Everyone there is always so friendly and knowledgeable. They always take the time to help with anything you need. I have always liked how open, bright, and clean the store is, unlike a few other places around town. The fact that they make your juice to order is definitely a plus; you never have to worry that your fave wont be in stock. Southbound always has a great assortment of mods and accessories; if they dont have what youre looking for, they will do their very best to get it for you. Since I found Southbound, I havent gone anywhere else.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful regardless of your knowledge (or lack of in my case). Prices are competitive for most if not all products. Store is also neat and tidy. The lounge type furniture makes it feel like a good friends house.

Went there yesterday was very happy with the product but the lady working was rude.The owner has been tried to make it right to the one below us but has never tried to make it right with us. Thats why we will continue to go to Tobacco Vape and More.

Lady who assisted me was polite, sold me a tank that sometimes leaks (constantly leaks), was supposed to be flavorful (mutes flavors and is otherwise a cloud chasing product).

Lots of things to choose from, they have cbd and hemp sold here..they also have a punch card for every $10 u spend u get a punch in card.
