Sam was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for and even offered to take a couple dollars off of the final sale. I was not rushed and Sam even offered to let me see it before purchase. Best shop to hit Butler!! So much selection and great pricing Dan is so friendly and knows his products well. Clean friendly environment and so many FREE samples. I never leave with just one thing always find things I didnt even know I needed! I love the local artists piece being in store and the prices are impossible to beat!! Hats off to Dan for being so committed to such an awesome shop!!

The owner refuses to abide by his owm shops signage and Google information for Supreme Gallery 2 which should open at 8:30AM; he makes excuses as to why it isnt open at that time - often blaming employees, as if he had no part in hiring them. He told me to go to this shop if that one was not open since his would be, but this location does not open until 9AM, so how is that going to help the situation at all? Nobody answers the phone at either location. The owner blatantly dismisses any complaints. It really is such a dang shame because I love SG2. I just wish the owner wouldnt be so awful at customer service and would commit to ensuring the store is open at the time they are supposed to. Its common decency and the proper way to run a business.

I stumbled in to this shop today for the first time ever actually to purchase a lottery ticket. It was the best stumble ever because I collect all kinds of smoking pipes and they had plenty. Did I mention the service was top notch particularly Lena she followed me around the service assisting me from start to finish. And the prices were cool as well. Thank you Lena and I’ll definitely be back don’t forget me when new stuff comes in.

Nice, large shop with a lot of variety, and fast and friendly service. They offered me a good deal for a Volcano when I inquired about the pricing, and to my surprise were willing to extend that deal to me when I came back the next day for it as I had only come in getting prices the day before. Ive been to this location several times, they have some good insents.I have never had a problem before in this store, Ive been coming to this location for years and the day I went was the worst experience Ive ever had. There was a younger gentle men and an older lady in the store employees. I walked in with my two daughters and was greated with what do want? I replied I know where Im going thank Im going to get the insents. As my daughter was walking around towards the opposite side of the insents to see the other selection of insents the older lady says what you doing you need help. She clearly seen me walk in with my daughters and Im on crutches so if she thought stealing was a factor it wasnt. I said shes my daughter and we are shopping for insents okayshe says. We then proceed to pick out our smells of insents, Ive always smelled my insents before Ive purchase them and the older man that is normally there never has an issue with it as long as I seal the top back to prevent them from drying out. Today that wasnt the case she yelled all loud and crazy in another language and one part in english about they cant do that. I explained to her that Ive always purchased at this location and have always smelled them before purchasing and the other man has never had an issue. She proceeded to yell in another language loudly and says Im the owner No man me women, okay. And then I said okay then I wont buy from your shop she comes out from behind the counter and says WHAT YOU SAY TO ME!!! WoW and your the owner thats bad for business. I said nope I wont be purchasing at this location anymore. I believe she was being racist toward my daughter, because of her choice to dress as the oposite gender. I cant stand rudeness and most of all people being racist especially towards my children.

Great place to shop, they have a wide selection of products always well stocked. If youre into disposable bars then this place has you covered. Also customer service is on point I love coming here because the people that work there are friendly and are willing to take the time and give you recommendations of their stuff especially the girl. I think her name is Rosa shes super funny and friendly and actually remembers you by name. 100% my go to shop

Im a new customer to this shop and I keep coming back because I enjoy the friendliness of the employees. Today I found out that a coil I got from there was for the wrong tank and called in to ask if I could exchange it. Rosa was very happy, courteous and understanding of the situation and handled it with no issue. This kind of service is whats going to keep me coming back.

I swear Wonder Woman works here. Lena is absolutely the best. This guy was acting crazy in the shop and looked like he was going to hit her. She was super professional but roared like a lioness and insisted he leave the store. She was amazing and the only reason I was there today was because she was the same person that helped me yesterday. It wasnt about the product at all, it was about the person representing the company and Lena is a Boss and a true Leader and very very impressive to say the least.

I went in because I recently quit smoking cigarettes and wanted an alternative..The employee behind the counter, VIOLET, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made me laugh and feel very welcome. I definitely will be coming back. An employee whether good or bad has the ability to make or break a business. The management DEFINITELY got it right this time. Have been coming since i have been able too. The fact that right when you walk the atmosphere is inviting, and open. The smells often range with the cool breeze to pine with the foggy scent bubbler its great.. The location has alot of paraphernalia to choose from. Ranging in prices that you can afford in whatever occasion. The staff is more than knowledgeable. They always have what you are looking for, as well they help with the price. Have been a regular throughout time and never have i been left down, furthermore last occasion was short and he said pay me back later.. stunned and jaw dropped. Come to this shop and become a regular you wont be left down! 10/10

Best smoke shop in town with supurb customer service by staff but in particular by Rosa, super friendly and always willing to help. I always go in to stock up on CBD goods and she always gives me great deals on my purchase. Theyre always well-stocked which is great since it can get annoying if you make the drive only to find out they dont have what youre looking for but not here Ive found everything every single time. Thank you Rosa for always being so welcoming.

