Nice people had what I needed

The guy who works nights here is off putting and doesnt ever offer me a bag. His customer service skills need work. They do have a wide selection and the store is clean but if he is working I will leave without purchasing anything. The other employees are great.

I bought an $8 vape pen here. They have signs posted everywhere saying no smoking inside, so I stepped out front and opened the packaging. Tried to use the vape but it didnt work, power light never came on and no vape smoke came out. I stepped back in and explained the vape was broken.They told me that because I left the store, theres nothing they could do and they wouldnt refund or exchange it. Why would you tell me not to smoke inside, but then refuse an exchange because I didnt smoke inside?? What a waste of $8 for something that wasnt my fault. Its hard not to feel angry with the way I was treated..

Big Smoke in Mountain Home Idaho. Big Smoke used to be circle k lol. Its been our local smoke shop for many years. Its had a couple of cars drive through but were able to keep the doors open while boarding up the drive thru, haha. The employees are great! Very friendly always have a smile on their faces especially Terri.

The prices here are amazing and the staff make all the difference. Trent was so personal and caring. Really had a great chat. When you get a chance stop by. Truly recommend this place. My favorite stop for tobacco and beer.

From my experience from shopping at this location the associates have a lackluster attitude when it comes to customers. I dont feel good after I purchase at this particular location. Also I have witnessed a a patron purchasing a carton of cigarettes to only receive two packs of matches for the entire carton. Thats not good customer service.

The staff in there are the nicest people Ive ever met in a smoke shop. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. I stood and hung out in there for an extra 20 minutes one day just talking to staff. The best place in Mountain Home to get smokes.

Theres a guy on night shift who closes an hour early just because he doesnt like having to do all this work. His name is Kelly, and hes lazy, and refuses to help customers that arent paying with cash or his systems are down. I go there any other night and if its the one of the other night shift they will stay available until actual closing time.

Service was friendly and quick. Prices were low. Will definitely be back.

Smoke to a wonderful lady that helped me pick out a cbd vape pen and when u got home it didnt work. Went back in and she was happy to help exchange it for one that was working. Very kind and very knowledgeable definitely recommend stopping in.

I went there to grab a carton of my smokes and my energy drinks for the morning.. I asked for my Marlboro red 100s and proceeded to pay and leave. I get home and a couple hours later went to grab a pack so I could smoke my last cigarette for the night and noticed they were shorts. I thought no big deal Ill just go buy a pack of 100s tonight at a gas station, leave a message on their machine about the mix up, and get them exchanged tomorrow. I looked for the receipt in the bag they gave me and didnt find one. Again, no big deal I know what time I went and exactly what I bought so they could give me a duplicate receipt. So I go during my lunch from work because I know there would most likely not be a manager there after 5pm. I get there to be told I couldnt exchange because I left the store already before I noticed they were wrong, in a very rude manor I should add. Granted Ive had many people in various places give me the wrong ones before so yes, I shouldve checked before I left but they looked right because the boxes to both are so similar. So now, my no big deal turned into anger for none of these issues were my fault yet I was stuck with a full carton of cigarettes I did not want. Lets face it, cigarettes are not cheap nor are a full carton of them. I took a step on my own and asked a friend of mine if hed like to buy it for 50 bucks flat because I personally dont have 55 bucks to just throw away at another carton of smokes but I could spare 5-10 dollars. Sadly, my friend didnt have the money to do so and told me to contact headquarters because he felt the situation was wrong on their part and there should be no reason to be treated the way I did. I agreed. So I call the store to get the number to call. When I spoke to the person on headquarters I was told that they should have been able to exchange this carton no problem and helped me tremendously. They said theyd call the store and get them to exchange them. They even told me they were sending me a gift card. They also told me that there is no policy about leaving the store and not being able to exchange them. I thought this is handled amazingly and I was very grateful for who I talked to on the phone, which I dont remember her name. Once I made it back over to the store is a different story. Once I got there I received dirty looks from the two girls I talked to previously and when I spoke to the manager he proceeded to tell me this is my fault once again. Meanwhile, the older of the two girls made a rude psh sound like I was in the wrong for calling headquarters and getting them in trouble for being rude and not helping me in a situation that was an employees fault. I will not be returning to this store.

Convenient little smoke shop. Good place to stop. On your way down through town on airbase road. There is usually no wait.They carry everything a smoke shop is supposed to carry. The store could use a little remodel. Recommend.

One of the cashiers isnt the friendliest but the rest of them are pretty great.
