The help was amazing. He was thoughtful, listened to my concerns, and helped me to find the right gummies for me. Not only that but the store was so clean, shelves were stocked. I recommend this store.

I gave it Three stars. Most of my experiences at this store are good. Dont go to the one by Walmart. That kid has a bad attitude and just downright lazy!

High prices, and lacking in atmosphere and service. They act like youre disturbing the sitting around their doing when you go in. Dull, unfriendly and boring. I mean every time I go in (emergency only) I feel negative vibes draining my energy. I gave an extra star for having Squeeze brand although not much.

The employees are always friendly & helpful in suggesting new disposable vapes that fit my needs!

Not impressed with this establishment, my daughter and I went in to buy her a vape. I asked about buying a cartridge for my rechargeable pen. The guy working sold me a mod cartridge, sold my daughter the wrong cartridge for her mod she bought there. Stating he had one so that was the correct one, come to find out nothing is returnable for exchange or refund, so that about $45 thrown in the wind.will not return to a Vape Maven

I have never been treated aso rudley. I bought a discounted vape which exploded all over me & ruined my shirt! The clerk had the audacity to say & I quote unfortunately for you! I requested another 1 & he said no can do.... See ya later & just dismissed us. Do go there ..what a riot off.

The tall young lady has always been very helpful n respectful. The guy that works the weekend is very unprofessional and very rude..I wont stop there when I see his mo ped outside.

I go there quite often from Mountain View. Very happy with the place! Very clean. The young lady that is there during the day is very knowledgeable and very friendly! I really like her!

I have been here quite a few times and have been a satisfied customer with every visit. Well stocked and friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff, and It is clean. Only con for myself is that they do not carry OFRF products. Everything else is on point, so far..

I am all for supporting local businesses but I will not be supporting Vapor Maven any longer.They have reward points that you earn one point for every dollar you spend in the store. When you get to 1000 points you got a $100 store credit. I found out today that they changed it to now you have to get 3,500 points to get $100 credit and at the 1000 point level you now get a $35 credit.That means youre spending $3,500 in their store to receive a $100 credit. you now have to spend $1,000 in your store to receive a $35 credit which equals to an average bottle of juice and three coils.There was no warning no information whatsoever other than when I went in today and realized I was almost at 700 points and thats when I was told all the points have changed recently. I will tell every single person that I come in contact with that Vapor Maven is not the place to go.I will no longer be supporting this small business. Ill be going to another one thats located in a pawn shop that has more than what I need.Seriously disappointed.

1) Horrible customer service!2) Bad quality products.3) Sold Burnt ProductsWent in at 5:30pm on march 7th to buy a disposable and unlike most vape stores they don’t make you try it before you buy it. Well, it ended up being burnt. I called JEREMEY not even 5 minutes later and he said oh well it was to bad and he wasn’t even gonna trade it out and was using a very rude tone the whole time and hung up on me.

I am new to vaping. I have not been doing it long at all. I stopped in this location and purchased a few disposable vapes. They cashier asked me to try them both before I left. On one, I was apparently supposed to do something before trying but was unaware. It ruined the vape. The cashier after I tried told me I should have done it differently. He wouldn’t refund me or exchange for a new vape that worked. I paid $25 for a vape and had the cashier knowingly watch me misuse without helping me. Was not impressed with this service.

Great store. Fair prices, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They have a few issues getting stock, but no more or less than other vape shops.

The parking lot is a little small but the people that work there were nice and the place looked clean and well maintained. And they have a great selection of vapes and accessories.

Check colors on stuff. Sells items not even close to picture on box also item is scratched. What a joke. Won’t be shopping there anymore. Buyer beware!!!!

Way overpriced compared to most other stores in town. But a big selection if youre looking for something specific.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Told the employee there I was a first timer and didnt know where to start. So of coarse he told me I needed one of the $80 vaporizer to get started. When I would ask a question he was condescending and arrogant. He said the highest nicotine level was 6, now I have to buy nic to add to the $24 bottle of juice. He never showed me anything about the vaporizer I was buying and was more concerned about getting back to his buddies on the couch. Horrible experience! Especially for a first timer. He didnt even give me a bag to put my stuff in! I definitely do not recommend vapor maven in Mountain Home.

Sold me a product with the wrong specs on the box and I went to return it, before 9 pm, and the place was closed by 8:30 pm. Go to the shop by Chens Garden, theyre educated and keep legit hours, like a real business. Ill be returning my purchase in the morning and not returning. American Vapez will be the only vape shop I use. And the nice selection is a bunch of different names brands with the same flavor profiles over and over, American Vapez has more, higher quality brands, at WAY better prices. Stay away from Vapor Maven unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Told them I was a first time vaper and asked if I needed to do anything prior to using vape, they said no. Turns out you have to prime the coil. Burnt mine up immediately. Went back a second time anyway to purchase coil and a new flavor. The book said the flavor was vanilla blackberry and tobacco. Got it home and it tastes like pledge. The website says the flavor is western tobacco so they obviously had the description wrong. Sent them a message in Facebook that was read and never replied to. They seem to be more interested in hanging with friends on the couch than actually helping a paying customer. I will not be returning.

Recently went to vaping to quit smoking. starting doing business here about 2 months ago. Here is what I have found when you have a problem with your vape machine you are SOL with these guys. They never have coils or anything really unless you buy a hole new head or tank whatever you call it ($30+). Had a big issue today when my glass broke. Went in to get a glass and they more or less told me I was SOL unless I bought a head thing or tank or whatever they call it ($30+) which I cant afford right now so I was just going to start smoking again and say the hell with the vaping (to much hassle). BUT I stopped at the vape store over by Chins Garden after I left and WOW what a difference. He took a glass off a new tank, gave me a new coil (no cost for both) and I bought a small bottle of juice to fill it up. I learned allot today the juice I got today seems much smoother, thinner and seems to have less sugar content in it then what I was getting. Vapor Maven does have a large selection on juice but its all premium and there version on the premium so really they dont have that much of a selection. Looks like they do but they really only have a few choices (house brand) unless you want stuff you can order online much cheaper (premium). I am very disappointed in them and to top it off I found that the mod or vape pen thing that I bought for 50 some bucks is literally half the price over by chins garden. Sorry to say but they have lost my business and I am gonna keep vaping!!!!

A lot of what Im looking for, they dont have. They dont have an inventory as big as what they should. Its more of a headshop than a vape store. Other than that, the products they do have are worth the price.

They have a rewards program. Idk what the rewards are just yet but Ill update when I do. Besides that they have cheap glass and some vapes n thangs... Check them out..
