I was a little disappointed with my first experience here. When I arrived I was told that because I was a new customer that I would be required to pay in advance. Usually you pay for these services after but it wasn’t a big deal. I put 10% tip on top of the CC fee because I was planning on seeing how the massage was. The lady then questioned why I wasn’t tipping 20% and I stated that it should be the customer’s choice of how much to tip. She replied “maybe next time you tip 20%” so I found that whole experience to be off putting and not very welcoming; especially as a new customer. I’ve received many massages and found the massage to be mediocre at best. I was questioning whether to post this review because they just opened but hopefully they can take this feedback and improve their customer experience.

Had lower back pain! Drove by this place and I decided to give it a try. I was very happy with the results. The massage was worth it and I feel so much better. I will definitely come back!

Very happy to have this new King Spa open in the area as the accommodations are clean, comfortable and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed the excellent massage and will definitely come back again soon.
