I love this place Ive been going there for a while now.The guys are awesome they are there to help you not this so you something you dont need.They take their time with each customer and give them best advice if you want to quit smoking I would advise you to go here the owner Joel is awesome he actually cares about people not like some other places all about the money,number place in mountain home top it off they have a drive thru so of u know what you need and are really busy shoot through there they take card of ya .

Ive been a customer for a full year now, and the staff at AV have been helpful with me and everyone I know at every turn. Their product selection is excellent and extensive. They stand behind their work with integrity, and make sure their customers get the top-notch service and assistance they need and deserve. Happy to call them my one-stop vape shop!

I have been coming here for about a year and a half now and havent had any bad experiences here. The staff is very respectful, helpful, and very intelligent and have done anything and everything in their power to help in a respectful timely manor. They have been nothing but helpful to me and everyone that I have seen come in and out of the shop. I love to go and hangout and spend hours hanging out and talking with everyone there and would recommend American Vapez to anyone!!

American Vapez is an awesome place. Great prices, products, and people. They welcomed my Veteran Husband and his service dog with open arms and told him he could even sit on the sofa with Beauty his service dog. AMAZING is all I can say!!!!!!

My boyfriend & I visited April 29 to buy two complete vape setups because a friend told us they were cheapest place to go. This was true, probably to make up for the horrible service. We werent greeted upon arrival, which is understandable when a place is busy, but we were literally the only customers there. There were two guys behind the counter. One was preoccupied with the computer, the other was less than helpful & seemed annoyed with us as soon as we walked through the door. He didnt want to answer the few questions we had & seemed burdened when he had to get the items we wanted out of the case. We wont be back. I rarely complain about costumer service & can honestly say this is the first bad review Ive ever left.

The best place to go if you want to quit cigarettes. If youve already quit cigarettes, and have been using a vape for a while, this store still offers the best quality juice in town for a reasonable price. They know their vaporizers and juices like a connoisseur knows wine. They are very customer service oriented.

This is the BEST service anywhere. The staff never leaves anyone waiting even when theyre busy. They are quick to help with questions and have a clean store, great product, decent pricing and awesome atmosphere. You cant go wrong walking in. You WILL be satisfied.

Great guys.. great shop.. just wish there was something I could do about the juice I had gotten from them (Irish morning).. didnt and dont like it. Smelled good, but horrible flavor. Guess Ill have to wait til next month to get a different flavor.

I went in there this evening and you know its wasnt good at all I have been to lot of different vapor store, It just didnt feel comable in there. I didnt get a hello until about a minute after I came in the store and there was no one in there I felt like they were giving me dirty looks. I would love to come back it looks great but I just dont know if I would left very unfriendly.

I love this place my only wish is I wish they had a sample table of some sorts with plastic mouth tips for a vape or something because Id like to try a flavor to see if I want it. Other then that its awesome great and helpful staff that know what there selling! :) keep up the good work :)

Visited your store last week for my first time in a vape shop. The store was clean and the display cases were filled with everything any one would want or need. At first I didnt know a vape from a load of coal and the guy that waited on us took the time to explain everything from A to Z. He answered all of our questions and I learned a lot from him. The only down side is that it took longer to choose a juice because of the wide variety of juices to choose from. Cant say enough good things about all the guys that were working there.Thank you for a pleasurable experience. I will return.Larry Pence

Mountain Home is very fortunate to have this place as its vape shop! The staff are well trained and helpful, and very skilled at creating the best and safest juice products on the market. Clean and comfortable atmosphere makes it easy to relax and check out the extensive line. Started out with an EVOD and now Im enjoying an SX Mini... All along, AV gave me the help and knowledge necessary to keep them working in top form. They are always there if I ever have questions. This is THE place to go whether youre experienced or new to vaping!

AMERICAN VAPEZ TO THE RESCUE!!!!!OK, They have earned my business 100%. I just recently started vaping to quit smoking (about 2 months ago). I was doing business at another vape store in town (Not going to name names but there by Walmart). Problem was every time I needed a coil for my vape they never had them in stock. there juice seemed ok but I didnt know anything about the juice. Thing is when you choose vaping to quite smoking you NEED your vape machine to work or you will go back to smoking. I had a big issue today the glass in my vape broke. I went to the place I usually goto and well they didnt have anything to help unless I spent $30+ on a hole new head. so I went to American Vapez and they came to the rescue. He took a glass off a new head and gave it to me he also through in a new coil (no cost) but I needed juice so I bought a small bottle form them and wow what a difference. It is smoother thinner and does not seem to have the sugar content that I was getting. to sum it all up if it wasnt for American Vapez I would be smoking again because I couldnt afford to spend $30+ on a new head at the place a was going to And I found what seems to me to be MUCH better juice. And to top it off I found that there prices for the vape mod or what ever you call the pen thing is literary half the price then the other store lol. Wish i would have started here in the first place.

I really enjoy shopping here. The location is easy to get in and out of and they have a great line of products including all of the juice brands I like and expendables... batteries & coils

Nice clean shop, good selection, friendly staff -- visiting from out of town, stopped in as we left her spares at home. They found the right coils for my girlfriends mod right away. 5 stars.

This place is horrible. They will not let you try any juice before you purchase it. They do not stock any 0mg juice for their costumers to sample juices before they make a purchase. They are expensive and I was assured that I would love a juice that I bought and was told I could return it if I didnt like it. I hated it and couldnt return it. They are a joke

Just moved to this State and this was my first store to check out and Wow, I was very pleased with how the staff was actually knowledgeable of tanks an coils an things and was very pleased to help me find the best one for me.Thanks Guys keep this store up an going.

Didnt know anything. I asked questions the guy working had no idea about vaping.. sold me the wrong wire, among other things. I spent 200$ but most of what I bought isnt what I asked for. Dont plan on ever going back.

There was a time - when Kim & Bill worked the store.NOW .....I drive to Jonesboro - to Chuckn Cloud or Razr Vapes so I dont have to deal with the rude people (except the owner Kim, and former employee Bill) that work there currently.

One of my go-to cape shops. They have a decent selection of gear at fair B&M prices, good house juice, and are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Black Betty is the Bomb. Hands down my most favorite of any vape juice. A little expensive but worth it. I keep trying to find one like it. I just cant.

Juice leaves a bad taste in your mouth and the products are a hit and miss some work and some dont work at all Ive gotten 3 coils from there and only one worked.
