So disappointed.

Moreno Valley needed this place! I love getting massages and facials and just getting pampered. I mean who doesnt? I have been struggling for a while to find my regular place and here it is. So many things to try, such friendly faces and such pamper sessions! They even have couples rooms and relaxation rooms for before and after your session! Love the crew!

This location does not honor appointments. After becoming a member, I had to reschedule an appointment which I was okay with. On my Fathers birthday, I transfered a massage to him, payed the fee, and the masseuse was 1 hour late. After several calls, I was finally able to cancel my membership, only because they forgot to put a date on my contract. Finally, I wanted to use my last massage because it was already payed for, and the owner once again asked me to reschedule. When I asked for her name, she said she would call back, and hung up on me.

Chacadyah was great as usual. She suggested a peel and it was perfect. My skin glowing afterwards.

Loved it, my PT recommended I get a massage. I was hesitant at first but this was a great experience, start to finish. The customer service was friendly and attentive, and the therapist made me feel comfortable and paid attention to the issues i went in for.

My first massage was $60. Figured I was paying for the name & the massage. My 2nd one was $120 & I didnt get any enhancements! Still waiting to hear from them. I think I was overcharged!

Massage Envy is a GIMMICK! The massage was okay and a good price for the first massage. After, you 1st visit that try to get you to sign up for a monthly services but they dont tell nor does it say on the paperwork that you CANNOT Cancel. Greez the owner advised I could can in 24 hours to cancel... I called back the same day to cancel and she LIED and said she never told me that. They also, charged me for services I never received! Yes, I did get money money back but it was only because I demanded it after going in several times.

Poor customer service. Front desk staff eating potato chips and dip. Standing around talking and laughing. They owed me a 30 minute credit due to therapist coming in 10 minute late and then finished session 10 minutes late. Keep having excuse about giving me credit.
