Looked this place u online. It advertises that it opens at 9:00am on Saturdays. I arrived at 8:45am, and this individual pulls up at 9:20am, and takes his time to get things from his Mercedes. As he went up to the door and opens the store, I pulled off and went to a smoke shop down the street... Puff N Up is for the birds! THUMBS DOWN!!!! Theyre writing their own reviews to make themselves compatible to the legit shops... Ill never go back here!!!!! I have to give a star, just to post my comment...

I had a problem with the shop in the past because of an employee but the owner is an awesome person. He made the problem right and apologized and has re-earn my business. I would highly recommend that you trying to smoke shop.

I have no problem supporting local businesses but I realized I paid 5 times more for an item I could have gotten online. Usually Id buy local if prices are reasonable. But if you want to get ripped off then by all means.

This is the best smoke shop in Moreno Valley the owner is very kind and positive the prices are great the best in all of Moreno Valley its always a very pleasant experience

Excellent shop its my favorite I get everything there stuff for my hookah stuff for my vape I even buy disposable Vapes all the time great customer service if theres an issue he will resolve it thank you for your service.

Arrived at 10:00 AM as thats when they say they open. No one is in sight and it is currently 10:10. After reading the reviews it is apparently common for them to open late and close early. If you do decide to come here I suggest you call them to make sure they are actually open. What a Joke of a way to run a business.

This place is a rip off. I decided not to buy the tank because I knew they were cheaper everywhere else. I asked for a G pen.the snoop dog one and he sold me a cheap looking tank for 30$ only to get home and realize it was fake (no surprise there). I also asked if he had a juice with cbd oil he said ya and told me to smell one and asked if I liked it. When I got home it did not have cbd in it. He never gave me a receipt and when my husband went to complain he just said it wasnt fake and that he has a sign saying no refunds. Dont waste your money he doesnt care about his customers. Anyone will pay the price if its right but they boost it up here.

Above and beyond, hands down, the best customer service Ive ever experienced in a smoke shop. Great selection on glass, hookah sets, e-cigs, vape pens. I mean you name it hes got it! 5 stars all the way around.

So far this has been my favorite smokeshop I have ever been to. I love the atmosphere once you walk in, very friendly workers, and great deal/price. They deserve a good review! Recommed this place to any one who is looking for hookahs, bongs, vaps & etc. plus they just added a cigar room!

Great place and great setup with nice welcoming decor, there prices are very competitive and they have great cash deals on there specials. Nice and generous at most times (:Cigar Room is good but needs some more love but this isnt the best area for that witch I understand why!Thx thx puffNup