Samantha is the best. I had decided to try switching from smoking to vaping, again. My only obstacle was knowing what materials I needed to be successful. I checked out several reviews for shops in my area. Then I narrowed it down to half a dozen to go visit. Most of them had no idea of what they were selling. The exception was Samantha at Supreme Gallery Smoke and Vape. She is very very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out exactly what I needed. It was great to get the kind of customer service we used to get in the old days. I will definitely be a regular customer. Save yourself running all over town and just start at Supreme Gallery Smoke and Vape.

I have visited this spot several times now and I am never disappointed. Great selection for smoking of any product, I visit for vaping and salt nics. But the customer service is top notch, ask for Violet and shell point you in the right direction. Violet and her awesome personality makes shopping at this spot more than worth it. 5 stars.

My husband & I went into this shop a couple weeks ago to get cigarettes and ended up buying 2 pictures for our pool room. Issa was very polite & friendly , he was extremly helpful & had a very upbeat & happy personality!! The store is very clean ,well organized and quality merchandise . I usually go in and buy oils and cigars. I buy LOTS of them at a time. Today I went in and a new employee who was very nice was assisting me. I asked him he much the lighters were and he said he would give me one. Based of my purchase a basic lighter was no big deal, I thought. Until some lady who was there “training” him basically demeaned him in front of me and told me next time I would have to pay for the lighter. She went on to tell me she wasn’t on the clock and nor was she be paid she’s just there to train him, I told her that’s her business to not correct him in from of customers like that it’s unprofessional. She also told me I can take my business elsewhere, I think I’ll take that advice Rosa.

Went in just browsing for a new dab rig. Issa was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Told him what I wanted, he helped me choose, and he gave me a killer deal. Great selection of smokewares and goods, definitely the best shop around.

I came here to get a vape juice because my online order was late and I was in need of a back up. Issa showed me the inventory of what they had. He was friendly and helpful in telling me what they had, and when I asked if I could have a closer look at the products, he allowed me to go behind the counter to look at them. I wasnt interested in other products but the place was clean and organized. Would recommend to any smokers.

My new vape shop! I moved to MoVal from Ontario about four months ago and was looking for a place to buy my juice and other vaping supplies. I found this place on Google and have been coming here ever since. They have a great selection of juice, probably triple of what Ive seen at other shops. The prices are great as Im paying 3 bucks less for a 100 mil bottle then I was at my previous shop and the people behind the counter are very nice and attentive. Im very happy I found this place. I just bought a Volcano vape from this place and my experience was superb! I had just bought a counterfeit Volcano so I was a little weary of what I was buying. They gave me the serial number and the manufacture’s number and encouraged me to call and verify it’s authenticity. I did. It checked out. This is my go to spot for anything. All glassware is good and cheap. Vape juices are also cheap for top name brands. You could get 120ml for 20$. Customer service is awesome they are always helping out. They have it All!

Great smoke shop. Been ordering cheep vape pens on line to try and quit smoking. Have had lots of issues with them leaking. Went to supreme and issa ( sorry if spelled wrong) was very friendly and helpful. I am really new to vaping so he answered tones of questions. Ended up returning the following day and bought a new vape with there help from a girl ( so sorry I forget her name)The shop is very clean and organized. Everyone is very helpful and they actually use their air conditioner which I can’t say for other shops. Their prices seem extremely reasonable. I love this smoke shop. They have a huge selection of products. Not only glassware for weed and what nots, which they are my go to for price and selection. How ever when that’s no longer my fan fare and I’m in vape mode they are my go to for vape supplies as they have a huge selection of juices and mods. Right now I’m on the salt based nic kick and they are the only place that carries the selection of juice I like. My favorite place for any of these things. Plus as an added bonus Sage and drinks. Second time Ive gone in and the dude helping didnt even vape and seemed like he didnt want to help. Every chance he got hed walk away and sit down and go back to his phone. I asked for about 5 different flavors and not one had my level of nicotine. I was about to pay at one point until I looked at the bottle before swiping my card and noticed it wasnt the right level of nicotine. The dude helping didnt vape but was recommending me flavors. He said he just goes based off the smell. I remember about a year ago when a new owner took over and was trying to reinvent the place and I thought he was succeeding but it seems like it was sold yet again to some pretty sh1tty owners.

Pretty cool store for all your tobacco needs and they even have a separate vape department if you vape. I come to this place all the time to get juice and coils for my vape. The staff is very knowledgeable about Vapes which is kind of crazy because most places have no idea about any of the vape equipment they sell.
